Shaikh Muhammad Amaan on the Saudi State
Shaikh Muhammand Amaan Al-Jaami (rahimahullah ) said:
“We neither live in this country under parliamentary majority rule in which is found numerous partisan parties nor do we live under a dictator who rules by the sword; neither are we ruled by an individual nor by a group…..we are ruled by the Laws of Allaah. The rulers of this country are only considered to be authorities who implement (the Islamic laws) and they are not considered to be those who have authority over the Islamic laws. There cannot be found among us those who have authority over the Islamic law and its existence is not permissible; rather it is not permissible to find among the muslims those who have authority over the Islamic laws–who legislate alongside Allaah. We rule by the laws of Allaah in this country and this is something well known, even to the man who works in the market…

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy
Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiriy (may Allaah preserve him and prolong his life upon goodness) said: ”The one who knows of the mistake (of a person) and it is manifest to him, then it is not allowed for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom the affair (i.e. the mistake) is hidden……the (verdicts of the scholars based on their striving to reach the correct positions in affairs that require investigation) are not infallible, therefore it is not permissible to adopt (such verdicts) as a methodology (unrestrictedly). Reader: The above is a simple and precise eye opener that unveils the deceitful games of the Hizbiyyoon–those who hide behind the general unexplained statements of some of the upright scholars in order to divert attention from the specific knowledge based proofs established against their deviated figureheads, such as Maribi, Halabi, Maghraawi and other innovators. We seek Allaah’s protection from the deceit and evil games of the hizbiyyoon.

A United Word From Ahlus-Sunnah in Britain Regarding Yahyah al-Hajooree
Indeed all praise is due to Allaah, we praise Him, we seek His aid and His forgiveness. We seek refuge with Him from the evil of our souls and from our evil deeds. Whosoever He guides, there is none to misguide and whosoever He leaves to stray, there is none to guide. I bear witness that there is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, alone and without partners – and I bear witness that Muhammad (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam) is His slave and Messenger.
Introductory quote:
This is a brief document outlining the unity of the Salafi Mosques and Islamic Centres in the United Kingdom regarding their position towards the fitnah Yahyaa al-Hajooree (may Allaah guide him and rectify his affair). After reading much of what has been written concerning the disagreement between Yahyaa al-Hajooree and the Salafi scholars, as well as his clear and numerous violations of the Salafi Manhaj, we have taken the position of the Scholars such as `Allaamah Rabee` al-Madkhalee, `Allaamah `Ubaid al-Jaabiree, Shaikh Muhammad bin Haadee and Shaikh `Abdullaah al-Bukhaaree, that he is not to be referred to in affairs of Religion – and one should not travel to Dammaaj (in Yemen) to study with him whilst he is still teaching at that centre [since he has opposed the path of `Allaamah Muqbil bin Haadee al-Waadi`ee]. Furthermore, Yahyah al-Hajooree himself is not considered from the well-grounded scholars. They hold that he is to be warned against, and we take that position also based upon details proofs and evidences. We also hold that one should not study with or enter into disputation with those youth who carry his false methodology to other countries. Upon Yahyaa al-Hajooree and those who traverse upon his methodology from his students and ardent supporters is to fear Allaah, repent to Him, rectify their affair and make clear their return to the truth [from all of their errors] with the same vigor that they made falsehood manifest.

Update: A United Word From Ahlus-Sunnah in Britain Regarding Yahyah al-Hajooree
With the scholars speaking against Shaykh Yahyah al Hajoori, it is clear that those afflicted with difficulty in accepting these statements, have started to attack those who bring the clear verdicts of the scholars, to the people, not fearing their blame.
It is clear that they are manifesting the same haddadi manhaj of their Shaykh (see post 7 here by Abu Hakeem). Their petty attacks against “perceived mistakes” are based on clear jahl, misinformation, stitching of statements, half truths and lies.
They are nothing but a smoke screen in order to deflect the attention from the grave an serious mistakes of their Shaykh, Yahyah al Hajoori.
Our dealing with them are the same as our dealings with any supporters of an innovator! It is the same as is with the supporters of Ali Halabi, Abul Hasan al Ma’ribi, Abdur Rahman Abdul Khaaliq, Falih Harbi and the rest of the innovators.
And with Allah is the success!

