Allaah [The Exalted] said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّٲمِينَ لِلَّهِ شُہَدَآءَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ‌ۖ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّڪُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُواْ‌ۚ ٱعۡدِلُواْ هُوَ أَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوَىٰ‌ۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well­ Acquainted with what you do. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Aayah 8]

Indeed, Usaamah Al-Utaybi [may Allaah guide him or break his back] is one well known for excessive sinful speech. His chaotic behaviour is well known just as Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree [may Allaah protect him] stated about him to the people of Libya, “As for preventing his harm, by Allaah, neither I nor you can do this. If I had anything to do with it, I would have stopped it”. The guy is excessive and harmful, and this destructive behaviour has been clearly manifested in a statement of his when he stated that those who transmit warning against Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhayli’s gathering in Britian are Umalaa (i.e. doing a dirty job on behalf of someone), ahlul bidah, (proponents of innovation in religion), absorbed in the methodology of the Haddaadiyyah, and that amongst them are those concealing the methodology of the Khawaarij, and that from those who warn against this gathering is (Shaikh) Abu Khadeejah, who -according to pottymouth Usamah – is a leader of a Mafia group called Maktabah Salafiyyah, and one who hinders people from the path of Allaah etc.

Indeed, brothers and sisters, if the falsehood and excessive speech, the slanderous and chaotic behaviour of this vile wrong doer (Usaamah Al-Utaybi) never manifested to you in the past, then indeed what he stated above is enough as an example, just as Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree stated about him, “His affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness”.

Slander 1: Those -in Britain – who warn against Shaikh Sulaymaan’s gathering are doing the dirty job of others! Slander 2: Those -in Britain – who warn against Shaikh Sulaymaan’s gathering are ahlul bidah, absorbed in the methodology of the Haddaadiyyah and from them are those concealing the methodology of the Khawaarij! Utaybi did not produce an atom’s weight of proof to show that Salafipublications and the well-known Salafi Maraakiz are upon what he has described, rather what he has uttered is nothing but outright falsehood, malicious slander and excess [may Allaah guide him or break his back]. This is the same behaviour of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi – the one whom Usaamah defends and on whose behalf he unleashes this vile slander- when Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi demanded that he produces proof for his accusations, especially the Tabdee he declared against others. Then pottymouth Usaamah added – to his vile tirade – the claim that Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect him from the malicious tongues] is one who hinders people from the path of Allaah and that he is the leader of a mafia group called Maktabah Salafiyyah! Indeed, even though this statement unveils Usaamah’s foolish thoughts and views, but it contains – in addition to his more serious slanders about us being ahlul bidah – a mighty slander. Does this man not fear Allaah for unleashing his vile tongue and passing false rulings based on vain desires?! Allaah said:

[وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِ بِغَيۡرِ مَا ٱڪۡتَسَبُواْ فَقَدِ ٱحۡتَمَلُواْ بُهۡتَـٰنً۬ا وَإِثۡمً۬ا مُّبِينً۬ا – And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, bear on themselves the crime of slander and plain sin]. [Surah Al-Ahzaab. Aayah 58]

Al-Baraa’ah Ibn Aazib [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, ‘Usury has seventy-two doors, the least of which is like a man who goes into his mother [i.e. sexual intercourse]. The worst act of usury is for a man to attack the reputation of his brother”. [Mu’jam al-Awsaṭ 7151. Graded Saheeh Li-Ghayrihee By Imaam Al-Albaanee]

The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “The worst form of usury is the violation of someone’s honour”. “Verily, the worst act of usury is to attack the honour of a Muslim without a just cause”. [Abu Daawud 4876]
“Verily, the worst act of usury is to attack the reputation of a Muslim”- Meaning, the greater in evil and the more severely prohibited is to unleash the tongue against the honour of a Muslim by belittling him, behaving arrogantly towards him and speaking ill against him by way of slander or verbal abuse. This becomes more severe in prohibition because honour is more noble than one’s self and wealth. (1) This [i.e. violating the honour of a Muslim] has been referred to as usury because the transgressor establishes his honour and then goes beyond it, so it is as if he has added an increase that encroaches the boundaries in relation to the honour of a Muslim which is more valuable than his wealth. Al-Qaadhee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Attacking a Muslim’s honour is to deal with him more than what he deserves of that which is to be said about him or more than what is allowed to be said about him, and this is why it is likened to usury and considered one of its types. Then it is considered worse because it contains more harm and corruption”. (2)

Therefore, brothers and sisters, slander is not be tolerated from this vile Usaamah Al-Utaybi [may Allaah guide him or break his back], especially when such slander is disguised as knowledge. Even though this shameless potty accused us of Bidah, without an atom’s weight of proof, he followed the path of ahlul bidah in issuing judgements based on desires. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “The judges are three: one will go to Paradise and two to Hell. A man who knows the truth and judges with it will enter paradise; a man who knows the truth but judges with the opposite of it will enter the fire, and a man who judges for the people based on ignorance will enter the fire”. [Reported by Imaam Abu Dawud 3573]

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “And when it is the case that the one who judges between the people in (affairs) of wealth, blood [i.e. murder cases, physical violence etc] and honour will enter the hell fire if he is not a just scholar, then how about the one who passes judgements – without knowledge and justice – on creeds, religions, the fundamentals of belief, divine knowledge and the general fundamental principles related to different subject matters, as is the case with ahlul bidah wal ahwaa [the proponents of religious innovations and desires]”. This is what vile potty mouth Usaamah has fallen into by passing judgements against us based on the path of vain desires – a well known behaviour of ahlul bidah, even though we do not follow his satanic footsteps by declaring that he is a Mubtadi; rather it is enough that every sane person can see the precision Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree’s observation when he stated about pottymouth Usaamah, “His affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness”.

