[3] Thorns In The Throats of The Frustrated Slanderers and Spiteful Propagandists – [Aasim Al-Hakeem and His Ilk]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Allaah [The Most High] said:

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.

Indeed, Aasim Al-Hakeem [may Allaah guide him and restrain his slanderous tongue Aameen] hurls slanders at the Salafiyyoon, which not only manifests his frustration due to being unable to provide solid proofs to support his arguments, but also the fact that he is a doubt-monger and one who seeks to hide the truth. So he [may Allaah guide him and free him from the shackles of hizbiyyah Aameen] claims that he has seen those who claim to be Salafis, especially from non Arabs who make their living through criticizing Daees and scholars, though themselves don’t possess the basics of knowledge or Aqeedah.

Firstly: Aasim [may Allaah guide him and restrain his slanderous tongue Aameen] did not provide any proof to back up his claims; for where is the proof to support his claim that those Salafiyyoon make a living through criticising Da’ees and scholars! Indeed, Ibn Abdi Rabbihi [rahimahullaah] said: Choosing speech is more difficult than authorship, and indeed it is said, ‘The choice of a man (in speech) is in harmony with his intellect’. [1]

Aasim’s statement is not merely a false claim and a slander uttered by accident, rather it is one uttered out of malice after being unable to produce proofs to justify his companionship with the people of bidah and hizbiyyah, such as Al-Areefee and others.  Indeed, the one upon truth is not in need of lying or slandering in order manipulate and deceive his listeners. Indeed, is it not amazing that a man portrays himself as one qualified to disseminate knowledge, yet he slanders and makes false claims against Salafiyyoon- seeking to put others down without a shred of evidence and in order to feel good about himself, and hoping that others will swallow such garbage?! Indeed, it is said that the liar is a thief because a thief deceives you with regards to your wealth and the liar deceives you with regards to your intellect. [Adabud Dunyaa Wal-Aakhirah: page:262]

Hatred and Malice towards those Salafiyyoon who refute his deviant companions, -Areefee and others- leads him to lies and slander. It is evil enough that a man lies to obtain some of the goods of this worldly life, then how about lying in the field of Dawah- slandering the Salafiyyoon, whilst accompanying the people of bidah and hizbiyyah.  Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:   Lying is not permissible. It is a major sin from the major sins. It (lying) is not permissible except in three affairs which the prophet made an exception; lying during war, because war is deceit; lying in order to bring about peace between the people; and lying between married couples in order to bring about rectification to the family with regards to the relationship between (husband and the wife). These three affairs are that of maslahah, and in them is a greater good than evil; so (lying) is permissible (in this case). As for calling to Allaah, it has no need for lies. It is not permissible to utilize lies in calling to Allaah. Calling to Allaah is to (be carried out) by way of truth, the Book, the sunnah, fine admonition and arguing in a way that is better and not by way of lies. [End of quote: source: al-ijaabatul muhimmah fee mashaakil al-mulimmah, page:271-272]

Yoonus Ibn Ubayd (rahimahullaah) said: Indeed, you see a man fasting a lot, abstaining from the forbidden affairs and praying the night prayer, whilst he testifies to falsehood in the morning. [2]

Secondly: As for Aasim’s claim that those Salafiyyoon are ignorant of the basics of knowledge and Aqeedah, then indeed –once again- he did not produce a single proof to support his claim, rather what he seeks to hide is the fact that the Salaficentres are busy with Duroos delivered by those who are either well known to some of the well-known scholars, such as Shaikh Ubaid, Shaikh Mhammad Bin Haadi, Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhaari, Shaikh Rabee and others or those Salafiyyoon who graduated from Madeenah university. The books transmitted in the various Maraakiz of Salafiyyah in the West include Usool Ath-Thalaatha, Qawaa’id Al-Arba’ah, Nawaaqid Al-Islaam, Kitaab At-Tawheed, Shuroot As-Salaah, Umdatul Ahkaam and other numerous books.