Shaykh Rabee’: We have remained patient for 7 years, [with Yahya al-Hajoori]
Excerpts:
- They (Yahya and his followers) are waging a war against the Salafis and Salafiyaah, and the people of innovation are relaxing and watching. Is this from good manners!?
- We have remained patient for 7 years, whilst letters and complaints have reached us. And now you have to force him to change his ways. If he carries on upon his ways, it will cause an incomparable fitnah.
- I have advised him many times, sometimes I advise him for two and half hours. He doesn’t listen! He promises but he doesn’t fulfill his promises. May Allaah bless you, and his students are extremists [ghulaat], with an extremism that has no equal.
- Take the position of men with regards to him. He has harmed the people of Salafiyyah. There is no one more harmful than Yahya. Only Dammaj is left [considered Salafi] and all the centers are under the feet [nothing] except Dammaj.
- Did he [Yahya] rebuke it*? Did he openly free himself from this speech? No! You people applaud him when he arrives at this extremism.
- By Allaah, we have not seen this type of extremism from the people of innovation that we see from his students.
- By Allaah, I am holding back from comparing him to some of the innovators that I have refuted in the past. All we hear is ‘Imam al-Thaqalayn…an-Nasihul Ameen [the sincere adviser]
- Tell him that he is only a student and not an Alim. He is not a sincere adviser; he is not an Imam of anything. Tell him that he is just a student; tell him to fear Allaah and to join his brothers hand in hand – his brothers of Ahlul Sunnah. Tell him to leave this extremism and evil behaviour.
- They heaviest thing on the scales on the Day of Judgement is good manners, so tell him to teach his students good manners and to have good manners himself. He will not get anywhere without it.
- Student of Damaaj: “O’ Shaykh all that we have heard from you is praise for him. You called him and praised him…”Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “By Allaah! Listen to me, by Allaah, I did not say this except that he claimed to have abandoned everything that he said and in order to bring him closer to us, and cause him to become gentle. But all we witnessed up until today are lies, deception and extremism. By Allaah, you see the extremism of the students there. There are no manners with them whatsoever. Go back and tell them this from me.

Reading the Books of the Innovators? – Ash Shaykh Saalih Al Fawzaan
Question:
Is it permissible to seek knowledge from the people of innovation and to read their books due to the absence of the books of Ahlus-Sunnah in my country?
Answer:
All praise is due to Allaah; Ahlus-Sunnah are present and their books are present, however it is required of you to seek (knowledge) and to be eager, and do not depend on the people of innovation and the books of the innovators; do not depend on them because they are like the poisoned food that kills.

The levels of the scholars–A trial for the emotional and hasty youth!
Imaam Ibn Hibbaan reported in Al-Majrooheen from Amr Ibn Muhammad An-Naaqib that he heard a man asking Imaam Wakee Ibn Jarraah a question, saying: ”Do you know the hadeeth of Sa-eed Ibn Ubaid At-Tanaaqosee transmitted on the authority of Shabi, about a man who performed hajj for another person and then perform hajj for himself?” Imaam Wakee asked him, saying: ”Who narrated the Hadeeth?” He said: ”It was narrated by Wahb Ibn Ismaa-eel.” So Imaam Wakee said: ”Wahb is a righteous man, but the affair of hadeeth is dependent on knowledge of the condition of its narrators and this has its men.” [End of Quote: This incident was related by Shaikh Abdullaah Bukhaari in At-Taleeqaat Ar-Radiyyah alal Mandhoomah Al-Bayqooniyyah Lesson 2]

Therefore, it is important that we return to the scholars in order to place everyone in their rightful place. Inshaa-Allaah, this is the safeguard from exaggeration or falling short in this affair. And Allaah knows best.
