Heedless of Allaah and his desires are his god – Shaykh Uthaymeen and Shaykh As-Sa’di

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Shaykh Uthaymeen warned:

If you see your time and life pass by, and you have not produced anything worthwhile or beneficial, and you do not find any blessing in your time then be wary that the statement of Allah has overcome you:

“And obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, one who follows his own lusts and whose affair (deeds) has been lost.” Al-Kahf: 28 [Ref 1]

And in this ayah is an indication of the importance of the heart’s presence when performing dhikr of Allaah. And that the person who remembers Allah with [only] his tongue and not his heart, [then] the barakah [blessing] is removed from his actions and his time to the extent that his deeds become lost.[Ref 2]

Imam As-Sa’di -rahimahullah- said about this verse in his tafseer. [The one who is] heedless of Allaah then his recompense is that Allah has made him heedless of His remembrance. “Who follows his own lusts” – whatever his soul desires he does and he strives in its attainment, even if it was to his destruction and loss. [If that occurs] then verily he has taken his desires as his god, as Allah the Most High said:

“Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?” Soorah Al-Jathiya:23[Ref 3]

Hadith: The Old Woman of Bani Israa’eel – As-Saheeha (313)

[AS-SAHEEHAH (no. 313)]:

Aboo Ya’laa reported in his ‘Musnad’ (3/441), and al-Haakim (2/404-405 and 571-572), through three chains from Yoonus ibn Abee Ishaaq: from Aboo Burdah: from Aboo Moosaa who said: ‘The Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) came to a bedouin who treated him generously, so he said to him: ‘Come to us.’ So he came to him, Allaah’s Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said [and in one narration: Allaah’s Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) stopped off  as a guest with a bedouin, and he treated him generously. So Allaah’s Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said to him: ‘We will remember this, so come to us.’   So later the bedouin came to him, and Allaah’s Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

‘Ask for whatever you need.’ so he said: ‘A she-camel with its saddle, and some goats which my wife can milk.’  So Allaah’s Messenger said: ‘Are you unable to be like the old woman of the Banoo Israa.eel?’  [So his Companions said: ‘O Messenger of Allaah! And what does ‘the old woman of the Banoo Israa.eel’ refer to?’

He said: ‘When Moosaa left Egypt at night with the Banoo Israa.eel they lost their way. So he said: ‘What is wrong?’ So their learned men said:[‘We shall tell you.] When death came to Yoosuf he took a solemn agreement from us in Allaah’s Name that we would not depart from Egypt until we carried his body along with us.’ He said: ‘Then who knows the place of his grave?’ [They said: None of us knows where the grave of Yoosuf is, except for ] an old woman of the Banoo Israa.eel. So he sent for her, and she came to him.

He said: ‘Guide me to the grave of Yoosuf.’ She said: [‘No, by Allaah! I will not do so] until you grant me my reward.’ He said: ‘And what reward do you want?’ She said: ‘That I should be with you in Paradise.’ So he disliked to grant her that, but Allaah revealed to him: ‘Grant her her due reward.ý So she went with them to a pond: a place where water gathered, and she said: ‘Drain this water away.’ So they drained it. She said: ‘Dig, and extract the body of Yoosuf.’ So when they lifted it out and placed it upon the ground the path suddenly became bright like the light of day.’


The context is Aboo Ya’laa’s, and the (bracketed) additions along with the other narrations are al-Haakim’s, and he said; ‘Saheeh’ to the standard of the two Shaikhs, and Ahmad and Ibn Ma’een judged that Yoonus heard the hadeeth ‘There is no marriage except with a guardian’ from Aboo Burdah.’ And adh-Dhahabee agreed.

And I say: It is to the standard of Muslim alone, since al-Bukhaaree did not report any of Yoonus’s narrations in his ‘Saheeh’, but rather in his ‘Juz.ul-Qiraa’ah…..’