On the other hand, those who deliver such lessons in the various Maraakiz do not behave like Aasim, for he enters into affairs that are not his speciality. And unlike Aasim, they do not make statements based on speculation and conjecture. See links:

Finally: Therefore, we say to Aasim Al-Hakeem and his companions that the Salafiyyoon neither take knowledge from guessers nor from those who approach the Tobooliyyaat. Uqbah Bin Aamir (radiyallaahu-anhu) said: ”Learn before those who depend on guessing”; meaning: those who base their judgement on presumption. [3]

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said: [الطبوليات ] are those Masaa’il (affairs related to the religion) by way of which fame is sought. They are called ‘Tubooliyyaat’ because it is similar to a Tabl (drum) which has a sound and an echo. So when an odd affair comes to the people and a (person) becomes famous by way of it, then it becomes as if it is the sound of a drum. [Sharh Hilya Taalib al-Ilm, page: 19]

O Aasim! It is manifest to every Salafi that you are the one who speculates in affairs of knowledge and answers questions which you are not worthy of answering, such as when you attempted to claim that the Salaf differed in Aqeedah, as well as your response regarding Qadr. So before you accuse others of being ignorant of the basics of Aqeedah and knowledge, you should check yourself first and refrain from slander. We ask Allaah for Ikhlaas, Sidq, Thabaat and Husnul Khaatimah Aameen.

To be continued…InShaaAllaah

The Maniacs of Nigeria – [In a Nutshell, This Is the Affair Regarding the Kharijite Maniacs (Boko Haram)]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Shaikh Abdul Azeez Aala Shaikh [may Allaah preserve him..Aameen] says:

*Boka Haraam is a misguided group and they are from the khawaarij.

*Their actions are evil and harmful for Islam and the Muslims.

*Their actions are destructive.

*Abducting girls is from the actions of a misguided group.

*If Boka Haraam are claiming a call to jihad, then it is nothing but ignorance and enmity against Islaam and the Muslims.

*Boka Haraam are not upon correctness and guidance because Islaam opposes abduction/kidnapping, unlawful killing and transgression.

*Marrying off kidnapped/abducted females is haraam and it is not permissible to give them in marriage.

Reminder to Irrational In-laws [Those Who Look Down On a Married Couple Who Cannot Have Children Or a Barren Wife, Or a Wife Who Has Not Given Birth to a Baby Boy]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Allaah (The Most High) said:

To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills. He bestows female (offspring) upon whom He wills, and bestows male (offspring) upon whom He wills. Or He bestows both males and females, and He renders barren whom He wills. Verily, He is the All-Knower and is Able to do all things. [42:49-50]

Using Forged Twitter Identities to Troll and Attack Students of Knowledge and The Salafi Maraakiz

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

“Every people have their inheritors, every earth has a cultivator and every evil has one destroyed by it.”

Indeed, using forged internet identities was a path adopted by some of those who defended Jamiat ahle Hadeeth, Suhaib Hasan, Al-Maribi and other deviants until they were exposed by Ustaadh Amjad Rafiq (may Allaah preserve him). Recently, we are witnessing the re-emergence of this path – but this time on twitter- amongst some of those who claim that they are enjoining good and forbidding evil, whilst trolling with hidden or forged twitter identities to attack Salafi students of knowledge and the Maraakiz. Therefore, we remind them of a statement of Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) as follows:

By Allah no one hides his [real] name except a person of evil.  Astaghfirullah! Astaghfirullah! Why are you hiding your [real] name?! If you have the truth with you then announce your name, if you have falsehood with you then fear Allah! Don’t speak! There is no reason to hide your [real] name, no reason whatsoever, this is something unknown with the Salaf…” http://www.salafitalk.net/st/printthread.cfm?Forum=9&Topic=5498

Woe to a Person Who Preoccupies Him (or Herself) In Slander and Backbiting!

Allaah (The Most high) said:

وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ

slanderer

Woe]; meaning, loss and destruction. And it is said [that it means] a valley in Jahannam.

[لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ – to every slanderer and backbiter]; this is his preoccupation and practice (or habit), slander and backbiting -violating the honour of the people, speaking ill of them and defaming them.  Slandering by way of speech and backbiting by way of action through indication (or gesturing). [End of Quote (Ref 1)]

Qaadhi Iyaad (rahimahullaah) stated that the word [وَيْلٌ –Woe]  carries some of the following meanings: [a] It is used whilst referring to one who has fallen into destruction. [b] It is used whilst referring to one who deserves destruction. [c] It is used to refer to destruction itself. [d] It is used to refer to the difficulty found in punishment. [e] It is used to refer to grief. [f] It is used to refer to a valley in the hell fire. [Ref 2]

A Means to protecting the private parts from lewdness – By Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him)

lower_the_gaze

Lowering one’s gaze is a means to protecting the private parts and not restraining one gaze is a means to corrupting the private parts. Therefore, if you want to protect your private parts from lewdness, lower your gaze. If you leave your eyesight roam about freely – looking at what Allaah has made unlawful- then indeed it will lead you to lewdness.

