[1] The major catalysts behind the Ummah’s weakness and deterioration- By Imam Abdul Aziz Bin Baz

Arabic text: weakness_part1

Imam Abdul Aziz Bin Baz [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated:

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, the Lord of the entire existence, and the (commendable final) outcome is for the righteous. May peace and blessings be bestowed on His servant and messenger – the one He chose, declared trustworthy, and entrusted with His divine message, and the most excellent among His creations, our Prophet, leader, and master, Muhammad, the son of Abdullah, the son of Abdul-Muttalib. May peace and blessings be upon his family (the believers among them), all his companions (without any exceptions), and all those who follow his path and are guided by his guidance until the end of time. To proceed:

Indeed, Muslim intellectuals, individuals with a strong sense of protective jealousy for Islam, and those who deeply ponder over the well-being of the Muslim Ummah have expressed great concern about the current state of Muslims and the factors that have contributed to it. This issue has consumed their thoughts, prompting them to reflect extensively on the causes of Muslim weakness, trailing behind their adversaries, their differing and lack of unity, and the factors that have allowed their enemies to overcome them until they took some of their lands. After acquaintance with clear reasons, they also directed their attention toward identifying the solutions for these causes that led to the regress and weakness, which are also well known. However, it is essential to spread and clarify this information, as describing the disease and its treatment is one of the greatest factors in attaining a cure and well-being. Indeed, it is appropriate for a patient to take charge of administering the medication for their illness when they are aware of both the nature of the disease and its treatment. This is the nature of a rational human being who loves (or values) life and strives to be free from diseases. He pays attention to familiarising himself with the disease and its cure.

However, some people may find themselves overwhelmed by the illness to the extent that they become pleased with it and derive satisfaction from it, eventually losing sight of the reality of their situation. Consequently, they do not care about those who describe the cure for them because the disease has become a source of comfort and a habitual way of life, thus leading them to persist in their condition due to a distortion in their mental state, a lack of insight, and the overpowering influence of their base desires on their intellect, heart, and behaviours, as is the case for most people when it comes to religious cures and treatments. The majority, indeed, derive pleasure from their illnesses and evil deeds, which have weakened them, impeded their progress towards beneficial actions, and rendered them oblivious to the true nature of the disease, its repercussions, and its consequences in both this life and the hereafter. They do not seek remedy, nor do they display any enthusiasm towards it, even when it is described and explained to them, even when it is readily available, for it holds no significance to them. The cause of this lies solely in the potency of the ailment, the contentment of the soul with it, the concealment of its harm, and the absence of lofty aspirations to attain lofty objectives.

The scholars, individuals with bright thoughts, and those with profound insight and experience have clarified the state of the nations in both the present era and the past, along with the factors contributing to the weakness and the Muslims being delayed in (attaining beneficial things). They have also clarified the path of the effective remedies and the outcomes if properly utilised. The causes of weakness, setbacks, and the enemies prevailing can be traced back to a multitude of factors, with one primary factor giving rise to several others. This key factor is ignorance; ignorance concerning Allah and the religion He has prescribed, and the consequences that overwhelmed the majority, thus knowledge became scarce and ignorance prevailed. Due to this ignorance, factors, and reasons arose, such as a love of the worldly life and a fear of death (at the expense of one religious welfare), neglecting prayers and succumbing to vain desires, failing to prepare for their enemies, and contentment with receiving necessities from them; the lack of lofty aspiration in seeking after their need from lands and resources. Also, from this ignorance arose division, differences, and the absence of (sound) unity, cohesion, and cooperation.

Except what Allah willed (to remain of strength, virtue etc), weakness in the face of the enemy arose, along with delay in all matters, due to these perilous factors, their repercussions and outcomes, such as inclination towards forbidden desires, preoccupation with what hinders a person from guidance and Allah’s path, lack of preparation against the enemy in terms of industry and sufficient weapons that would frighten the enemy and help in fighting and striving against him, taking what is rightfully ours, failure to prepare physically for Jihad, not spending wealth on what is necessary to prepare against the enemy, and safeguarding against his evil, defending the religion and the homeland. As a result of this disease, emerged the eagerness to acquire worldly possessions through any path and accumulate them through any means. Every individual became concerned only with themselves and what is related to their country, even if it meant disregarding their religion or most of it.

This is the situation of the majority, and it is prevalent in the nations that ascribe to Islam at present; rather, it is correct to state that this is the reality, except that which Allah wills concerning some individuals, and those who are protected in a manner that is not entirely complete and required in all aspects (of steadfastness). This shows that the greatest cause (of this situation) is ignorance about Allah and the religion He has prescribed, as well as (ignorance about) the realities that should be acted upon and adopted, (which can be inferred from) the saying of the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] in the authentic hadith: “Whomever Allah intends good for, He gives him understanding of the religion”, along with the verses and hadiths that highlight the evil of ignorance, its evil ramifications and outcomes, and what follows from that. The Quran is replete with denunciations of ignorance and its followers, and cautions against it, as Allah – The Most High – states:

وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُونَ

“But most of them behave ignorantly”. [Al-An’am 111]

“And most of them have no understanding”. [Al-Ma’idah 103]

And other verses that demonstrate the condemnation of being ignorant about Allah, ignorance about the religion He has ordained, and ignorance about the enemy, and what should be prepared in terms of readiness, unity, and cooperation.

These things that have arisen from ignorance have led to division, differing, inclination toward vain desires, neglect of what Allah has obligated, lack of prioritising the Hereafter, and lack of truthful affiliation with it; rather, the majority only cares about the immediate worldly life, as stated in the noble verse from Allah’s Book:

كَلا بَلْ تُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَةَ
وَتَذَرُونَ الْآخِرَةَ

But (you) love the present life of this world, and leave (neglect) the Hereafter. [Al-Qiyamah 20-21]

And as Allah says:

فَأَمَّا مَنْ طَغَى
وَآثَرَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا
فَإِنَّ الْجَحِيمَ هِيَ الْمَأْوَى

Then as for he who transgressed, and preferred the life of the world (over working for the hereafter), then indeed, Hellfire will be the abode (for him). [An-Nazi’at 37-39] etc

Except what Allah wills (to remain of virtue), these debacles and evil ramifications, such as the love of worldly life and the hatred of death (at the expense of one’s religious wellbeing), inclination toward vain desires, neglecting obligations and the prayers, and failing to prepare for the enemy in all aspects, as well as division, differing, lack of cohesion and cooperation, all arise from ignorance.

Therefore, the saying of the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] that “Whomever Allah wishes good for, He grants him understanding in the religion” highlights that one of the signs of goodness and happiness for individuals, societies, and nations is to possess understanding in religion. Indeed, striving to understand the religion, to learn and gain insight into what is obligated to them concerning this life and the Hereafter are among the most important obligations. This is a sign that Allah wishes goodness for them. Part of this is the fulfilment of the obligations ordained by Allah, abstaining from what Allah has prohibited, and adhering to the boundaries set by Allah, in addition to making preparations for the enemies.

