Spare some time to read this again, to recall how uncompromising some of the senior scholars were once the truth was manifest, and how they embarked upon fulfilling a Fardu Kifayah regardless of the status of anyone who objected.

Also, note how quoting the names of others in support did not make them turn away from the Dalil. They addressed the issues straight ahead, without allowing any diversions or secondary issues to distract from the matter at hand.
