Another act of Dishonesty and Deviation of Brixton’s Mubtadi Mentor [Ali Al-Halabi Al-Murji Al-Mubtadi]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Betower of Mercy

———————————————————————————————————————————————————–

The Dishonesty of Brixton’s Mubtadi Mentor

Sheikh Muhammad ibn Haadi said, “Ali Hasan came to my house and I quoted to him the full story from as-Sunnah of al-Khallal so he knew of the boycott of Imam Ahmed regarding ‘Abdulrahman ibn Saalih so why is he misquoting when I already advised him regarding this before he printed this book.”

————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

Ustaadh Abdul Ilaah Lahmami (may Allaah preserve him) wrote in 2002:

Refuting the false principle of ‘Ali Hasan regarding getting closer to the innovators due to a benefit

Sheikh Rabee’ ibn Haadi al-Madkhali advised to translate refutations against some of these incorrect principles that ‘Ali Hasan has been calling to so that the Muslims do not fall into them due to the doubts been mentioned.

Sheikh Rabee’ stressed that these doubts are dangerous in that they attack the methodology of the pious predecessors in how they used to not mix with the innovators and refute them.

Sheikh ‘Ubayd al-Jaabiree, Sheikh Muhammad ibn Haadi and Sheikh Abdullah al-Bukhaari also showed the seriousness of these latest mistakes of ‘Ali Hasan.

Sheikh ‘Ubayd al-Jaabiree advised also to translate what is sufficient for the people to be aware of these errors so that they do not fall into them.

Doubt number 1

‘Ali Hasan al-Halabi said in his book “Menhaj as-Salafus Saalih fi Tarjeeh al-Masaalih” p.16 regarding the fundamentals of refuting:

“What will these individuals reply, may Allaah guide them regarding the situation of visiting (innovators), to what was reported by Khateeb (Baghdaadi) in his (Tareekh 10/262) and it seems this is the reason for their fitnah.

On the authority of Ya’qoob ibn Yusuf al-Mutdawi’ who said “‘Abdulrahman ibn Saalih al-Azdi who was a Raafidi and he used to visit Imam Ahmed, and he (Imam Ahmed) would bring him closer to himself so it was said,  “O Aba ‘Abdillah, ‘Abdulrahman ibn Saalih al-Azdi is a Raafidi?!  So Imam Ahmed said, “subhanallaah, he is a man who loved the family of the Prophet, shall we say to him don’t love him! He is thiqa (trustworthy in narrating).”

‘Ali Hasan said commenting on this in the footnotes, “even though it was known that Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal rahmahullaah refused Dawood adh-Dhaahiree to enter upon him (due to his position with regards the Qur’an being created).” Tareekh Baghdad (8/373) in a report that many quote without a good understanding but times have changed and one must look at the benefits and harms and they are two important principles which many are unaware of who are energetic upon futile matters.”

The actual complete story between Imam Ahmed and ‘Abdulrahman ibn Saalih al-Azdi, the Raafidi is narrated fully in as-Sunnah of al-Khallal vol.1 p.501 and it is not as ‘Ali Hasan portrayed:  Abu Bakr al-Marwazi said that I heard Aba ‘Abdillaah (Imam Ahmed), there are a people who write these lowly ahadeeth concerning the companions of the Messenger of Allaah, and it is reported that you do not reject that the one who reports these narrations to be from the people of hadeeth. So he became angry and refuted this strongly and said “this is futile! We seek refuge in Allaah, I don’t refute this! Even if this was regarding the lowliest of people then I would have refuted it so how is it then if it was concerning the companions of the Messenger sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam! Then he said “I don’t write these ahadeeth.” I said, “O Aba ‘Abdillaah (Imam Ahmed), if you come to know of one who writes these lowly ahadeeth should he be boycotted?” He said “Yes, the one who narrates these lowly ahadeeth deserves to be stoned.”

Abu ‘Abdillaah (Imam Ahmed) said “‘Abdulrahman came to me and I asked him: do you narrate these ahadeeth?” ‘Abdulrahman said “so and so narrated it and so and so narrated it.” So I tried to have gentleness with him(to advise him such that he leaves his misguidance) but he continued using as proof that so and so narrated these so when I saw him afterwards I turned away from him and did not speak to him.”