In conclusion, Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allaah protect him] once said to a resentful hater as follows: “So I say: Lamont Battle is an ahmaq (fool) and his hamaaqah (foolishness) becomes clearer and clearer to everyone by the day. I will not stoop so low so as to ask him to recant and apologise to me because, judging by his behaviour so far, he does not have that sense of justice and it appears that Shaytaan has gained mastery over his nafs in this issue. So all I will say is that may Allaah’s curse be upon the liar. Whoever is lying, may Allaah’s curse be upon the liar. And if he is truthful, then let him call Allaah to witness and invoke the curse of Allaah upon the liar. I am free and innocent of his evil slander and I have no concern whatsoever with his personal or private affairs”. Likewise, we say the same thing to vile Usaamah – an ahmaq (fool), whose hamaaqah (foolishness) becomes clearer and clearer to everyone by the day! May Allaah guide him or break his back Aameen.

Why do we refer to him as a “Pottymouth Hater?” That is because he uses obscene language, hurls false accusations at people in both religious and worldly affairs, and even accuses them of immoral conduct with women without a shred of evidence. This will be made known in the posts to follow InShaaAllaah.

Al-Allaamah Ubaid bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri [may Allaah protect him] stated:

May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allaah be upon you. All praise be to Allaah, and may Allaah’s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet and all his family and companions. Firstly, (this speech is) in conformity with the verdict I gave in the past which was more well-known. Secondly, we are on the advice we wrote to our children – the subjects and leaders of Libya. Thirdly, this man, Usaama Bin Ataayaa, the Palestinian, who calls himself Al-Utaybi, and Allaah knows best whether this is his lineage and it has nothing to do with me; but I say that his affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness, so my advice is that the people of Libya should not be deceived by him- neither their common people nor their elite, and that they rally behind the one whom Allaah has placed in authority over them in order not to disobey him (in what he commands of good), acknowledge him by listening and obeying him in times of ease and hardship, and in what they like and dislike. (see footnote a) This is the summary regarding this man (i.e. Usaama). As for preventing his harm, by Allaah, neither I nor you can do this. If I had anything to do with it, I would have stopped it. The man stirred up Fitna, and I say, he was one of those who stirred up Fitna, as it was reported to me from trustworthy people from Misrata. [Warning Dated: Monday  29th Shawwal 1435AH]

Advice to a 15 Year Old Who Wanted to Seek Knowledge – By Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz

The questioner mentions that he is a fifteen-year-old young man and wants to seek Islamic knowledge, so what is your advice? What are the things that he must do and fulil? He says: Bearing in mind that our city has few callers to Islam and students of knowledge.

Response: We advise him to seek knowledge in the schools -intermediate and secondary- opened by the government, or the institutes of knowledge. He strives to reach them (or enrol). And if they have gatherings of knowledge by the judges or others, he attends the gatherings of knowledge if it is available at night or during the day- combining this and this. He enrolls in regular schools and makes effort. He reads to the scholars in his township if they have gatherings of knowledge at night or during the day- attend the gatherings, benefit and strive hard to memorize the Noble Qur’an and memorize beneficial books, such as Kitaab at-Tawheed, Kishf Ash-Shubuhaat, Thalaathah Al-Usool and Qawaa’id Al-Arba’ah by Shaikhul Islaam Muhammad Bin Abdil Wahhaab [may Allaah have mercy upon him], and also Al-Aqeedah Al-Waasitiyyah by Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him]. These are good books that are important to memorize. And books like An-Nawawi’s forty hadeeth and its completion by Ibn Rajab’s Khamseen Hadeeth Min Jawaami Al-Kalim. He memorises these great and beneficial hadiths. In any case, the advice for this young man is that he strive to seek knowledge in regular schools, and from the Shaikhs if he has someone from the Shaikhs to read to in the gatherinsg of knowledge. سماحة الشيخ! من حوطة بني تميم السائل الذي رمز لاسمه بـ (ف. ش. ك) يذكر بأنه شاب يبلغ من العمر الخامسة عشرة، ويرغب في طلب العلم الشرعي، فما هي نصيحتكم سماحة الشيخ لمثل هذا؟ وما هي الأمور التي لابد أن يعملها، ويتمثل بها؟ يقول: علمًا بأن مدينتنا قليلة من الدعاة، وطلبة العلم، جزاكم الله خيرًا
نوصيه بطلب العلم في المدارس التي فتحتها الحكومة المتوسطة، والثانوي، أو المعاهد العلمية … يجتهد حتى يلحق بها، وإذا كان عندهم حلقات علم لأهل العلم من القضاة، أو غيرهم يحضر حلقات العلم إذا تيسر في الليل، أو في النهار يجمع بين هذا وهذا، يلتحق بالمدارس النظامية، ويجتهد، ويقرأ على العلماء في بلده إذا كان عندهم حلقات علم في الليل، أو في النهار، يحضر الحلقات، ويستفيد، ويجتهد في حفظ القرآن الكريم، وحفظ الكتب النافعة، مثل كتاب التوحيد، كشف الشبهات، ثلاثة الأصول، والقواعد الأربع للشيخ محمد -رحمه الله- محمد بن عبد الوهاب، وكذلك العقيدة الواسطية لشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية، هذه كتب جيدة مهمة يحفظها، ومثل الأربعين النووية، وتكملتها لابن رجب خمسين حديثًا من جوامع الكلم، يحفظ هذه الأحاديث العظيمة، والنافعة
على كل حال، فالوصية لهذا الشاب أن يجتهد في طلب العلم في المدارس النظامية، وعلى المشايخ إذا كان عنده من يقرأ عليه من المشايخ في حلقات العلم، نعم


