[1] A Brief Acquaintance With Some of Those Who Preceded Haqiqatjou In Conjecture, Deception and Misguidance

Shaikh Shamsuddeen Al-Afghaaniy [may Allah have mercy upon him] said:

Allah guided mankind through Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] and the manifest proofs given to him – guidance that surpassed the knowledge of those with great perception and could not be described by those who were well-versed in the art of description. Allah opened the hearts of the heedless, the ears of the deaf, and the eyes of the blind through this guidance. They were in a state of disharmony, harboured animosity toward one another, and adhered to perverse creeds before Allah united them under a single religion. Allah united their hearts, and as a result of this great blessing, they became true brothers in Islam. Following that, everything worshipped besides Allah, such as graves, trees, stones, and idols, ceased to exist, and all worship was established for Allah alone. [Footnote a] People followed the true religion of Islamic monotheism and worshiped Allah alone, except for those whom Allah decreed would remain as polytheists, hypocrites, and adherents of the altered and distorted previous scriptures. The darkness of polytheism was dispelled, and the banner of Tawheed was raised in Arab and non-Arab lands. Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] died while Islam was established and in authority, superseding all other ways of life and creeds. The Messenger’s rightly guided khulafaa [Footnote b] continued to follow the Messenger’s path until the two powerful and great nations at the time, Rome and Persia, ended up in humiliation, degradation, and fear after they had been in security, and thus Caesar was restricted and besieged, and Chosroes was subdued and destroyed.

When the enemies of Islam realised they couldn’t destroy the religion, they planted agents within it – those who pretended to be Muslims -to sow confusion, trials, and tribulations, and spread polytheism by exaggerating the status of the pious and exalting their graves. As a result, the Ummah was exposed to temptations by Abdullah Bin Saba’s plots, who claimed that Ali Ibn Abee Taalib deserved to be worshipped. The Saba’iyyah were Abdullaah Bin Sabah’s followers, who were later known as the Rawaafid, Ismaaliyyah, Nusayriyah, and others among the Baatiniyyah. They worshiped the graves and their inhabitants and erected places of worship and shrines over them. As a result of these practices, they revived the (corrupt) practices of the Jews, Christians, and idol worshippers (i.e. those among them who abandoned the correct path of their Prophets). This is how grave worshippers’ practices manifested in this Ummah, through practices initiated by the Rawaafid. [Footnote c]

Furthermore, Greek philosophical texts that promoted the concepts of grave worship and idolatry were translated into the Arabic language and gained significant attention among individuals identifying with Islam, such as Al-Faraabee, Ibn Sinaa Al-Hanafi, and Naseer At-Toosee, who advocated disbelief and polytheism, and those who sought to manipulate the teachings of Islam, akin to Paul’s manipulation of Christianity. The Greek Philosophers influenced and led them to advocate for grave worship through Greek Philosophy. The practices of these individuals were prevalent among the followers of rhetoric among the Hanafi Maatooreediyyah and the Ash-ariyyah Kullaabiyyah, as they immersed themselves in the works of the Philosophers. Consequently, they became proponents of grave worship and adhering to the Jahmiyyah creed. Among these individuals were Taftaazaanee Al-Hanafi, who was renowned as a philosopher of the Maatooreediyyah and a follower of grave worship, and Jurjaanee Al-Hanafi, a proponent of superstitious beliefs. Another group of people arose within the Muslim community who posed an even greater threat and were more misguided than the aforementioned groups. These individuals adopted an outward appearance of piety, donning the attire of righteousness with tearful eyes, lengthy beards, towering turbans, and clutching oversised prayer beads. They deceitfully claimed to advocate for the teachings of the Prophet, while clandestinely engaging in despicable practices inherited from false religions. They attempted to mix blatant lies with the Qur’an and the authentic narrations to corrupt the clear proofs found in the Qur’an and the Sunnah. These deviant heretics are known as the Hulooliyyah, Ittihaadiyyah Grave Worshipers, such as the likes of Hallaaj (309AH), Ibnul Faarid (632AH) Ibn Arabi (638AH), Ibn Sab’een (669AH), etc [Footnote e] [1]

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee [may Allaah protect him] stated: Shaikh Al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated that the ultimate outcome for those who engage in theological rhetoric is a state of uncertainty and perplexity, while the ultimate outcome for the followers of the Sofee paths is characterized by erratic and irrational behavior along with false claims. The innovators in religious matters among the proponents of theological rhetoric have something of a resemblance to the Jews and those who innovate acts of worship in religious matters have something of a resemblance to the Christians [i.e. those Jews and Christians who deviated after the departure of their Prophets]. That is because these ones [proponents of theological rhetoric] deny the truth and are led to doubt, and those ones [those who innovate acts of worship] believe in falsehood and are led to irrational behavior. These ones are like the darkness in a vast deep sea, overwhelmed by a great wave topped by another great wave, topped by dark clouds, darkness, one above another; and those ones are like a mirage in a desert, the thirsty one thinking it’s water until he comes up to it and discovers it’s nothing. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee [may Allaah preserve him] said: Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated that the people in their pursuit of knowledge and religion have two innovated paths and a path legislated in the Shari’ah. The path of Islamic legislation involves examining the teachings of the Messenger, utilising them as evidence, and implementing the necessary actions. Therefore, it is imperative to possess knowledge based on the teachings of the Messenger and to act upon them, and merely possessing one of these two is insufficient. As for the two innovated paths, one of them is the path of people who engage in innovated theological discourse and this path is fraught with falsehood. Many of its adherents neglect the obligations prescribed by Allah and His Messenger, leading them to remain in a state of corruption in knowledge and action. Consequently, these individuals deviate towards false Judaism. The second path is taken by people who adopt methods to enhance their spiritual well-being, namely the followers of the Soofi paths, who introduce new forms of worship. These individuals tend to deviate towards false Christianity as they claim that by purifying one’s soul according to their prescribed methods, one will effortlessly acquire extensive knowledge of religious sciences without learning. The worship practices of many of these people are innovated, rather, they contradict the teachings of the Messenger. As a result, they continue to engage in corrupt actions and corruption due to their lack of understanding of the Messenger’s teachings because they do not know what the Messenger conveyed. Neither Allah’s Messenger nor his companions followed the path of those who introduced innovations in religion, such as the proponents of theological rhetoric, nor the path of the proponents of innovated worship and Soofiyyah. Instead, he adhered to what Allah had sent him with, which is based on the Qur’an and Sunnah. [3]

