Reminder for an ignorant youth, who praises some of the khawaarij saying that they implement sharia

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Sheikh Saaleh al Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:

It is not permissible to exalt and praise the innovators, even if they have with them some of that which is the haqq.  That is because raising and praising them will spread their bidah and makes them from amongst the sincere ones, who are taken as examples from amongst the men of distinction of this Ummah.  The Salaf have warned us against having trust for the innovators, and have warned against praising them, and from their gatherings.  In this regard Asad Ibn Musa (rahimahullaah) wrote: ”And be beware of being a brother of the innovator (by association), or a companion of his, or one whom you sit with.  For indeed there has come the athar: ”whoever sits with a person of innovation; has left the protection of Allaah and is entrusted to himself.  Whoever proceeds towards a person of innovation has proceeded towards the destruction of Islaam”.

The innovators must be warned against and kept away from, even if they have some truth with them. Indeed, the most astray are not devoid of something of the truth, but as long as they have with them innovation, opposition and sinful views/ideas; then it is not permissible to praise and exalt them.  And it is impermissible not to have an objection towards their innovation, because in this is spreading of bidah and belittling the Sunnah.  And through this the innovator will emerge and become a guide for the ummah.

There are those Imaams in every era, who have no affairs of innovation with them.  And all Praise is due to Allaah, in them is that which suffices the ummah.  They are the leaders/guides.  What is obligatory is to make Ittibaa of the straight path which has no bidah.  As for the innovator, then it is obligatory to warn against him, and he is exposed until the people are cautious of him, and until him and his followers are subdued.  As for the consideration that he has something of the haqq; then this does not justify praising him.  This is, to a far greater extent against that which is of overriding benefit.  And it is known with regards to the fundamental principles of the religion that averting harm takes precedence over seeking that which is of benefit.  And with regards to showing animosity towards the innovator, the harm that is averted from the ummah is weightier than what he has of supposed maslahah, (if that is the case).
And had we adhered to this concept (i.e. praising innovators for some good they have), no one would have been judged to be misguided and declared an innovator.  This is because there is not an innovator except that he has with him some of that which is from the haqq and from iltizaam (adherence to Islaam). Imaam Ibn Rajab (rahimahullaah) said: [  أما أهل البدع والضلالة ومن تشبه بالعلماء وليس منهم فيجوز بيان جهلهم وإظهار عيوبهم تحذيرا من الاقتداء بهم ]

”As for ahlul bidah wad-dalaalah (the people of innovation and misguidance) and those who imitate the scholars, but are not from them, then it is permissible to clarify their ignorance and manifest their dificiencies, so as to warn (others) from following them.” [الفرق بين النصيحة والتعبير : page 36] [The Difference between sincere advice and exposing faults]

The Hizbiyyoon @ Masjid As-Sunnah and their ally Naveed Ayaaz [Madeenah dot Com/Islam Nelson] seek after general statements of the scholars in order to divert attention from the fact that there is a big difference between seeking after faults and exposing innovators. So you find them utilizing the general statements of the scholars about the virtues of hiding the faults of Muslims, advising Muslims sincerely, pursuing benefits for them and not to seek after their faults! Indeed we agree with all these virtuous acts, however the hizbiyyoon @ Masjid As-Sunnah and their ally Naveed Ayaaz deliberately cling to these affairs and ignore the specific rulings of the scholars against the figureheads of bidah and misguidance, such as the likes of Halabi, Maribi and Maghraawi.  They wish to utilize such general statements in order to confound truth with falsehood and divert attention from the contemporary figureheads of bidah [Halabi, Maribi, Maghraawi]

So with this, one understands the difference between general statements of the scholars (past and present) regarding wishing good for the Muslims and their specific rulings against the figureheads of bidah and misguidance.  We ask Allaah to guide those who seek to confound truth with falsehood in order to defend the figureheads of bidah and misguidance or protect us from their false insinuations and plots. Aameen.

Which Solution does Ridiculous Naveed Ayaaz [Madeenah Dot Con/Islaam Nelson] desire for Us?!

Ridiculous Naveed Ayaaz stated: ”I have learnt that such individuals, and their peers in Birmingham, do not desire a solution….” [See full statement here: salafidawahmanchester.com/?p=12607 ]

Question to Shaikh Zaid Bin Haadee al-Madkhalee (rahimahullah):

Is there a difference between the verdict against a person that he is from Ahlul Bidah and the verdict that he is a Mubtadi (innovator)? And does the verdict against a person that he is not a Salafi or that he is a hizbi necessitate that he is a Mubtadi (innovator)? Can you please shed light on this affair?

Answer:

Firstly, you should know:

Indeed Ahlus Sunnah are people who possess fear of Allaah.  They neither make Takfeer, Tafseeq (i.e. declare a person a sinner) and Tabdee (declare a person an innovator) except against the one who deserves it based on the evidences in the Book and the Sunnah, and the understanding of the pious predecessors of this Ummah.

