Email Shaykh (Mourad Al-Jazaa’iri)- The end to his delusions & lying has finally come!

  Summary

This post has the full details of the conclusion of the saga of the email shaykh. It makes clear the despicable lies that he attempted to spread, coupled with an example of his inquiring and attempting to entrap and “catch someone out” at any cost – even if it means asking a person “for the sake of Allah” to attest to a lie!

All of his actions are for one simple goal – Place doubt on the Salafi Masjid and Masaajid, to taint their exposition of the innovations and misguidance of Yahyah al Haajoori – His Shaykh. By attempting this he seeks discredit anyone and in turn stop them from clarifying the haddadi manhaj of his shaykh; which in actuality, he himself mirrors.
This document will make clear to the reader that this fanatical follower of al-Hajoori is in one of two states; and there isn’t a third place for him.

Either he is:

  1. Delusional; lives in a world of fantasy, conspiracy, plots and plans… an alternative reality to everyone else.
  2. An outright and shameless liar; (typo corrected as some text was cut off from the server) who will do whatever it takes to defend his shaykh (because he has been declared an innovator by the scholars), whether slandering others and spreading it in the month of Ramadhan, or making up an entire fictitious event and attempting to subliminally and forcefully convince others of its existence.

We will start with the following:

People cling onto a thousand doubts and speculations regarding an affair, whilst deliberately refusing to acknowledge and submit to one truth.

This is the case of the despicable saga of the email Shaykh. He has spent the last few days (of Ramadhaan) battling us (and maybe himself, with the number of times he has invoked the curse of Allah upon himself) with lies, slander and outlandish claims. All this in his burning desire to spread suspicion and rancour between the salafis, in Manchester, Birmingham, the UK, and wherever his emails can reach.

Yet one of the claims which underpins his entire attack against the Salafi Masjid has now been laid bare to waste; shattering his delusional dreams of putting up any truthful defence of his shaykh (al-Hajoori), and attacking the salafis who follow the clear verdicts of the scholars.

The email shaykh has continuously written that the Salafi Masjid “brought a takfeeri to the masjid, to do ruqiyah and charge £50 for it.” He later went onto challenge al-Markaz as-Salafi in an act of ridicule to make mubaahala about this (and other) issues stating “May Allah curse me if I am a liar or lying.”

We at Al Markaz as Salafi knew without a doubt that this statement of his was born out of two things: [Ghulluww] Excessiveness and exaggeration in speech; and rage… rage that his lies were being made clear and rage that his public doubt-filled defence of Al-Hajoori al-haddadi and rejection of the verdicts of Shaykh Rabee’ and Shaykh Ubaid, were being made clear to the people against his wishes; rage at the fact that the reputation he so desperately wished to advertise as a defender and “pillar”[!] of Salafiyyah in Manchester and elsewhere was now slowly but surely deteriorating into the foul-smelling waste rubble of a demolished building rather than a “pillar”!

So due to his persistent lying and transgression, we decided to respond and clarify that his statements were lies,  all in the hope that he would recant, make tawbah openly (as he was sending these emails out to whoever he wished), and return to the sound positions of the scholars.

Alas… no such thing materialised, and the email shaykh’s irrationality, delusions of grandeur and boiling blood got the better of him and he continued and persisted upon a delusional lie that a takfeeri was brought to al-Markaz as-Salafi to make ruqiyah in the masjid and charge £50! He cited some individuals who would bear witness to this (fictional) “fact” for him…

So Alhamdulillaah, these witnesses bore witness… they attested to the truth. And so we would like to share with the readers their testimony. We have removed their names, because we understand that the general reader may not even know them. Rather the aim behind this is so that the reader should understand the great lengths this person goes to in lying and twisting, to harm the only Salafi Masjid in his vicinity; and by extension al-Hajoori (albeit on a micro scale).

Below is their response to his desperate appeal to them, to bear witness to the fact that his fictional event (a takfeeri, brought to the masjid by the committee, to do ruqiah in the masjid and charge £50):

Witness 1 (may Allah reward him)

Email 1

your email below dated 24th May 2009, appears to be factually correct from what i remember of the incident. You mentioned (ruqiah man) was staying (and I add he was actually also doing the Ruqiya) in Levenshulme, this was because the committee of the Masjid did not allow us to organise for him to stay and do the Ruqiya in the flat above the Masjid.

This is the first email and was followed by a reply from the email shaykh to him asking direct questions.

My brother (name removed);

I know that, he was staying in levenshume but initially he came to the Masjid, prayed there and the committee new about him and (brother 1) – to the best of my knowledge was coordinating with him, I say this because I was in the same invite when he phoned (brother 2) from Longsight and said what I mentioned in my email, in addition (brother 1) and others have mentioned that (brother 3) and (brother 4) recommended him, thus I did not lie about them, yet the liars they want to make people to believe that, they had no knowledge of the matter what so ever. My noble brother (name removed again but he is referring to the witness) I ask you for Allaah Almighty sake, were the committee aware of the ruqiyah or not. and did he not stay at the least sometimes or one night in the Masjid. or at the least he came to the Masjid, was (brother 1) not aware of him via (brother 3)

We will look at and examine this in detail shortly by the permission of Allaah.  But to continue then the witness replied with the following.

Email 2

I will try to answer as complete as possible from what I remember.  I don’t have any ulterior motives in this affair, as I am well aware how responsible I was for this mistake – May Allah forgive me – so all I can do know is answer the question and pray to Allah it is resolved quickly and completely.   Alhumdullilah all of us have learnt now that the best Ruqiyaa is that which is done by ourselves and on/by our own family members.

