The Blessings of Safety, Health and Provision, So Let Us Be Grateful O Slaves of Allaah!

Ubaidullaah Ibn Mihsan Al-Khatmiy narrated from his father that the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: “Whoever among you wakes up (in the morning) safe in his property, healthy in his body and has his daily nourishment, it is as if he has been granted the entire world.

Magic is not cured with Magic!

Question to Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him): What is the ruling on curing magic with magic out of a need?

Answer:
There is no need; there is no need; magic is not cured with disbelief because magic is disbelief,—Allaah’s refuge is sought—be it learning, teaching and acting upon it. Disbelief is not (used) as a cure. He (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ‘’Seek (medical treatment) but do not with what is Haraam.” Abdullaah Ibn Mas’ood (radiyallaahu-anhu) stated as (reported) in Bukhaari: ”Indeed Allaah has not placed your cure in that which He has forbidden for you.”

Summarised Benefits from Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan’s Clarification Regarding the Plots of Saudi’s Enemies [The Land of Tawheed]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

O slaves of Allaah! Be grateful for the blessings of Islaam. You [all] know—may Allaah protect you—that this country is established upon the creed of pure Islamic monotheism, sincerity in worshipping Allaah alone, enjoining good, forbidding evil, ruling by the share-ah and establishment of the prescribed punishments ordained by Allaah; so its state of security remains and stability continues, and it lives—as you know-in blessing, comfort, security and stability, whereas the other countries are in trials and confusion.

This country-and all praise be to Allaah-is in a state of security, stability, comfortable living and tranquillity, but this stability is not pleasing to the enemies of this country. So they have not ceased in attempting to demolish its state of security. They attempt to do this, so that it becomes like other countries.

It [i.e. Saudi Arabia] occupies the center of the hearts of the Muslims. It is the Qiblah in their Salaah and it has a status in the Islamic world. So if it were to be destabilised—just as the enemies desire to destabilisee the entire Islamic world—then who will establish the Hajj and Umrah; who will provide safety for the pilgrims whilst they seek to fulfil the rites of Hajj and Umrah, except this country with the Help of Allaah [Glorified and Exalted Be He].

The [social] structure of this country will be destabilised if its security is lost, then where will the Islamic world proceed to? And because of this, the enemies of Islaam plot against this country day and night-as you all know sometimes through seeking to cause doubts about the creed and disseminating filthy views amongst the children of the Muslims in order to implant idleness, extremism, or taking up arms, or carrying explosives, or causing destruction; sometimes by way of corrupting the manners, disseminating forbidden affairs and forbidden desires amongst the Muslim youth, in order to corrupt their manners and deprive them of their religion with the claim of freedom of expression and other false statements. Allaah has freed mankind from idol worship, forbidden desires and despicable manners. This is the correct freedom, but as for what is in opposition to it, such as evil desires, doubts and corrupt manners, this is the freedom of animals. However, they want this in order to corrupt the Muslim youth-either through extremism and harshness or through laxity in their religion. They attempt this and that-either to corrupt the intellects of the Muslim youth with intoxicants, drugs, cigarettes, Qaat and other drugs and intoxicants or through fabrications [i.e. false ideas, views etc]. They want to do away with the Muslim youth because after Allaah’s [Glorified Be He] Support for the Muslim society, the society is built upon its youth, therefore they want to corrupt the Muslim youth through any means so that they are able to demolish this country. As you can see –from time to time–huge quantities of opium and other types of drugs are smuggled. As you can see this did not come from nothing; rather it came about as an evil plan against this country. They want to destroy it from every direction. Therefore, you should all be a singular hand with your rulers and those placed in charge over your affairs to repel this enmity and pay attention to it.

[3] Shaikh Rabee quotes a statement of some of the Salaf regarding one of the qualities of a just person

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) said that some of the Salaf stated regarding a just person:  ”The just (person) is the one who when angry is not entered into falsehood by his anger. And when he is pleased, being pleased does not removed him from the truth.

Abu Mu’aawiyah (Abdullah Al-Gambi)

Regarding this post: Some of Those Who Reject Ahlus Sunnah When They Call to the Truth – by Imaam Albaani

Assalaamu alaykum Warahmatullaah

Some Salafi brothers (may Allaah reward them with good in this life and the next) informed me that the reference for this kalaam is incorrect. Likewise, after checking few sources, it became apparent that there are no reliable sources attributing the speech to the Shaikh and Allaah knows best. Therefore, this post will be removed until a correct source is found, but if not it will not be posted again. However, if anyone can further ascertain its correctness or incorrectness, then please benefit us.