Allah [The Exalted] said:

وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُواْ وَلَوۡ ڪَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰ‌ۖ
And when you testify, be just, even if (it concerns) a near relative. [1]

When you testify by way of a statement to judge between people, differentiate between them in a discourse, and speak regarding matters and circumstances, be just in your speech, adhere to truthfulness regarding those you love and those you hate, be fair and do not conceal what needs to be made clear because it is forbidden and tantamount to injustice to divert (from justice and fairness) when speaking against the one you hate. [2]

Therefore, we remind ourselves of the fact that not all Jews are engaged in the plots of the Zionists, as Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah preserve him] stated, “It is important to note that not all Jews are involved in these intrigues and the Jews as a population have, throughout history, been subject to the whims and desires of their religious and political leaders, and have been made to undergo much persecution as a result”. Christian Coalition Conference (Path to Victory)

The “Christian Coalition Organisation” organises this yearly conference. In 1997, on September 13th, it convened in Atlanta, Georgia, under the theme “Road to Victory”. The conference mobilised the hawks of the American right, such as Speaker of the House of Representatives Newton Leroy Gingrich and the Republican candidates for the 1996 presidential elections, namely: Steve Forbes, Commander Alexander, and Allan Katz, as well as Reverend Pat Robertson, founder of the coalition and president of the conference, who ran for the Republican Party’s presidential nomination in 1988. Many seminars and talks were held throughout the conference, with the majority of them centered on America’s role as a “Christian nation” and its obligation to stand up for “Christians” who are being persecuted abroad. Following the conference, attendees addressed a letter to Congress expressing support for the proposed legislation to impose sanctions on nations that Congress feels are persecuting Christians for their religious beliefs, speaking on behalf of 25 million Americans. Third, there is no question that if Christians ever face persecution in any Muslim country for reasons other than their professed religion, it will be owing to the lack of implementation of what the Sunnah has legislated with regard to protection for religious minorities. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “Whoever wrongs a person (non-Muslim) protected by a covenant, violates his rights, burdens him with more work than he can do, or takes something from him without his consent, I will argue on his behalf on the Day of Resurrection”. [Sunan Abu Dawud 3052]

Lastly, all allegations of persecution need to be thoroughly investigated lest it’s a scheme to infiltrate the lands of the Muslims and corrupt their beliefs, as Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allah preserve him] stated, “So it is not permissible for the Ulamaa to remain heedless of their plans (i.e. the enemies of Islaam), their actions, their publications, their missionary activities and their various calls (to the Muslims). And also the various poisons they are infusing – which are in opposition to the Qur’an and the Messenger (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) and his Sunnah. And nor of what plans they have for (the destruction of) the beliefs and methodologies of Islaam. It is not permissible either, to remain heedless of their concentrated efforts to Christianize or secularize the Muslim youth. And along with that, the Muslim youth and the students are not able to oppose this plan and strategy. Rather it is necessary that the distinguished Ulamaa – those who are experienced and shrewd – it is for such people, in all the places to undertake this duty. So it is obligatory for some of the intelligent and ingenious people from the field of Aqeedah to be mobilised for opposing these plans. And likewise, it is a must that the intelligent and distinguished from amongst the specialists in the Sunnah – that they be mobilised for the refutation of these and similarly the eminent and distinguished from amongst those in the fields of Orientalism for the refutation of the plans of the Orientalists.” [2]

The Shaikh also stated: “I myself believe that it is a benefit – rather it is of necessity – that we know what the enemies are planning for us, and that it is necessary for us to prepare (ourselves in strength) to destroy their plans. However, I do not exaggerate in this matter, rather my view is the view of our Ulamaa and they have all agreed upon this – that amongst the obligatory matters, there are some that are Fard Ain and others that are Fard Kifaayah – and even if knowing the state of the enemies is harmful – it is still necessary for us to know it – but it is treated as Fard Kifaayah. When some attend to it, then the harm is removed from the rest” up until he said: “So I consider that there is no criticism for the Ulamaa and the students of knowledge who take great concern for preserving the Sharee’ah of Allaah – in terms of the Book, the Sunnah, and its understanding – for this is one of the duties of the Kifaayah actions. And I believe that these people are more superior, noble, truthful and of more benefit to Islaam than those who are weak in their knowledge of the religion of Allaah or those who have no share in acquainting themselves with it.” [3]

Freedom House Conference (Global Persecution of Christians):

On January 23, 1996, Christian Zionists in America launched a campaign to save Christians around the world from “persecution,” as they said. The campaign was launched by a Jewish man named “Michael Horevitz” in a Wall Street Journal article titled “The new fanaticism between the cross and the crescent” on July 5, 1995, drawing attention to the “growing and increasing persecution of Christian missionaries,” he said, and urging the American Christian Community to face this challenge. Then he wrote a letter to 150 leaders of boards of directors of Protestant organisations and churches, beginning his message by saying, “As an American Jew, I am very grateful for the Christian community’s brotherhood in the face of opposing anti-Semitic movements.” As a result, evangelical fundamentalists founded the “Freedom House” organisation for this purpose, as requested by that Jew. The “Freedom House” organisation then organised a conference named “Global Persecution of Christians” to defend and protect Christians. At this conference, the “Freedom House organisation” distributed a statement titled “A Statement to Arouse Conscience,” in which they stated that the “National Association of Evangelicals” is responsible for “Freedom House,” and that it includes 42,500 American evangelical groups. The following are the most important points from the conference statement:

[I] Introduction, demonstrating the interest of American evangelicals in the religious freedom of Christians, and demanding that the government take action to curb religious persecution of Christians around the world.

[II] The facts: The statement examines the conditions of Christians and how authorities in various nations subject them to persecution and terrorism.

[III] Principles: It is a set of fundamental ideas and ground rules for defending the rights of Christians around the world.

[IV] The call to action, which specifies the policies that the government of the United States of America may adopt to protect the rights of Christians, and among those policies advocated were:

– Informing the international community about governmental and terrorist persecution of Christians.

-A new anti-persecution law

– Issue directives to ambassadors to hold periodic meetings with church movements in countries where there is persecution.

-Appoint a Special Advisor to the President on Religious Freedom, whose job it will be to prepare a report and provide policy recommendations on religious persecution by taking firm action.

-Linking international trade and negotiations to situations of religious persecution.

-Providing diplomatic assistance and asylum to persecuted people

-Release documented reports on religious persecution by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Human Rights Office and other government entities.