Sheikh Muhammad ibn  Haadi said that Imam Ahmed initially didn’t know that Abdulrahman ibn Saalih was a Raafidi (since he spoke about ‘Uthman and Mu’awiyyah ibn Abi Sufyaan (may Allaah be pleased with them)) because he showed his love for the Prophet’s family initially and spoke well of Abu Bakr and ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with them). However, when it became known to Imam Ahmed that he was spreading these narrations against the companions, Imam Ahmed turned away from him and didn’t speak to him.

Sheikh ‘Ubayd al-Jaabiree said that Imam Ahmed’s position towards ‘Abdulrahman ibn Saalih is his same position towards Dawood adh-Dhaahiree so ‘Ali Hasan is mistaken in trying to separate the two incidents.Sheikh Muhammad ibn Haadi mentioned that ‘Ali Hasan is mistaken to use an incomplete story regarding Imam Ahmed’s position to allow one to come closer to the innovators in the name of benefit (maslaha) as this opens doors to much evil.

Sheikh Abdullah al-Bukhaari said that Ali Hasan’s book should not be called Menhaj as-Salaf but rather Menhaj al-khalaf regarding the opposition in it to the methodology of the Sallaf.

Sheikh Ubayd al-Jaabiree said that these doubts concerning the allowance of visiting and mixing with the innovators in the name of maslaha (overall benefit) will open doors to many to mix with the innovators (and sign pledges of mutual cooperation as we have seen in the name of maslaha).

Sheikh Muhammad ibn Haadi mentioned that these errors are clearly the reason for Ali Hasan’s defence for cooperating with ‘Abdulrahman Abdulkhaaliq’s Ihyaa Turath, Abul Hasan al-Misree, Maghrawi, Adnan ‘Urur, Muhammad Hassan and others who have refuted by the scholars and until today have not retracted their errors.

May Allaah guide us all to the truth and protect us. Indeed He is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful

Brixton and Luton -Defenders of a Murji Mubtadi (Al-Halabi) and An Ikhwaani Mubtadi (Al-Maribi)

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful The Bestower of Mercy

———————————————————————————————————————————–

Defenders of a Murji Mubtadi (Al-Halabi) and An Ikhwaani Mubtadi (Al-Maribi)

A Shared Manhaj between Masjid Al-Ghurabaa’s Admin (Luton) and Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah’s Admin (Brixton)

 ————————————————————————————————————————————

[الأرواح جنود مجندة ]

Souls are like recruited troops.

Narrated Aisha (radiyallaahu-anhaa): I heard the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) saying, ‘’Souls are like recruited troops; those who are of like qualities are inclined to each other, but those who have dissimilar qualities differ.’’ [Saheeh Bukhaari Vol 4. Hadeeth Number 3336. Darusallam]

Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajar (rahimahullaah) stated one of the meanings of this hadeeth in Fat-hul Baari that Al-Khattaabi (rahimahullaah) said: This may indicate to mean similarity in good and evil, righteousness or corruption– the good one amongst the people  is inclined towards one similar to him, and the evil one is similarly inclined towards the one similar to him.  Souls have an affinity with others in accordance with the nature in which they were created, good or evil. They will agree if their natures are similar, otherwise they will be at loggerheads…  [See Fat-hul Baari for further details]

What brings Luton’s and Brixton’s Admins together?!

They are brought together by their defence of two Mubtadia Ali Halabi Al-Murji Al-Mubtadi and Abul Hasan Al-Maribi -Ikhwaani Mubtadi.  In 2003, Farasat [a close associate of Abdul Qaadir (Luton)] stated to Abu Haleemah Na’eem Bashir [Masjid Al-Furqaan Stoke-on-Trent (Masjid Salafi)]:

”Ok, you see we had the seminar in Luton (2003) … and Brixton contributed to the air, to the tickets of the sheikhs as well, so you know we are working together, they just sent us the money for the air tickets, they come up to Luton for the talks, we went down to Brixton, and this is the Shura, and I’ll give you another example were we are working closely together, December (2002) the Sheikhs came, Luton Shura wanted to have a private meeting with the 4 sheikhs, all about issues in Luton…

And the Brixton Shura wanted a private meeting with the Sheikhs about the issues in Brixton, small issues nothing major but after (word unclear) there was a Brixton Shura and Luton Shura, well so why don’t we hold a joint meeting so that shows the level of trust between us and them, coz we would not be talking about issue which are private to Luton in front of a shura who is against us, and likewise Brixton wouldn’t talk about issues which are private to them …in front of us, but what we did was, we said lets hold our Shura jointly, em so I believe there is a high level of trust. Abdul haqq baker he’s in Jeddah now… but he’s phoned me even from Jeddah on a number of occasions, he’s phoned Abdul Qadir, he phoned Abu Zur’a, you know as far as I am concerned the relationship between us is very very good.