Two Leaders Who Gave up Their Leadership in Order to Worship Allaah – As‐Saheehah (no. 2833) of Shaikh al‐Albaanee

As‐Saheehah (no. 2833) of Shaikh al‐Albaanee (rahimahullaah):

‘The Banoo Israa’eel appointed a leader  (Khaleefah) to be in charge of them after Moosaa (alayhis-salaam.) So he stood praying above Jerusalem, in the moonlight. So he remembered some things which he had done, and he departed, and he let himself down with a rope. So in the morning the rope was hanging from the mosque, and he had gone. He said: So he went off until he came to a people on the coast. So he found them striking bricks, or making bricks. So he asked them: ‘What do you take for these bricks?’ He said: So they informed him, so he made bricks along with them. So he used to eat from the wages he earned with his hand, and when it was time for Prayer he would stand and pray.

So the workers informed the chief of their town that amongst us there is a man who does such and such. So he sent a message to him, but he refused to go to him. This happened three times. Then he came riding upon his riding-beast. So when he saw him he fled, so he followed him and overtook him. He said: ”Let me speak to you.” He said: So he stood until he spoke to him, and he informed him of his story. So when he informed him that he was a king, and that he had fled from fear and awe of his Lord, he said: ”I think that I will join you.” He said; So he followed him,and the two of then worshipped Allaah until they died at the Rumaylah of Egypt.

Abdullaah said: ‘If I were there I would be able to find their graves, because of the description which Allaah’s Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) gave to us.

Reported by al-Bazzaar in his Musnad (4/267/3869), by way of `Amr ibn Abee Qays: from Simaak- meaning Ibn Harb: from al-Qaasim ibn `Abdir-Rahmaan: from his father: from `Abdullaah ibn Mas`ood: from the Prophet; and he said: ”We do not know anyone to have reported it from Simaak: from al-Qaasim except for `Amr; and al-Mas`oodee reported it from Simaak: from `Abdur-Rahmaan: from his father, and he did not mention al-Qaasim.”

I say: The narration of al-Mas`oodee was reported by Ahmad (1/451) and Aboo Ya`laa (9/261/5383), by way of Yazeed ibn Haaroon: al-Mas`oodee related to us: from Simaak ibn Harb: from `Abdur-Rahmaan ibn `Abdillaah: from Ibn Mas`ood who said:…, and he mentioned it.

And the two of them are supported by Qays ibn ar-Rabee`: from Simaak ibn Harb-with it, and he also did not mention al-Qaasim in its chain. This was reported by at-Tabaraanee in al-Mu`jamul-Kabeer (10/216/10370), and in al-Awsat also (2/112/1/6743), and he said:

‘No one reports it from Simaak except Qays ibn ar-Rabee’!

That is what he said! However al-Mas`oodee supported his narration, as did `Amr ibn Abee Qays-as has preceded; and even though he differed with them by mentioning al-Qaasim ibn `Abdir-Rahmaan in the chain; and their narration is more correct, even though they each had something regarding their memorization, however each one strengthens the other; and `Amr ibn Abee Qays-and he is ar-Raazee was truthful (sadooq), but made mistakes-as occurs in ‘at-Taqreeb’. So if he correctly preserved it, then it is possible to say that Simaak heard it from al-Qaasim from his father, then he heard it from his father directly; and perhaps what al-Haythumee did indicates this, as he said (10/219):

‘Reported by al-Bazzaar, and by at-Tabaraanee iin ‘al-Awsat’ and in ‘al-Kabeer’, and its chain is ‘hasan’.’

I say: So he combined the narrations of al-Bazzaar and at-Tabaraanee, despite their differing concerning their narration from Simaak. So it is as if he is indicating that there is no difference which will cause any harm between them.

And before this he brought the narration of Ahmad and Aboo Ya’laa, and he said after it: ‘And their chain contains al-Mas’oodee, and his memory deteriorated.’

And as-Suyootee fell short in ‘al-Jaami’ul-Kabeer’ (no. 6404) when he attributed it to ‘al-Mu`jamul-Kabeer’ alone!!’


The wording of the narration of Ahmad (1/451/4312) is:

‘Whilst a man from those who came before you was in his kingdom he reflected, and he knew that it was going to come to an end for him, and that his situation was preoccupying him away from the worship of his Lord. So he crept away one night and escaped from his castle, and he came to the coast, and he used to make bricks for wages. So he would eat, and he would give what remained in charity…..’ and: ‘… so the two of them worshipped Allaah-the Mighty and Majestic-together. So they supplicated to Allaah to cause them to die together. He said: So they died.’