-Develop the role of embassies with regard to pursuing religious freedom.

-Distinction between various Christian groups in periodic reports, as well as the state of religious freedom for each of them.

-Establish rules for processing pleas from those fleeing persecution.

-Setting a deadline for the cessation of aid to countries that fail to take decisive measures to end the persecution, and the return of aid is not permitted unless the American President makes a written pledge that this country or countries have begun to take Practical steps to end the persecution.

Conclusion: The statement ended with the assertion that religious freedom is a gift from God to humanity and that it is “a basic pillar that distinguishes trait our audience and our people are known for. [1] [Footnote a] [End of quote]

And also the various poisons they are infusing – which are in opposition to the Qur’an and the Messenger (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) and his Sunnah. And nor of what plans they have for (the destruction of) the beliefs and methodologies of Islaam. It is not permissible either, to remain heedless of their concentrated efforts to Christianize or secularize the Muslim youth. And along with that, the Muslim youth and the students are not able to oppose this plan and strategy. Rather it is necessary that the distinguished Ulamaa – those who are experienced and shrewd – it is for such people, in all the places to undertake this duty. So it is obligatory for some of the intelligent and ingenious people from the field of Aqeedah to be mobilised for opposing these plans. And likewise it is a must that the intelligent and distinguished from amongst the specialists in the Sunnah – that they be mobilised for the refutation of these and similarly the eminent and distinguished from amongst those in the fields of Orientalism for the refutation of the plans of the Orientalists.” [2]

Second, Benjamin Netanyahu’s Zionist army has recently been accused of using white phosphorous in Gaza; however, they’ve responded to this by saying “Currently we are not aware of the use of weapons containing white phosphorus in Gaza, but rather such a claim is unequivocally false”.

Description of White Phosphorus:

Whoever researches will come across the following:

Toxic and wax-like, white phosphorus burns at temperatures above 800 degrees Celsius (about 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit), hot enough to melt metal. White phosphorus is the material of choice for militaries to construct smokescreens because of its capacity to start quickly spreading fires and produce thick smoke over large distances which usually lingers for seven minutes. Weapons carrying white phosphorus are hard to put out; they will keep flaming until the phosphorous is completely burned or removed from contact with oxygen. White phosphorus contains compounds that, if absorbed by the body, can burn skin all the way down to the bone and cause malfunctions in the liver, kidneys, and heart, among other organs. There are two effects of the burns: the burn itself, which is typically quite deep and severe, has a local effect, and the second effect is metabolic, which can be fatal for the patients. Heart failure can be caused by abnormal potassium levels, which are a symptom of metabolic diseases. White phosphorus can rekindle if it comes into contact with the skin again since it is sticky and can adhere to a variety of surfaces, including clothing. Additionally, breathing in the fumes can be fatal, and they can cause significant eye irritation and light sensitivity.

Therefore, even if a person were to argue that “Phosphorous is no different from petrol reacting to a lighted match, and that what differentiates it from chemical weapons is that its reaction is not directed against the human physiology”, we ask them whether someone can claim not to be held liable if he pours petrol in another person’s house or city district and then throws a lighted match in the area, causing death and destruction?! Therefore, can someone similarly argue that they should not be held accountable if they spread white phosphorous around a person’s home or city district and then set it on fire with firearms?! Rather, even if a person committed an act for which he truly deserves the death penalty under Islamic law, it would not be permissible to punish him through burning or fire. Imam Al-Bukhari [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated: “Chapter: Not to punish with Allah’s punishment”. Ikrimah reported that Ali burnt some people and this news reached Ibn Abbaas, who said, “Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, ‘Don’t punish (anybody) with Allah’s Punishment”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhari 3017]

As a result, it makes no difference whether white phosphorous is permitted by anyone regardless of their expertise because only the final infallible divine revelation [The Qur’an and authentic Sunnah] as understood and implemented by the Sahaabah is the source through which what should be considered lawful or unlawful during military conflict is decided, not the views of any war-monger, war-criminal, racist or organisation that seeks victory for its allies at any cost or exclusively on the basis of “the ends justify the means.” Therefore, we wait for a Fatwa from the Senior Salafi Scholars that justify the use of this chemical!

Third, the Zionist military cannot deny the fact that it has used white phosphorous in the past as stated in the Jerusalem Post as follows:

However, as for the recent claims -[the specific events after 7/10/23] -that Netanyahu’s army of Zionists are using it again, this is still being investigated, so we’ll wait for the reliable and unbiased investigators and experts – among Muslims and non-Muslims – to produce a final report. We neither negate nor affirm until the affair is finalised, but what remains a fact is that the Zionists did use white phosphorous in the past.

Finally, every oppressor who uses these barbaric methods reminds us of what has been stated in Surah Al-Burooj. Allah said:

قُتِلَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْأُخْدُودِ
ٱلنَّارِ ذَاتِ ٱلْوَقُودِ
إِذْ هُمْ عَلَيْهَا قُعُودٌ

Cursed were the People of the Ditch, (the large ditch with) the fire, given fuel (in abundance). While they were sat over it (watching those whom they punished by burning). [3]

Imam As-Sadi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: This is the greatest type of tyranny and heart-heartedness because they combined disbelief in Allah’s Ayaat and wilful opposition to them, waging war against its adherents and torturing them with this torment, which the extremely heart-breaking, whilst they are present and throwing them into it. And the fact is that they did not take revenge on the believers except due to a characteristic for which they are praised, and by way of which they attain happiness (in this life and the next), which is that they believed in Allah. [4]

Imam Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “They saw the fire burning these people while sitting and joking as if nothing was happening, and Allah’s protection is sought (against this behaviour). This is tyranny that a person sees a human being burnt with fire while he reclines on his couch and is distracted by the conversation and does not care”. [5]

Conferences and seminars

Christian Zionists have hosted and continue to hold numerous conferences and seminars in order to achieve their aims of persuading people not to reject it, gathering the largest number of supporters, and justifying its political, economic, and intellectual activities. In this context, I will mention examples of these conferences and seminars to demonstrate what we perceive to be Christian Zionism’s pursuit of goals and objectives. [Footnote a] The following are the most important of these conferences:

[1] American Christian Conference: This conference was held by an American organization, the “Loyal American Federal Organization For Palestine”. It was held in New York City, America, on December 15, 1936, and was attended by more than 200 personalities, including government officials and Zionist Christian clerics. The conference issued a resolution calling on civilised societies [Footnote b] to assist fleeing Jewish refugees from Germany and Eastern Europe to enter Palestine because it is their natural safe haven.