Secondly, you should know:

The people of desires and misguidance are (categorized into) those who are followed and those who follow; Indeed, those who are followed are the ones who set up the various principles of innovation and they call to their innovation and misguidance, and they will carry their burden of sins and the burden of the sins of those whom they misguided without knowledge, as it is clearly stated in the Qur’aan and the Sunnah.

As for the followers of a leader from amongst the people of desires, then in most cases they are of two categories:

The First Category:

Those who possess knowledge, but they harbour evil intentions; so they yield to Satan, desires and the urge of the evil soul. They follow the people of misguidance and oppose the callers to guidance (in that which) Allaah sent His Messenger Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) with.

The Second Category:

Their share of knowledge is little, so the people of desires take advantage of them and they become (part) of their group. They convince them that what they call them to is the manifest truth and that what their opponents are upon is falsehood. And they convey to them a huge (number) of shubuhaat, in order to deceive them and submerge them into misguidance.  As for those who are followed—those who set up the principles of bidah and call the people to their bidah and misguidance–then indeed they are attributed to the bidah they innovated and call the people to, and for them there is no honour.

As for the followers of the people of desires, it is as I have stated that they are of two categories in most cases. They are to be called to the Sunnah and to cling to it, and that they (should) reject the bidah they have been deceived by and have yielded to. And if they respond to the call of truth through knowledge and action, and reject that which the people of desires and innovation call them to, then this is what is desired and it is a praiseworthy aim. If they reject the advice of the advisers and bargain with falsehood at the expense of truth, and give preference to innovation over the Sunnah, then they deserve to be assigned the term innovator.

 So we say to ridiculous Naveed: This is the solution! It is what we have established based on the verdicts of the scholars against the three figure heads of Bidah and Dalaalah [Halabi, Maghraawi, Maribi], and their staunch follower Abu Usaamah.  As for those who are deceived by Masjid As-Sunnah’s admin, we will do our best to refer them to the students of knowledge whenever they seek clarification, and may Allaah free them from the deceptions of  the dishonest hizbiyyoon.  Aameen.

[الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ]—we neither established our stances based on the reckless methodology of the Hajaawirah nor the repugnant hizbiyyah of Ihyaa Turaath, Greenlane, Al-Maghrib Institute, Suhaib Hasan and their associates; rather we only followed the verdicts of the scholars of Ahlul Athar- founded upon the knowledge based proofs against Ma’ribi, Halabi, Maghraawi and their staunch follower Abu Usaamah.

Likewise, after Masjid As-Sunnah’s admin persisted upon misguidance and obstinacy, and proclaimed their support for Halabi, Maghraawi and Maribi, we followed the verdict of Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) against them. Therefore, neither should Naveed turn a blind eye to the facts nor expect us to follow his false assumptions and desires. Neither can the solution be based on the desires and false assumptions of those who are ignorant of the precise methodology of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa’ah in dealing with the innovators and their staunch followers, nor can it be based on the solutions of those who attack the people of Salafiyyah and do not differentiate between the upright-knowledge based stances of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah from the corrupt, deceitful and false stances of the Mu-mayyi-een.

How very revealing is Naveed Ayaaz’s true state of affairs! He has the audacity to accuse the Salafiyyoon of not having a desire for a solution, yet he shows no shame in allying himself with a people who have persisted in their defence of three foremost figure heads of ahlul ahwaa wal-bidah(people of deisres and bid’ah)!  How very revealing it is of him, that Naveed Ayaaz is very eager to make silly and slanderous remarks against the Salafiyyoon, yet he expects to be considered a serious and responsible graduate! Indeed, Naveed must grow up and refrain from uttering such slanderous and absurd accusations. As Ibn Abdi Rabbihi (rahimahullaah) said: ”Choosing speech is more difficult than authorship, and indeed it is said: The choice of a man (in speech) is in harmony with his intellect.” [Source: quoted by Shaikh Muhammad Bin Umar Saalim Baazmool in Manhajul Bahthi Al-Ilmiy Wa-Kitaabah Fee Uloom Ash-Sharee-ah: page: 17]

Shaikh Abdullaah Adh-Dhufayree (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

ومنِ ادَّعى السَّلَفيَّة، وطريقته ومسلكه ومنهجه يخالفُ ما كان عليه السلف، فدَعْواه مردودةٌ عليه، والسَّلَفيَّة بريئةٌ منه كَبراءةِ الذِّئب من دم يُوسُف

Shaikh Rabee says: The Misguided Innovator stirs…..

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadee Al Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) said:

”The misguided innovator stirs up discord, splits and errs, and then says to you, ‘This is ijtihaad.’’

Shaikh Fawzaan says: This categorization of (Tawheed) is not found except with the Ikhwaaniyyah

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”This categorization [of Tawheed (i.e.Ar- Ruboobiyyah, Al-Uloohiyyah, Al-Asmaa Was-Sifaat and Al-Haakimiyyah) is not found except with the Ikhwaaniyyah (i.e. the deviant Muslim brotherhood sect); rather Al-Haakimiyyah enters into Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah….