Abu Mu’aawiyah (Abdullah Al-Gambi)

Will my supplication for my uncle benefit him after he has passed away, even though i am not his son?

The questioner asks: The prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam): ‘’When a person dies, all his deeds cease three: Sadaqah Jaariyah (ongoing charity), beneficial knowledge (he left behind), or a righteous child who supplicates for him.’’ So will my supplication for my uncle (rahimahullaah) benefit him after his death because I love him dearly but I am not one of his children according to the hadeeth?

Answer: Yes you have a great reward for doing so and your supplication will benefit him (In-shaa-Allaah) when you ask Allaah to show him mercy. The hadeeth does not mean that supplication only has to be done by the (person’s) children,  rather what is intended is that children are from the deeds of a person because Allaah(The Most High) brought them into this world through the person (i.e. mother and father). Besides this, Allaah will benefit any Muslim whose Muslim brother supplicates for him. Indeed Allaah praised His slaves, saying:

وَالَّذِينَ جَاءُوا مِن بَعْدِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

And those who came after them say: “Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who have preceded us in Faith, and put not in our hearts any hatred against those who have believed. Our Lord! You are indeed full of kindness, Most Merciful. [59:10]

The verses of the Qur’aan and ahaadeeth indicating to this meaning are many.

And Allaah knows best.

An Advise to Brother Muhammad Tim Humble

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Tameem Ad-Daari, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that Allah’s Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “Indeed, the religion is Naseehah, the religion is Naseehah, the religion is Naseehah; they said: ‘’To who O Messenger of Allah? He said: ‘’To Allah, His Messenger, to the leaders of the Muslims and their common people. [Reported by Muslim]

Al-Allamah Salih Al-Fawzan, may Allah preserve him, said:

The meaning of ‘Naseehah’ is Al-Khulus (purity). It is is said that something is ‘Naasih,’ meaning, it is free from deceit. It is said, ‘Asalun Nasihun’ (Pure Honey) and ‘Labanun Nasihun’ (Pure Milk), meaning, free from deceit and bad mixtures. This how the religion of Islam is, because it is free from every falsehood, deception, cheating, and treachery. It is a pure and unadulterated religion. Similarly, a Muslim’s outward (actions) aligns with their inner (beliefs), reflecting purity and safe from evil manners, treachery, betrayal and other than that. As for the one who cheats, deceives and plots, or his whose outward (actions) contradict their inner (intentions), this trait is not from the religion. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, encapsulated the religion with Naseehah—purity and sincerity—implying that anything contrary cannot be part of it. [1]

Indeed, it is imperative, brother Muhammad, that we no longer remain silent regarding your situation; we must offer you advice concerning your associations. Furthermore, it is important for you to recognize that Abu Suhaib’s mentor, Ali Al-Halabi Al-Murji al-Mubtadi, is an advocate for Abul Hassan Al-Maribi Al-Ikhwaani Al-Mubtadi. Therefore, one must question why your associate, Abu Ibrahim, expresses admiration for Abu Suhaib, who is fully aware of Ali Al-Halabi’s innovations and his objectionable support for Al-Maribi.

Be with the upright Salafi students in the various centers of Salafiyyah located in the West. These individuals maintain a clear distance from the proponents of innovation and misguidance, including figures such as Abul Hasan Al-Maribi Al-Ikhwaani, Ali Al-Halabi Al-Murji, Muhammad al-Maghraawi At-Takfeeri, Yahyah Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi, Yasir Qadhi Al-Ikhwaani, among others.

It is imperative, dear brother Muhammad, that we address your situation without further delay and offer you advice regarding your associations. Firstly, we have observed your collaboration with the Administrator of Greenlane Masjid, whose affiliation with hizbiyyah is well-established. This organisation is known for providing support to proponents of Bidah and has ties with the notorious organization Ihya Turaath. Furthermore, they are connected to Yasir Qadhi, whose deviations are well known to to Salafi scholars in Saudi Arabia and to Salafis in the West. Brother Muhammad (may Allah safeguard you), do you truly wish to align yourself with such individuals, despite their evident deviations? It is crucial to reflect on this matter, as companionship holds significant weight in our faith. The Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, stated:

“A person is upon the religion of his companion; therefore, each of you should consider whom he chooses to befriend”.