To be continued InShaAllah

The Perils of Zionist Self-glorification and Insatiable Craving for Power

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him]:

The contrast between seeking righteous leadership and simply seeking leadership lies in exalting Allah’s command and being sincere in devotion to Him, rather than seeking self-glorification and pursuing personal desires hastily. The individual who is truly sincere in devotion to Allah loves that his Lord is obeyed and not disobeyed, loves that the statement “none has the right to be worshipped except Allah” is uppermost, all matters of the religion sincerely established for the sake of Allah, the people obey Allah’s command and refrain from what Allah has forbidden. He is sincere in his devotion to Allah and sincere in guiding others towards the path of Allah. He aspires to be a leader in the religion and supplicates to his Lord to make him a leader of the righteous, just as he follows the righteous. Hence, if this servant of Allah who invites others to the path of Allah loves to be respected, honoured, and loved by the people, and wishes to be followed so that they trust him and emulate the Messenger through his actions, it does not harm his desire for leadership, instead, he is commended for it. This is because the one who calls to Allah yearns for obedience to Allah and the worship of Him alone. He seeks to be a means through which people are guided to obey Allah, worship Him alone, and follow the teachings of the Messenger. As a result of this, Allah mentions and praises His chosen servants with the best characteristics and that he will grant them the best reward on the day of judgment, saying:

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَٲجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡيُنٍ۬ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

And those who say: “Our Lord! Bestow on us from our wives and our offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders for the pious”. [Surah Al-Furqan. Ayah 74]

They beseech Allah to bless them with the comfort of the eye by making their wives and children obedient to Allah and to fill their hearts with joy by being followed by the righteous in their devotion and servitude to Allah. This is because a trustworthy leader in the religion cooperates with others in obeying Allah and His Messenger, and that is to call them to sound leadership in the religion whose foundation is based on patience and certainty, as Allah [The Exalted] says:

وَجَعَلۡنَا مِنۡہُمۡ أَٮِٕمَّةً۬ يَہۡدُونَ بِأَمۡرِنَا لَمَّا صَبَرُواْ‌ۖ وَڪَانُواْ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا يُوقِنُونَ

And We made from among them (Children of Israel), leaders, giving guidance under Our Command when they were patient and used to believe with certainty in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). [Surah Al-Sajdah. Ayah 24]

Hence, in their supplication to Allah that He makes them leaders for the righteous people, is that He guides and grants them success, and blesses them with beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds without which sound leadership in the religion cannot be attained.

This stands apart from simply pursuing leadership as its seekers strive to acquire it to accomplish their objectives, such as self-exaltation, enslaving the hearts and attaching them to themselves, and assisting them in achieving their goals, while they remain superior and everyone else subordinate to them. The pursuit of leadership of this kind results in corruption, the magnitude of which only Allah can comprehend, involving rebellion, envy, transgression, enmity, oppression, trials and tribulations, prioritising self-defence at the cost of violating Allah’s rights, elevating those despised by Allah and demeaning those honoured by Allah. [1]

This is a current calamity unfolding before us, orchestrated by Netanyahu and Hamas as one of their strategic tools. Hence, before delving into any other matter, we urge you to read this enlightening article penned by Shaikh Abu Iyaadh [may Allah preserve him]: https://abuiyaad.com/w/hamas-israeli-right

To begin with, his intense desire to advance his interests is creating problems within the very population under his governance. Despite the loud demands from his people to immediately negotiate with reckless Hamas to secure the release of the hostages in Gaza, he persists in refusing to end the war. Instead, he cunningly employs the strategy of false promises, manipulating time to deceive the world. He sporadically allows aid to enter, only to cruelly withhold it at other times, all the while presenting his meagre efforts as a benevolent gesture. This calculated facade enables him to perpetrate his genocidal agenda more discreetly. The profound words of Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim regarding the pursuit of power without a sincere devotion to Allah are manifesting right before our very eyes. Netanyahu’s relentless pursuit poses a grave peril to the prosperity of both the Palestinians and his people, as it shamelessly places personal gain above the collective welfare. His quest for leadership is deeply entrenched in self-centeredness, devoid of the divine guidance that Allah has bestowed upon us to foster thriving societies through compassion and fair play, instead, it escalates conflicts.

Despite the fact that the Zionists and their predecessors have been the instigators of over seven decades of oppression against the Palestinians, it is important to acknowledge that Hamas’s approach does not align with the authentic Islamic methodology in the pursuit of victory for the Palestinian people, rather, they are a strategic tool in the hands of the Israeli right. https://abuiyaad.com/w/hamas-israeli-right

By transgressing against some non-combatants, reckless  Hamas  inadvertently provided him with an opportunity to advance his racist agenda against the Palestinians. This has resulted in their deprivation, indiscriminate killings, and the wanton destruction of vital infrastructure, all under the guise of self-defence. No one bestowed upon Netanyahu this recent malevolent mission of genocide except the audacious Hamas, who incited a despicable antagonist and venomous aspirant to power to hasten the shedding of Muslim blood. This serves as a poignant reminder of what Allah conveys to us about the esteemed prophet Musa [peace be upon him] when he reprimanded the one who sought his help twice. Allah says:

And he (Musa) entered the city at a time of unawareness of its people, and he found there two men fighting, – one of his party (his religion – from the Children of Israel), and the other of his foes. The man of his (own) party asked him for help against his foe, so Musa (Moses) struck him with his fist and killed him. He said: “This is of Shaitan‘s (Satan) doing, verily, he is a plain misleading enemy.” He said: “My Lord! Verily, I have wronged myself, so forgive me.” Then He forgave him. Verily, He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. He said: “My Lord! For that with which You have favoured me, I will never more be a helper for the Mujrimun (criminals, disobedient to Allah, polytheists, sinners, etc.)!” So he became afraid, looking about in the city (waiting as to what would be the result of his crime of killing), when behold, the man who had sought his help the day before, called for his help (again). Musa (Moses) said to him: “Verily, you are a plain misleader!” [Surah Al-Qasas. Ayaat 15-18]

Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said that one of the meanings of this statement [إِنَّكَ لَغَوِىٌّ۬ مُّبِينٌ – verily, you are a plain misleader] means, “You are misled in fighting a person whom you are unable to repel his evil from yourself”. [2]

Hamas, in their reckless strategy, has offered solace to a beleaguered individual, allowing him respite from his domestic tribulations. This individual presides over a fractured society, deeply entrenched in his Zionist convictions. Within this society, one finds the self-proclaimed right-wing ultra-Orthodox religious Zionists, while others vehemently reject the notion of a Jewish state. Alas, the deranged constituents of his administration have shamelessly advocated for the annihilation of Palestinians, with some even demanding the expulsion of the Palestinian people from their ancestral land. Read below:

Some Views of Zionism’s Crackpots: [Yair Netanyahu, Ehud Olmert, Eli Yishai, Bezalel Smotrich, Tally Gotliv, Ben Gvir Itamar, Lehi, and Arieh King]

Despite these circumstances, Hamas serves as a strategic instrument through which Netanyahu and his far-right allies divert attention away from the extensive oppression endured by Palestinians for over 70 years.

In an attempt to divert the focus from the prolonged suffering of Palestinians, the Zionist media outlets have been fervently attempting to confine the discussion to October 7. It is frequently asserted by them that their nation-state is currently misunderstood, facing animosity from those they once considered allies, and even having arrest warrants issued against their leaders. They argue that the conflict was not instigated by them, but rather by Hamas. While it is true that Hamas acted recklessly and oppressed some non-combatants on October 7th, it was not their parents who initiated the conflict over 70 years ago. In addition, despite their significant political clout and the endorsement they receive from numerous influential individuals in America and Europe, they contend that there is a lack of substantial criticism directed toward their foes. They further claim that there is a strong sense of empathy towards Palestinians, as opposed to the scant empathy shown towards the populace under Netanyahu’s leadership, including those who are being held hostage.

To downplay the ongoing hindrance of trucks transporting humanitarian aid to Gaza, the Zionist reporters argue that Hamas should also be held accountable for looting aid trucks. However, even if there is concrete evidence that certain Palestinians have participated in such acts, it does not validate the deliberate starvation of others. They argue that the displacement of Palestinians from their homes is widely condemned, yet little attention is paid to the displaced or destroyed communities in northern Israel. Similarly, the lack of sufficient condemnation for the rape of Jewish women is concerning. While no form of rape can be justified, it is crucial to thoroughly investigate each case due to the history of exaggeration and falsehoods by Zionists regarding atrocities against them. Read here: https://abuiyaad.com/n/ben-shapiro-pathetic-jew-haters

Whenever their acts of genocide are identified and calls are made for them to stop, they dismiss these calls as “irrelevant demands from anti-Semitic groups and organisations.” They then argue that the differential treatment of Jews is not a recent occurrence, but rather a story that dates back over 2,000 years, rooted in ancient animosity. Furthermore, they assert that anyone who accuses them of genocide is only exacerbating the global spread of anti-Semitism, as people tend to take such accusations seriously. However, in their state of self-delusion, they deny the validity of the charges against Netanyahu. Any country that proactively presents proof of their wrongdoings towards the Palestinians is branded as a centre for radical activities within their region, a promoter of anti-Semitic beliefs, and a sponsor of terrorism endorsed by the state, a negative influence on the international platform, and an ally of states and organisations that endorse terrorism.