‘Abdullaah said: ‘If I were at the Rumaylah of Egypt I could show you their graves, based upon the description given to us by Allaah’s Messenger).’

Mourad Al-Jazaa’iri–Claims devoid of reality in the name of defending an innovator…

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of MercyAllaah (The Most High) said:

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا فِي قَلْبِهِ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ الْخِصَامِ

‘’And of mankind there is he whose speech may please you in this worldly life, and he calls Allah to witness as to that which is in his heart, yet he is the most quarrelsome of the opponents.’’ [Al-Baqarah: Ayah 204]

Imaam as-Saa’di (rahimahullaah) mentions some characteristics of this type of person—that his speech attracts the attention of the listener and seems as if it contains benefit. However, his speech opposes his actions, and when you argue with him, you find him to be from the most difficult, quarrelsome and bigoted amongst the people. Indeed-all praise be to Allaah-the trustworthy Salafi students of knowledge at Al-Maktabah Salafiyyah and elsewhere in the UK have not ceased to continue their war against the people of falsehood.  They carry out this task with evidences from the Book, the Sunnah and understanding of the Salaf, whilst referring to the knowledge based clarifications of the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah in our era.  As for the people of falsehood, they employ lies, slander and claims devoid of reality in their war against the Salafiyyoon.  They employ these satanic tactics when deprived of sound proofs and manifest evidences, in order to confound truth with falsehood.

 

Partners in Evil–Mourad and Al-Hajoori

The Haddaadi innovator [Al-Hajoori] initiated the means to splitting and division through his innovations, yet he accused the Salafiyyoon of causing division and splitting.  Likewise, Mourad blindly defended him and accused the students of knowledge and the UK Salafi Maraakiz of causing division and splitting, as he stated in one of his disgraceful emails: Liars, hypocrites, dividers, two-faced, causers of friction between the scholars and circulators of despicable emails….”  

Mourad is a deluded individual whose false accusations are not founded upon anything else but bigoted partisanship and love of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi.  He harbours extreme hatred against the Salafi Maraakiz and boldly utilizes such blameworthy hatred against those he considers to be Juhhaal -a common word he utters against those he feels are deserving of vilification for transmitting the verdicts of the scholars against Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi al-Mubtadi.  Indeed, he rejected the truth and became obstinate upon falsehood, so it is not surprising that he has resorted to such evil behaviour towards some of the Mashaayikh, the students of knowledge and the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah.

Mourad is a deluded fanatic who also accuses the Salafi students and Maraakiz of causing divisions whenever they transmit the verdicts of the scholars against Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi, yet it was Hajoori who innovated and when reprimanded he started unleashing his vile speech against Shaikh Ubaid, Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhari, Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi and even Shaikh Rabee. So who is guilty of causing splits, the innovator or those who repel his innovations?!  Al-Allaamah Zaid Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”The Mubtadi (the innovator) is the reason for the splitting in the ummah; because splitting is connected to innovation and unity is connected to the Sunnah.’’ [End of quote,  Source: Al Ajwibah Al Mukhtasar Alaa  As-ila Al-Ashrati Page43-44]  However, Mourad deliberately refuses to acknowledge the fact that Al-Hajoori is the culprit due to being submerged in desires and unjustified hatred.

 

Mourad Accuses The Students and Maraakiz of blameworthy Blind following

Mourad is a deluded falsifier who also accuses the students and Maraakiz of Salafiyyah of blameworthy blind following, however he deliberately refuses to acknowledge the fact that he has been clinging to Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi al-Mubtadi, whilst the evidences against him are manifest to all-scholars, students and the maintainers of the Salafi Maraakiz in the West. Ibn Abdul Barr (rahimahullaah) said: “According to the scholars, Taqleed (i.e. blind adherence) is other than Ittibaa [i.e. adherence to an authentic affair narrated from the Messenger-sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam, and obviously with the correct understanding of the Salaf]; because ittibaa is to follow a person based on what is apparent to you of the superiority of his statement and soundness of his school of thought. And Taqleed is that you speak with his statement, whilst you neither know the angle of his speech nor its meaning and you reject speech besides it; or his mistake is made manifest to you, but you follow him and venerate his opposition, whilst the corruptness of his speech is clear to you. This is what is forbidden to speak with in the religion of Allaah.”  [End of Quote: Jaami Bayaan Al-Ilm Wa-Fadlihee: 2/787]