About something else and I quickly asked about Abdul haqq and he goes its very very unlikely I mean Abdul Qadir and Abdul Haqq go back about 1990 so ehm and he knows him very well on this issue of the fitna of Abul Hasan al-Maribe what happened was he changed his position from being silent on it to criticizing Abul Hasan and then he came back to saying im not taking a position… [1] [End of quote]

Brixton’s defiance and obstinacy in defence of Al-Halabi is only a confirmation of their previous stances (i.e. regarding their stance towards the other Mubtadi Abul Hasan Al-Maribi).  Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said: ”And Imaan is known about a man, just as all the states of his heart are known by way of his (outward) allegiances, enmities, his rejoicing, anger, hunger, thirst, and other such affairs. For these matters have certain outward binding necessities (lawaazim dhaahirah) and the outward matters necessitate inward matters. And this is a matter known, the people know this concerning the one that they have experienced and tested (jarraboohu wamtahinoohu)… [minhaaj-as-sunnah 8/475] [Translation: Salafipublications.com]

Therefore, the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah should never turn away from the clear proofs established against the obstinate defenders of Al-Maribi and Al-Halabi, as Shaikh Ubaid Al-Jaabiri (may Allaah preserve him) says:

”The one who knows of a mistake and it is clear to him, then it is not permissible for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom an affair is hidden. And indeed you already heard yesterday that the scholars are not infallible in their Ijtihaadaat. Therefore, it is not permissible to adopt them (i.e. the mistakes of the scholars) as a methodology (to follow).” [2]

Jarh Wat-Tadeel is specified to the narrators of hadeeth—A deception among the deceptions of Iblees

Shaikh Ubaid (may Allaah preserve him) says:

Indeed, the scholars disparaged men with what they deserved of disparagement and they (i.e. those disparaged) were not narrators of (hadeeth). And from that (was the disparagement against) Jahm Ibn Safwaan, Amr Al-Jaahiz and many other than them. Refer back to Siyar A’laam An-Nubulaa and other than it among the books of Jarh Wat-Taweel (and) you will know that this (claim that Jarh Wat-Tadeel is specified to the narrators of hadeeth) is a deception among the deceptions of Iblees-from the deceptions of shaytaan. How can Shaikh say that such and such is deviated, whilst he opposes the Soofees etc- A statement of some of the Hizbiyyoon aimed at sheltering their deviant figureheads of Tamyee and Bidah

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) said: ‘It is not permitted for a man to say, ‘So and so is a person of the sunnah’ until he knows that he combines the characteristics of the Sunnah, so it is not said of him, ‘a person of the Sunnah’ until he combines all the Sunnah.'[1]

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah) commented on the above statement of Imaam Barbahaaree saying:

Do not give recommended to a person and a praise of him, except based on knowledge, lest the people become deceived by your praise of him, whilst he is not what (you have stated about him).  So when his real affair and path is clear to you, his knowledge and steadfastness; then you can give him recommendation. As for giving out praise and recommendation whilst not knowing of anything about him, then this is a dangerous recommendation through which the people will be deceived by this person.

Had only those who give commendations to the people stopped at that (i.e. put it in its proper place), then they would not give recommendation, except for one who fulfils the conditions of (receiving) recommendation because recommendation is a ‘Witness’; so, if the recommendation is not correct it will be a false witness.