Despite their role as the most oppressive colonialists towards the Palestinians, they assert that anyone who condemns their actions does so out of ignorance and lacks any practical means of enforcement. They argue that such condemnations only serve to empower terrorist organisations and undermine the foundations of international law and justice. This stance is not only a misstep but a direct insult to justice and morality, as well as a violation of their right to protect the citizens under Netanyahu’s governance. Their sole objective, they claim, is to eliminate Hamas! https://abuiyaad.com/w/hamas-israeli-right

Despite being the very individuals responsible for the expulsion of Palestinians from their homes and subjecting them to relentless brutality for more than seven decades, Netanyahu and his Zionist comrades audaciously raise their voices, decrying unfair treatment and accusing others of treating Jews as inferior. Undoubtedly, the mistreatment of individuals based on their race or ethnicity is unequivocally immoral whenever proven. Read here: https://abuiyaad.com/a/muhammad-semitic-prophet  Nevertheless, those residing within fragile glass houses should refrain from casting stones!

Accusing Netanyahu and his associates of wrongdoing is met with accusations of spreading lies, blood libels, and baseless claims against them. Despite the global awareness of the atrocities being committed, the Zionist media denies any indiscriminate bombing of Gaza and mistreatment of Palestinians. Those who label Netanyahu as a genocidal leader are accused of perpetuating classic anti-Semitic stereotypes, delegitimising, and demonising. The Zionists and their propaganda media exhibit troubling behaviour, aiming to overshadow or eliminate the substantial evidence of the suffering of the Palestinians, including the deaths of over 35,000 individuals, including nearly 12,000 women and children, the destruction of homes and hospitals, and the obstruction and manipulation of aid. Those who criticize them are labelled as promoting “moral equivalence”, while Netanyahu and his allies believe they are immune from any form of accountability. Their supporters argue that accusing Netanyahu of genocide is counterproductive as if preventing murder and safeguarding innocent civilians is somehow unhelpful.

Netanyahu’s sole focus lies in his unquenchable thirst for power and self-glorification, disregarding any aspirations for peace, dignity, fairness, and justice. His self-centered nature and disregard for others make him a wicked despot, and the consequences of his recklessness are witnessed by everyone. Nevertheless, the irresponsible actions of Hamas are being exploited once again as a strategic instrument by the Zionists to divert attention from the reality that the conflict dates back over 70 years, with the Zionists being the ones who instigated the conflict, seized Palestinian territory, and have been oppressing them ever since.

We ask Allah:

Our Lord! Make us not a trial for the folk who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers). And save us by Your Mercy from the disbelieving folk.

Finally, let it be known that this response, in no way, condones the crimes committed by Hamas or others against innocent individuals. Please read the following article below:

[2] Zaadul Maseer Fee Ilmil Tafseer

It is suspicious that two groups of people who provide more information about Zionist aggression in Palestine are increasingly becoming collateral damage!

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] informs us that when the sorcerers abandoned their grave sin and believed in Musa [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him], the tyrant Fir’awn said to them:

“You believe in him [Musa] before I permit you? Verily! He is your chief who taught you magic. So I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you on the trunks of date palms, and you shall surely know which of us [I (Fir’aun – Pharaoh) or the Lord of Musa (Moses) (Allah)] can give the severe and more lasting torment”. [Surah Taha. Ayah 71]

“You have believed in him [Musa (Moses)] before I permit you. Surely, this is a plot which you have plotted in the city to drive out its people, but you shall come to know. Surely, I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, then I will crucify you all.” [Surah Al-A’raf. Ayaat 123-124]

Pharaoh, the cruel and opinionated judge, saw himself as the sole authority when it came to making decisions on the words of his subjects and in the assemblies. His subjects acknowledged and obeyed his rule, believing that he alone held the right to dictate, with no room for dissent. Challenging his authority was seen as a sign of defiance and lack of respect.

He alleged that Prophet Musa [peace be upon him] was the chief of the sorcerers who instructed them in sorcery and that the sorcerers covertly ensured his victory so that the majority of people would follow them. This is a blatant falsehood and Fir’awn was convinced of it! Musa never sought the assistance of the sorcerers; instead, it was Fir’awn who dispatched his followers to the different cities of Egypt to gather the sorcerers to support his cause. On the other hand, Musa came with clear signs from Allah [The Most High] while the sorcerers resorted to sorcery to overcome him, but their scheme backfired and the truth that Musa brought became evident to them, leading them to follow him.

“Surely, I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, then I will crucify you all”.

Fir’awn, the cruel one, asserted that those who strayed from his ways and chose to follow Musa were responsible for spreading corruption on the earth and that he would deal with them in the manner they deserved. [Tafsir as-Sadi]

Undoubtedly, the genocidal actions of Netanyahu’s Zionist army have resulted in the tragic loss of innocent lives in Palestine, including children, women, and non-combatants. Furthermore, journalists and medical professionals have also fallen victim to these ruthless attacks. The labeling of these individuals as collateral damage raises suspicions, especially considering their vital roles in disseminating information to the global community. Similar to Fir’awn, who sought to suppress any dissenting voices, Netanyahu and his army employ tactics such as psychological projection and false accusations to uphold their oppressive regime. By discrediting critics and diverting attention from their atrocities, they aim to maintain control. While it is crucial to verify facts, the alarming rate at which journalists and health professionals are being killed raises questions. Additionally, Netanyahu’s tendency to accuse others of anti-Semitism or being influenced by anti-Zionist propaganda serves as a shield to deflect scrutiny from his war crimes.

A brief analysis of Zionist Netanyahu’s impassioned rhetoric concerning his war crimes

In The name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] says:

وَقُلْ جَآءَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ ٱلْبَٰطِلُ إِنَّ ٱلْبَٰطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا

And say: “Truth has come and Batil (falsehood, i.e. Satan or polytheism, etc.) has vanished. Surely! Batil is ever bound to vanish.” [Surah Al-Israa. Ayah 81]

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “The outrageous decision by the ICC prosecutor, Karim Khan, to seek arrest warrants against the democratically elected leaders of Israel is a moral outrage of historic proportions. It will cast an everlasting mark of shame on the international court”.

Response: Netanyahu’s despicable choice to persist in his brutal assault on innocent Palestinians, particularly targeting the weakest among them, women and children, is a moral atrocity of unparalleled magnitude. This egregious act will forever stain his reputation and that of his accomplices.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Israel is waging a just war against Hamas, a genocidal terrorist organization that perpetrated the worst attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Hamas massacred 1200 Jews, raped Jewish women, burned Jewish babies, took hundreds hostage”. Read here: https://abuiyaad.com/w/hamas-israeli-right

Response: You are not engaged in a mere conflict with Hamas; instead, you are orchestrating a reprehensible and savage campaign against those whom you have singled out based on a distorted and invalidated interpretation of scripture, advocating for their complete annihilation. It is beyond comprehension that you, in your deranged state, would attempt to rationalise the murder of over 34,000 individuals, including innocent women and children, as well as the destruction of vital infrastructure, as a form of retribution for the loss of 1,200 Jewish lives. If Hamas are guilty of the heinous acts you accuse them of, such as the rape of Jewish women, the burning of Jewish babies, and the taking of hundreds of hostages, it would never serve as a justification for the mass murder of 34,000 innocent souls. Furthermore, your claims must be substantiated with irrefutable evidence, as your reputation for disseminating falsehoods through your propaganda machinery is well-known. While it is undeniable that Hamas has committed transgressions, there is a distinct lack of concrete proof to support the extent of your allegations. We condemn Hamas for their transgression against non-combatants, however, you have carried on murdering women and children. Read: https://abuiyaad.com/a/pharoah-slaughtering-babies

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Now, in the face of these horrors, Mr. Khan creates a twisted and false moral equivalence between the leaders of Israel and the henchmen of Hamas. This is like creating a moral equivalence after September 11th between President Bush and Osama Bin Laden, or during World War II between FDR and Hitler”.