All praise be to Allaah, the Salafi students and the Maraakiz of salafiyyah have not defended Al-Hajoori after his innovations and calamities were made manifest; rather Mourad defends him to this day and  curses some of those who transmitted the verdicts of the scholars against Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi. Deviant Mourad and Al-Hajoori are amazed with themselves and that is why uttering sinful statements, slander and deceit has been much easier for them than submitting to the truth.  This is exactly what Al-Hajoori is upon because despite his destructive innovations, [see here http://www.alhajuri.com/index.cfm] he boldly proclaimed: ”Whoever says that the Dawah in Dammaaj has changed, then upon him is the curse of Allaah, the angels and all the people.” [Quoted in Al-Qawl Al-Jaliyy Libayaani Maa Ghayyarahu Al-Hajoori Min Da-wati Imaam Al-Waadi-ee: PDF page: 1]

The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ”three things destroy: The greed that is obeyed, the desires that are followed and a person being amazed with his own opinion.” [Silsilah Al-hadeeth as-saheehah: Number: 1802: 4/412-416]

Shaikh Raslaan (may Allaah preserve him) said: “This (i.e. these three affairs) are never in harmony with a (person’s) complete return to the command of the Prophet (may Allah’s peace be upon him). The Shaikh also said: Indeed the great religion of Islaam is founded upon knowledge and not ignorance; but when a person is amazed with himself and his opinion, and when splitting occurs in the Ummah in the big affairs of knowledge and every foolish one formulates his own independent judgment, there comes about an uncontrollable chaos and it then proceeds upon a path that has no halter, and it becomes an affair of trial, corruption, confusion and deviation, and an affair in which truth is confounded with falsehood…” [For further details see: Ash-Shi-aaraat Wahdahaa Laa Takfee: pages: 35 and 39 Footnote 1]

 

A Gradual Process of Deterioration in the name of defending Hajoori Al-Haddaadi

We seek Allaah’s Protection from persisting upon error after its clarification.  Instead of humbling himself to the truth, Mourad persisted upon falsehood and made false claims devoid of reality.  Examine the following statements of Mourad:

[1] Mourad said: ”Praise be to ALLAH Almighty that he made me a person who does his utmost not to make injustice to others, and also he made me, not to be loyal only to Salafia, the scholars and the true Salafi.” [Date:  Tue, 31 Jul 2007]

Comment: Mourad commits injustice by sheltering an innovator[Al-Hajoori]  and waged war against those who refuted Al-Hajoor’s innovations. So is this behaviour of his loyalty to salafiyyah, the scholars and the true salafis?! How do you judge O Mourad!

 

[2]Mourad said: ‘’From the beginning of this fitnah, I have always followed the advises of the Scholars, and looked to the proof to find out who is wrong and who is right, and I will continue to do so. [21/12/2011]

Comment: Is Mourad following the advises of the scholars at present?!  Where are his knowledge based clarifications to free Al-Hajoori from his innovations;rather mourad speaks with his desires and ignorance.

 

[3] Mourad said: ‘’The Noble Shaikh Yahya is NOT Ma-asoom, if he make mistake and we will all make mistake in some point in our life, He should be advised with evidence and kindness.’’  [21/12/2011]

Comment: The evidences have been established on both Al-Hajoori and Mourad, but they have persisted upon obstinacy.  Yahyah persisted upon falsehood and transgression for 7 years and has been advised; likewise Mourad has persisted upon falsehood after yahyah was declared an innovator based on manifest proofs. 

 

[4] Mourad said: I am NOT with anyone but the SCHOLARS, Shaikh Yahya does NOT take the blame of the wrong doer, if anyone has an issue with someone who oppressed him or slandered him, he should take it up with him and refer the issue to the scholars if it is NOT solved.’’  [22/12/2011]

Mourad Lying is Haraam akhi–have some shyness in Allaah’s presence…

 

Mourad said:  ‘’ Bazmool is a treacherous double standard person.’’ [08/10/2013]

Comment:  That is because Shaikh Ahmad spoke against Al-Hajoori and praised Shaikh Firkoos and Shaikh Muhammad Al-Imaam; so Mourad decided to unleash his vile statements and slanders against Shaikh Ahmad.  Rather you have slandered the Shaikh in the name of defending an innovator.  The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ”If you have no shyness, then do as you please.”