[2] National Christian Leadership Conference for Israel: It is an annual conference held and organised by the “National Christian Leadership Conference for Israel” in Washington, the capital of the United States of America. As is the title of the conference and the organization, it is held to serve Israel and its interests. Members of the US Congress usually attend the conference. The conference, held in June 1982, called for demonstrations in support of Israel’s invasion of Lebanon, and demonstrations have already taken place in many American cities with the demand to support Israel militarily and economically and understand Israel’s need to protect its people from terrorism. [Footnote c] At this conference, a final statement was issued to support the Jews, emphasising the commitment to Israel’s security and protection, and that all the Jewish Holy Lands belong to the people, and that Jerusalem is the unified and eternal capital of Israel, which may not be internationalised, or be a subject of negotiation or compromise, and that the Jewish people anywhere will remain God’s chosen people– those who invoke blessings on them are blessed by the Lord, while those who curse them are cursed by the Lord. This annual conference includes lectures and seminars by leading Zionist thinkers and Christians, and chaired by Franklin Little, a lecturer at Temple University in Pennsylvania. [Footnote e] It was held in one of the Jewish synagogues in Washington, D.C., under the slogan: “Encounters Between Fundamentalist Christianity and Jewish Leadership”. Following this conference, they held another conference titled “The National Christian Conference”, whose president stated, “The National Christian Conference was established for the purpose of uniting Christians from a variety of names and organisations who have a common shared interest in the safety of the Jewish homeland”. At the conference’s inaugural meeting, which was attended by one hundred people, including fundamentalists and members from the National Conference of Catholic Bishops and the National Council of Churches, Jack Camp, the Republican Party delegate from New York, stated regarding the establishment of Israel in 1948 as the fulfilment of “biblical prophecy,” and that the United States of America’s role is to provide opportunities for the fulfilment of biblical prophecies in Israel.

[3] “Breakfast and Prayer Conference for Israel”: This conference is one of the activities of the “Religious Round Table” organisation, which was held in Washington, D.C. in 1983. Following the conference, the final declaration was released, which contained paragraphs regarding Israel’s religious, political, and military interests, and the most important of them were:

[I] The call for cooperation – in all spheres – between the United States of America and Israel; then they quoted specific texts from the Old Testament affirming the Jewish right to Palestine.

[II] Calling for the relocation of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The statement recognised that the borders of the Holy Land, as defined by the Bible, could not be altered by evolving political and economic circumstances. This conference is held annually, which is why it is referred to as the annual breakfast party organised by the aforementioned organisation to pray for Israel and support its policies and aims. Following the prayer, those conferred or gathered to celebrate usually make a statement in which Israel is blessed in the name of more than 50 million Christians in the United States of America who believe in the Torah. [Footnote f] Political and religious figures, notable businesses, and members from the American government all attend the breakfast meeting. It expresses unequivocal support for Jewish policies in Palestine. On February 1, 1984, they held a conference to pray for Israel at the Shoreham Hotel in the American capital, Washington, where they distributed a Jewish book about the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in the summer of 1982, which they called “a liberation operation of Lebanon from terrorism,” and images from the invasion were also included in the book. More than 500 people attended the prayer conference, including Jewish Zionist leaders such as Alleck Resnick, head of the Zionist Organisation. US Attorney General Edwin Meese, US Ambassador to the Organisation of American States, William Middendorf, Senator Charles E. Grassley, and Breger Marshall, Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan, all attended the conference. The conference’s topics revolved around the covenant relations between God and the Jewish people, as well as “the responsibility placed on Christians to stand by Israel in the implementation of this “Biblical Covenant”. Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive. [Surah Al-Nahl. Ayah 26]

Imam As-Sadi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: This is one the best of parables regarding how Allah nullifies the plots of his enemies, for indeed they pondered and reflected on that which the Messengers brought when they belied them, made up principles and rules for it based on falsehood, referred back to them to reject that which the Messengers came with, employed tricks to bring discomfort to the Messengers and inflict harm on them and those who followed them, but their plot became a source of evil against them, so their plan became their destruction because their plot was evil, “But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it”. [Surah Faatir: Ayah: 43] [An Excerpt from Tafseer as-Sadi]

 

Footnote b: Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: There is no doubt that knowledge is the mainstay on which the foundations of human life are based. And the knowledge that is most worthy to be given importance and concern is the knowledge of the Islamic Shariah because through it is known the wisdom (or purpose) for which Allaah [The Exalted] created us and sent the Messengers. And by way of this knowledge, we acquire knowledge and awareness regarding Allah and worship Him based on that, as Allah stated:

[وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنْسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ – I (Allah) did not create the Jinn and humankind except to worship me alone]. [Surah Adh-Dhaariyaat. Ayah 56]

Allah [Glorified be He and free is He from all imperfections] stated:

[وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَسُولًا أَنِ اُعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ – Indeed, We have sent a Messenger to every nation, saying, “Worship Allah alone and keep away from all false deities]. [Surah An-Nahl. Ayah 36]

Based on these two Ayaat, one knows the wisdom behind the creation of Jinn and humankind and the wisdom behind the advent of the Messengers. Any nation without sound belief or sound religion is an ignorant nation regardless of how advanced and developed it is, as Allah [Glorified be He and free is He from all imperfections] stated: [أَمْ تَحْسَبُ أَنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ أَوْ يَعْقِلُونَ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا كَالْأَنْعَامِ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلً – Or do you think that most of them hear or understand? They are only like cattle; nay, they are even farther astray from the Path. (i.e. even worse than cattle)]. [Surah Al-Furqan. Ayah 44]

A good life is the life of the people of (Islamic) knowledge and faith, as Allah [The Exalted] said:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ – O you who believe! Answer Allah (by obeying Him) and (His) Messenger when he calls you to that which will give you life]. [Surah Al-Anfaal. Ayah 24] [Majmoo Fataawaa Wa Maqaalaat Ash-Shaikh Ibn Baaz. 2/316]

An Advice And A Reminder For All Those Who Speak In The Name Of Salafiyyah

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al Madkhali [may Allah preserve him] said:

All praise is for Allah and may the peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, his companions, and whoever follows his guidance. To proceed:

This is advice and a reminder for all those who speak in the name of as-Salafiyyah, but when the Imtihaan (test) comes and when spears and arrows are directed at its liver by Ahlul-Makr (the people of vile deception), the Ahlul-Fitan (the people of trials and tribulations) and the troublemakers, we do not find them being from its army nor from those who fight for it but rather we find from them oddity and strangeness. Indeed there has appeared from those who claim Salafiyyah – who wait in ambush of it and its people – stances and actions which are in opposition to Salafiyyah, its Manhaj, and its foundational principles which cause the hair upon the head to turn white (with grief).
From those positions and stances:

 

1) – Defence of the People of Major Innovations, such as al-Hulool, Wahdatul-Wujood (the Unity of Existence), Wahdtul-Adyaan (the Unification of Religions), Ukhuwwatul-Adyaan (the Brotherhood of all religions), Masaawatul-Adyaan (the equality of all religions) as well as many forms of Shirk and superstitions. And bearing witness for them that they are indeed from Ahlus-Sunnah, rather the affair has reached such that some of their heads commend the haughty insolent despotic elders of the Raafidah and Soofees, and describe them with statements such as “indeed they are trustworthy scholars” and praise their methodologies (Madhaahib). Moreover, despite all of that his ignorant followers still support him.

 

2) – Waging a wicked and oppressive war upon Ahlus-Sunnah, smearing them and marring their Manhaj and principles.

 

3) Inventing principles that conflict/contradict the principles of Ahlus-Sunnah and their methodology to wage war against Ahlus-Sunnah and in defence of the people of those major innovations. For example [from those innovated principles]:

a) “We correct but we do not disparage”. [Footnote 1]

b) Also: “The vast all-embracing Manhaj which accommodates Ahlus-Sunnah – according to their own technical term – and also accommodates the whole of the Ummah” but rather it encroaches and restricts Ahlus-Sunnah and their Manhaj and principles.

c) The Manhaj of al-Mawaazanaat. [Footnote 2]

d) Taking the Mujmalaat (the general spurious statements) of the people of misguidance upon their Mufassilaat (clear specific/detailed statements), whilst it is clear that these Mufassilaat (detailed statements) were held by them before these Mujmalaat (spurious/general statements). And other such principles that Ahlus-Sunnah have condemned and clarified their falsehood and deviation. [Footnote 3]

 

4- And to evade (at-tamallus) the truth and to be firm upon their falsehood, they have contrived:

a) The [false] principle – (It’s not obligatory upon me).

b) The [false] principle – (It does not Yaqanee (satisfy, convince, persuade) me.

c) And waging war against the foundational principle of al-Jarh al-Mufassar (the detailed disparagement/criticism).

d) And the rejection of the report of trustworthy narrators (At-Thiqaat).

e) And putting the condition of having a consensus [of the scholars] in tabdee (pronouncing a person to be an innovator) of any innovator. Even if/no matter if the proof and evidences have been established which necessitates/obligates their tabdee, and no matter what the status/level of the one who rules with that tabdee and even if they are many; if one person from the people of desires opposes them, then this tabdee is dropped (becomes null and void).

f) They have fabricated/contrived a principle to as-Subb (revile and insult) the companions of Muhammad (sallallaahu alaihi wasallaam) with the vilest of revilements and insults by describing them as al-Guthaa-iyyah (scum). When requested to excuse themselves from that they said: (It is not revilement, it’s not revilement.) And they said: (if this wording emanated from a Sunni then it is not revilement and if it came from a Raafidee then it becomes revilement and insult.) And they have been staunch upon this since 1424H up until this day.

These principles have become the fountains of Fitan (trial and tribulation) like pieces (sudden amassing of clouds) of the dark night. Accompanying all these calamities is arrogance, obstinate opposition, and haughtiness towards those who advise them and clarify their deviation and their mixed-up confusion. Whilst with all these calamities, afflictions, and other than that we still find those who commend them and declare that they indeed are from Ahlus-Sunnah. The following are Prophetic Narrations I gathered together to remind those people so that perhaps they will remember and withdraw from that which they are upon.

1- On the authority of Qais bin Abee Haazim, who said: Aboo Bakr [may Allaah be pleased with him] stood up and praised Allah [The Mighty and Majestic] and extolled Him, and then said: O people, indeed you recite this Ayah (Qur’anic verse): [يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ لَا يَضُرُّكُم مَّن ضَلَّ إِذَا ٱهْتَدَيْتُمْ َ – O you who believe! Take care of your ownselves, [do righteous deeds, fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. If you follow the right guidance and enjoin what is right (Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbid what is wrong (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden) no hurt can come to you from those who are in error. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Ayah 105]; and you put it in its improper place, for indeed I heard the Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallaam) say: “When the people see an evil (al-Munkar) and do not change it, all of them are about to be punished by Allaah altogether.” [I]

2- Also on the authority of Hudhaifah bin al-Yamaan [may Allaah be pleased with him] that the Prophet [SallAllaah alaihi wasallam] said: “By Him in Whose hand is my soul, certainly you will order with the good and forbid the evil, or else a punishment of Allah is about to be sent upon you from Him and then if you were to supplicate to Him He will not respond to you.” [II]

3- And on the authority of Ibn Mas’ood -[radiyallaahu anhu]- that the Messenger of Allaah [sallallaahu alaihi wasallaam] said: “There is not a Prophet that Allaah sent to a nation before me except that he had Hawariyyoon (helpers) and companions who would betake with his Sunnah and follow his command. Then after them came people who would say (speak with) that which they do not do, and they do that which they are not ordered with; so whoever fights them with his hand then he is a believer, and whoever fights them with his tongue then he is a believer and he who fights them with his heart then he is a believer, and there is not even a mustard seeds amount of faith (Eemaan) left after that”. [III]

In these Ahadeeth is the clarification from the Messenger of Allaah -[sallallaahu alaihi wasallam] – regarding the danger of al-Munkaraat (the evils) of innovations and sins. Its danger and evil punishment is not just confined to those who perpetrate it, but rather it includes whoever Yudaahin (flatters and compromises) with its people and is amicable with them, and also it encompasses and includes more so whoever defends them (innovations) and its people. The affair becomes even more severe if he wages war against whoever forbids it (innovations) from the people of the truth, those well established within the boundaries set by Allaah, those who war against the people of Misguidance and Fitan (turmoil and trials).