Response: In light of these atrocities, the zealous Zionist Netanyahu fabricates a distorted and deceitful comparison between the transgressors of Hamas and his genocidal Zionist army. The debate over September 11th will be left to you and those who challenge the story, but what is undeniably true is that you are among the primary deceivers when it comes to the assertion that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “What a travesty of justice! What a disgrace! The prosecutor’s absurd charges against me and Israel’s defense minister are merely an attempt to deny Israel the basic right of self-defense. And I assure you of one thing: This attempt will utterly fail”.

Response: Such a mockery of justice! What a shameful display! Netanyahu’s preposterous assertions of self-preservation are nothing but a ploy to perpetrate mass murder driven by his delusions of grandeur, convinced of his superiority over the Palestinians. Rest assured, this act of genocide will forever linger in his conscience.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Eighty years ago, the Jewish people were totally defenseless against our enemies. Those days are over. Now the Jewish people have a state and we have an army to defend our state”.

Response: Eighty years ago, you found yourselves defenseless in the clutches of the Nazis, however, it is undeniable that the Palestinians find themselves in a similar state of vulnerability in your grasp. Instead of offering them protection, you have subjected them to brutality, mercilessly taking their lives, seizing their lands, and distorting the truth to suit your own agenda of violence. However, rest assured that this reign of terror will eventually meet its demise, just as the days of Fir’awn and Haman came to an end. Although you possess an army capable of committing genocide, may Allah grant you the justice you truly deserve and make you a cautionary tale for all to witness.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Notwithstanding the blood libels Mr. Khan has leveled, Israel will continue to wage this war in full compliance with international law. We will continue to take unprecedented measures to get innocent civilians out of harm’s way and to ensure that humanitarian assistance reaches those in need in Gaza”.

Response: Anyone who dares to denounce your atrocious acts of genocide is either tainted with anti-Semitism or spreading malicious blood libels! You persist in waging war just as Fir’awn and Haman did, driven by deceit and disbelief. Your adherence to a law is solely based on its alignment with your selfish desires and racist ideology. You continue to mercilessly slaughter innocent civilians, demolish their homes, and subject them to starvation, while the entire world bears witness to your heinous actions, yet you audaciously claim to be taking unprecedented measures to protect them from harm and provide humanitarian aid to those in need in Gaza!

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Mr. Khan also sets a dangerous precedent that undermines every democracy’s right to defend itself against terror organizations and aggressors. The ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel and Mr. Khan’s actions will not stop us from waging our just war against Hamas. But Mr. Khan’s abuse of this authority will turn the ICC into nothing more than a farce”.

Response: Mr. Netanyahu is establishing a perilous standard that empowers any ruthless dictator to embark on a killing rampage under the guise of self-preservation. Netanyahu’s authority does not extend to Palestine in the Eyes of the Almighty, and his heinous acts will cease one day, just as Allah put an end to the unbelieving oppressors of the past. Cease discussing the idea of launching a war against Hamas and utilizing them as a diversion to carry out mass murder. Your misuse of authority will ultimately transform you into a mere criminal in the chronicles of history.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “He’s doing something else. He is callously pouring gasoline on the fires of antisemitism that are raging across the world. Through this incendiary decision, Mr. Khan takes his place among the great antisemites in modern times. He now stands alongside those infamous German judges who donned their robes and upheld laws that denied the Jewish people their most basic rights and enabled the Nazis to perpetrate the worst crime in history”.

Response: You are the instigator of a different path, shamelessly fueling the flames of racism that burn within the souls of your followers and your cohorts within the extremist far-right. With your despicable actions, you align yourself with the infamous racists of our era, as you join forces with your far-right allies to strip the Palestinians of their fundamental rights and empower your murderous army to commit one of the most heinous atrocities in recent memory. Read here: https://abuiyaad.com/a/amalekite-genocide-doctrine-gaza

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Two weeks ago, on Holocaust Memorial Day, I pledged this: No amount of pressure and no decision in any international forum will prevent Israel from defending itself against those who seek our destruction”.

Response: Every individual possesses the privilege to vow to protect the dignity and integrity of others through principles of equity and righteousness. No external force should compel one to forsake this duty. Nevertheless, you have not ceased your abhorrent racist crusade under the guise of self-preservation. Those who engage in senseless violence against the innocent only reflect upon themselves. We stand apart from your despicable actions.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “To all the enemies of Israel, including their collaborators in The Hague, I renew that pledge today. Israel will wage our war against Hamas until that war is won. Because never again is now”.

Response: No, Mr deceitful, it is with great regret that we must inform you that you, in particular, have managed to amass a multitude of adversaries due to your deceitful nature. It appears that you are determined to deceive all Jews in your self-centered and diabolical campaign, masquerading it as self-defense while mercilessly targeting innocent lives. However, we implore you to remember that no despot can reign indefinitely, not even those who held dominion over both the eastern and western regions, such as Namrood and Bukhtanasar. Your intentions extend far beyond a mere conflict with Hamas; instead, you harbor a sinister desire to perpetrate mass murder and lay the groundwork for a malevolent future that will enable you to continue subjugating the Palestinian people, much like Fir’awn callously slaughtered infants in his quest to maintain his tyrannical rule.
Finally, let it be known that this response, in no way, condones the crimes committed by Hamas against innocent individuals. Please read the following article below:

The Danger of Applying Punishment Unequally!

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Perfect Justice Can Only Be Achieved Through The Final Infallible Divine Revelation

Allah [The Exalted] says:

Mankind was one community (i.e. upon Tawheed and Allah’s Shari’ah) and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings, and with them, He sent the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed]. [Surah Al-Baqarah’ Aayah 213]

Shaikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “And even though there is something in the paths of analogical reasoning and reflection that will lead to knowledge, sometimes it cannot give a detailed explanation in a dispute between the people of the earth due to the minute details and ambiguities [in that dispute], and at other times due to the fact the people differ when prioritizing necessities. Therefore, due to this Allah [The Most High] commanded us to return to the revelation in times of dispute. [1]

Shaikh Salih Aala Ash-Shaikh [may Allah preserve him] said: Allah is the one who upholds the rights of humanity under the laws He has established. This is why numerous studies on the subject have demonstrated that Islamic law, the life of our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the teachings of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, as well as the deeds of the four caliphs and those who followed them, are the greatest early codifications of human rights, lofty in both their proclamation and their implementation. It was fully implemented throughout the era of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Rightly Guided Caliphs (may Allah be pleased with them). When a human being wishes to grant another person rights, he will not be free of desires, because the person who codifies laws, whatever they may be, will include their desires in them. As a result, Western man-made laws, such as French man-made law, American man-made law, and other man-made laws, are subject to change from time to time – either because the law was first initiated for the sake of the country’s interests when it was established, or due to the influence of (influential personalities or leaders, etc) in that country in some matters, or because time passed and thus the circumstances changed. Allah clarified that the pre-Islamic judgment is desire-based. Allah [Glorified be He] says: [وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ – And so judge (you O Muhammad) between them by what Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires]. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Ayah 49]

Every ruling that contradicts the divine Islamic law must have been dominated by desires, and hence it is not correct. There is no doubt that desires hinder people from fulfilling rights in the way they should be fulfilled. As a result, since those principles (concerning equality and human rights) were founded on the opinions of individuals, so human desires, as well as the interests of the major powers and their desire to control weaker nations or countries with a high level of welfare, did interfere. If you examine the circumstances of people before the advent of Prophet Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him], whether they were Egyptians, Persians, Romans, or Arabs in Makkah and the surrounding areas, people from the Arabian Peninsula, people who lived in Syria and Iraq, or people in Egypt and its neighbours, you will find that deprivation of liberties and denial of equality was prevalent; rather, it was (a situation of) the law of the jungle, so the strong (oppressed, terrorised, etc) the weak and the people subjugated one another. As a result, when the Persian ruler asked (the Prophet’s companion) Rabee [may Allah be pleased with him], “You are Arabs, so what brought you to the land of Persia?” He replied, “Indeed, Allah sent us to remove the one He wishes to be removed from the worship of the servants and direct them towards the worship of the Lord of the servants, to remove them from the distress of the worldly life to the happiness of the worldly life and the Hereafter. [2]

This is why we are witnessing something intriguing in our era with this notion of human rights, international law, genocide, ethnic cleansing, and other terms which some people exploit when it suits them, but turn a blind eye when it does not favour them. For example, if a weaker nation supported by certain major powers is attacked by another stronger nation, some ideologues emphasise the necessity of sovereignty and accuse their opponent of genocide, yet this is never important for them on behalf of Palestine! As a result, international law and human rights are employed unequally depending on who is affected – as a means of cheating against some and benefiting others. Therefore, refuse to be fooled by the words, phrases, and expressions used by the Zionists and their collaborators to conceal themselves behind purportedly renowned institutions.