 

Finally: On 17/10/2013 Mourad sent an email containing much frustration and too comical to quoted in this article. So one realizes why Shaikh Rabee warns against this self-amazed idiot when he became obstinate, foul-mouthed and deceitful. This is the Email Shaikh Mourad Al-Jazaa’ri! He is filled with false claims and deception, which he utilizes in the name of defending and finding excuses for a Haddaadi innovator.   Remember these words once again…..

“Be with those who are truthful…” – Abandoning the Hajoori Fanatic Mourad al Jazaa’iri

All praise is due to Allaah, Lord of mankind, Jinn and all that exists. And may Allaah’s salutations of peace and blessings be upon our noble Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions. To proceed: Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic) stated:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ

“O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, and be with those who are truthful’’ [9:119]

”Be with those who are truthful” in their statements, actions and state of affairs. Those whose statements are truthful, and their actions and state of affairs are not except truth—free from negligence and laxity, safe from evil goals and gathered upon sincerity (to Allaah) and a sincere intention; for indeed truthfulness leads to righteousness and righteousness leads to paradise. The reason for this clarification is so that there remains no doubt in Mourad’s heart and mind that I am totally free from his blameworthy stances. I made it known to him few months ago to refer to Shaikh Rabee and address his concerns regarding the affair of Al-Hajoori. However, in one of Mourad’s recent emails dated 12/12/1434 (12/10/2013) -which was filled with much weak arguments against those who oppose Al-Hajoori–he stated: ”Our brother Naeem from Stoke – May Allaah rectify him and open his heart to consider my honest advice to him”

Firstly: What advise does Mourad want me to take into consideration…? Verily! I seek the protection of Allaah from abandoning the knowledge based refutations of the scholars and fall into the evil path of the hajaawira.    

Secondly: Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri (rahimahullaah) stated: “If you loved a man for Allaah and then he innovated in Islaam and you didn’t hate him for it, you never truly loved him for Allaah.” (http://maktabah-alfawaaid.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/ath-thawree-if-you-loved-man-for-allaah.html)

Verily! There is no shame or blame on an individual when he returns to correctness after falling into error. Al-Hajoori has innovated and persisted upon falsehood, yet Mourad, you have persisted upon a futile defence of him whilst waging a blameworthy war against those who have accepted the knowledge based refutations. It was/is incumbent upon you to abandon this innovator, and not persist upon this grave error. Therefore a reminder again from Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri (rahimahullaah): “If you loved a man for Allaah and then he innovated in Islaam and you didn’t hate him for it, you never truly loved him for Allaah.” So just as it is not befitting that you maintain ties with this innovator (al-Hajoori), likewise it is not befitting that I should maintain any ties with you whilst you persist upon defending this Haddaadi. Perhaps some people may say:”Mourad benefited you in the past.”… then my answer to them is this:

“What Allaah decreed of past events have elapsed…. and Allaah does not cause the good deeds to be lost, but at present Mourad is persistent in his defence of an innovator, and I will not have any associations with a person who knowingly defends an innovator and attacks those who clarify the truth from the scholars and students after the evils of such an innovator have been made manifestly clear.”

So return to the truth! It is not befitting for a Muslim that he clings to error after its clarification! It is not befitting for a Muslim that he defends any innovator….let alone Yahyah Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi?!

I sincerely advise you to stop attacking the Mashaayikh, the students of knowledge and the Maraakiz for the sake of defending Al-Hajoori. Return to correctness and this will be better for you; but if you persist upon this path, then know that neither you nor Al-Hajoori are able to harm the truth, its scholars and adherents in the least.

Advice was sent to you a few months ago to seek clarification from Shaikh Rabee; but Allaah knows best whether you heeded that advice. Your state of affairs at present is very bad because you have persisted in sheltering an innovator worse than Al-Halabi and Al-Maribi, as Shaikh Rabee said: ‘’There is none more harmful than Yahyah.’’