In response to the direct questions:

Yes the committee become aware when (name removed) and I approached them, and they did not allow it in the Masjid.  Since then I believe questions were also asked to the Scholars about this affair, and maybe the brothers can provide all the details (hence i have copied in the Masjid email in if they wish to respond)

No he did not stay in the Masjid. Not even one night, as the committee had not allowed it, and hence the house in Levenshume had been organised.  That is were he stayed all of the time as far as I am aware, and I have no knowledge to imply otherwise.

Yes he came to the Masjid to pray, when I brought him there while he was up in north Manchester.  If I remember correctly, we prayed and left without hardly any interaction.

When the brothers as a committee decided he should not stay in the flat above the Masjid, then Yes, I believe (name removed) did make the necessary investigations to locate the house in Levenshume.  I then organised the logistics of his stay.

The remaining section of the email is not relevant, but we have pasted it in here anyway.

Yes I believe (name removed) become aware of him via (name removed), who initially had taken members of his own family to him in London.

But from what I remember, (name removed) did not know him, and was only aware of him when (name removed) went to him for advice.

I also remember when (name removed) initially mentioned him, there was confusion if he meant another brother who did Ruqiya in London also called (we have deleted the statement of his name and links, as we do not wish to promote this man)

I have copied in the Masjid email for transparency, so if I have made a mistake, anyone is free to rectify or clarify my responses above.

May Allah forgive us for our mistakes & help us all resolve this matter with the greatest of ease, and unite all of the Salafi’s upon the Haqq.

Then first let us start by praising Allah the Most High – who is Ar-Raqeeb [The Ever Watchful Guardian] over everything.  And may He reward this brother for his clear honesty, and preserve him upon the Sunnah.

Indeed the reader can see clearly that the email shaykh’s claim (that the masjid brought a takfeeri to do rukia and charge £50) has been shattered by the most credible and prominent witness that he himself called upon! However even when his initial appeal for testimony was answered with “You mentioned (ruqiah man) was staying (and I add he was actually also doing the Ruqiya) in Levenshulme, this was because the committee of the Masjid did not allow us to organise for him to stay and do the Ruqiya in the flat above the Masjid…” the email shaykh was still not satisfied!

Dear readers… look at this desperate attempt to squeeze blood from a stone –

“I know that, he was staying in Levenshume but initially he came to the Masjid…
I ask you for Allaah Almighty sake, were the committee aware of the ruqiyah or not. and did he not stay at the least sometimes or one night in the Masjid. or at the least he came to the Masjid, was (brother 1) not aware of him via (brother 3)”

What kind of sickness is this?! He has his answer (that the man made rukia in levenshulme and NOT in the Salafi Masjid) yet tries his utmost to squeeze out anything to indicate some wrong doing! And to compound it he says “I ask you for the sake of Allah”(!?). So we say – asks him for the sake of Allah for what?! To Lie? What kind of madness and evil is this?!

Alhamdulil-laah the brother did reply to him, and in fact he further clarified everything, and with Allah lies all success!

“No he did not stay in the Masjid.  Not even one night, as the committee had not allowed it”

“I then organised the logistics of his stay.”

“when i brought him there…  we prayed and left without hardly any interaction.”

And in this one fell swoop his star defence witness became a star prosecution witness against him! By the blessing of Allah he spoke the truth. So now we will move onto the second witness, not to complicate the matter further and waste our time.

Witness 2 – (may Allah reward him)

I bear witness to the fact that this conversation took place in the email; that I did ring the man (the man who made ruqyah) and his son said he was residing in Levenshulme. And as everyone knows the masjid is in Cheetham Hill, not Levenshume.

We hope that this clarifies that Cheetham Hill and Levenshulme are two separate places.

And so we can see the lengths this defender of  al-Hajoori goes to attack, slander and discredit the Salafi Masjid…all in the name of his fantasy land, mentally disturbed “truth!” Even his own witnesses whom he was appealing to in a last ditch attempt to prove a fantasy, have attested to the truth of the situation. This has shown the disgraceful and disgusting big lie that he was attempting to spread – has this man no shame?!, the purpose of which was to put shubuhaat in the hearts of the people, and credit himself thereby justifying his erroneous position towards (his Shaykh) al-Haajori.

That lie has turned out to be exactly what is… a fallacy! There was no “rukia in the masjid, by a takfeeri for £50”.

However we at al-Markaz as Salafi wish to bring a further witness in this whole affair… and that witness is non-other than the email shaykh himself?! Now although we do not believe he is a credible witness anyway (due to his excessive lying), then he had written this part of his “report” in 2009, so it shows the record he himself kept of the event.

Witness 3 – email shaykh

He wrote (we have again blotted the name of the brother who is witness 2). It reads as follows (we have deleted all the excess and put “etc” – please bear with it):

Sent: Sunday, 24 May 2009, 13:20

On Saturday my noble brother ——- from ——– came to visit me… (etc)

I asked (the brother) to phone, my friend’s house in London… (etc)

(etc)…. then (brother) phones the guy in Manchester, and he spoke to his son and his son said that he dad is with a guest and they were staying in Levenshulme.

So in a nutshell, after his “investigations” he concluded that this takfeeri, doing ruqiyah, was residing in Levenshulme (south Manchester); whereas the masjid is in cheetham hill – i.e. north Manchester. The email shaykh writes that this man was residing and making ruqiyah there… not as he incessantly now seems to repeat… “takfeeri do ruqiyah in the masjid and charge £50”.

So can this man making ruqiyah, be in two places at once? Or does the email shaykh not know the difference between Levenshulme and Cheetham Hill (click here for google maps)? Perhaps it is his quest of making a reality out of a fictitious event that has blinded him… There is no doubt then that this man is an evil and persistent liar.

Let us put the investigator out of his misery… yes they were in Levenshulme and yes they were doing ruqiyah in Levenshulme– NOT in Al-Markaz as-Salafi – Cheetham Hill.