4- On the authority of Nu’man bin Basheer -[radiyallaahu anhumaa]- the Prophet -[sallallaahu alaihi wasallam] – said: “The example of al-Mud-hin (the compromiser) Allaah’s Hudood (orders and limits) and (in comparison to) the one who violates them (Allaah’s limits and orders) is like example of people who drew lots for (seats on) a ship. Some of them were on its lower part and others were on its upper part. So those that were on its lower part would pass by those in the upper one with the water which troubled them (the people in the upper part). Then one of them (the people in the lower part) took an axe and started making a hole in the bottom of the vessel. The people of the upper part came and said: ‘What is wrong with you?’ He replied, “You have been troubled much by me and I have to get water.” Now if they prevent him from doing that they will save him and themselves, but if they leave him (to do what he wants), they will destroy him and themselves”. [IV]

Al-Mud-hin (the Compromiser): He is the flatterer who sees and hears al-Munkaraat (the evil) from the innovations and other than it and does not forbid it. Rather he flatters and compromises with those who fall into it, perpetrate it, and defend it. So how about if he goes beyond that to defend them, beautify their image (present them in favourable light) and bear witness for them that they are from Ahlus-Sunnah?! So how will he be, if he transgresses beyond all that by forsaking those who forbid it, making the people think that they (Ahlus-Sunnah) are not upon the truth and are opposers to the correct Manhaj?!

These stances encourage the perpetrators of these evils to remain upon their misguidance; it compels people with weak personalities to have a good suspicion of them and to plunge them into their outstretched arms, and to aid and defend them. [These are] the affairs which lead many people to turn away from the Manhaj of the Salaf as-Saalih in many different countries. It is incumbent upon this type [of people] to fear Allaah. They should look again at and revise their stances with seriousness and sincerity. They should comprehend the dangerous effect resulting from their stances; which they will asked about in front of Allaah The Mighty and Majestic ý on the day when no soul will be able to benefit another whatsoever. Furthermore, it is incumbent upon them to look again to their Bitaanah (close friends and companions) with seriousness for indeed the matter is dangerous. And I remind you of the statement of Allah [The Most High]: [ٱلْأَخِلَّآءُ يَوْمَئِذٍۭ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ – Friends on that Day will be foes one to another except Al-Muttaqun (pious)]. [Surah Az-Zukhruf. (43)]

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوا۟ قَوَّٰمِينَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ شُهَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَوِ ٱلْوَٰلِدَيْنِ وَٱلْأَقْرَبِينَ

O you Who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allaah even against yourselves, your parents, or your kin. [Surah an-Nisa: 135]

And [I also remind you] with the statement of the Messenger of Allaah [Salla Allaahu alaihi wasallam] The Deen (Religion) is an-Naseehah (sincerity and sincere advising), the Deen (Religion) is an-Naseehah (sincerity and sincere advising)”; he said it three times. They said: “To whom or the Messenger of Allaah?” He said: “To Allaah, to His book, to His Messenger, to leaders of the Muslims and their common people.”

I remind you with the Hadeeth of the virtuous Companion Jareer bin Abdullah al-Bajalee [radiyAllaahu anhu] on the authority of Ziyaad bin ‘ilaaqah who said: I heard Jareer bin Abdullah stand and deliver a khutbah on the day al-Mugheerah bin Sh’ubah died saying: “Upon you is the taqwa (fear) of Allaah the Mighty and Majestic, sobriety and tranquility until the (new) Ameer comes for indeed he will come now”. Then he said: “Seek forgiveness for your Ameer for indeed he used to love pardoning (others)”. And he said: “To proceed: then indeed I came to the Messenger of Allaah -[Salla Allaahu alaihi wasallam] – and I said to him: “I want to pledge allegiance to you upon Islaam. So he put a condition upon me that I should (sincerely) advise every Muslim. So I gave him the pledge of allegiance upon that and by the Lord of this Masjid indeed I am to all of you a (sincere) advisor.” Then he sought Allah’s forgiveness and descended (from the pulpit). [V]

I remind them of that which is in these Aayaat and Ahadeeth regarding the obligation of establishing sincerity to Allah [i.e. by worshipping Allah in truth etc], sincerity to His Book [i.e. by believing in it and that it is the speech of Allah sent down, and it is not created, etc], sincerity to His Messenger [i.e. by testifying in truth and based on the absolute certainty that he is Allah’s Messenger, etc], sincerity to the rulers of the Muslims [i.e. by believing in their right to rulership, obeying and listening to them in that which is good, advising them in private, etc] and sincerity to the common people [i.e. by dealing with them, calling them to the path of Allah, etc]. [Footnote 4] And with that which they contain from the obligation of forbidding the evil and the severe threat for those who do not establish these obligations and do not forbid the evil. And I say to them as Jareer said: “By the Lord of this Masjid, indeed I am to all of you a sincere advisor.” But rather I say, “By the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth, indeed I am to them a (sincere) advisor”.

I remind them of the statement of Anas [radiyallaahu anhu] “Indeed, you do actions which in your eyes are considered finer than the hair, whilst we used to consider them during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah [salla Allaahu alaihi wasallam] to be from al-moobiqaat (the destructive/deadly sins).” [VI]

And from my advice to them is that they should study the Manhaj of the Salaf as-Saalih from its sources and adhere to it and implement it upon themselves and others. I ask Allaah that He grants them insight into that which they are ignorant of and thus erred in or did with deliberate intent. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.

[I] This Hadeeth is Saheeh (Sound Authentic). It is reported by Imaam Ahmad in his Musnad (1/5), Aboo Dawood in his Sunan Hadeeth (4338, Ibn Maajah in his Sunan, [Chapter] Regarding the Fitan, Hadeeth (4005) and is also reported by other Imaams].

[II] This Hadeeth is reported by at-Tirmidhee in al-Fitan, Hadeeth (2169) and he said: This Hadeeth is Hasan (Good). But there is a weakness in its chain of narration. It is also reported by Imaam Ahmad in his Musnad (5/388). And at-Tirmidhee declared the hadeeth Hasan due to it having two witnessing (supporting) narrations with a similar meaning which have a weakness in their Isnaad (chain of narration). One of them [witnessing narrations] is the Hadeeth of Aishah – radiyallaahu anha – reported by Imaam Ahmad in his Musnad (6/159), the second of the two is the hadeeth of Aboo Hurairah – radiyallaahu anhu – reported by al-Bazzaar in his Musnad (8508) and al-Khateeb in his at-Taareekh (13/92). Based upon the various routes (chains) the grading of this hadeeth is raised to the level of Hasan li-gayrihi. Al-Allaamah al-Albaanee has declared it to be Hasan in Saheeh al-Jaami (6947).

