“The Sahaabah never differed in Aqeedah; rather the differing (in Aqeedah) took place after them.”[1]
Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Luhaydaan (may Allaah preserve him) was asked about the one who says that the sahaabah differed in aqeedah; so he said: [“أستغفر الله – none says this except a Mubtadi Daal (i.e. an innovator, astray one). [2]

Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) was asked about the one who says that the Sahaabah differed in Aqeedah; so he replied: “The one who says that the sahaabah differed in Aqeedah should support his speech with evidences; otherwise he is a liar, false accuser…. [3]
The Shaikh (rahimahullaah) also said:
Has lying and false accusation been made easy for the utterer (of this statement) to such a level: Falsely accusing the Companions of the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallaam)?! [4]
The Shaikh (rahimahullaah) also said:
”Indeed this speaker who says that the Sahaabah differed in Aqeedah–it is obligated on him to keep quiet and should be prevented from speaking about Aqeedah; because he is ignorant about it.” [5]
The Shaikh (rahimahullaah) also said:
As for differing in the rulings pertaining to subsidiary issues of (the religion) based on Ijtihaad, then this did occur between the Sahaabah and each of them stated what he saw to be the truth, and none amongst them found fault with anyone. Not a single one of them reproached the one who was in opposition to him; but the aim of this speaker–false accuser–is to pave the way for the differing of hizbiyyah (i.e. to find room– by way of this false claim–for the differing of the people of illegal partisanship against the sound Manhaj positions of the Salafis). And he has established against himself that he is a hizbi…. [6]
Ref 2: Clarification: The Muta-aalim (Pseudo Shaikh Asim Al-Hakeem) has not been declared an innovator; rather this is a general ruling and not specific to anyone until the evidence is established against such an individual. An Explanation of the Sayings of The Biased-Partisans
Muji’ah with the rulers, khawaarij with the Du’aat, Raafidah with the Islamic Groups, Qadariyyah with the Infidels
And What it contains of [Wicked] Falsehoods [And Fanciful Hallucinations]
We ask Allaah to reward and preserve the Ulamaa of Ahlus Sunnah. We ask Allaah to preserve and grant our brothers at Maktabah Salafiyyah the Tawfeeq to carry on defending this blessed Manhajus Salafi in the West. Aameen.
O Allah, I ask You for the good of it, for the good of what it contains, and for the good of what is sent with it. I seek refuge in You from the evil of it, from the evil of what it contains, and from the evil that is sent with it. [Muslim 2/616]
Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) stated:
The khawaarij used to oppose Ali and the Sahaabah- (claiming) that they were the ones in compliance (with the teachings) of Islaam and that the Sahaabah were misguided and had become disbelievers. It is the same at present as the saying goes, ”history repeats itself’.’ At present-according to the these khawaarij-the scholars of the Sunnah are misguided, worshippers of the rulers, spies, employees, people of feasts and ambiguity…and ….and… other distorted (or defamatory statements of these khawaarij) by way of which they hinder the youth of the Ummah from the truth and from the path of Allaah (تبارك وتعالى).

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (rahimahullaah) stated:
By Allaah the methodology of Sayyid Qutb, (Hasan) al-Banna and Mawdoodi can never come together (in agreement) with the Salafi Methodology. They can never come together-misguidance and guidance cannot come together; so understand (this) O youth! It is obligated upon you to (adhere) to the methodology of the Salafus Saalih (i.e. the first three pious generations of Islaam-the Sahabah; then those who followed them; then those who followed the followers of the Sahaabah).