O’ email shaykh… why do you continue lying that they were in the Salafi masjid in Cheetham Hill?! Can you not read your own writing? This blindness has been inspired by injustice and rage… so it is better that he fears Allaah and stops lying. Indeed (unjustified) anger is a disease of the heart born out of corruption of intention (paraphrased from Shaykh al Islam ibn Taymiyyah – “Diseases of The Heart and their Cures”).

So without factual evidence and him having contradicted himself… can we now expect a tawbah (repentence) from him? An open retraction in full perhaps?

Or is this his “Wallahi I never said it” Abu Usaamah-esque moment? 

So we say that this person is in one of two states and there isn’t a third makaan (place) for him. Either he is:

  1. Delusional; lives in a world of fantasy, conspiracy, plots and plans… an alternative reality to everyone else.
  2. An outright and shameless liar; who will do whatever it takes to defend his shaykh (because he has been declared an innovator by the scholars), whether slandering others and spreading it in the month of Ramadhan, or making up an entire fictitious event and attempting to subliminally and forcefully convince others of its existence.

Either way such an individual is not to be trusted–he deliberately lies, plots, conspires and works with half-truth and fallacies. He has deliberately lied and slandered to suit his own goals! So if he does that with this affair then what about all the rest of his accusations!? We cannot take anything from this man when he has now proven himself an unjust irrational liar and a fanatical defender of an innovator and haddaadi (Yahyah al Hajoori).

May Allaah guide him and protect us from the disgraceful falsehood that has plunged him into depths of unjustified rancour, anger, delusion, hatred and persistent lying… “The person tells the truth until he is recorded as truthful, and tells lies until he is recorded as a liar”.

We are awaiting his open full tawbah… and to Allaah belongs all bestowal of the means to guidance and good deeds.

 

Rise of the Email Shaykhs – A Brief Profile

Many of our readers may wonder, saying: ‘’who is this “Email Shaykh” and where has he sprouted from?!

Then in brief he is a vexed individual and fanatical defender of al Hajoori-residing in Manchester-who has been affected by and carries similar traits of Al-Hajoori. Opinionated and self-amazed to the extent that he considered Al-Hajoori’s shameless and obstinate reply to Shaikh Rabee as “a beautiful advice” and hoped that the Sheikh will listen to the idiotic quackery of his Mubtadi Sheikh.

So after Shaikh Rabee spoke, he felt obliged to speak because in effect he is a mirror of al-Hajoori himself. He uses his enmity against Ahlul-Bid’ah as a launch-pad against the Salafis – very similar to Al-Hajoori’s methodology. This method of his runs in cycles– through gathering obscure documents and creating fictitious weak links between the events he has on paper and the Manhaj of the salafis, and then attempts to refute! These weak links are the alternate reality that he abides in due to him being a conspiracist who believes he is very skillful at detecting crimes committed against the Salafi Manhaj. However, when reprimanded for going beyond bounds he claims that he is calling to the truth and these people don’t want it, so they oppose him. Now he has boarded Hajoori’s Ghuluww caravan, whilst hurling a tirade of cursing upon all those who write articles at al Markaz as Salafi. This pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of his, is only a manifestation of his short sightedness, delusion and irrationality; for how can a confused defender of a manifest Mubtadi curse others in the belief that he is upon truth. This shows that others are more aware of his pitiable state than he himself.

Even though he has manifested signs of obstinacy, compounded ignorance, deliberate acts of foolishness and idiocy, we pray that as soon as his affair reaches the scholars they will advise him, just as they have done with his haddaadi sheikh. And we pray that his affair does not end up like that of Abu Usaama Adh-Dhahabi—another defender of a Mubtadi.

However, his evil is to be repelled and the people informed about his lies, delusions, idiotic behaviour, arrogance, and bigotry, unstable and volatile condition. Indeed, this is the same state of affairs his sheikh is submerged in, because despite all his acts of innovations, ghuluww and transgression he still proclaims with extreme irrationality, saying:

Updated: Email Shaykh – his Deluded Self-Amazement has NO BOUNDS

Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawree (rahimahullaah) said: Beware of that which corrupts your deeds, for indeed Riyaa is what corrupts your deeds. And if it is not Riyaa, then it may be you being amazed with yourself until it makes you think that you are more virtuous than your brother…”

As we have stated previously, this fanatic supporter of al-Hajoori “email shaykh” has a considerable level of self-amazement reaching the level of delusion, in fact it is beyond comprehension how an average individual living in the UK comfortably can have the audacity to be able to praise himself in the manner the “email-shaykh” does. Here is an example that highlights in many ways what Shaykh Rabee’ said concerning these individuals in terms of themselves considering to be superior to all others…

As we have stated very few would be foolish enough to gather around and listen to him otherwise and so this is the only miskeen method he has left to resort to in continuing his self-embrassment… and to this end it seems that the online shaykh considers he is a mini-imam of jarh wa ta’deel! In fact not just a mini imaam, but maybe he even considers himself very high ranking imaam, it would appear; he stated [in another email of course!] regarding Ali Hasan al-Halabi whom our trustworthy and knowledgeable scholars refuted with evidences: “the one I exposed first to everyone including to Imam Muqbil,to our Father Shaikh Rabee, to Shaikh Muhammed bin Hadi….”.

Allahul Musta’an! To what levels of delusion has this individual arrived at? It would be surprising if the online shaykh even has any in depth study of the sciences of jarh wa ta’deel and the principles of that, let alone him claiming he preceded the scholars in this affair! We ask Allah to protect us from such destructive levels of self-amazement.

Imaam Shaafi’ee (rahimahullaah) said: “If self-amazement is concealed within your deeds, then recall the one whose pleasure you are seeking, which blessings you desire and which outcome you fear. The one who ponders upon this, his actions will become small in his presence.” [Siyar A’laam Nubulaa: 10/42]

Even if he preceded many brothers in the west in detecting Halabi’s crimes against salafiyyah, then does that necessitate that he was the first to report him to the ulama?! Indeed the burden of proof is upon the claimant.