Indeed, our youth are in UK have easy access to the knowledge that is obligated on every individual to seek. Some have travelled to study Alhamdu lil laah and others have direct access to teachers in the Maraakiz, especially our local Mashaayikh in Birmingham where different subject matters – Aqeedah, Manhaj, Fiqh, Tafseer, Seerah, Hadeeth – are taught from Monday to Saturday. Likewise, there are lessons in various Masaajid and Centres in other Masaajid and Centres. Indeed, this is a great blessing that was not available to many of us 25 years ago. May Allaah bless all the teachers – the elders and youth amongst them, keep them firm, increase them in beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds and pure provision Aameen.

They Say, “Why is Salaficentre So Forceful Even Though No Speaker -at MarkazUmar – Has Arrived Yet?”

They Say, “Why is Salaficentre So Forceful Even Though No Speaker Has Arrived Yet?”

The response to this is that we say to them that Abu Hurairah [may Allaah be pleased with him] said that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “A believer is not stung twice (by something) out of one and the same hole.” [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari 6133]

In the beginning of the Fitna of Al-Hajuri, some of us were in a state of procrastination and also adopted a gentle approach towards some of the aggressive supporters of Al-Hajuri, because those supporters of Al-Hajuri were our close companions for many years prior to the Fitna, and they thought that our lenient approach and desire for rectification was a sign of weakness, which led one of them to physically impose himself on the Masjid committee after returning from Yemen, and all of them demanded that Al-Hajuri be allowed to give a telephone linkup in the Masjid. By the grace of Allaah – first and foremost, our elders – at Maktabah Salafiyyah (Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and others) together with Shaikh Abdul Ilaah [may Allaah protect them] stood by us and contacted Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri [may Allaah protect him], who refuted the supporters of Al-Hajuri in our Masjid and thus the carriers of the Fitna of Al-Hajuri and their head Murad Al-Jazaa’iri [may Allaah guide and return them to the truth Aameen] were repelled. This – by the grace of Allaah – brought about clarity and calmness.

Then during the early days of the Fitna of Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi, some of us in the Masjid Committee dealt gently with some of the people who were pushing the Fitna from Saudi, because they were our close companions for many years prior to the Fitna. We constantly advised one of them to consult our elder brothers in the UK, adopted a  gentle approach towards them whilst hoping that they will turn away from their reckless behaviour by the Tawfeeq of Allaah, but they persisted, transgressed and thought that they can influence our stance due to the close relationship some of us had with them in the past, so we moved away after Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allaah protect him] refuted and exposed two of them who are well-known to us. Once again, one them has raised his stubborn head and returned with plotting, so we intended to send a clear message – whilst our elders at Salafipublications and elsewhere deal with them – that we are no longer in state of procrastination. May Allaah guide and return them to the truth, or protect us from their plots Aameen.

Demand of Some Desperate Simpletons! [Give Original Arabic Text or Audio Regarding Shaikh Rabee’s Warning Against a Supporter of Muhammad Bin Haadi]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّٲمِينَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ شُہَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَوِ ٱلۡوَٲلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ‌ۚ إِن يَكُنۡ غَنِيًّا أَوۡ فَقِيرً۬ا فَٱللَّهُ أَوۡلَىٰ بِہِمَا‌ۖ فَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ أَن تَعۡدِلُواْ‌ۚ وَإِن تَلۡوُ ۥۤاْ أَوۡ تُعۡرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرً۬ا

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well- Acquainted with what you do. [Surah An-Nisaa. Verse 135]

Demand of Some Simpletons

After receiving Al-Allaamah Rabee’s warning against Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhaylee, they stated, “1. Please give the original Arabic Text/ Transcript/ Audio Recording of Shaykh Rabi’ Haafidhahullaah where he specifically warned against Shaykh Sulaiman ar-Ruhayli (Haafidhahullaah). 2. Please give the original Arabic Text/ Transcript/ Audio Recording of any other Kibarul ‘Ulama like Shaykh Fawzan (Haafidhahullaah), Shaykh Saleh Al Ash-Shaykh (Haafidhahullaah) or any other kibar where they specifically warned against Shaykh Sulaiman ar-Ruhayli (Haafidhahullaah). 3. Is it Fard/Wajib upon each of us to have a stance on Shaykh Muhammad bin Hadi or Shaykh Sulaiman ar-Ruhayli (Haafidhahumullaah)? If you say yes, then provide evidence. Please inform who amongst the senior scholars has said that and provide original Arabic Text/ transcript/ audio recording of him as an evidence.

Observations:

This is what some desperate simpletons wrote and thus shot themselves in the foot by repackaging the false principles of the blazing hizbiyyoon. In this above text they imply the following:

(1) Unless an audio tape or text is provided, we must reject the statement narrated to us by Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and other reliable narrators [may Allaah preserve them] regarding Al-Allaamah Rabee’s warning against Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhaylee [may Allaah grant him the Tawfeeq to abandon Muhammad bin Haadi]. This absurd demand of theirs – in reality – necessitates that we must verify the narration of the trustworthy.