May Allah guide those journalists, individuals in so-called think tanks and prestigious universities who seek to falsify facts to trivialise the grave crimes committed by the Zionist/far-right army under Netanyahu’s command and his far-right enablers, or else we remind them that the final Messenger to humanity has stated: “The judges are three: one will go to Paradise and two to Hell. A man who knows the truth and judges with it will enter paradise; a man who knows the truth but judges with the opposite of it will enter the fire, and a man who judges for the people based on ignorance will enter the fire”. [3]

Inequality In Punishment Led to The Destruction of The Nations of Old

Aa’isha [may Allah be pleased with her] reported that the Quraish had been anxious about the Makhzumi woman who had committed theft, and said, “Who will speak to Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] about her?” They said, “Who dare it, but Usamah, the loved one of Allah’s Messenger?” So Usamah spoke to him. Thereupon Allah’s Messenger said, “Do you intercede regarding one of the punishments prescribed by Allah?” He then stood up and addressed (people) saying, “O people! Those who have gone before you were destroyed, because if anyone of high status committed theft amongst them, they spared him; and if anyone of low status committed theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment upon him. By Allah, if Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, were to steal, I would have her hand cut off”. [4]

“Do you intercede regarding one of the punishments prescribed by Allah?” Meaning, it is not permissible to intercede regarding the divine prescribed punishments. “Those who have gone before you were destroyed because if anyone of high status committed theft amongst them, they spared him; and if anyone of low status committed theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment upon him” – Meaning, destroyed by way of punishment due to their sins. They were destroyed due to this affair because they said, “This is a person of high status and it is not possible to cut his hand”. When a person of high status amongst them stole, they let him off, (but) when a person of low status stole, they established the punishment on him, so the implementation of Allaah’s prescribed punishments was carried out based on their desires. This hadeeth is proof to show that the nations before us committed theft, and that there was much theft in their midst including the wealthy, the poor, the one of high status, and the one of low status. Then the Messenger made an oath – even though he is the righteous and truthful one without making an oath – that “By Allah, if Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, were to steal, I would have her hand cut off”. O Allaah! Send Your Salutations and blessings upon him (i.e. the prophet). This is how justice should be and how Allah’s rulings are to be applied, and not through desires. He (i.e. The Prophet) made an oath that if Fatimah – who was of a higher status than that Makhzumi woman, both in nobility and lineage because she is the leader of the women of paradise- the daughter of Muhammad stole, he would cut her hand. [5]

Accusations of anti-Semite used as a smokescreen

Allah [The Exalted] says:

يَـٰبَنِىٓ إِسۡرَٲٓءِيلَ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتِىَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَنۡعَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَأَوۡفُواْ بِعَہۡدِىٓ أُوفِ بِعَهۡدِكُمۡ وَإِيَّـٰىَ فَٱرۡهَبُونِ

O Children of Israel! Remember My Favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfill (your obligations to) My Covenant (with you) so that I fulfill (My Obligations to) your covenant (with Me), and fear none but Me.

And believe in what I have sent down (this Qur’an), confirming that which is with you, [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and buy not with My Verses [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] a small price (i.e. getting a small gain by selling My Verses), and fear Me and Me Alone. (Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. I, Page 253).

And mix not truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth [i.e. Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allah’s Messenger and his qualities are written in your Scriptures, the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] while you know (the truth).

And perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat, and Irka’ (i.e. bow down or submit yourselves with obedience to Allah) along with Ar-Raki’un. [Surah Al-Baqarah. Ayaat 40-43]

The Zionists inherited this sin from the treacherous disbelievers among Bani Israel during the era of the Messenger Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him]. Allah said to them:

[وَلَا تَلۡبِسُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ بِٱلۡبَـٰطِلِ وَتَكۡتُمُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ – And mix not truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth [i.e. Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allah’s Messenger and his qualities are written in your Scriptures, the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] while you know (the truth)]. Imam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: Allah prohibited the mixing of truth with falsehood, thus leading to the concealment of the truth. Mixing truth with false is by mixing the two until one of them is confused with the other. This is forgery and deceit by way of which what is made apparent is the opposite of what it is in reality. Also, when the truth is confounded with falsehood, the culprit manifests falsehood in the image of truth and speaks with a statement that carries two meanings- a correct meaning and a false meaning, so the listener is under the illusion that the speaker intends the correct meaning, whilst he (i.e. the speaker) intends the corrupt meaning. [6]

Because the callous Zionists do not wish to distinguish between those who desire justice for Palestinians and those who seek to harm Jews solely due to their race or religion, anyone who opposes their heinous crimes and brutality against Palestinians is labelled an anti-Semite. They are certain that denouncing Zionist aggression has no connection to anti-Semitism, but they seek to muddle the discourse to coerce and threaten anyone who dares to denounce their atrocities. When shown beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are an “apartheid state” because of their racial and brutal treatment of Palestinians, they refuse to acknowledge the evidence and utilise the anti-Semitism card – a strategy through which they intend to silence everyone with a modicum of common sense from denouncing the evils of Zionism. Furthermore, they use different strategies to openly, directly, indirectly, or discreetly appeal for sympathy by playing the anti-Semitism card in the context of the Holocaust. So, their cheerleaders in the media remind us of the crimes of the Nazis against the Jews and use it as a cover to gag everyone who attempts to openly condemn the Zionists for committing crimes against the Palestinians. Shaikh Al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “Falsehood does not spread except with a mixture of some truth just as the people of the Scripture mixed truth falsehood. And by way of the little truth they had, they misguided many from the truth and called them to a lot of the falsehood”. [7]

Moreover, some Jews would not have disassociated themselves from Zionism and denounced the Zionists for their everyday atrocities against the Palestinian people if Zionism and anti-Semitism were the same thing. Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah preserve him] states: “…the term anti-Semitism has been stretched from its historical context within Europe90 and politically charged to include criticism of what is described by both religious and secular Jews as the ‘aggressive, inhumane and genocidal policy’ of European Ashkenazi Zionists against Palestinian Semitic Arabs. This turns the phrase into a very powerful reverse-psychological weapon wielding enormous deterrent power against legitimate criticism….” page 52: https://abuiyaad.com/d/kzdvhq

We are all grateful to Allah for making the Zionist discourse evident to many people that it is nothing more than Fujoor Fil Khusoomah! Imam Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “Fujoor Fil Khusoomah is of types: reject what is obligated to you (to fulfill) and claim what one is not entitled to”. https://youtu.be/FGtZtOBbif4

So, do not lend an ear to the Zionists and their cheerleaders in the media even when they swear by God until every deed of theirs is scrutinised by reliable people with clear proof. Because of their insatiable thirst for power and control, the Zionists never acknowledge their crimes, which are as obvious as the midday light, and give up on their quest for undeserved praise. Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated, “The seeker of leadership- even through falsehood- becomes pleased with a statement that contains an exaltation of him, even if it is falsehood; and becomes angered by a statement that contains a rebuke against him, even if it is truth. The believer [i.e. the one with strong Islamic faith and fear of Allah] is pleased with a statement of truth whether it is for or against him, and he is angered by a statement of falsehood whether it is for or against him. That is because Allah [The Most High] loves truth, truthfulness, and justice, and He hates lies and oppression”. [8]

This rebuke against the Zionists in no way suggests that we do not condemn the deeds of Muslims- be it Hamas or other than them- who harm, murder, or kidnap civilians and non-combatant citizens under the authority of the Zionists, even though there are none more oppressive and barbaric than the Zionists of Palestine, whose crimes cannot be compared to even that of ISIS. Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah preserve him] stated, “We condemn everyone who opposes the Divine Legislation by killing innocent civilians, including non-combatant men, the elderly, women, children, priests, monks, and the like, no matter who they are, Muslim or non-Muslim, whether ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hamas, Boko Haram or Benjamin Mileikowsky, the IDF, Settlers, and their likes. Our condemnation is on the basis that such actions are unjust and oppose Divine Legislation and not because of the race, ethnicity, or religion of the perpetrators, and thus we can maintain moral consistency and integrity. This is unlike Western politicians who can swiftly condemn Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and support Ukraine (the invaded and occupied in this case) with money and weapons for resistance, but are unwilling to condemn the genocide and ethnic cleansing of Gazans while supporting the Mileikowsky regime with bombs, missiles and military hardware to facilitate the execution of that genocide and ethnic cleansing”. https://abuiyaad.com/a/amalekite-genocide-doctrine-gaza

“I am not guilty of war crimes and you can’t arrest me” – Netanyahu Confined within a profound and disturbing state of self-delusion!