But in reality he only utters this statement due to his extreme desperate attempt to divert the topic from al-Hajoori. What is all the more strange therefore is this follower of al hajoori al mubtadi claims to have refuted halabi before everyone (even the ulema!!) Yet now when the radd on his own* shaykh from the scholars is at his doorstep, right under his nose… he cannot see it?!”So he continues at present to defend Al-Hajoori, an innovator who is more vile, more obstinate and more harmful than Halabi, as Shaikh Rabee said:

“There is no one more harmful than Yahyah….. We have remained patient for 7 years, whilst letters and complaints have reached us.  And now you have to force him to change his ways.  If Yahyah carries on upon his ways, it will cause an incomparable fitnah.”

Thus the email shaykh escaped the heat of the frying pan and jumped into the fire! However, the delusional follower of an innovator, thinks that his past credentials are enough to bail him out,  from his present crime (of defending an innovator). If this is not deliberate idiocy we do not know what it is! Imaam Ibnul Jawzi (rahimahullaah) stated that from the characteristics of the idiot is that he gets angry for nothing; and he speaks about whatever comes to his heart and is under the illusion that he is from the most sensible of people etc. [for further details, see ‘Ahkbaarul Hamqaa Wal-Mughaffileen of Imaam Ibul Jawzee (rahimahullaah)].

Therefore, we leave the email shaikh with the following reminder…. Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad (rahimahullaah) said:

‘whoever honors an innovator has assisted in the demolition of Islaam.

Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan said, “because innovation is contrary to Islaam.  If you give support to an innovator, then indeed you have assisted in the demolition of Islaam, because Islaam is the Sunnah and the Sunnah is Islaam.  So it is obligatory upon the person that he does not honor the people of innovation, and that he neither praises nor commends them; as we hear at present the praises for the kuffaar, the Jews and the Christians…” [Source: It-haaful Qaaree Bitta’liqaat Alaa Sharh As-Sunnah Lil Imaam Barbahaaree, page:323, Vol:2]

Shaikh Abdullah Bukhaari (hafidha-hullaah) stated: “It is obligatory to attach the Ummah to the Rabbaani Scholars; those who are well known for their goodness, steadfastness, leadership; and sound advice to the Ummah; and they are those who teach the smaller affairs of knowledge before the greater affairs.  Therefore, their status must be made known amongst the people; because the Ulama are the inheritors of the Prophets, as reported in the narration [1] from the Prophet (may Allah’s peace be upon him).

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) in explaining this hadith stated: “This is from the greatest of virtues of the people of knowledge. And because the Prophets are the best of the creation, so their inheritors are the best after them.  And when it is the case that everyone who is inherited from passes on inheritance to his inheritor, then the inheritors are those who take the place of those they inherit from. And none will take the place of the Messengers in propagating what they have been sent with, except the Ulama.  They are the most worthy of their inheritance…” [End of quote from Maqaalaat Shar’iyyah of Sheikh (hafidha-hullaah) (page:15-16)]

The Advice of Shaikh Rabee’ is Superior to the Advice of the “E-Mail Shaikh”

We announce that with the greatest of regret the fanatical Hajoori defender, the obsessed and deluded “E-Mail Shaikh” has decided that Ramadan will be utilised for writing MORE complete and utter farcical e-mails against the only Salafi Masjid in Manchester. [See “Rise of the E-Mail Shaikhs”].

Despite the fact that this pitiful miskeen “e-mail shaikh”  – who has nothing left after the clarity that has arisen regarding the misguidance of his shaikh al-Hajoori other than to console himself by writing about the Salafi masjid, no matter how nonsensical and absurd it may be – considers that Ramadan can be wasted in this disgraceful manner, we do not share his view that Ramadan can be wasted in this way, therefore this article will be kept short and precise as a reminder to all.

The “e-mail shaikh” claims that he has ‘advised’ the Salafi Centre for lengthy periods of time; there are certain points to highlight regarding this.

The “advice” the “e-mail shaikh” has been sending – via e-mail naturally, since he has not stepped foot himself  into the only Salafi Masjid  in Manchester for years – yet he has some degree of uncontrollable obsession with the Masjid which resembles stalking that he continues to e-mail – is as follows in summary: that we must take his position on defending al-Hajoori, and if we do not then we have apparently not taken his advice.

We must inform this pitiful online addict that in fact we do take advice, and we have taken the advice of Shaikh Rabee’ regarding al-Hajoori!! And we have actually seen and experienced ourselves the extreme nature of Hajoori followers, at the head of the them the “e-mail shaikh”!

Although the arrogance and self-amazement of this miskeen online shaikh is beyond belief, he seems to consider we are obliged to take his advice since it is apparently the truth,  and as for Shaikh Rabee’s advice then apparently he expects us to throw that behind our backs since it is “wrong” as he states!!!

Allahul Musta’an, may Allah protect us from such self-amazement and destructive arrogance!

Therefore in conclusion, all of this futile speech that he has “been advising the Centre” is nonsense since the advice of a scholar like Shaikh Rabee’ is superior to the so-called advice of a worthless Hajoori fanatic, since in summary his advice is that we should NOT take the advice of Shaikh Rabee’ since it is wrong!?!

We have taken the advice of the Hajoori fanatic “email shaikh” and disposed of it neatly into the garbage collection area, since after the clarification of the scholars on al-Hajoori that is where it belongs along with the remainder of the fanatical statements of the Hajaawirah!

It truly is amazing how self-amazed this online shaikh is with himself to continue to claim he was advising the Centre!

We advise everyone to similarly redirect any rubbish from the online shaikh to the bin and use the remaining days of Ramadan in that which benefits rather than reading abhorrent speech that is almost comical at times, “salafi centre has engaged in CRIMINAL acts!!” “liars” “thieves”…!!