(2) They demand that other scholars must be quoted to support Al-Allaamah Rabee’s warning against Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhaylee. This demand in reality necessitates that the statement of one scholar is not enough regarding this affair.

(3) They demand that proof is produced to establish that it is Waajib to take a stance on Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi or Shaikh Sulaymaan ar-Ruhaylee!

All the above absurd demands, rather call them false principles of blazing hizbiyyoon repackaged as a rightful demand for proof by desperate simpletons, have already been rebutted by Al-Allaamah Rabee [may Allaah preserve him] in the past.

 

Firstly, with regards to point number 1, Al-Allaamah Rabee stated: “And with regards to transmission of information, then the information transmitted by one (trustworthy) person is sufficient because the Messenger used to send one person to Chosroes (i.e. the Emperor of Persia) to call him to Islaam and establish the proofs against him. He sent one person to Caesar the King of Rome to call him to Islaam and establish the proofs against him. The people used to enter Islam based on the message of this one trustworthy-truthful person sent by the Prophet. And if they rejected Islam and refused to follow Allaah’s Messenger based on the information transmitted by this one trustworthy-truthful person, the Prophet prepared an army against them. The Messenger prepared an army for the battle of Tabuk against the Romans based on the fact that they rejected the call to Islaam which was communicated to them by one person. He sent individuals to Bahrain, Oman and Yemen and their narrations were accepted”. (Ref A) 

Therefore, we ask the desperate simpletons, “Since when was it a condition that an audio recording must be produced to verify the narrations of the reliable narrators?!”

 

Secondly, with regards to point number 2, Al-Allaamah Rabee said: “The evidence for giving witnesses and the evidences for Jarh Wat-Tadeel are one and the same thing. As for the untrustworthy person, then his narration is not accepted. Likewise, the liar- the deceiver whose speech cannot be determined for its correctness, then his testimony is not accepted-neither his criticism against (a person) nor commendation is accepted (until verified). However, if one is a scholar who is precise and skillful, and he says about a person, “Such and such a person is a liar”, it is obligated on the people to accept his speech. The Salaf followed this methodology, (such as their saying), “Such and such is a liar”, “Such and such has a bad memory”, “Such and such is an innovator”, “Such and such is a Murji”, “Such and such is a khaariji”, “Such and such is a Mutazili” etc These statements have been made by Imaam Ahmad, Imaam Ibn Ma’een, Imaam Ibn Al-Madeenee, Imaam Bukhaaree etc. This the path followed by the Salaf; and why is that the case? That is because Allaah commanded us to accept the narration of the trustworthy narrators. Allaah (The Most High) said: [يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن جَآءَكُمۡ فَاسِقُۢ بِنَبَإٍ۬ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓاْ – O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it]”. (Ref B)

Therefore, we ask the desperate simpletons, “Since when was it a condition that one must produce evidences from other scholars in order to validate the warning issued by a single Scholar?!”

 

Thirdly, with regards to point number 3, they demanded from us to prove whether it is obligated on them to take a stance against Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi, then they finally stated, “Please answer the above questions. If you can’t/ don’t have answers, then FEAR ALLAAH and STOP SPREADING THESE”.

Glorified be Allaah and free is He from all imperfections! The simpletons objected to a warning against a person (Shaikh Sulaymaan) who supports another person (Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi) who is guilty of false Tabdee, and then demanded evidence from those who transmit the warning to prove to them that they must take a stance against both the guilty and his supporter?! Indeed, the simpletons shot themselves in the foot by providing us with what can be used to unveil the reality of their foolish behaviour and absurd demands, then they demanded that we fear Allaah, even though fearing Allaah in this particular affair is only applicable to them because they are the ones aiding error, repackaging false principles of the blazing hizbiyyoon and demanding that we refrain from transmitting the truth. Therefore, we remind them of the fact that they are truly the ones upon whom it is obligated to fear Allaah regarding this affair, and that they abandon their absurd demands which may appear to be something pleasing to the unsuspecting reader, and that they repent to Allaah lest they become like those mentioned in the following Aayah. Allaah [The Most High] said:

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُعۡجِبُكَ قَوۡلُهُ ۥ فِى ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَيُشۡهِدُ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا فِى قَلۡبِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ ٱلۡخِصَامِ
وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيُفۡسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡحَرۡثَ وَٱلنَّسۡلَ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡفَسَادَ
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ أَخَذَتۡهُ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ بِٱلۡإِثۡمِ‌ۚ فَحَسۡبُهُ ۥ جَهَنَّمُ‌ۚ وَلَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمِهَادُ

And of mankind there is he whose speech may please you (O Muhammad), in this worldly life, and he calls Allah to witness as to that which is in his heart, yet he is the most quarrelsome of the opponents. And when he turns away, his effort in the land is to make mischief therein and to destroy the crops and the cattle, and Allah likes not mischief. And when it is said to him, “Fear Allah”, he is led by arrogance to (more) crime. So enough for him is Hell, and worst indeed is that place to rest! [Surah Al-Baqarah. Aayaat 204-206]

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: This is the state of many a person when it is said to him, “Fear Allaah”, he is led by arrogance and then says, “Am I a disobedient person, am I a criminal?! You fear Allaah”. But there is one who when it is said to him, “Fear Allaah”, he is shaken and what he holds in his hand drops out of fear of Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic]. This person is from the people of piety and those who are truly acquainted with reality of affairs, but as for the first person, he is one led by arrogance, and Allaah’s Refuge is sought. He is led by arrogance to sin and then say, “I have not done anything! What have I done to the extent that you tell me to fear Allaah?!”