Contemplate and do not allow the great deceiver (shaytaan) to deceive you. Your recent mention of my name in your email should leave no doubt in your mind that my stance towards the hajaawira is very clear, and it is the same as that of the rest of the Maraakiz.

So be informed that I am totally in agreement with Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi, Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri, Al-Allaamah Muhammad Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali and the rest of the Mashaayikh against the hajaawirah. I am in agreement with the students of knowledge in the various Maraakiz of Salafiyyah, such as Abu Hakeem, Abu Khadeejah, Abu Idrees, Abu Iyaad, Abdul-Ilaah, Uwais Taweel, Abu Mu-aadh Taqweem Aslam and others- against Al-Hajoori. Mourad al-Jazaa’iri the Hajoori Fanatic,”Email Shaykh” Disgraced by His Own Arrogance

After a lengthy period of arrogance and opposition to the truth Mourad al-Jazaa’iri of Manchester has finally been exposed for the deviations he is upon, for the infatuated and corrupted blind following of his Shaikh al-Hajoori that caused him to attack all those that spoke the truth, at the heads of them the likes of Shaikh ‘Ubayd al-Jabiry.  Shaikh Rabee’ has now clearly advised that this individual be warned against, and that is what will be done.

We will take this opportunity to councel the somewhat deluded “E-mail Shaykh” with his very own words! Only recently on 20th October he stated in yet another email in what can only be described as a delusional threat, “Very Important and Final Warning” [!], after having informed the readers that the affair is “important” and indeed “final”[!] he continued to say:

I am asking anybody whom I advised and he rejected the advice, and whom I have promised to refute you and expose your game and corrupted way, to repent to Allaah Almighty, send me an email and we will take it from there, save your face from being humiliated because you have opposed the Haq.”

We would highlight several issues here:

1 – Those whom he thinks he “advised” did not reject advice, rather what they were asked to do in effect was abandon the actual true and sincere advice of the scholars and follow his corrupt advice and his Shaykh al-Hajoori…that is what was rejected by them.

2 – The bold and magnificent “threats” of promises to refute people who oppose him and al-Hajoori only highlight the deluded state the “E-Mail Shaykh” Mourad al-Jazaa’iri is upon…it is he himself who has been refuted and his corruption and games exposed culminating in Shaikh Rabee’ stating he be warned against, not that he himself will refute others[!].

3 – Apparently the “repentance” has to be sent to Mourad al-Jazaa’iri via email [naturally], in order to save face?! Avoid humiliation!? For those who are upright in recognizing the corruption of al-Hajoori and his number one supporter in Manchester there was never anything to save face from, there was never any question of humiliation. Those who opposed the truth and instead attacked the likes of Shaikh Rabee’ claiming he has made a “wrong” statement against al-Hajoori, as well as the Salafi Centre of Manchester, Spubs of Birmingham and others who supported the truth, as well as the students [Abu Khadeejah and Abu Muadh Taqweem Aslam], and our brother Abu Mu-aawiyyah Abdullah Jallow with slanderous statements and lies…indeed such opposers to the truth are the ones in need of openly repenting and avoiding the humiliation of persistence upon falsehood.

It would appear that Mourad al-Jazaa’iri’s own words are applicable to himself rather than anyone else, he should proceed with caution after having promised to refute himself and expose the corruption and games….since he is the one who has rejected the advice of Shaikh Rabee’ and others!

Yet we will not request that Mourad al-Jazaa’iri send us an email with his repentance, we are not deluded into thinking we are the “Court House” of Manchester – as Mourad al-Jazaa’iri seems to think he is [!] -, rather we will advise the deluded E-Mail Shaykh to repent sincerely to Allah fulfilling the conditions of repentance and to cease his attacks upon the scholars, the salafi centres and students….up until that time we will carry out the advice of the noble Shaikh Rabee’ may Allah preserve him.

A large body of brothers here at Shaikh Rabee’s house from the UK, USA, Canada etc.  Beautiful Dars by the Shaikh in the topic of Imaan. Sh. Rabee spoke about the means of strengthening Imaan: Reciting the Qur’aan, righteous deeds and Allaah’s remembrance.  Shaikh Rabee stated the aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah is that Imaan is speech & action, it increases and decreases. Then he refuted the Murji’ah. He went on to establish that the affairs are in the Hands of Allaah and His Decree, so a person relies upon Allaah, fully.