May Allah rectify his affairs before he completely destroys himself.

The Email Shaykh (1) – a follower of al Haajoori in manners, frenzy and irrationality.

We ask Allaah to guide us to all good deeds in this month of Ramadhaan. And we ask Allaah to forgive us our sins. Indeed, from among the acts of doing good is that you help your brother… whether he is the oppressor or the oppressed.

Narrated Anas bin Maalik (may Allah be pleased with him) Allah’s Messenger (may Allah’s peace be upon him) said, “Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one. People asked, “O Allah’s Messenger! It is all right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?” The Prophet said, “By preventing him from oppressing others.” [Sahih Bukhari: Volume 3, Book 43, Number 624.]

From recent events here, then it seems clear to us that a man can be both at the same time!

In the narration of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man said to the Prophet, (may Allah’s peace be upon him): “Advise me!” The Prophet (may Allah’s peace be upon him) said, “Do not become angry.” The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, “Do not become angry.” [Al-Bukhari; Vol. 8 No. 137]

Blameworthy anger is one of those things that lead a person to oppression and evil acts. If we were to follow the advice of the Messenger (may Allah’s peace be upon him) and keep calm, then we would reject these acts, branding them as foolish and irrational behaviour. Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) stated: ‘’There is not anyone amongst us except that he does get angry, but the sensible/rational person and the believer takes care of his anger and does not allow it to take effect (in a blameworthy manner). As for the idiot and the ignoramus, his anger leads him to blameworthy affairs, such as murder, wounding or evil speech, or severance of kinship ties. So anger drives a person towards destructive affairs unless if he utilises it in a good manner, in its appropriate place, then he will be safe from its evil. We ask Allaah that he keeps us safe from such irrationality…..an irrationality born out of rage and frenzy, and a lack of desire to control oneself. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace be upon him) said: “The strong man is not the one who can overpower others (in wrestling); rather, the strong man is the one who controls himself when he gets angry.” (Reported by Ahmad, 2/236; the hadeeth is agreed upon) .

In his latest erratic correspondence, the bigoted senseless Email Shaykh attacks Al-Markaz -As Salafi. These frenzied attacks, born out anger have given rise to irrationality in speech, leading this delusional individual to further drown himself into the deeper depths of oppression against his own soul.

As we mentioned previously then lying to make fantasy into reality is the method used for attacking those who reject the innovations and calamities of Al-Hajoori. It is the same as the attacks as those on Shaykh Rabee’ from some of the unknown weak “1000 students” of al_Hajoori. Even though there is nothing to refute, these followers of al Hajoori make up scenarios in order to stir up tension between the salafiyyoon.

So once again we find ourselves scratching our heads at the absurd claim being bandied around, about a “takfeeri being invited to the masjid for Ruqya…” All once again an attempt, to defend his shaykh, Yahyah al  Hajoori, against the knowledge based refutations against him.

What is worse though is that this has now led him to screaming for mubaahalah(1) “in the last ten nights of Ramadhan” with Al -Markas as Salafi? In his rage he states “I call you O liars of Cheetham hill along with all your associates, e.g. spubs… for Mubahallah, so that Allaah Almighty may curse me if I am lying or lied about you or I am following a hadadi or defending a hadadi”

So let us look at and analyse this crazy statement in detail. And this can serve as a warning to us from following our desires, dwelling in rage and abandoning the company of the Salafiyyoon.

First Absurd Statement

The deluded bigot said: “so that Allaah Almighty may curse me…” Then first and foremost O’ slave of Allah! Do not oppress yourself. Do you utter such speech in an attempt to prove your bravery! This is not bravery! This is foolishness… and it reminds us of Abu Usaama khaleefah Adh-dhahabi (even though he was playing tricks, attacking the Salafis and defending an innovator) when he said: “If I am lying may I die a Jew.”

Second Absurd Statement

“along with all your associates, e.g. spubs” – His bigotry, delusion and recklessness does not allow him to spare any of those brothers in the west, whether that is SPUBS or other than them, who have stood firm against the innovations and haddaadiyyah of Al-Hajoori.

Third Absurd Statement

Then the deluded bigot said: “Allah Almighty may curse me if… I am lying or lied about you” Subhaanallaah! Has he forgotten his written slander?! The slander that he has repeated over and over again in emails, then again in the latest email, about a takfeeri coming to al Markaz as Salafi in order to perform Ruqya for £50! Or has he convinced himself of an alternative reality… Has the anger led to such irrationality, foolishness and idiocy?!

Fourth Absurd Statement

Then the deluded bigot said: “Allah Almighty may curse me if… I am following a hadadi or defending a hadadi”

Shaykh Rabee bin Hadee said about Yahyah al Hajoori that he is “haddaadi”. Shaykh Ubaid al Jaabiree said about al Hajoori that he is an “innovator”.  Shaikh Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahhaab Al-Wassabi said about Yahyah al Hajoori that he is an ”innovator.”It was not al Markaz as Salafi, that gave these judgements against Yahyah al Hajoori; yet we accepted them from the ulamaa.

But this deluded bigot cannot… And so he says “By Allaah Almighty and my Lord is my witness, I do not believe that Shaikh Yahyah is Maasoom, and I have told this to every salafi I speak to him or communicate with him by email from Damaj or elsewhere, but no one has yet provided us with evidences that Shaikh Yahyah is a Hadadi or innovator to be abandoned, until then, I will defend Shaikh Yahya, support Damaaj and at the first instance I will have I will go to Damaaj.”

He says this… all in the same email! So he is defending a haddaadi, following a haddaadi and defending an innovator… while at the same time invoking the curse of Allah upon himself for doing so!?!