We say to this person [i.e. the arrogant one]: You are not more fearful of Allaah than the Messenger of Allaah [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], and indeed Allaah said to him in the beginning of [Surah Al-Ahzaab] :[يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ – O Prophet! Fear Allaah]; and in the final section of the Surah, Allaah said: [يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُواْ قَوۡلاً۬ سَدِيدً۬ا – O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth]. This includes everyone, even the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]. Finally, with regards to the severity of the matter, then indeed Muhammad Bin Haadi committed the crime of false Tabdee and thus Al-Allaamah Rabee reprimanded him and all those who defend him. Why Strongly Manifest Disapproval of The One – Muhammad Bin Haadi- Who Oppressively Makes Tabdee and Obstinately Refuses to Recant?! Examine- briefly – What is Said About Bidah and The Mubtadi’ah, Then You’ll Understand That Passing The Judgment of “Mubtadi – Innovator in Religious Affairs” Against a Muslim Cannot Be Based On Haste, Assumptions, Half-truths and Oppression!   

Allaah [The Most High] said: [ أَفَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ فَرَآهُ حَسَنًا – Is he, then, to whom the evil of his deeds made fair seeming, so that he considers it as good (equal to one who is rightly guided)?] [Surah Faatir. Aayah 8] Sa’eed Bin Jubair [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “This was revealed concerning the people of bidah and desires”. [Tafseer Al-Baghawi 3/689]

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhalee [may Allaah preserve him] said, “The upright jurist of Basra and the most intelligent of them- Salaam Bin Abee Mutee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] – said, “It is more beloved to me that I meet Allaah with the scroll of Hajjaaj than meet Him with the scroll of Amr Ibn Ubaid”. Amr Ibn Ubaid was a Zaahid (see footnote a) and a worshipper Maashaa-Allaah, but he was an innovator in religious affairs and a misguided one, and Hajjaaj was an evil doer, a blood shedder and a criminal. He [Salaam Bin Abee Mutee] held that if he were to make a choice between meeting Allaah with the scroll of Hajjaaj and that of Amr Ibn Ubaid, he would choose to meet Allaah with the scroll of Hajjaaj-the blood shedder and oppressive evil doer. And why is this? (That is) due to his realization regarding the danger and ugliness of bidah. And it is sufficient for us that the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] described (bidah) in his khutbah as the worst of all affairs, as reported in the Hadeeth of Jaabir [may Allaah be pleased with him]”. Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Being distanced from Allaah is of various levels and some are more severe than others. Being distanced from (Allaah) through disobedience is greater than being distanced from (Allaah) through thoughtlessness; being distanced from (Allaah) through Bidah is greater than being distanced from (Allaah) through disobedience, and being distanced from (Allaah) through hypocrisy and shirk is greater than all of that”. (2)

He also said, “The trial initiated by a Mubtadi (interferes) with the very foundation of the religions, wheras the trial initiated by a sinner is related to forbidden desires. Unlike the sinner, the Mubtadi blocks people’s path towards the straight path, hinders them from it, nullifies the message brought by the Messenger and cuts off the path to (reward) in the Afterlife, whereas a sinner’s path to (attaining reward) is slowed due to his sin”. Ibn Abbaas [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] said, “Do not sit with the people of desires; for indeed it causes sickness of the heart”. (4)

Sallaam Ibn Abee Mutee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “A man from the people of desires (ahlul bidah) said to Ayyoub As-Sakhtiyaanee [may Allaah have mercy upon him], ‘O Abaa-Bakr! I want to ask you about some statement’, so Ayyoub walked away and started gesturing with his finger, saying, ‘Not even half a statement'”. (5)

Ahmad Ibn Sinaan Al-Qattaan [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “There is no Mubtadi in the dunyah except that he hates ahlul hadeeth, and when a man innovates the sweetness of hadeeth is removed from his heart”. (6)

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali [may Allaah protect him] said, “Ibnul Jawzi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said that Abul Wafaa Ibn Aqeel Al-Faqee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, ‘Our Shaikh Abul Fadl Al-Hamdaani [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, ‘The Mubtadi’ah in Islam and the fabricators of Hadeeth are worse than the heretics, because the heretics aim to corrupt Islam from the outside, whilst these (people) want to corrupt it from within. They [i.e. Mubtadi’ah and fabricators of hadeeth] are similar to the people of a country who try to corrupt its state of affairs and the heretics are similar to those who lay a siege from the outside; so the ones from within open the fortress. Therefore, they are more harmful to Islam than those who do not (attribute) themselves to it outwardly”.(7)

Imaam Ahmad [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Beware of writing down (knowledge) from one of the people of desires (i.e. ahlul bidah) – be it a little or a lot”. (8)

Sa’eed Ibn Amr Al-Bardha’ee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “I witnessed (when) Abu Zur’ah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] was asked about Haarith Al-Muhaasibee and his books, so he said to the questioner, ‘Beware of these books, they are books of bidah and misguidance'”. (9)