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah says:

And when it is said to them, “Do not cause corruption on the earth (through your disbelief, sin, treachery, and sedition against those who believe),” they say, “Indeed, we are but reformers (who rectify and make peace).” Indeed, they are the ones who are the mischief-makers (in reality), but they perceive this not (due to their ignorance, disbelief, and arrogance). [1]

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: First, they are declared as liars in their claim, secondly, a notification that they are corrupt, thirdly, attributed to the root of corruption with the confirmation of their true nature as corrupt individuals, and finally, declared as profoundly ignorant, signifying their complete lack of self-awareness regarding their corrupt behaviour. [2]

Netanyahu is yearning to break free from his current circumstances. By convincing himself that he is not a perpetrator of heinous crimes, his inner thoughts create a facade to portray him as a compassionate individual or a champion of justice. This is because he cannot come to grips with the reality that he is a coward and a child murderer, unable to confront the harsh truths due to his lack of courage to renounce his wicked ways. He is shielded by his subconscious mind from the harsh, diabolical, and disgraceful deeds he has committed, acknowledging the unpleasant reality but rationalising it as acceptable behavior, then desperately shifting blame onto others. This severe state of self-deception is what drives him to continue his atrocities against women and children.

Since the onset of the genocide, a staggering number of 34,200 have been murdered, among them 14,500 children and 10,000 women. The devastating aftermath persists, with over 10,000 individuals remaining buried beneath the ruins. Furthermore, the discovery of mass graves at hospitals in both the northern and southern regions of Gaza has added to the already harrowing situation. The unparalleled cruelty exhibited by Netanyahu and his accomplices, the Zionists, is truly unfathomable. The destruction is extensive, with two-thirds of residential properties, as well as vital infrastructure such as roads, hospitals, schools, universities, factories, shops, graveyards, libraries, and masjids, reduced to ruins. In her report for the UN Human Rights Council, UN special rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories Francesca Albanese wrote: “[There are] reasonable grounds to believe that the threshold indicating the commission of the following acts of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza has been met: killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to groups’ members; and deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part”. [End of quote]

Finally, the rebuttal of Mr Netanyahu’s profound and disturbing self-delusion does not prevent us from condemning the killing of every non-combatant whether they are Muslim or non-Muslim. Read here: https://abuiyaad.com/a/amalekite-genocide-doctrine-gaza

“Shall I not show you a woman of paradise?!” Reminder for our noble sisters, particularly during summer

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Ataa Bin Abee Rabah [may Allah have mercy upon him] narrated: Ibn Abbas [may Allah be pleased with him and his father] said to me, “Shall I show you a woman of the people of Paradise?” I said, “Yes.” He said, “This black lady came to the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] and said, ‘I get attacks of epilepsy and my body becomes uncovered; please invoke Allah for me.’ The Prophet said (to her), ‘If you wish, be patient and you will have Paradise; and if you wish, I will invoke Allah to cure you.’ She said, ‘I will remain patient,’ and added, ‘but I become uncovered, so please invoke Allah for me that I may not become uncovered.’ So he invoked Allah for her.” [Sahih Al-Bukhaari 5652 & Sahih Muslim 2576]

Let us ponder this remarkable woman’s narrative [may Allah be pleased with her]. She possessed faith, integrity, sincerity, purity, devotion, and humility. Despite facing the challenging ordeal of epilepsy, which caused her distress, anxiety, and restlessness, she approached the Prophet [peace and blessings be upon him] seeking his supplication to alleviate the affliction and calamity she was enduring. The Prophet guided her towards a greater thing than what she initially desired. He advised her to maintain patience in the face of hardship, trial, and tribulation, assuring her that the outcome would be Paradise. Consequently, she chose the virtuous ending and a blissful abode- to become one of the inhabitants of Paradise, with the assurance of Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] if she remained patient. Despite her decision to remain patient, she couldn’t help but feel anxious about the accidental exposure of certain body parts during an epileptic seizure. Even though she was excused due to her uncontrollable illness, her deep sense of modesty, unwavering faith, and pure heart caused her the most concern regarding this exposure. She decided to have patience to achieve Paradise, yet she informed the Prophet, “I become uncovered (during the epileptic fit)” – indicating that she could not bear this situation even though it was beyond her control. The Prophet supplicated for her, and as a result, she continued to experience epileptic fits but never became uncovered due to his supplication.

The narrative of this remarkable woman is conveyed through discussions on noble conduct, beautiful traits, good values, the beauty of modesty, and the purity of a heart. She said, “But I become uncovered, so please invoke Allah for me that I may not become uncovered”. This unveiling, which happened involuntarily and without consent, does not hold her accountable in such circumstances, yet it continued to trouble and worry her. This was her situation – a truly dignified situation, so what about a woman who willingly and openly showcases her beauty to non-Mahrams, flaunting her charms without any hesitation or regard, showing no modesty or concern for this aspect of her faith?! Despite hearing the verses of the Qur’an and the teachings of the Prophet, as well as the severe consequences of unveiling, she remains indifferent and unmoved by any of it. As for that lady, who hails from the inhabitants of Paradise, she was pardoned due to her epilepsy and she strongly disliked exposing herself.

However, when it comes to the actions of many women in terms of revealing, uncovering, and flaunting body parts that should remain concealed from non-mahrams, this constitutes a different kind of affliction and they are not excused because it stems from a sickness of vain desires caused by a weak faith, weak adherence to the religion, and a lack of modesty resulting from being consumed by forbidden pleasures. Consequently, they neither concern themselves nor fret over whether their actions please or anger Allah. This particular illness has surged in prevalence nowadays because of the multitude of temptations, diverse desires, and motivations in people’s lives. Imam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] addressed this illness in his renowned book, Zaadul Ma’aad, discussing the impact it has had on individuals, the challenges faced due to intense temptations, and the disruption it has caused to faith, certainty, morals, and modesty. He was speaking about the state of the people of his era, so what would he have stated if he had witnessed the people of a later era succumbing to the allure of numerous temptations?! He said: “Should Allah unveil what is concealed, one would discover that a great number of human souls have fallen prey to the malevolent devils – ensnared and controlled by them, obedient to their every whim, with no power to resist or defy their influence. The cure for this affliction is achieved by connecting a sound mind to faith in the teachings of the Messengers – reflecting on paradise and hell as undeniable truths and as the focus of one’s heart, contemplating the situation of the inhabitants of this world, the descent of retribution and calamities upon them, and its proximity to their dwellings like raindrops, a form of seizure from which there is no escape. This malady is truly severe, yet when it spreads so extensively that one can only see others affected by it, it no longer surprises or elicits disapproval. Instead, for many of those afflicted, it becomes odd to express disapproval towards it. If Allah wishes good for a person, He blesses them with insight into the true nature of this ailment. Thus, this person shall observe the multitude of sick souls surrounding them, each in their unique state of illness. Amongst them, there exists one who is perpetually trapped in the clutches of delusion. Another endures a cycle of temporary recovery, only to be plunged back into the depths of delusion. Lastly, there is one who experiences a single moment of respite, only to be cruelly thrust back into the realm of delusion once more. During their moments of lucidity, they perform virtuous deeds akin to those of the sensible. However, the ailment returns and they stray”.