So we ask: what is this reckless self-amazed email shaykh hoping to achieve?! Why all this lying and twisting… why all this blindness and delusion, recklessness and bigotry? Indeed, the Prophet (may Allah’s peace be upon him) said: ”three things destroy: The greed that is obeyed, the desires that are followed and a person being amazed with his own opinion.” [Silsilah Al-hadeeth as-saheehah: Number: 1802: 4/412-416]

Shaikh Raslaan (may Allaah preserve him) said: “This (i.e. these three affairs) are never in harmony with a (person’s) complete return to the command of the Prophet (may Allah’s peace be upon him). The Shaikh also said: Indeed the great religion of Islaam is founded upon knowledge and not ignorance; but when a person is amazed with himself and his opinion, and when splitting occurs in the Ummah in the big affairs of knowledge and every foolish one formulates his own independent judgment, there comes about an uncontrollable chaos and it then proceeds upon a path that has no halter, and it becomes an affair of trial, corruption, confusion and deviation, and an affair in which truth is confounded with falsehood…” [End of quote] [For further details see: Ash-Shi-aaraat Wahdahaa Laa Takfee: pages: 35 and 39 Footnote 1]

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace be upon him): said “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day let him speak good or remain silent.” [Bukhari and Muslim]. Ibn Abdi Rabbihi (May Allah have Mercy Upon Him) said: “Choosing speech is more difficult than authorship, and indeed it is said: ‘The choice of a man is in harmony with his intellect.’” [Source: quoted by Shaikh Muhammad Bin Umar Saalim Baazmool in Manhajul Bahthi Al-Ilmiy Wa-Kitaabah Fee Uloom Ash-Sharee-ah: page:17]

So this deluded email shaykh, should remain silent because he has nothing good to say… Either he lies about fictitious events of ruqya and transgresses the bounds of Allah in speech; or he utters idiotic irrational statements through anger, about making mubaahalah, thereby oppressing and harming himself.

In reality this behaviour is no different from that of Yahyah al Hajoori about whom Shaykh Rabee said “all we witnessed up until today are lies, deception and extremism.”

It is following the same blanket method of Yahyah al Hajoori in attacking the Salafis, as Shaykh Rabee made clear: “They (Yahya and his followers) are waging a war against the Salafis and Salafiyaah, and the people of innovation are relaxing and watching.“

May Allaah rectify his affair and return him to correctness. He should abandon this reckless, slanderous and pathetic path he has adopted for himself, all in defence of a vile haddaadi mubtadi. This path will neither benefit him nor guard him from those diseases of the heart that leads bidah and evil desires.  May Allah open his eyes, so that he abandons falsehood, and this destructive self-amazement and desires he is upon… indeed he is only helping Shaytaan against the Maraakiz of Sunnah in the UK.

[Part 2] Our Previous Teacher’s defence of a Mubtadi leads him to fantasy, lies and slanders

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace be upon Him) said, “Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink”1

It is with great sorrow that we find ourselves having to respond to some outlandish claims, slanders and half-truths, made against Al-Markaz As-Salafi in this blessed month of Ramadhaan. The one who makes this claim—the leading E-mail sheikh, a previous teacher of ours who is now clinging to Hajoori Al-Haddaadi- seeks to incite splitting and rancour due to his evil suspicions. Allaah (The Most High) said:

“O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins” [Surah 49:12]

Imaam as-Saa’di (may Allah have mercy upon him) said: “Allaah (The Most High) has forbidden much evil (sinful) suspicion towards the believers, because some suspicions are sins. And that is like the suspicion devoid of reality and factual evidence, and like the suspicion accompanied by much forbidden speech and action. For indeed, the settlement of evil suspicion in the heart does not restrict the one (in whose heart is that evil suspicion) only to that; rather, he does not cease until he utters and does that which is not permissible/befitting.” [End of Quote]

It is as though he hasn’t heard the statement of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) who said “Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink”2

Likewise, Anas Bin Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said, “When I was taken upon my night journey, I passed by a people who had metal hooks in their hands and they were clawing at their faces and necks. I said: who are these, O Jibreel? He said “These are the ones who eat the flesh of people (49:12) and disgrace their honor.”3

Indeed it is a calamity outside the month of Ramadhaan (let alone within it!!) that this person takes so freely to his keyboard and computer carrying out such repugnant actions. His attempt to defame Al-Markaz As-Salafi is only due to his own whims and desires. He attempts to spread evil suspicion, false stories and half-truths and stitch together a weak spider’s web; creating a version of events that is in agreement only with his desires; and far removed from reality. This is the state of affairs of this particular Leading E-mail shaykh (Hajoori Fanatic) who has returned to trouble the people… Even in in this blessed month of Ramadhan… Spreading tales about Al-Markaz As-Salafi; seeking by way of it to taint the Dawah in Manchester and blame Al-Markaz As-Salafi and others for his own inability to submit to the truth. Indeed, his clinging onto Yahyah al Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi has blinded and removed all sense of justice in dealing with those who transmit the verdict of the scholars against him.

The first of those fabrications pertains to the masjid allegedly inviting a takfeeri to make Ruqya in the masjid and charge for it!

So let us be clear: No such thing ever happened! Yet, maybe through subliminal messages and self-suggestion, he has in fact managed to convince himself that it actually did happen!?!… And we seek refuge in Allah from such delusion! As Abdullah bin Mas’ud reported that Muhammad (may peace be upon him) said: “Should I inform you that slandering, that is in fact a tale-carrying which creates dissension amongst people, (and) he (further) said: The person tells the truth until he is recorded as truthful, and tells lies until he is recorded as a liar.”4

It is as though he has repeated the same lie enough times (to himself and others) and has ended up believing it! This slander began a while ago with “I recently came across an event which is going to take place in the vicinity of the Mosque;” but then spiralled and grew to finally becoming one of the masjid’s alleged “crimes against Salafiyah… bringing a Takfiri to do ruqyah in their centre…and charge £50.” This fictitious event (which is reality in his mind) is just one of those many things generated due to rage at his teacher being refuted by the scholars; verdicts that were posted on this and many of the websites of the Salafi Centres and Masaajid around the country.