Two Types of Bidah- Bida’atul Mukaffirah and Bida’atul Mufassiqah: Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [may Allaah preserve him] was asked whether there is a difference between Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah Al-Mufassiqah; so he replied that there is Bidah Mukaffirah, such as rejecting the Ruyah (i.e. denying that the believers will see Allaah in the afterlife); rejecting Allaah’s Uluww [i.e. denying that Allaah is above his creation –Allaah ascended over the Throne in a way that benefits his majesty)]; invoking other than Allaah; offering slaughtered sacrifice (i.e. animals) to other than Allaah etc. These are affairs of Bidah Al-Mukaffirah (the bidah that is tantamount to disbelief); but we do not make Takfeer of the people who commit this type of Bidah until we establish the proofs against them. That is because some of them (i.e. the people who fall into these affairs) carry doubts and are far away from the era of Prophethood and its light (i.e. guidance). So they fall into the likes these innovations. Rejecting the Ruyah is disbelief; rejecting Allaah’s Uluww is disbelief; the saying that the Qur’aan is created is disbelief-major disbelief; but this person -[who testifies that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allaah, and he prays, observes fasting, wants paradise and believes in that] -received the doubts of the people of falsehood, so he falls into the likes of these affairs (i.e. these innovations that are tantamount to disbelief). So we say to him, “You have fallen into disbelief and the evidence is this and this, and we clarify for him”. So if Allaah grants him Tawfeeq [i.e. blesses him with knowledge and to act] and he returns to the truth, then all praise is due to Allaah; but if not, we declare him a disbeliever after establishing the proofs against him. Therefore, after being acquainted with the danger of Bidah, the danger a Mubtadi exposes himself to, the manner in which he is viewed and treated, then none needs to emphasise – to you – the destructive path of one who hastens and oppressively pass the judgment of “Mubtadi – innovator in religious affairs” against a Muslim. This is why Al-Allaamah Rabee challenged Muhammad Bin Haadi to bring his proofs and rebuked him severely, but neither has he provided sound proofs nor recanted his oppressive judgements against those whom he oppressed. So, why is this man being aided to oppress others?! Neither has he produced proofs nor repented from this great crime of false Tabdee. Finally, we remind of ourselves regarding the great crime of oppression and false accusation. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Verily, Allah has revealed to me that you should adopt humility, so that no one may wrong another and no one may be disdainful and haughty towards another.” [Riyaadus Saaliheen 1589]

Yahya Ibn Rashid [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “We were sitting waiting for Abdullah Ibn Umar [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] who came out to us and sat. He then said, ‘I heard Allaah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying, ‘If anyone’s intercession intervenes as an obstacle to one of the punishments prescribed by Allah, he has opposed Allah; if anyone disputes knowingly about something which is false, he remains in the displeasure of Allah till he desists, and if anyone makes an untruthful accusation against a Muslim, he will be made by Allah to dwell in the corrupt fluid flowing from the inhabitants of Hell till he retracts his statement'”. Muhammad Bin Haadi and those who support his crime must desist if they truly fear Allaah. May Allaah guide them and protect us from every blameworthy affair Aameen.

Abu Sa’eed al-Khudree [may Allah be pleased with him] said, “I heard Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessing of Allaah be upon him] say, “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then (let him change it) with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith”. Always Return to The Unambiguous Knowledge Based Proofs Compiled By Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and Shaikh Abu Iyaad and Never Allow Musaafiqah to Disorientate You Through Their Wild Conjectures and Guesses, and Satanic Insinuations

Allaah [The Most High] said:

سَيَقُولُونَ ثَلَاثَةٌ رَّابِعُهُمْ كَلْبُهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ خَمْسَةٌ سَادِسُهُمْ كَلْبُهُمْ رَجْمًا بِالْغَيْبِ ۖ وَيَقُولُونَ سَبْعَةٌ وَثَامِنُهُمْ كَلْبُهُمْ ۚ قُل رَّبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِعِدَّتِهِم مَّا يَعْلَمُهُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ ۗ فَلَا تُمَارِ فِيهِمْ إِلَّا مِرَاءً ظَاهِرًا وَلَا تَسْتَفْتِ فِيهِم مِّنْهُمْ أَحَدًا

[Some] say they were three, the dog being the fourth among them; (others) say they were five, the dog being the sixth, guessing at the unseen; (yet others) say they were seven, the dog being the eighth. Say (O Muhammad): “My Lord knows best their number; none knows them but a few.” So debate not except with the clear proof (which We have revealed to you). And consult not any of them about (the affair). [Surah Al-Kahf. Aayah 22]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated:

Allaah informed us of the differing between the people of the scripture regarding the number of the people of the cave- a differing that (occurred) out of guessing at the unseen, forging statements and speaking about that which they have no knowledge. Some of them said that the people of the cave were three in number and their dog was the fourth, and others said that the people of the cave were five in number and their dog was the sixth. Allaah said that these two statements are tantamount to guessing at the unseen, so this indicates that they are false. And amongst them were those who said that the people of the cave were seven in number and their dog was the eighth. This statement-and Allaah knows best- is what is correct because Allaah declared the first two statements false but did not declare this third one to be false, so this indicates that it is correct.

This differing is one that neither carries any benefit nor are the people benefited by knowing the number of the people of the cave. It contains neither a benefit related to religion nor the worldly affairs and that is why Allaah stated: [قُل رَّبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِعِدَّتِهِم مَّا يَعْلَمُهُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ ۗ – Say (O Muhammad): My Lord knows best their number; none knows them but a few]; and they are those who know what is correct and known for being upon what is correct.

[ فَلَا تُمَارِ فِيهِمْ إِلَّا مِرَاءً ظَاهِرً -So debate not except with the clear proof (which We have revealed to you)] based upon knowledge, certainty and about that which contains benefit. As for debating based on ignorance and guessing at the unseen or about that which has no benefit- either the debater being obstinate or the affair being debated having no benefit- neither any religious nor (praiseworthy) worldly benefit, such as the number of the people of the cave and what is similar to it- then too much debate about it and continuous research regarding it is a waste of time, and it makes the hearts have a strong love for that which has no benefit.

