[Part 5] Series of Responses to Abu Usaamah’s Habitual Deceitfulness

Deceitfully Refraining from Explaining and Stating the Scholarly Restrictions Regarding the Principle: “Whoever does not make Tabdee of Mubtadi is a Mubtadi”

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

In his deceptive reply to the Friday incident at Al-Markazus Salafi, the man of bidah mentioned a principle by way of which he sought to establish yet again a trick utilised by ahlul bidah- narrating only what benefits him -(and this time he referred to a principle and refrained from explaining it, whilst passing a verdict against us); whereas the Salafiyyoon narrate what is for them and against. Indeed, it is well known that Abu Usaamah and his allies amongst the Mu’mayyi’ah are famous for utilising general statements, especially regarding some affairs that have been detailed, explained and clarified by the scholars in order to show the falsehood of the Haddaadiyyah and Mu’mayyi’ah, and the sound stance of Ahlus Sunnah.

Abu Usaama stated that we declared him a Mubtadi simply because he does not declare Al-Maribi a Mubtadi, and this, according to Abu Usaamah, is a bidah we are upon – because we declared him a Mubtadi solely due to the fact that he does not declare al-Maribi a Mubtadi.

Firstly: We do not know a single Salafi who preceded any Salafi scholar in declaring Abu Usaama a man of bidah; rather his affair was made known to Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi (rahimahullaah).

Secondly: Once again, as it is well known of him, he deliberately sought to conceal the knowledge base clarification regarding this affair in order to deceitfully slander Salafiyyoon, just as he attempted to conceal, lie and distort whilst seeking to slander Shaikh Rabee and Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah in the past.

Thirdly: Indeed, what Abu Usaama sought to conceal from his unsuspecting followers will be revealed as follows In-Shaa-Allaah. Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) was asked:

Question: The principle: ‘whoever does not declare an innovator as an innovation, he (himself) is an innovator; some people say that this principle is strange; (or alien to Salafiyyah);

Shaikh Rabee [may Allaah preserve him] stated:

It is not correct to apply this principle unrestrictedly because it maybe that he is unaware of the Bidah committed by that person, therefore he refrains from declaring him an innovator due to Wara [apprehensive fear]. [1] Why should you declare him an innovator? [i.e. why should you declare him an innovator when it is the case that he is unaware of the bidah of that Mubtadi or refrains from making Tabdee out of apprehensive fear].

But if he knows the innovator, [i.e. knows that such a person is upon bidah due to which the evidence was established against him], loves him and allies with him, then he is a Mubtadi.  This is the distinction in this affair – he knows that that person is a Mubtadi but he aids him and wages war against Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah, then he is a mubtadi without a doubt. As for a person who does not know that such and such person is a Mubtadi, he is not to be declared an innovator.

[As for] you  [i.e. the scholar or student of knowledge who is qualified to make Tabdee] – the one who studied the affair of [that person] and you know that he allies with a Mubtadi, puts him in a favourable position, wages war against Ahlus Sunnah for the sake of that Mubtadi and for the sake of this falsehood, this person is a Mubtadi; misguided.

As for the person who does not know that indeed such and such person is a mubtadi, then advise him and clarify for him [i.e. with clear unambiguous proofs until he understands] that such person is a mubtadi. So unless he ceases [i.e. refrains from defending this mubtadi after understanding the evidences], then put him with his companion – the mubtadi. The Shaikh answered: Finally: This is what Abu Usama sought to conceal in order to deceive his listeners that he was declared a man of Bidah merely based on the fact that he refuses to make Tabdee of Al-Maribi. So his unsuspecting listeners should be made aware of the fact that he deliberately refrained from explaining this principle as well as the fact that we did not precede Shaikh Ahmad (rahimahullaah), nor do we intend to precede the scholars (In-Shaa-Allaah) in declaring him or anyone else a man of bidah and misguidance. However, manipulation, concealment, lies and deception became Abu Usaama’s second skin since when he started defending Mubtadi’ah and cannot argue with the Salafiyyoon based on any evidence; rather deception is what appeals to him but not the truth.

We ask Allaah for Ikhlaas, Thabaat and Husnul Khaatimah. Aameen

[5] The Blessing of Security’ By Shaikh Muhammad Baazmool

Those Evil Affairs That Befalls both Individuals and Society When Security Is Loss

Firstly: The disappearance of the Jamaa’ah leads to disappearance of (the sound) religion; then the evil people will overpower the good people. The people of corruption and falsehood become stronger than the people of uprightness and truth. The corrupters hasten to spread corruption in the earth – spreading terror and fear- and fear is instilled in the hearts of the people…

Secondly: People are hindered from the affairs of their (daily) lives -businesses close and the schools that were opened to teach the young and old are deserted; (people are) hindered from work and trade becomes stagnant.