So instead of accepting the knowledge based refutations of the scholars and the students against Hajoori, this leading email sheikh [Hajoori fanatic] clings onto a fictitious affairs which he believes are real crimes committed by Al-Markaz As-Salafi.

What makes this fanatism towards Hajoori even clearer, is the written statement of his “what is this to do with shaikh Yahya.” This absurd rhetorical question may seem a bid to protest the innocence of his shaykh, but in reality it is the employment of an evil method, to fault find, attempt to drag others down and accuse others of having grave errors with them; sowing the seeds of shubha (an evil doubt which is a half-truth used to intend falsehood thereby fooling the people) in the hearts of the people against their brothers and sisters. In this case he attempts to place the entire masjid in the same category as hizbees and people of bidah(!!?!) writing “ they have the same way as the hizbi of sunnah (i.e. hizbiyyoon of Masjid As-Sunnah- followers of Maribi, Halabi) and elsewhere.”

This manhaj of blanket tabdee’ is the same evil and destructive methodology employed by al-Hajoori! Shaykh Rabee’ put this method of theirs in one clear and concise statement, “My brother, we have schools… many thousands, all of them are upon the Salafi manhaj, they call to Salafiyyah and they defend it, (yet) they are all under the feet (according to al-Hajuri and followers). (Such schools are in) the Kingdom, in Yemen, in Algeria, in all of the countries, (but) everything is under the feet.”

So we advise this leading Hajoori Fanatic of Manchester to fear Allaah and restrain his tongue from falsehood. We sincerely urge him to be mindful of excessiveness, as the Messenger (May Allah’s Peace be upon him) said: “The over-stringent ones are destroyed.’’5  Imaam Nawawi (rahimahullaah) said: “The over-stringent ones are those who look too deeply (into affairs) and are excessive- those who exceed the Hudood (prescribed legislated sharia boundaries) in their statements and actions.’’6

We seek Allaah’s protection from exaggeration, bigotry, fanaticism, slander and recklessness.

By the Tawfeeq of Allaah (The Most High), the sensible students of Al-Hajoori, the sensible Salafi students in the Uk and the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah have abandoned the vile Haddaadi Innovator Yahyah Al-Hajoori. But sadly, our previous teacher—a friend of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi– still defends him and expresses rage against us for transmitting the verdicts of the scholars. We have not criticised him except due to his defence of a vile Haddaadi Innovator. Indeed, it is very sad that this bigot has once again embarked upon the destructive path of exaggeration whilst propagating falsehood, half-truths and confounding truth with falsehood, especially in this blessed month of Ramadhaan—defending an innovator!

Would it be praiseworthy if we still love this previous teacher or listen to his opinions even though he persists in his fanatical and bigoted defence of Al-Hajoori the Haddaadi, the Innovator?! Why is it that this man–over forty years of age—cannot still comprehend and accept reality?! Yes he was beloved to us in the past because he was not a defender of any innovator, but at present he is abandoned and given no consideration due to his persistence upon bigotry, fanaticism and falsehood?!

Inshaa-Allaah, we will reply to all his foolish and ill-informed attempts, which he hopes will aid him in propagating half-truths and confounding truth with falsehood. May Allaah guide him and make him realise his foolish behaviour. A Clear Stance towards the main flag bearer of Hajoori fanaticism in Manchester

Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah preserve him) stated recently about the followers of Hajoori Al-Mubtadi: These people are of two types, one who is ignorant of the deviations of al-Hajuri, so he is taught and reminded or the one who knows of his deviations, has been informed of them, but he defends him so is thrown alongside him…. This statement of Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari is a specific ruling regarding the circumstances of the UK followers and defenders of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi; likewise we find the Shaikh’s teachers amongst the Scholars making similar but general statements regarding innovators and their followers. Al-Allaamah Zaid Bin Hadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

Indeed Ahlus Sunnah are people who possess fear of Allaah– they neither make Takfeer, Tafseeq (i.e. declare a person a sinner) and Tabdee (declare a person an innovator) except against the one who deserves it based on the evidences in the Book and the Sunnah and the understanding of the pious predecessors of this Ummah.

Secondly, you should know: The people of desires and misguidance are (categorized into) those who are followed and those who follow; indeed, those followed are the ones who set up the various principles of innovation and they call to their innovation and misguidance, and they will carry their burden of sins and the burden of the sins of those whom they misguided without knowledge, as it is clearly stated in the Qur’aan and the Sunnah. As for the followers of a leader from amongst the people of desires, then in most cases they are of two categories:

The First Category:
Those who possess knowledge, but they harbor evil intentions. So they yield to Satan, desires and the urge of the evil soul. They follow the people of misguidance and oppose the callers to guidance (in that which) Allaah sent His Messenger Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) with.

The Second Category:
Their share of knowledge is little, so the people of desires take advantage of them and they become (part) of their group. They convince them that what they call them to is the manifest truth and that what their opponents are upon is falsehood. And they convey to them a huge (number) of affairs that resemble the truth but are falsehood in reality, in order to deceive them and submerge them into misguidance. Indeed, those who are neither afflicted with confusion nor fanaticism know that the scholars have clarified Hajoori’s evil state of affairs—some have warned against his dangerous mistakes, some have warned against his vile street language, some have warned against his lies and contradictions and some have warned against his extremism and recklessness. However, despite the clear warnings of the scholars– based on the dangerous errors and extremist stances found in his tapes– such as the likes of Shaikh Rabee, Shaikh Ubaid, Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadee, Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari, Shaikh Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahhaab Al-Wasabi etc, the leading Email Shaykh- Hajoori-Fanatic of Manchester still hides behind a computer and sends emails whose contents are filled with nothing more than fanaticism, ignorance and emotional nonsense. He cannot come to terms with the fact that his Haddaadi Mubtadi Shaikh has not offered any sound fundamental principles to justify his positions; rather he only offers empty talk, quackery, vagueness, cover up, agitation, arrogance and rage. This is the reality of the affair; however this particular deluded and self-amazed flag bearer of Hajoori fanaticism seeks to argue with falsehood and emotional nonsense. Indeed, this behaviour is not befitting a man over the age of forty.