Secondly, brother Muhammad, your associate Abu Ibraheem Husnayn endorses Abu Suhaib Bassam, a devoted follower and student of the Murji Mubtadi Ali Al-Halabi. Refer to link: http://salaficentre.com/2015/07/o-abu-ibraheem-hussayn-do-you-recommend-abu-suhaib-bassaam-a-student-and-admirer-of-ali-al-halabi-al-murji-al-mubtadi-and-consider-him-amongst-those-upon-the-balanced-path/

It is important to recognise, Brother Muhammad, that the Salafiyyoon have established a notable presence in the UK. Nevertheless, there exist numerous individuals who falsely claim affiliation, as well as those who do not prioritise their associations. Your associate, Abu Ibraheem, has made a significant mistake by endorsing a student of the obstinate Mubtadi Ali Al-Halabi. Refer to link: http://salaficentre.com/2013/02/the-false-principles-of-ali-hasan-al-halabi-the-innovator/

It is important to note that Abu Suhaib’s teacher, Ali Al-Halabi Al-Murji al-Mubtadi, is known for his defense of Abul Hassan Al-Maribi Al-Ikhwaani Al-Mubtadi. Therefore, one must question why your associate, Abu Ibraheem, expresses admiration for Abu Suhaib, who is fully cognizant of Ali Al-Halabi’s controversial positions and his questionable support for Al-Maribi. Refer to link: http://salaficentre.com/2014/04/verdicts-of-the-scholars-against-abul-hasan-al-maribi-al-mubtadi-an-ally-of-masjid-as-sunnah/

It is obligatory, brother Muhammad, to adopt the correct Salafi perspective regarding bidah and Hizbiyyah, which compels us to address the mistakes of your associate Abu Ibraheem openly. Imam As-Sa’di, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: “A man is upon the religion of his companion; therefore, one should carefully consider whom they choose as a close friend. Regardless of the accolades and respect one may receive from others, individuals are ultimately assessed by the company they keep. Thus, it is important for a person to take pride in associating with the most virtuous individuals while remaining cautious of those who are evil. A righteous companion resembles a seller of musk; he either shares some with you or leaves you with a pleasant fragrance. Conversely, an evil companion is akin to a blacksmith; he either scorches you or leaves you with an unpleasant odor. And Allaah knows best”. [2]

We have no other choice but to advise both you and Abu Ibraheem to distance yourselves from individuals associated with the leaders of Tahazzub and bidah, including those like Abu Subaib who supports the Mubtadi Ali al-Halabi. We beseech Allah (The Most High) to bestow upon both you and Abu Ibraheem the guidance necessary to understand the clear and unequivocal evidence pertaining to this mighty Manhajus Salaf, and to protect you from the doubts propagated by the hizbiyyoon and the proponents of Tamyi. Aameen.

[2] Working with a person whose wealth is Haraam and eating his food: Is this permissible?

Question:

What is the ruling on the following: Working with a person whose provision is Haraam and eating his food during occasions?

Answer:

If it is ascertained that all his wealth is haraam, it is not permissible to eat (his food). But if some haraam enters his wealth and there is also some halaal in it, there is no harm eating (his food) because you do not know whether the food is from the halaal or haraam aspect of his wealth. The basis of this affair is that it is allowed to eat InshaaAllaah because the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) ate from the food of the Yahood.

[1] Fataawaa on the virtues of good deeds, by Shaikh Muhammad Bin Abdillaah As-Subayyil (rahimahullaah): [Recitation of the Qur’aan after finishing my work]

Question:

The questioner says: I work as an accountant in one of the companies and I have a lot of free time during which I read the Qur’aan and listen to the Noble Qur’aan Broadcast. However, when my boss arrives I close the Mushaf. So what is the ruling on this action (of mine)? Benefit us with an answer and may Allaah reward you.

Answer:

If it is the case that you have carried out your work perfectly and fulfil everything your boss requires of you without delay, then it is permissible for you to read the Qur’aan and beneficial books, and listen to the Noble Qur’aan Broadcast in your free time. Rather benefitting from this (free) time in such activities is better than wasting it in that which does not benefit.
