What should I do? I did not complete the Final Tasha-hud…. [Imaam Bin Baaz]
Written by Salafi Dawah Manchester on . Posted in Fatawa-Rulings, Islamic Jurisprudence - 'Fiqh', Salaah - Prayer, Scholars of Islam, Seeking Knowledge, Worship - 'Ibaadah'.
Question:
It is well known that the Final Tasha-hud is a pillar from the pillars of prayer; and in one of the prayers I did not complete except a little bit of the Tasha-hud, so should I repeat my prayer?
Answer:
It is upon you to complete the Tasha-hud, even if you missed some (of it whilst praying with) your Imaam (i.e. the one leading you in Salaah); because according to the most correct saying (or view) of the scholars the Final Tasha-hud is a pillar (of the prayer), and there is the Salutation upon the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) in it. Therefore, it is obligatory to complete it even after the Imaam’s Salaam (i.e. after he finishes the prayer). And from it (i.e. the Tasha-hud) is seeking Allaah’s protection from the Hell fire, the punishment of the grave and from the trials of life and death, and from the trial of the Dajjaaj; because the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) commanded with seeking (Allaah’s) protection from these four (things) in the Final Tasha-hud, and that is because some of the people of knowledge consider that to be an obligation.

Can a woman work even if she is not in need of money–Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz (rahmahullaah)
Written by Salafi Dawah Manchester on . Posted in Family & Women, Fatawa-Rulings, Scholars of Islam.
Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz was asked whether a woman is considered to be following her whims and desires if she works without being in need of money.
The Imaam (rahimahullaah) said that such a woman is not considered to be following her whims/desires. Her engagement n work is not tantamount to following desires/whims if it is noble and safe occupation, and carried out amongst women, without free mixing with men. And she only works amongst women without any injustice and hostility, with the permission of her husband.
The Imaam (rahimahullaah) also said that there are different kinds of work, and if the work includes disobedience to Allah, then it is obligatory on her to abandon it. If it includes free mixing between men and women and showing her beauty, then this is also evil. But if it is work that is allowed or legislated by Islamic law amongst her Muslim sisters, such as teaching girls, or working as a nurse, or working as a doctor for women; then there is no harm in this and all praise is due to Allaah.
The questioner then asked the Imaam (rahmahullaah) what if the woman is not in need of money; so the Imaam replied saying that even if she is not in need of money, it is still allowed because she might want more money, or need it to give away in charity and so on. NB: Women may face different circumstances in the West, so whoever finds herself in different circumstances (especially single parents or women without guardians) should ask the students of knowledge in the Salaficentres to present their questions to the upright scholars n the Muslim lands. May Allaah facilitate ease… Aameen
Seize The Benefit Of Five Things From The People Of Your Time

Ibn Abee Haatim(.328H) Rahimahullaah said:
”I entered Damascus and came upon the students of hadeeth, and I passed by the circle of Qaasim al Joo’ee(d.248 AH). I found a group sitting around him and he was speaking. Their appearance amazed me; and I heard him saying:
”Seize The Benefit Of Five Things From The People Of Your Time:
- When you are present, you are not known;
- When you are absent you are not missed;
- When you are seen, your advice is not sought;
- When you say something, your saying is not accepted;
- And when you have some knowledge, you are not given anything for it.
I Also Advise You With Five Matters:
- When you are treated unjustly, do not behave unjustly;
- When you are praised, do not become happy;
- When you are criticised, do not become upset;
- When you are not believed, do not become angry;
- And if people act deceitfully towards you, do not act deceitfully towards them.”
Ibn Abee Haatim said: ”So I took that as my benefit from Damascus.”

Shaikh Uthaymeen said: [أي إنسان يرمي المعتدلين بالإرجاء فإنه يميل إلى رأي الخوارج]–Another blow to the Haddaadiyyah!

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said:

Any person who accuses the upright (scholars) of Irjaa, then indeed he is inclined towards the view of the khawaarij.
The Imaam (rahimahullaah) also said:
And I do not know of a statement from Albaani (which) indicates that he is from the people of Irjaa; rather he is a Salafi, a Sunni, a Muhaddith. It is rare to find someone like him in his era.

Question:
Answer:

‘’Having intercourse (with one’s wife) is a charity.”
Written by Salafi Dawah Manchester on . Posted in Family & Women, Morals and Manners - 'Akhlaaq', Pearls of Wisdom, Scholars of Islam, Worship - 'Ibaadah'.
The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ”Having intercourse (with one’s wife) is a charity.” [1]
In this there is: Perfect enjoyment; Kindness towards a beloved wife; seeking reward, gaining reward equivalent to giving Sadaqah, exhilaration of the soul, expelling bad thoughts, lighten the soul, expel her strain [and yours]; lighten her body and balancing her temperament [and yours]. If this happens in a good way, with gentleness and a lot of passion, complete desire and seeking reward, there will not be any enjoyment equal to it. [2]