[III] Reported by Muslim in [the Book of] al-Eemaan Hadeeth (50), Aboo Awaanah (1/35, 36) and Ibn Mandah in al-Eemaan (page 183, 184).

[IV] Reported by al-Bukhaaree in his Saheeh, [the Book of] Shahaadaat (Witnesses), Hadeeth (2686), Imaam Ahmad in his Musnad (4/268,269), at-Tirmdihee in al-Fitan (2173), Ibn Hibbaan as in al-Ihsaan (297, 298). The wording of this Hadeeth with Imaam Ahmad and at-Tirmidhee is: The example of the one who abides by Allaah’s orders and limits in comparison to al-Mud-hin (the compromiser) of Allaah’s Hudood (orders and limits) is like the example of people who drew lots for (seats on) a ship at sea. So some of them attained the upper part of it and the others got the lower part. Then those on the lower part climb up/ascend to draw water to drink and they pour it upon the people on the upper part. The people on the upper part said: “We will not let you ascend and harm us.” So those on the lower part said: “Then indeed we will have to bore into the bottom of the ship to get water to drink.” If they prevent them and forbid them from doing that they will all be saved and if they leave them they will all drown.

[V] Reported by al-Bukhaaree in his Saheeh, [the Book of] Faith (al-Imaan), Chapter: the statement of the Prophet [Salla Allaahu alaihi wasallam] -: “The Deen is sincerity to Allaah, His Prophet, the leaders of the Muslims and their common people” and the statement of Allaah the Most High: [ إِذَا نَصَحُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ – if they are sincere and true (in duty) to Allah and His Messenger], Hadeeth (58). And Imaam Ahmad (4/357). And also reported by al-Bukhaaree in [the Book of] Faith (al-Imaan), Hadeeth (57), and Muslim in [the Book of] Faith (al-Imaan), Hadeeth (56) both of them reported it in summarized form].

[VI] Reported by al-Bukhaaree in [the Book of] Heart-Softening narrations (ar-Riqaaq), Hadeeth (6492), Ahmad in his ‘Musnad’ (3/157) and Aboo Y’alaa in his ‘Musnad’ Hadeeth (4207) and (4314).

Allah’s aid is sought! Indeed, many changes have taken place by way of deviation and other painful affairs, and afflicted many. We ask Allah to keep us safe and guide everyone who has fallen into those calamities and has not yet returned to what is correct and praiseworthy. We ask Allah:

اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِي الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي

وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَايَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي

وَأَصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِي الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَادِي

وَاجْعَلِ الْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ

وَاجْعَلِ الْمَوْتَ رَاحَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ

O Allah! Rectify my religion for me, which is the safeguard of my affairs; rectify my worldly [affairs], wherein is my livelihood; and rectify my Afterlife to which is my return; and make life for me [as a means of] increase in every good and make death for me as a rest from every evil. [Saheeh Muslim Number: 2720]

اللَّهُمَّ بِعِلْمِكَ الْغَيْبَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ عَلَى الْخَلْقِ أَحْيِنِي مَا عَلِمْتَ الْحَيَاةَ خَيْراً لِي وَتَوَفَّنِي إِذَا عَلِمْتَ الْوَفَاةَ خَيْراً لِي، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَشْيَتَكَ فِي الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ كَلِمَةَ الْحَقِّ فِي الرِّضَا وَالْغَضَبِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ الْقَصْدَ فِي الْغِنَى وَالْفَقْرِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ نَعِيماً لَا يَنْفَذُ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ قُرَّةَ عَيْنٍ لَا تَنْقَطِعُ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ الرِّضِا بَعْدَ الْقَضَاءِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ بَرْدَ الْعَيْشِ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ لَذَّةَ النَّظَرِ إِلَى وَجْهِكَ وَالشَّوْقَ إِلَى لِقَائِكَ فِي غَيْرِ ضَرَّاءَ مُضِرَّةٍ وَلَا فِتْنَةٍ مُضِلَّةٍ، اللَّهُمَّ زَيِّنَّا بِزِينَةِ الْإِيمَانِ

 وَاجْعَلْنَا هُدَاةً مُهْتَدِينَ

O Allah! By Your Knowledge of the unseen and by Your Power over creation, let me live if life is good for me, and let me die if death is good for me; O Allah! I ask You to grant me (the blessing of having) fear of You in private and public; And I ask you (to make me utter) a statement of truth in times of contentment and anger; And I ask You for moderation when in a state of wealth and poverty; And I ask you for blessings that never ceases; And I ask You for the coolness of my eye that never ends; And I ask You (to make me pleased) after (Your) decree; And I ask You for a life of (ease, comfort, tranquility etc) after death; I ask You for the delight of looking at Your Face (i.e. in the Hereafter) and yearning to meet You without any harm and misleading trials (coming upon me); O Allah! Adorn us with the adornment of Eemaan, and make us (from those who are) guided and guiding (others). [Sunan An-Nasaa’ee’ Number 1305 & declared Saheeh by Imaam Albaani (rahimahullaah) in As-Saheehah Number 1301]

Allah [The Exalted] said:

Zionist lobby: Paul Findley worked as a member of the US Congress for 22 years and left it in 1982. The Jewish Zionist lobby consists primarily of the “American Israel Public Affairs Committee – AIPAC,” which was founded in 1959, and the Conference of “Heads of Jewish Organisations,” which was also founded in 1959, as well as political action committees, the most important of which is the “National Committee for Political Action,” in which 300 Jewish organisations are active, and was established in 1982, and there are many more in this field in the United States of America. It’s important to note that Christian Zionism did not stop at influencing and permeating the ideas of American presidents; rather, it spread to numerous influential political forums, including the Senate and the House of Representatives, which influenced American policy. An illustration of this was the formation of the “American Palestinian Committee,” a group of non-Jewish politicians in America, in May 1932. In addition to numerous government officials in the Council of Ministers, ten members of the House of Representatives and eighteen members of the Senate were among its founders. Footnote a: This lobbying to influence public opinion to the advantage of Zionists and conceal the truth cannot be accomplished unless appointments to government positions are based on criteria other than fair play; thus, Muslims must be wary of this situation. Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “The ruler must appoint both the young and the old person who is more suitable and will fulfill the requirements of the job, and this requires the fulfilment of trust. If a person close to him, his family, or a noble person is appointed because of his nobility or because he has a high qualification, such as a doctorate or something similar, and he is either not trustworthy or not suited for the job, this is not permitted”. The Imam also said, “If he (the ruler or one in authority) were to say, ‘I am not able to know them by their (abilities) and (trustworthy) characteristics; are these certificates not a closer way of (judging) the competence of a person?’ We say, ‘Yes, but if we find that this man is untrustworthy or not suitable for the job, then it is obligatory to remove him and replace him with someone who is more suitable because this is necessary for the affair rulership, just as Umar Ibn Al-Khattaab and other than him amongst the Khulafaa [may Allaah be pleased with them] removed those who were not suitable. Umar applied this principle in the khilaafah. He feared dishonor after his death, so he did not appoint a specific person, except that he said, ‘If Abu Ubaydah [may Allah be pleased with him] was alive, I would have given him the affair because the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, ‘The trustworthy man of this Muslim nation is Abu Ubaydah [may Allah be pleased with him]'”. Allah [The Exalted] said:

وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُواْ وَلَوۡ ڪَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰ‌ۖ
And when you testify, be just, even if (it concerns) a near relative. [1]

When you testify by way of a statement to judge between people, differentiate between them in a discourse, and speak regarding matters and circumstances, be just in your speech, adhere to truthfulness regarding those you love and those you hate, be fair and do not conceal what needs to be made clear because it is forbidden and tantamount to injustice to divert (from justice and fairness) when speaking against the one you hate. [2]

Therefore, we remind ourselves of the fact that not all Jews are engaged in the plots of the Zionists, as Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah preserve him] stated, “It is important to note that not all Jews are involved in these intrigues and the Jews as a population have, throughout history, been subject to the whims and desires of their religious and political leaders, and have been made to undergo much persecution as a result”. Pat Robertson, an advocate of Zionism, declared in 1988 that he would run for president from the Republican Party; however, he was not successful in winning the nomination. Consequently, he established the “Christian Coalition” organisation, which served as the foundation for the Christian right and played a significant role in the victories of George W. Bush, several members of Congress, and state governors in the 1988 elections, then expanded at the state level through city councils and school boards. Christian Zionist and Republican Ralph Reed, who also served as the director of the Christian Coalition, stated, “We feel that the Christian community has lost its way in a number of ways by concentrating only on the White House and Congress when most issues that affect evangelical Protestants and conservative Catholics are decided in state legislatures, school boards, and local councils.

Following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in August 1990, Christian Zionists disseminated propaganda claiming that Saddam Hussain was the Antichrist and that the Russians would back him in the war against Israel. This set the stage for the Armageddon conflict between the forces of good, led by America, Israel, and their allies, and the forces of evil, represented by the Arabs and Russians, which would culminate in the return of Christ and the end of the world.  In 1982, some Arab newspapers, citing the Israeli periodical “Kivunim” published a report from the World Zionist Organisation in Jerusalem under the title “Israel’s Plan in the Eighties,” and it was stated in the report, “As for Iraq, it is rich in oil and prone to internal conflicts, and dismantling it will be more important for us than dismantling Syria because Iraq represents the most dangerous threat to Israel in the short term, and a Syrian-Iraqi war will help destroy Iraq internally before it is able to help in the Arab disintegration.” [Footnote a]

US President George H. W. Bush had close ties with Christian Zionist organisations. He also had a close acquaintance with the evangelical Zionist priest Billy Graham, president of the Southern Baptist Convention and the most powerful Zionist priest in American and international public opinion. The other fanatical Zionist priest, Jerry Falwell, campaigned for the election of George Bush senior to the presidency, and therefore some writers have stated that Jerry Falwell’s support and that of his followers was the main reason for George Bush winning the presidency. Also, during the war on Iraq, this president used to sit with Christian Zionist clerics, and he incurred huge sums for settling Soviet Jews in Palestine, as well as committed criminal acts during the Gulf War. Christian Zionism grew into a political force. In America, white Protestant evangelicals accounted for 25% of registered voters, ten times the votes of Jews, four times the votes of non-religious people, and three times the votes of African Americans. Christians, who are the most educated, wealthy, and employed among Americans, controlled 31 of the Republican Party’s congressional seats in 1994.

During the election campaign for US President Bill Clinton, he sent a message to voters asking for their support and swore to them, saying: “If I am elected president, I will never disappoint Israel”. John Duke, head of the National Council on Arab-American Relations, said about him, “55% of his advisors are Jews, and the first advisors in the White House were Australian-Israelis”. During his presidency, he was close to the Jews, to the point that the National Security Council had seven of them. The Jews included eleven members, in addition to other positions allocated to the Jews. As for George Bush Jr, he – as analysts wrote about him – has a Christian-Zionist culture from which his actions and statements emerge. He made numerous statements indicating this, including – for example – that during the presidential election campaign, in which Vice President Al Gore and Texas Governor George Bush were competing, the two candidates appeared in a debate on a television program on 10/11/2000, and one of the questions they were asked, regarding foreign policy, was a question about their position on the Middle East conflict. Al-Gore stated, “Syria must release the three Israeli prisoners, Arafat must issue orders to stop the violence, and Iraq remains a threat.” He added, “Israel must feel secure at all times. Our relationship with Israel is one of the two countries’ strongest ties. Our relationship with Israel is contractual and deep, and it is not transitory and changes in response to changing situations”. George Bush Jr said, “Israel will always be our ally, and we will always stand by Israel,” George Bush stated. Arafat must issue orders to put an end to the violence”. Then, he declared that if he won, he would begin to recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, and he would not send the American military to any war unless America’s essential interests were jeopardised. Then he added, “Israel’s security is America’s vital interest”. [3] [End of quote]

Footnote a: Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: “As for the Zionist ideological (or intellectual war), it is like (the Crusader ideological war), and they spare no effort to corrupt the Muslims in their morals and beliefs. They have ambitions in Muslim countries and elsewhere. They have plans, some of which have been fulfilled, and they are still working hard to achieve the rest. Even if they fight Muslims with force and weapons, and seize some of their lands, they also fight them with their thoughts and beliefs. This is why they spread – within the ranks of the Muslims – false principles, (innovated) religious paths, and sects, such as freemasonry, Qaadiyaaniyyah, Bahaa’iyyah, Tijaaniyyah and other than them, and they seek the help of Christians and others to achieve their goals and objectives.