[وَلَا تَسْتَفْتِ فِيهِم مِّنْهُمْ أَحَدً – And consult not any of them about (the affair)]- Meaning, because their speech regarding it is based on guessing at the unseen and conjecture can be of no avail against the truth.

This proves that it is not permissible for a person to issue a verdict when he is not worthy of it- either due to his inability to issue a verdict in that affair or due to fact that he does not care what he says about the affair because he does not possess that fear of Allaah that will stop him from speaking about affairs that are unclear to him, which may harm him in the afterlife. [End of quote] (1)

Therefore, do not entertain the wild guessing and evil thoughts of the foolish amongst the Musaafiqah, those who – after reading the verdict of Al-Allaamah Rabee against Dr Sulaymaan ar-Ruhaylee due to his staunch support for reckless Muhammad Bin Haadi – say, “So, Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan is a devil because they have not spoken about this Fitna?” This statement is tantamount to extreme foolishness! Do these fools think for a minute that Al-Allaamah Rabee intends Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan in this statement?! There’s no doubt that this extreme foolish behaviour led them to utter such a satanic insinuation because they are left with nothing to support their falsehood -after Muhammad Bin Haadi has been refuted – except this evil thought. Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan is neither involved in this Fitna nor was he the one who initiated it – far removed is he from this Fitna. He is busy teaching and guiding the Ummah, whilst Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi and his students have fulfilled the Fardu Kifaayah of rebutting reckless Muhammad Bin Haadi, and provide us (common people) with clarity.

Therefore, neither entertain the wild guesses and conjectures of the Musaafiqah nor their satanic insinuations, rather always say, “When reckless Muhammad Bin Haadi recant his mistakes and announce his repentance, and the scholars who refuted him ascertain it, then you can speak”. Few Affairs Regarding Spubs – During and After Lifetime of Shaikh Abu Talhah:  A Brief Reminder to The One Who Says -Sarcastically – “Spubs are The Only Salafis in The Uk”. 

Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah preserve him and protect him from the enmity of the people of bidah, hizbiyyah and Tamyee] wrote, “In the nineties, when the da’wah was in its infancy, many people left the Salafi Manhaj, preferring the paths of innovation – Dawud (rahimahullaah) saw them come and saw them go, but he would not join them in their opposition. Rather he would advise those who were once with us upon this path of Sunnah, he would show great concern for them so they not be misguided. He would make du’aa for them, and then leave their affair to Allaah, and stop his association with them only for the sake of Allaah. He would not compromise with them, nor praise those who opposed this blessed Manhaj. He was the first person to translate the rudood (refutations) of Shaikh Muqbil, Shaikh al-Albaanee and Shaikh Rabee’ against Jam’iyyah Ihyaa Turaath al-Islaamee – he stemmed and almost cut off their bid’ah in the UK by way of these translations (by the permission of Allaah). Indeed, this above statement of Shaikh Abu Khadeejah is truth. Shaikh Abu Talhah [may Allaah have mercy upon him and his wife] translated the works of the scholars in refutation against the Mubtadi’h within the ranks of Ihya Turaath, such as the likes of Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq. He was also well-known for translating the works of the scholars on various topics needed to clarify the correct positions on Ibaadah, Aqeedah, Manhaj, groups, parties, sects, contemporary deviant organizations, individuals and personalities. The following are some of his works mentioned by Shaikh Abu Khadeejah.

Facts about Shaikh Abu Talhah – aA man who defended the Sunnah!

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated Shaikh Muqbil’s refutations on Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul-Khaaliq and Ihyaa Turaath in 1996, ‘The Blazing Meteor’ series.

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated Shaikh Muqbils’ refutation on Abdullaah as-Sabt of Ihyaa Turaath in 1997.

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated Shaikh Muqbil’s refutations on Suhaib Hasan and al-Hidaayah in 1997.

FACT: Abu Talhah translated Shaikh Rabee’s first critique of Suhaib Hasan and Turaath in 1997 after Hajj.

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated portions of Shaikh Abdus-Salaam Burjis’s ‘Mu’amalaat al-Hukaam’ in refutation of the Qutubees and those who called for revolt and revolution in the mid to late 1990′s.

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah prevented any amalgamation with Muhammad Suroor after he had read ‘as-Sunnah’ magazine of this takfeeree in the early nineties, and found it to be in contradiction to the Sunnah!

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated portions of the book ‘al-Qutubiyyah’ in refutation of the Qutubees such as Safar al-Hawaalee and Salmaan al-Awdah who were attacking the major scholars.

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated the fatwa of Shaikh Ibn Baaz (rahimahullaah) calling the authorities to prevent Safar and Salmaan from delivering lectures, classes and their tapes from being distributed.

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated many of Shaikh Rabee’s refutations against Syed Qutub and al-Mawdoodee; ‘Manhaj al-Anbiyah’ is point and case.

