A Tremendous Advice of Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah)!

Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) said:

O people! Beautify your deeds based on the scales of the legislated Islamic Law-the scales of the Qur’aan, the Sunnah and the actions of the Salaf of the Ummah!

Examine whether you are upon the truth or whether you have abandoned it, or some of it! If you are upon the truth, then praise your Lord Who granted it to you and asked Him for steadfastness upon it. And if you have abandoned it or some of it, then take yourselves to account today before time elapses!

Remember that Allaah (The Most High) will question everyone of us regarding the response we gave to the Messengers and what we used to do!

O brothers! Indeed I call you to a call that is an upright guidance for you and out of concern for you, so that you are freed from the (groups) of illegal partisanship and return to the unrestricted truth and the Sunnah. But if you refuse, then the meeting between you and us will be in Allaah’s presence (i.e. day of judgement) and those who have wronged are going to know to what (kind of) return they will be returned. A Warning from Allaah (The Most High) to the Hujjaaj (Pilgrims)

Allaah (The Most High) said:

الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَّعْلُومَاتٌ ۚ فَمَن فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ ۗ وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اللَّهُ ۗ وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَىٰ ۚ وَاتَّقُونِ يَا أُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ

The Hajj (pilgrimage) is (in) the well-known (lunar year) months (i.e. the 10th month, the 11th month and the first ten days of the 12th month of the Islamic calendar, i.e. two months and ten days). So whosoever intends to perform Hajj therein by assuming Ihram), then he should not have sexual relations (with his wife), nor commit sin, nor dispute unjustly during the Hajj. And whatever good you do, (be sure) Allah knows it. And take a provision (with you) for the journey, but the best provision is At-Taqwa (piety, righteousness, etc.). So fear Me, O men of understanding! [2:197]

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz Rebutted the Innovator Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq, For Slandering and Belittling the Saudi Ulama

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

The Mubtadi Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul khaaliq (may Allaah guide him) stated:

Indeed the group of scholars in Saudi are in a (state) of complete blindness and ignorance regarding the new problems and their Salafiyyah is Taqleediyyah (i.e. Salafiyyah based on blind following) and it is not worthy of anything.

Imaam Abdul-Azeez Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah) responded:

This speech is false, for indeed the scholars of Saudi are acquainted with the problems of the era and indeed they have written a lot about it, and I am from them- Bi hamdil laah! Indeed they have written in that regard that which cannot be counted (i.e. numerous) and they- Bi Hamdil laah- are among those who are the most knowledgeable of the Madhab of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa’ah and they follow that which the Salafus Saaleh followed in the subject matter of Tawheed, Asmaa Was-Sifaat, the subject matter of warning against bidah and in all the abwaab (areas of knowledge. Read -if you are ignorant- the Majmoo’ah of Ibn Qaasim (Ad-Durar As-Saniyyah) and the Fataawaa of our Shaikh Muhammad Bin Ibraaheem (rahimahullaah). Read what we have written in that regard (i.e. the affairs of the era) in our Fataawaa and our books are widespread among the people.

There is no doubt that what he (i.e. Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq) said about the scholars of Saudi is not correct- it is a mistake and a munkar (evil affair). It is obligatory upon you (i.e. Abdul Khaaliq) to recant from that and announce that in the newspapers in Kuwait and Saudi. We ask Allaah for guidance- for ourselves and you- and a return to the truth and steadfastness upon it. Indeed He (Allaah) is the best of those who are asked. [Source: Al-Majoo 8/242]

A husband curses his wife!

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah) said: A husband cursing his wife is an evil thing. It is not permissible; rather it is from the major sins due to established (narration) from the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) that he said: ‘’Cursing a Muslim is like killing him (or her).’’

O Hasty Young Man! Know What Blameworthy Blind Following Is, Before You Accuse Others

Ibn Abdul-Barr (rahimahullaah) said:

According to the scholars, Taqleed (i.e. blind following) is other than Ittibaa. That is because Ittibaa is to follow a person based on what is apparent to you based on the superiority of his statement and soundness of his school of thought. And Taqleed is that you speak with his statement, whilst you neither know the angle of his speech nor its meaning and you reject speech besides it; or his mistake is made manifest to you, but you follow him and venerate his opposition (to the truth), whilst the corruptness of his speech is clear to you. This is what is forbidden to speak with in the religion of Allaah (The Most High).

Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Some people are well known for lying and inconsistency, so he acts as if he is repentant.  So regarding this person, we say: Inshaa-Allaah your repentance is accepted, but we are cautious of him until he manifests his correct repentance. [Siyaanatus Salafi’ pages 79-80]

Note: Masjid Al-Furqan promoted sayyid qutb’s books of misguidance, but they have kept quiet for a year about his misguidance. This type of silence is nothing else but a desire to hide the truth. It has been stated that the reality of lying is to give news of something in opposition to the true state of affairs. This transmission of news is not limited to speech, rather it can be through action, such as making an indication with one’s hand or nodding one’s head and it can be through silence. It is also said that the liar is a thief, because the thief deceives you with regards to your wealth and the liar deceives you with regards to your intellect.