Sh. Rabee said that the believer knows the affairs are decreed by Allaah so he knows no one can harm him or benefit him except by His Decree. Sh. Rabee mentioned the importance of salaah and sadaqah. Prayer upon the Sunnah of the Prophet & Sadaqa upon the generosity of the Prophet.

Sh. Rabee stated that these are the means of strengthening Imaan. And its opposite is abandonment of righteous deeds & commission of sins. Messenger said: If you partake in interest, hold on to the tails of cattle, satisfied with cultivation of the earth & abandon jihad… The Prophet continued: “Then Allaah will send down upon them humiliation & He will not remove it till you return back to your Deen.” Allaah stated: “If you aid Allaah’s deen, Allaah will aid you..” So it is not the greatness of numbers because the Companions were not many. Shaikh Rabee continued: Rather the Sahaabah were small in number yet Allaah gave them victory over their adversaries from the Romans & Persians. Sh. Rabee: That victory was due to their Imaan, their aqeedah, their manhaj, their piety. So Allaah made them victorious.

The Messenger mentioned a time when the disbelievers will take from the Muslim lands just like the guests take from the food of the host. And the Messenger explained that this is not due to the small number of Muslims in that time, rather they will be many in number, but… The Messenger cont’d: The Muslims will be like the scum carried by the flood water (even though they will great in number). Shaikh Rabee stated: This is the state of many of the Muslims today, they are like the scum carried by the flood water.  So upon you is steadfastness upon the Deen, to hold to the truth and sincerity and righteous deeds – to strengthen your Imaan. Sh. Rabee ended with supplicating to Allaah to give us steadfastness upon the Sunnah and to grant us success in that which pleases Allaah. May Allaah reward the Shaykh, preserve him, protect him and make him a cause of benefit for the ummah. Ameen.

Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah informs of Mourad Al-Jazaa-iri [Email Shaykh (Hajoori Fanatic)]

The brothers at Al-Markaz As-Salafi (Manchester) complained to Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah when Mourad became adamant in his oppressive behaviour, extremism, arrogance, exaggerations, false defence of the hajaawira, doubts and attacks against some of the Mashaayikh; so Ustaadh (may Allaah preserve him) replied, saying:

I pray you are well and in strength of Imaan, may Allāh preserve you upon the Sunnah.

Muraad’s call is to himself – he uses the veil of Salafiyyah and radd upon the Mukhaalif as his claim to be a vanguard of Salafiyyah, but he is (in reality) affected by a type of extremism that is contrary to the correct understanding of the principles of Salafiyyah– and this goes back some years.

He is a conspiracist who believes he has ‘ability and skills’ that no one in the UK possesses. He operates with a ‘cloak and dagger’ manhaj–if he sees even a crack where he can cause discord (even in affairs of tolerated ijtihaad), he turns it into a huge fitnah. I truly believe he is an ignorant loud-mouth who likes attention, good or bad (he doesn’t mind). I also believe, based upon his actions that he lacks sincerity. I remember his ignorance coming to the surface when he accused SPubs of wahdatul-adyaan several years ago. Tawbah? Not a chance! – He doesn’t know the meaning of what it means to be humble!

I believe I’ve known him longer than all of you – Allaah knows best– from Jimas days. I can truly say that this man is a person who has rancour and hatred for anyone who does not give him limelight, good or bad–as long as he is at the centre of attention. Swallowing his pride is close to impossible! This is how he works: Step 1: Prove that he’s a vanguard and protector of the da’wah – how? Refute the Shi’ah, the soofees, HT, and the Hizbees (Turaath etc). Step 2: Use that as the stage to gather youth around him. Step 3: Once these youth are convinced that Muraad is the “true” defender of salafiyyah, he informs them of the Salafis who are “really under cover hizbees” against whom he has “hidden files” that one day he will expose for the world to see! Step 4: Get these youth to start the campaign. Step 5: Play the victim, “I am calling to the truth and these people don’t want it, so they oppose me” – so his campaign goes into high gear, and so on.