Salafiyyoon solely uphold unconditional defence of the wholesome truth and no hizbi can accuse us of double standards

Allah [The Exalted] says:

ٱرۡجِعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰٓ أَبِيكُمۡ فَقُولُواْ يَـٰٓأَبَانَآ إِنَّ ٱبۡنَكَ سَرَقَ وَمَا شَہِدۡنَآ إِلَّا بِمَا عَلِمۡنَا وَمَا ڪُنَّا لِلۡغَيۡبِ حَـٰفِظِينَ

“Return to your father and say, ‘O our father! Verily, your son (Benjamin) has stolen, and we testify not except according to what we know, and we could not know the unseen! [Surah Yusuf Ayah 81]

[وَمَا شَہِدۡنَآ إِلَّا بِمَا عَلِمۡنَا وَمَا ڪُنَّا لِلۡغَيۡبِ حَـٰفِظِينَ – and we testify not except according to what we know, and we could not know the unseen!] – Meaning, he (Benjamin) stole and we could not bring him back to you despite the effort we made to do so. The situation is that we are not bearing witness to anything other than what we know, but rather we bear witness to what we know because we saw the king’s (golden) bowl removed from his bag. [1]

It is important to remember that individuals who are unfamiliar with us and our circumstances can only comment on what they have directly observed, without knowledge of anything else. Therefore, when they brought up an image or video of a specific individual whom we know with certainty and hearts filled with good suspicion that he will never cooperate with Ahlul Bidah, we responded as follows: “The image, video, or photo featuring certain individuals does not appear good, but we are certain that the one you are referring to will never co-operate with Ahlul Bidah. There must be a valid explanation for this, so we should reach out to him or someone close to him for clarification”. It was our duty to acknowledge the good we know regarding this person’s Manhaj and wait for clarification, as we can only testify to what we know, whilst our hearts are filled with good suspicion and an eagerness for a clarification to be issued so that there is no ambiguity regarding our beloved brothers from Ahlus Sunnah. We prioritise clarity and the wholesome truth without any unconditional loyalty or defence. This is why the blazing hizbiyyoon can never accuse the Salafiyyoon of hypocrisy or double standards.

In the year 2004, Al-Markazus Salafi encountered a predicament with certain individuals who spread rumours that Al-Allamah Rabee had issued a cautionary statement against us. Upon receiving this information, Spubs, being people of discernment, neither rushed to our defence nor promised to defend us unconditionally, instead, they took it upon themselves to verify the veracity of these claims before making any judgments. In their pursuit of truth, they decided to visit us in Manchester and delivered some advice. Astonishingly, amidst their visit, some of those individuals began to raise their voices on the internet in protest, asserting that Spubs are treading upon a path that Al-Allaamah Rabee had warned against. Unfazed by their baseless accusations, they calmly requested them to provide concrete evidence to substantiate their claims. Nevertheless, they never rushed to our defense for any action, whether it was obvious or concealed until they had thoroughly investigated the matter in those ambiguous circumstances. Instead, they affirmed our adherence to Salafiyyah and patiently awaited all the pertinent details. Only then did they offer their counsel, urging us to abstain from any behavior that could potentially harm ourselves or others, or give rise to doubts. It is imperative, therefore, to underscore our commitment to supporting and safeguarding one another in the pursuit of truth, while maintaining a sense of goodwill and trust in our hearts. However, it is crucial to note that our testimonies can only be based on what we truly know, and any ambiguous circumstances that arise among us must be clarified before they can be accepted or dismissed. Hence, none of us should hastily support anyone entangled in situations of which we are uninformed, particularly when the circumstances demand elucidation. Salafiyyoon do not give unconditional support to anyone, but rather their unconditional allegiance is only to the pure truth, coupled with affection, empathy, honesty, good suspicions, sincere advice, and loving for others what they love for themselves, and enjoining good and forbidding evil. Umar Ibn Abdul Azeez [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “Whoever advises his brother to rectify affairs related to his religion and gives him insight into a worldly affair of his, then indeed he has perfected their relationship and fulfilled his obligation towards him”.[2]

Imam Al-Barbahaaree [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “It is not permissible to hide sincere advice from any of the Muslims, whether pious or impious, in matters of the religion. Whoever hides that has acted deceitfully towards the Muslims. Whoever acts deceitfully towards the Muslims has done so towards the religion. Whoever acts deceitfully towards the religion has behaved treacherously towards Allah, His Messenger, and the believers”. Al-Allamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: I say: The meaning of An-Naseehah is ‘Purity’ and ‘Clearness.’ It is said: [نصح اللبن – the milk is pure] when it is clear. This is the linguistic meaning of An-Naseehah. In the Shariah, (it means) to inform a Muslim regarding what is obligated to him concerning the (rights of Allah or his relationship with Allah) and His creation without slyness, etc. An-Naseehah is obligatory, even though its obligation varies, and its opposite is Al-Ghish (deception)]. [3]

Therefore, we only have unconditional loyalty to the wholesome truth, alongside sincere advice, etc. Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated: There is no (unrestricted or unconditional) allegiance except to Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] because he is infallible and never speaks out of his desires. As for unrestricted allegiance to personalities whether they are correct or mistaken, then indeed this is not permissible for the seeker of knowledge. On the other hand, he should look to such and such Shaikhs as to which of them is upon uprightness and is following the Manhaj of the Salaf. This is the one whom we place our hands on his hands- not out of blameworthy blind following, but because he is upon the truth. So, we agree with him upon truth and follow a singular path in obedience to the statement of Allah [The Mighty and Majestic]: [وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ – And verily, this is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not (other) paths, for they will separate you away from His Path] [6:153]

As for the one who selects Shaikhs, leaders, and guides, whilst agreeing with them- in what is correct and wrong- to the extent that they do not leave their Manhaj whether they are correct or wrong, then these are the people who bring evil upon themselves and others. And if they do not repent, then they are most worthy of being blamed. So the affair-and all praise belongs to Allah- is clear and it is not permissible for a person to be in confusion regarding this affair. Therefore, we are with those who follow the straight path, we follow a singular path that Allah [The Mighty and Majestic] has commanded us to follow and that which the Messenger called us to. And those you follow the wrong path or are mistaken in many of their affairs, or some of their affairs, we leave him [i.e. we leave his mistakes or abandon him when he deserves to be boycotted]. None is followed in everything except the Messenger of Allah [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him]. As for the people, then indeed they can be correct or mistaken. Indeed, we do not follow them and we do not follow their footsteps solely because they are Shaikhs, Callers to Islam, leaders or guides; rather you should be with the people of the Salafi Manhaj-those who follow the correct Manhaj and correct understanding. [4]

Finally, concerning verification, Imam Muhammad Ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated: “Verification is one of the most important affairs, if not the most important. Verifying what is transmitted from others is an important affair because sometimes the transmitters harbour evil intentions, so they transmit – intentionally and deliberately – that which will tarnish the reputation of the one they transmit from. And sometimes they do not harbour an evil intention, but they understand something in a manner that is opposite to what is intended by it. Therefore, it is obligatory to verify. So, when the proof of the transmission is established, then the one from whom the statement was transmitted is engaged in a discussion before a judgment is made as to whether it is a mistake or not. That is because it may become clear to you – by way of discussion – that the one from whom the statement was transmitted is correct. And if not, then what is known is that if a person were to immediately pass a judgment merely based on what he hears, he will transmit things from some of the scholars – those considered to be the beacons of (Shariah) knowledge – that which the souls will dislike; but when one verifies, contemplates and establishes contact with this Shaikh, the affair will become clarified”. [5]

We ask Allah:

O Allah, I ask you for your love and the love of those who love you and the deeds that will bring me your love.

[1] Essential Considerations For the Caller From Some Admonitions of Al-Fawzan, Rabee, Muqbil, and Abdul Aziz Ibn Baz

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Most High] says:

قُلۡ هَـٰذِهِۦ سَبِيلِىٓ أَدۡعُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ‌ۚ عَلَىٰ بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَا۟ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَنِى‌ۖ وَسُبۡحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أَنَا۟ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ

Say (O Muhammad): “This is my way; I invite unto Allah (i.e. to the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me (also must invite others to Allah i.e. to the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) with sure knowledge. And Glorified and Exalted be Allah (above all that they associate as partners with Him). And I am not of the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah; those who worship others along with Allah or set up rivals or partners to Allah)”.