FACT: Shaikh Abu Talhah translated Shaikh al-Albaanee’s refutations on Ihyaa Turaath and Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul-Khaaliq. [End of Quote]

This was part of Shaikh Abu Talhah’s methodology, which he learnt from the scholars of Salafiyyah, and this is the same methodology he died upon. The Imaam of Jarh Wat-Tadeel in our era Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee and others are witnesses to this fact and this is what Salafipublications are upon to this day – may Allaah protect us and them Aameen. Neither upon the methodology of the Qutubiyyah and Surooriyyah nor that of the Haddaadiyyah; neither upon the methodology of Al-Maghraawi nor that of Al-Maribi, Halabi, Al-Hajoori, Bilaal Philips, Abu Muslimah, Abu Usaamah, Shadeed Muhammad, Ali Tameemi, Zaraboozo and others; neither upon the innovations of Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen and Hasan al-Banna nor that of Jamaat At-Tableegh and Muhammad Ilyaas; neither reject the Jarh Mufassar of the scholars in order to defend figureheads and personalities of bidah nor speak with Al-Muwaazanah to accommodate the groups, sects and figureheads of Bidah; neither promote the false principle “We do not disparage but we only correct mistakes’’ nor the other false principle “Let’s not make our differing about someone else a reason for differing amongst ourselves.’’ Neither bring doubts in the narrations of the trustworthy narrators nor differentiate between Aqeedah and Manhaj in order to destroy the clear boundaries between the Salafi Methodology and the false methodologies; neither call to political parties nor the evil and false view that the Salaf differed in Aqeedah, neither revile the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah in this time and make the people flee from them, such as the likes of Muhammad Bin Haadi, nor defend those who call the Sahaabah scum, such as Abul Hasan Al-Maribi; neither call the people to accept the misguided sects, parties and organizations into the domain of Ahlus Sunnah nor call to the unity of religions; neither defend the principles that are now been propagated by likes of Ibraaheem Ruhayli nor the extremism that has afflicted Muhammad Bin Haadi and the Musaafiqah.

We conclude with a statement of Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhalee [may Allaah preserve him] as follows: “All of you hold onto the Rope of Allaah [i.e. The Qur’aan and authentic Sunnah]- Allaah will aid you in this and make you like the sun; return to the understanding of the righteous predecessors, and it is, as I said to you, transmitted (and established) in your presence. This is a challenge to those who oppose this. We are challenging ahlul bidah wal ahwaa [the proponents of innovation in religious affairs and followers of desires] in their creed and politics. We say, between us and you is the (path, understanding of the) pious predecessors and books (of the pious predecessors). Ahmad [i.e. Imaam Ahmad] used to say to the proponents of innovation in religious affairs, “Between us and you are the funerals (i.e. whose funeral will be attended by ahlus sunnah in great numbers)”. We say (i.e. at present), “Between us and you are the books (of the pious predecessors)- the books are present!

Allaah said to His Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]: [قل فَأْتُوا بِالتَّوْرَاةِ فَاتْلُوهَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ – All food was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel made unlawful for himself before the Taurat (Torah) was revealed. Say (O Muhammad ): “Bring here the Taurat (Torah) and recite it, if you are truthful”]- So they bring the Torah and you proof them to be upon falsehood. We bring the books of the pious predecessors – the Qur’an, the Sunnah, the books of Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawood, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasaa’ee, and what was authored by Ahmad and others; we bring them (to prove) those who are on the path of these (pious predecessors) and those who turn away and oppose them. Just as Allaah challenged the Jews to bring the Torah, so the Torah was brought and they were exposed them, (likewise), we challenge these people to bring the books of the pious predecessors, so that the innovator in religious affairs is exposed, and to clarify who the deviants are- whether us or them? Are they able to challenge? Can they open their mouths like this? We fill our mouths with courage – challenge everyone who says that we are upon other than methodology of the pious predecessors. We, by Allaah, call to the methodology of the pious predecessors- to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]. We use the book of Allaah and the Sunnah as proof for our beliefs, our acts of worship, dealings with rulers and their subjects, in dealing with the groups and sects. As for the others, they are upon tricks, deception etc By Allaah, you will not find with them anything but tricks and manipulating the emotions of youth”. (1)

The Best of Our Women and The Worst of Them!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Abu Udhaynah [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The best of your women are the Al-Wadood, Al-Walood (1), the Al-Muwaatiyatu and Al-Muwaasiyatu if they fear Allah. The worst of your women are the Al-Mutabarrijaat and the Mutakhayyilaat, and they are hypocrites. None of them will enter Paradise except as rarely as you see a red-beaked crow”. [Silsilah As-Saheehah. Number 1849]

“The best of your women are the Al-Walood”. Al-Manaawee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Meaning, they bear many children”. “Al-Wadood”, meaning, “Loving (and beloved) to her husbands”. “Al-Muwaatiyatu and Al-Muwaasiyatu”– meaning, “Live in harmony with the husband”. “If they fear Allaah” (1.2)- meaning, “They fear and obey Allaah”.

“The worst of your women are the unveiled”– Meaning, “Those who display their beauty to strange men”. (2) “The Mutakhayyilaat”– meaning, “Amazed with themselves and haughty”. “They are hypocrites”, meaning, “They resemble hypocrites”. “None of them will enter Paradise, except as rarely as you a red-beaked crow”– meaning, “The one that is white-winged or with two white legs. What is intended is that few of them will enter paradise, because this description regarding crows is precious due to its (rarity)”. (3) [At-Tayseer Bi-Sharh Al-Jaami As-Sagheer 1/532]

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said:

والخلاصة أن من مات على الشرك لا يغفر له، والجنة عليه حرام، من عرب وعجم، ومن جن وإنس، ومن مات على ما دون الشرك من المعاصي، فهو تحت مشيئة الله خلافًا للمعتزلة والخوارج

In summary, whoever dies in a state of Shirk (i.e. Shirk Akbar) will not be forgiven, and Paradise is forbidden for him, amongst the Arabs and non-Arabs, the Jinn and humans. And whoever dies in state of (major) sin lesser than Shirk, then he is under the will of Allaah….