Thirdly: It may lead to deterioration in some people’s (mental wellbeing) and thus may either lead to insanity or suicide etc This is the hardship a person exposes himself to due to abandoning Allaah’s Sharee’ah.  [Allaah said]:

وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَىٰ

But whosoever turns away from My Reminder (i.e. neither believes in this Qur’an nor acts on its orders, etc.) verily, for him is a life of hardship, and We shall raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection. [20:124]

Fourthly: It leads a person to fall into trial. Allaah (The Most High) said:

فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

And let those who oppose the Messenger’s (Muhammad) commandment (i.e. his Sunnah legal ways, orders, acts of worship, statements, etc.) (among the sects) beware, lest some Fitnah (disbelief, trials, afflictions, earthquakes, killing, overpowered by a tyrant, etc.) befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them. [End of Ayah (24:63)] and that is the Fitna of lowly desires and the fitna of doubts in one’s religious affairs.

Fiftly: Fear replaces security in different ways; so political security, economic security, social security and physical well-being are loss, and (likewise) protection against (corrupt ideas and thoughts).

Sixthly: Human life will be given no value, so a person is killed but will not know why he was killed and the one who killed him will not know why he really killed.

Narrated ‘Abdullãh and Abu Moosaa: ‘’The Prophet said, “Near the establishment of the Hour there will be days during which general ignorance will spread, (religious) knowledge will be taken away (vanish) and there will be much Al-Harj, and Al-Harj means killing.’’ [Bukhaari Number 7065]

Abu Huraira reported Allaah’s Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) as saying: The world would not come to an end until a day would come to the people on which the murderer would not know as to why he has killed and the slain would not know as to why he has been murdered. It would be said: Why would it happen? To which he replied: It would be because of general massacre and bloodshed. And the slaughterers and the slain would be in Fire. [Sahih Muslim Number 2908]

Seventhly: Oppression will be widespread in the earth and the oppressor will not be stopped. The best of us will supplicate to Allaah but it will not be answered due to (the presence of) too much wickedness.

A Short Notification to The Who Says, ‘’Why can’t we consider people in other countries to be scholars when it is the case that….

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Some people – (especially some of those who think that a person they consider to be knowledgeable is not being given his right status) – argue that why can’t we consider people in some other countries to be scholars when it is the case that they graduated and have been teaching for over twenty years just like their classmates who are now considered to be scholars?! We say to them, ‘’The scholars are declared to be scholars by those who are qualified to give them such a title. It is not left to me (a commoner) or yourself [a commoner; (unless am unaware that you have reached the level of those who are qualified to decide who is worthy of being called a scholar or not)]; rather there are those qualified to give this verdict based on what they know about the one they regard to be from the scholars. See what Shaikh Fawzaan says about Shaikh Rabee;

After listening to the above, you (the one who utters this argument) should also know that it not enough to be declared a scholar, rather a person has to be upon a sound methodology because one is judged by the people of knowledge based on what he is upon. See what Shaikh Rabee says here

Abu Haazim Was Asked about Closeness (between two people) and Its Sweetness!

It was said to Abu Haazim (rahimahullaah), “What is closeness? (i.e. a close relationship between two people?); he said, “Strong love (for one another).” Then he was asked, “What is the sweetness (of this strong love)? He said, “To be in agreement (i.e. to agree on what is right and agree in rejecting what is wrong). Then it was said to him, “What is relaxation?” He said, “Paradise.”

The Number of Females Who Are Able To Get Married Are More Than Their Male Counterparts

Imaam Ash-Shanqeeti (rahimahullaah) stated:

Women are all readily prepared for marriage (i.e. what a woman needs regarding this affair is a man whom she agrees to marry without any pressure, force or blackmail; who provides for her and lives with her honourably); whereas many men do not have the ability to fulfil the requirements of marriage due to poverty.  (i.e. many men are prevented from marriage due to poverty, whereas there are married men who can provide for more than one woman). Those prepared for marriage amongst men are fewer than those amongst women. A woman is not hindered, whereas a man is hindered by poverty and the ability to fulfil the requirements of marriage (i.e. to provide for his wife). [See Adwaa Al-Bayaan’ Surah Al-Israa’ Ayah 9]

A Great Number of Women Would Have Been Deprived of Marriage In Some Regions of the Earth if Polygyny Did Not Exist

Imaam Ash-Shaqeeti (rahimahullaah) said:

Allaah made it a common phenomenon that men are fewer in number than women in the various regions of the world and are more often exposed to the causes of death in all walks of life.  If a man was restricted to one wife, there would remain a great number of women deprived of marriage, so they (both men and women) will be strongly urged towards illegal sexual intercourse. [See Adwaa al-Bayaan’ Surah Al-Israa Ayah 9]

Some of the evils that results from abandoning polygamy- By Imaam ash-Shanqeeti

Imaam Ash Shaqeeti (rahimahullaah) said:

Turning away from the guidance of the Qur’aan regarding polygyny (i.e. turning away from it based on other the Sharee’ah Reasons that allows a person to refrain from polygamy) is among the greatest causes of moral deprivation. It is (from the greatest causes) of being lowered to the level of animals due to an absence of safeguarding chastity, preserving nobility, good moral conduct and manners. [See Adwaa Al-Bayaan Surah Israa Ayah 9]