Therefore, it must be made known without any ambiguities that the nonsense and fanaticism he displays whilst attacking the students of knowledge, the Salafi centres and some of the Mashaayikh will not be tolerated anymore. This is what every sensible person expects from us. Finally, we remind this Email Shaykh-Hajoori Fanatic that his Haddaadi Mubtadi Shaikh is the cause of the spitting and chaos. Shaikh Zaid Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) said:

“The innovator is the cause for splitting; because splitting is connected to innovation and unity is connected to the Sunnah. The obligation of refuting the Mukhaalif is not lifted from the scholar due to anticipation of harm, unless it is harm he is not able to bear. Then (in this case), Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear. The earth is not devoid of people of knowledge who will carry out refutation against the Mubtadi and the Mukhaalif.” [Al Ajwibah Al Mukhtasar Alaa As-ila Al-Ashrati (Pgs. 43-44)]

We ask Allaah to guide this individual or protect us from his foolishness, delusion, self-amazement and arrogance.

Fanatics of al-Hajoori Attempting to “Refute Their Way Out”[!]

In recent weeks we have witnessed the rise of the “E-Mail Shaikhs” and the consequent embarassing demise that followed, as predicted all that will remain in the end is a group of extremist fanatics of al-Hajoori emailing each other with absurd nonsense for comfort. It appears the statement of Shaikh Rabee’ is completely applicable in Manchester and the surrounding regions with regards to many of these fanatics having been in Dammaj for miniscule time periods and then attempting to fuel fitnah. Some from these extremist fanatics – whether it is Dammaj or elsewhere they have “studied” [in reality a month or two having learnt nothing other than a handful of words of the Arabic Language for many of them] -, most likely those with an inferior intellectual capacity leading them to not recognise the shame they bring upon themselves, have continued to forward worthless emails filled with absurdities.

They have attempted to make mention of Shaikh ‘Ubayd and the ludicrous claim that he has been refuted – by no other than their extremist Shaikh!. They spent time going through other people of knowledge one by one and either “advising”[!] or outright attempting to “refute” them upon their delusional state, they made mention of Shaikh Bazmool, and now it seems a deluded uprising against Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary is the recent focus…

Firstly, it is amazing how depleted the intellects of such fanatics have become; it would appear they seem to think upon their delusional state they are going to “refute their way out” by attempting to “take out” anyone and everyone who upholds and furthers the speech of Shaikh Rabee’, be it Shaikh ‘Ubayd, Shaikh Bazmool, Shaikh al-Wassaby and now Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary amongst many others!!…. little wonder Shaikh Rabee’ stated that they consider everyone else is under their feet!

Secondly, Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary is well known from the people of knowledge in Madinah, a teacher at the Islamic Unviersity, proficient in the Sciences of Hadith and praised by the scholars, this is the speech of Shaikh Rabee’ regarding those who speak ill of Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary, “I advise the youth in Madeenah to attend the lessons of brother Abdullah Al-Bukhari; for he is from the chosen of Ahlu-Sunnah, and from those who defend Ahlu Sunnah…he is from the best of the graduates of the Islaamic University of Madeenah.”
As-Shaykh Allaamah Muhammad Amaan Jaamee has also praised Shaykh Al-Bukhaaree.

All that remains to be seen is how long young, foolish, ignorant fanatics who are urged on through seeking respect from their seniors will continue to spread such foolish speech regarding the people of knowledge from ahlus-Sunnah in an attempt to “refute their way out” of this calamity they have entered themselves into through their extremism…and how long local young, foolish, ignorant fanatics will continue to humiliate and disgrace themselves by persisting in forwarding emails…?

By Allah it would be better for them to leave this destructive path of extremism and return to the truth, we ask Allah to rectify their affairs.

The Audacious Claim that al-Hajoori has “Clarified”[!] Shaikh Rabee’s Statement!

Regrettably the continued act to save face does not cease from the extremists of al-Hajoori, from the most audacious of claims recently presented being that al-Hajoori has somehow “clarified” the statement of Shiakh Rabee’!

Such a claim from the extremists presents certain difficulties; it is beyond comprehension what exactly they desire to believe upon their delusion has been clarified?

What part of the statement that they have ghulluw in them, an extremism that has no equal, has been “clarified?” To this day we see the extremists of al-Hajoori continuing upon their way of the “e-mail shaikhs” by sending embarassing attempts to redeem themselves, and it would be far better from them to accept their reality and repent. To this day we hear of them “refuting” the apparent “double standards” that exist from everyone refuting them? To this day they remain upon their statement that the only salafi masjid in Manchester has engaged in “criminal” acts! Yet they may be unaware that the reign of the e-mail shaikhs is coming to an end too, since certain individuals have already blocked them and they persist in humiliating themselves by sending emails! In the end they will have no one left but a group of the foolish sending each other emails to console themselves.

Similarly which part of the statement that they wage war against the salafis has been clarified? They continue to speak against the salafi centres of the UK, Canada and elsewhere, they continue to speak against all those who have further emphasised the speech of Shaikh Rabee’ upon them….

It is humiliating and embarassing to say the least that they have the deluded audacity to claim that the statement of Shaikh Rabee’ has been “clarified”!…the clarification is simple…they are extremists and foolish.

Abandon them and their ways and focus on seeking knowledge upon the sound methodology as taught by the scholars, not upon the fanatical exaggeration of the students of al-Hajoori.