He Clung to His Books and Ignored The Scholars, So He Went Astray!

Abdullaah narrated from his father Imaam Ahmad who said: ”If a person has written works (by the scholars) in which is contained the statements of Allaah’s Messenger  (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam), the differences of opinion between the Sahaabah and the Taabi’een, it is not permissible for him to act upon what he wants, choose (what he wants), judge by it and act upon it until he asks the people of knowledge  (i.e. the scholars) regarding what to take from it, so that he can act upon what is sound.” [Source: I’laam Al-Muwaqqi’een 2/84]

This above statement of Imaam Ahmad (rahimahullaah) reminds us of a head amongst the Hizbiyyoon, whom the Imaam at Al-Markazus Salafi [Kamaal – Imaadud-deen (may Allaah preserve him)] told to refer to the scholars during the fitnah of Abul Hasan al-Maribi, so the hizbi said: ‘’I have a library and can search for the truth’’. We seek Allaah’s protection from misguidance Aameen.

Amazing State of Affairs! When Murderer Does Not Know Why He (She) Committed The Act

Abu Huraira reported Allaah’s Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) as saying: By Him in Whose Hand is my life, a time would come when the murderer would not know why he has committed the murder, and the victim would not know why he has been killed.

The Evil of Khurooj (Rebellion) With the Sword Is Always Preceded By Khurooj with the Tongue- By Shaikh Uthaymeen

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said, “There is no khurooj with the sword except that it is preceded by Khurooj with the tongue”. [Ref 1]

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzan (may Allaah preserve him) was asked:

The one (i.e. Dhul Khuwaysirah) who said to the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wsallam): ‘’be just’’; is he considered to be from the Sahaabah or is he a khaarijee, alongside the fact that he did not rebel against the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and did not disbelieve through major (kufr etc)?

Answer:

The one (i.e. Dhul Khuwaysirah) who said to the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) ‘’be just’’ is not a just person. This was the beginning of the khawaarij in view of the fact that he accused him of oppression.  And it is not a condition that the khawaarij have to carry weapons, rather he (the person) is from the khawaarij and upon their school of thought if he believes in declaring Muslims disbelievers due to major sins (they commit). If he incites (the people) against the one in charge of the affairs through sermons and writing, (then) this is the school of thought of the khawaarij even if he does not carry weapons.

The khawaarij are of different types: Amongst them are those who carry weapons; there are those who speak like the who said to the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam), ”Be Just”; amongst them are those who write and amongst them is the one who believes in his heart, but he neither speaks nor does anything; however he has the belief of the khawaarij in his creed.  But some of them are worse than others. Critical and Constant Examination of Oneself In All Affairs!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad (rahimahullaah) said: ”O miserable one! You are disobedient yet you see yourself as a good-doer; you are ignorant yet you see yourself as a scholar; you are miserly yet you see yourself as a generous person; you are an idiot yet you see yourself as a sensible person, and your lifespan is short yet your hopes are prolonged”.

Imaam Dhahabi (rahimahullaah) said: ”I swear by Allaah, (Fudayl) spoke the truth! You (O miserable one) are an oppressor yet you see yourself as one who is oppressed; you eat haraam yet you see yourself as one who fears (Allaah); you are a rebellious evil person yet you see yourself as someone who is just; you seek knowledge for the sake of the worldly things yet you see yourself as one who seeks it for the sake of Allaah”. [End of Quote] [Source: Siyar A’laam An-Nubulaa: 8/440]

Repentance

Allaah (The Most High) said:

قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

Say: “O ‘Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. [39:53]

“And turn in repentance and in obedience with true Faith (Islamic Monotheism) to your Lord and submit to Him, (in Islam), before the torment comes upon you, then you will not be helped. [39:54]

“And follow the best of that which is sent down to you from your Lord (i.e. this Qur’an, do what it orders you to do and keep away from what it forbids), before the torment comes on you suddenly while you perceive not. [39:55]

Lest a person should say: “Alas, my grief that I was undutiful to Allah (i.e. I have not done what Allah has ordered me to do), and I was indeed among those who mocked [at the truth! i.e. La ilaha ill-Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah), the Qur’an, and Muhammad  and at the faithful believers, etc.] [39:56]

Or (lest) he should say: “If only Allah had guided me, I should indeed have been among the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons) [39:57]

Or (lest) he should say when he sees the torment: “If only I had another chance (to return to the world) then I should indeed be among the Muhsinun (good-doers) [39:58]