I invite unto Allah (i.e. to the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism.

Al-Allamah Salih Al-Fawzan [may Allah preserve him] said: This section of the Ayah provides a notification about sincerity because some people call to themselves. It may be that a person propagates, and delivers lectures and sermons, however, his goal is to gain recognition from the people, attain some status, receive praise, and gather and become numerous around him. If this is his aim, then he is not a caller to Allah but rather a caller to himself. The one who abandons Dawah is abandoning a great duty and the one who is insincere in Dawah has fallen into great danger because Dawah must be done sincerely for the sake of Allah. The goal should be to establish Allah’s Shariah and to guide and benefit the people, regardless of whether you receive praise or criticism. Some individuals, however, give up on Dawah when they are not praised or promoted. This serves as evidence that such a caller is not a caller to Allah, but rather he only calls to himself. As a result, the Muslim is warned that sincerity should be his aim in spreading the message of Islam, to benefit the people, free them from polytheism and Bidah, and steer them away from practices that contradict the Shariah, and what is obligated to him. A large number of people surrounding someone does not serve as evidence of their virtue, as some Prophets were only followed by a few people. “A Prophet will come on the day of judgment with a few followers and a Prophet will come with no followers”. [a] Does this mean that such a Prophet is not virtuous? Absolutely not. A person should not pay attention to the large number of people that are present because the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said to Ali [may Allah be pleased with him]. “If Allah gives guidance to a single man through you, it is better for you than possessing red camels”. [b] [1]

Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah are not harmed by their opponents. If you are with them, they are pleased because they want good for the people. If you oppose them, you will not be able to cause them harm as the Messenger [peace and blessing of Allah be upon him] stated, “There will always be a group from my Ummah who will manifest on the truth and harmed by those who abandon them until the command of Allah is fulfilled (i.e. the day of Judgement) while they are (on the right path).” The one who opposes only harms himself. It is not the large number that is given consideration, rather what is given consideration is agreement with the truth, even if only a few follow it. Even if there is only one person in some eras, as long as he is upon the truth, he is the Jamaa’ah. The Jamaa’ah does not necessitate large numbers; rather, it is about agreeing with the truth – in line with the Book and the Sunnah, even if the followers are few. If many unite upon the truth, it is a strength from Allah; but if the majority oppose it, we stand with the truth even if only a few are upon it. [2]

Imam Abdul Azeez Bin Baz [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: Let every Muslim be careful of being deceived by the great numbers, whilst saying, “Indeed, the people have become such and such, and have become accustomed to such and such, so I am with them”. This is a great calamity, for indeed many people of the past were destroyed due to this. Therefore, O sensible one! It is obligated to you to examine yourself, take account of yourself, and adhere to the truth, even if the people abandon it. Beware of what Allah has forbidden, even if the people do it, for indeed the truth is more worthy of being followed, just as Allah [The Most High] says: [وَإِنْ تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّه ِ -And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allah’s Path. [Surah Al An-aam Ayah 116]

Allah [The Most High] says: [ وَمَآ أَڪۡثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَوۡ حَرَصۡتَ بِمُؤۡمِنِينَ-And most of mankind will not believe even if you desire it eagerly]. [Surah Yusuf Ayah 103] [3]

Al-Allaamah Muqbil Bin Haadee Al-Waadi’ee may Allah have mercy upon him] said: “If numbers are the scale by way of which you judge, then the majority are mostly blameworthy; and if persuasive speech and eloquence is the scale by way of which you judge, then indeed Allah described the Munaafiqoon that they have tongues that utter beautiful speech. Allah says: [وَإِن يَقُولُواْ تَسۡمَعۡ لِقَوۡلِهِمۡ – And when they speak, you listen to their words]. [Surah Al-Munaafiqoon. Ayah 4]

Therefore, what is given consideration is that one knows the people of truth by their characteristics – that they call to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, his family, and companions], and they neither desire reward from the people nor seeking to be thanked. [4]

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Hadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allah preserve him] said: O youth! Be mindful of Shaytaan who is next to you. Seek Allah’s protection against his destructive evil whispers.

And if an evil whisper from Shaitan (Satan) tries to turn you away (O Muhammad) (from doing good, etc.), then seek refuge in Allah. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower]. [Surah Fussilat’ Aayah 36]

If you feel that your inner self is inclined towards showing off and boasting about your knowledge, then turn to Allah, humble yourself, and beseech Him to bless you with sincerity and protect you from the whispers and schemes of Shaytaan. A wise scholar once remarked, “It is truly challenging for a person when their enemy can see them, but they cannot see their enemy.” This statement was made while explaining Allah’s mention of Shaytaan and his armies: [إِنَّهُ ۥ يَرَٮٰكُمۡ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ ۥ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا تَرَوۡنَہُمۡ‌ۗ – Verily, he and (his soldiers from the jinns or his tribe) see you from where you cannot see them. [Surah Al-A’raaf’ Ayah 27]

He said, “By Allah! It is a bitter conflict and immense hardship for the person whose adversary can observe them, yet they cannot perceive their adversary, except for the one whom Allah protects. This foe is more dangerous than the army you can see that has troops and strength. This hidden enemy is extremely challenging and will annihilate you while you remain oblivious and incapable of detecting them. We beseech Allah for well-being. [5]

Considerations to keep in mind when invited to WhatsApp Groups for Dawah, sharing knowledge, or facilitating study circle announcements

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] says:

Have you not seen that Allah knows whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth? There is no Najwa (secret counsel) of three, but He is their fourth (with His Knowledge, while He Himself is over the Throne, over the seventh heaven), nor of five but He is their sixth (with His Knowledge), not of less than that or more, but He is with them (with His Knowledge) wheresoever they may be; and afterwards on the Day of Resurrection, He will inform them of what they did. Verily, Allah is the All-Knower of everything. [Al-Mujadilah Ayah 7]

Many years ago, when individuals experienced seclusion following reprimands for their misdeeds or for aligning themselves with those who exhibited reprehensible conduct, their options were severely limited. They were compelled to confront the repercussions head-on, either through private counsel or public denunciation. The avenues of communication available to them were exceedingly restricted, confined solely to telephone conversations and the languid internet. Consequently, even if they resolved to persist in their deleterious actions, they were acutely aware that they would perpetually face direct confrontation and meticulous interrogation, leaving no room for ambiguity in their words or convictions.

Currently, it is quite effortless for individuals with poor behaviour to create WhatsApp groups where those spreading doubts can freely propagate ambiguities, insinuations, half-truths etc. This leaves readers without anyone to help clarify uncertainties in the content, leaving them at the mercy of the original sharer. Therefore, before accepting an invitation to join a WhatsApp group, ensure that it is either administered by a Salafi Masjid Admin or Markaz, and seek guidance from a senior Salafi student. Nowadays, some individuals establish WhatsApp groups for various purposes, therefore, it is crucial to exercise caution and discernment when deciding which groups to join. Opt for those created by Salafi Masjid Admins or Maraakiz, or those where distinguished senior students of knowledge or promising younger students of knowledge, recognised for their exemplary conduct, integrity, and modesty by their seniors, are participating. We advise you to seek the counsel of esteemed elders within the Salafi communities before joining any WhatsApp group. Finally, this advice is not intended to hinder your access to the numerous benefits that may arise from such groups, but rather, it serves as a protective measure during a time when individuals harbour hidden agendas, exploit WhatsApp groups as a platform to propagate their grievances or sow seeds of doubt, clandestinely gathering supporters until they can unleash their disruptive intentions, ultimately causing discord and disunity among Ahlus Sunnah. The decision ultimately rests in your hands regarding whether you wish to join a WhatsApp Group. However, it is crucial to bear in mind the importance of thoroughly evaluating and understanding an individual’s circumstances before deciding to join them, particularly given the limited opportunity for direct clarification or resolution of any uncertainties that may arise within the group. And Allah knows best.