So best thing, tell the people he’s an ignoramus who feigns knowledge and uses his enmity against the Ahlul-Bid’ah as a launch-pad against the Salafis – same as the Haddaadiyyah! Not a single Salafi student of knowledge in the UK [i.e. those in the various Maraakiz known for their lessons, dawah efforts and connection with the scholars] has been with this foolish man for many years! That says a lot itself!


Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

”Warn against Mourad Jaza’iree from Manchester: That he speaks ill of Shaikh Ubaid & Shaikh Bukhaaree & defends Hajooree.”

These are testimonies of the truthful and righteous Imaams of the Sunnah, which can neither be affected by the slanders of the sinful ones nor by the lies of the evil ones, such as the likes of Ali Al-Halabi—the ignoramus—and his misguided party.  How many fabrications and lies do they have against Ahlus Sunnah in general and against Shaikh Rabee in particular!  And from those (fabrications and lies of theirs ) is that they accuse Shaikh Rabee of ignorance, self-contradictory, having changes in his (Manhaj) and other lies which they have perpetrated upon the path of the people of desires.  When they became unable to confront the clear proofs and manifest evidences, they resorted to these despicable and disgraceful paths.  By Allaah they have lied, for indeed the senior scholars have testified a lot for Shaikh Rabee that he is a possessor of knowledge and that he is well grounded in it; and that he is an upright person; steadfast; an aider of the Salafi Creed and a defender of those who call to the Salafi Creed; and that he is a person who repels falsehood and its people with manifest evidences.


The writer (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Our Shaikh Rabee has been praised by his teachers and brothers; they have described him with great and noble characteristics, and from those descriptions is that he upon the path of the pious predecessors – in creed and action.

 

 

His Shaikh, Al-Allaamah Ubaidullaah Ar-Rahmaani Al-Mubaarakfooree (rahimahullah) said: “He (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) has sat and conversed with me regarding the affairs of knowledge. He also came to Mubaarakfoor several times and met me in my house, and indeed I found him to be in possession of abundant knowledge and great virtue–a person possessing sound understanding and an upright nature upon the path of the pious predecessors (may Allaah be pleased with them) in creed and action; a follower of the Book and the Sunnah; a supporter and defender  of the Book and Sunnah–harsh against the people of innovations and desires, and a rebutter of the blind followers…..up until the Shaikh Al-Mubaarakfooree said: ‘’May Allaah bless him (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) in his knowledge and gratify the Muslims with a long life span for him.

 
Al-Allaamah Abdul-Azeez Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah)

When one of the students of knowledge said to Al-Allaamah Abdul-Azeez Bin Baaz: ‘’O Shaikh! Shaikh Rabee speaks ill of such and such, and he speaks ill of the callers;” so Al-Allaamah Bin Baaz replied to him, saying: ‘’Fear Allaah, the man (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) is an Imaam in the Sunnah.”
Al-Allaamah Bin Baaz also said: “Shaikh Rabee is from the best of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah and it is well known that he is from Ahlus Sunnah. His writings and statements are well known.

 

 

 

Shaikh Rabee’s Shaikh Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) said: ‘’Shaikh Rabee is a mujaahid and may Allaah reward him. I am jealous of him due to his jihaad in spreading the Sunnah and in subduing bidah and its people, and due to his concern for the Sunnah and its dissemination in every way he is able….

 

 

Al-Allaamah Muhammad Bin Abdullaah As-Subayyil (rahimahullah) said: His (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) is the Salafi creed and he is from the best of the people, and none speaks against him except a person of desires and illegal partisanship.

 
Al Allaamah Muhammad Bin Saalih al Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said: Shaikh Rabee is from the scholars of the Sunnah and the people of good. His creed is sound and his Manhaj is upright.

 
Al Allaamah Muqbil Bin Haadi al Waadi’ee (rahimahullaah) said: Shaikh Rabee is a sign from the signs of Allaah with regards to his (i.e. Shaikh Rabee’s) knowledge about the people of illegal partisanship; but not like the Iranian signs–the Dajjaaleen (i.e. the liars/imposters of the iranian shee-ah raafidah with their claims to supreme religious leadership despite being callers to major shirk–worship of the dead, graves, shrines, tombs; cursing the companions and other filthy beliefs)