And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree: ‘until he knows that he combines the characteristics of the Sunnah’ Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan commented on the above statement saying: The characteristics of the Sunnah are to be in Aqeedah, Knowledge and adherence to the Salafus Saaleh.  But if there is not in him except a single characteristic of the (sunnah), then he is not judged to be from Ahlus Sunnah on the basis of a single characteristic or one thing, so what about the one who does not have anything from that? [End of quote: It-haaful Qaaree Bitta’liqaat Alaa Sharhis Sunnah Lil Imaam Barbahaaree, Vol: 2, page:275-276]

So be mindful of those who utilise these foolish statements in order to hide the other deviations and innovations of their figureheads. Likewise, be distant from the obstinate blind followers—those who carry the slogan of Ikhtilaaf, whilst intending falsehood by way of it and to reject the clear unambiguous knowledge based refutations of the scholars against the figureheads of hizbiyyah, bidah and Tamyee.

[2]Greenlane’s Admin—[Bold Faced Liars; False Claimants to Salafiyyah; Shelterers of Ahlul Bidah & Allies of Naveed Ayaz [IslamNelson/Madeenah.con)]

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said: We call to the methodology of the Salaf—to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger.  We utilize them as proofs in our creed; in our acts of worship; in our stances; in our relationship with the rulers and the ruled and in our relationship with the groups and sects.  As for others, they play games and tricks.  By Allaah! You do not find them except that they play tricks and games with the passion (or inclinations) of the youth.

————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

Greenlane’s Admin [Bold Faced Liars; False Claimants to Salafiyyah and Shelterers of Ahlul Bidah] state on their website as follows: ”GLMCC has qualified and well experienced Imams/Scholars and Khateebs who are dedicated in delivering, teaching and spreading the Dawah of Islam in accordance to the methodology of the Salaf.” [End of quote]

Certainly! GLMCC is very experienced in attracting deviants, such as Ihyaa Turaath [1] Certainly! GLMCC has a khateeb like Goldie [Abu Usaamah], who is highly qualified and well experienced in deceit and concealment; well experience and qualified in defending obstinate contemporary figureheads of bidah and misguidance, such as the likes of Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi. [2] Indeed, GLMCC ADMIN is not shy to utter this falsehood-showing no shyness in the presence of Allaah in this affair. They are pleased and happy with Goldie [a man of bidah] and a compulsive liar because it suits their Manhaj of hizbiyyah and gathering upon falsehood in the name of Salafiyyah. Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) said:

‘He who loves the deeds of a people, good or bad, is just like the one who commits them'[3] Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah) commented saying: He who loves the deeds of a people is just like one who commits them. So if those (deeds) are good, he gets a reward similar to theirs. And if those (deeds) are bad, he bears the burden and sin similar to theirs and Allaah’s Refuge is sought!

And due to this, it has been reported concerning the one who wishes to be like the scholar who teaches the people good that he will get a reward similar to that (Scholar).  And the one who wishes to be like the wealthy person who spends his wealth in the path of Allah, (then) he will receive a reward similar to that of (such a wealthy person) in accordance with his intention.   Likewise, this is the opposite (with regards) to the one who wishes to be like the criminal and the people of sin, (and) wishes to be their partners in sin or give support to their views and hold it to be true; (then) he is like them even if he did not commit an act similar to theirs, (but) solely (due to the fact that) he held their views to be correct and took their side. [4] [End of quote]

Finally: We remind the hizbiyyoon of Shaikh Rabee’s (may Allaah preserve him) statement as follows:

Between us and you are the Books of the Salaf! The Books of the Salaf are still present.  Allaah (The Most High) commanded the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam), saying: [قُلۡ فَأۡتُواْ بِٱلتَّوۡرَٮٰةِ فَٱتۡلُوهَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِينَ] ‘’Say (O Muhammad): So bring the Torah and recite it, if you are truthful;” so they brought the Torah and it belied.

Likewise, we bring the Books of the Salaf to these people; we bring the Qur’aan and the Sunnah to them; we bring Saheeh Bukhaari, Saheeh Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawood, Sunan Tirmidhee, Sunan Nasaa’ee, the Books of Imaam Ahmad and other than him from the Salaf, and thus we will find out those who are upon the path of the Salaf and those in opposition to them!  Just as Allaah (The Most High) challenged the Jews to present the Torah, so they presented it and it opposed what they were upon; likewise we challenge the people of hizbiyyah to present the Books of the Salaf in order to expose the innovators amongst us and them!

We call to the methodology of the Salaf—to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger. [5]
