[2] [Repelling the lies of Ali Halabi and his misguided party]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

These are testimonies of the truthful and righteous Imaams of the Sunnah, which can neither be affected by the slanders of the sinful ones nor by the lies of the evil ones, such as the likes of Ali Al-Halabi—the ignoramus—and his misguided party.  How many fabrications and lies do they have against Ahlus Sunnah in general and against Shaikh Rabee in particular!  And from those (fabrications and lies of theirs ) is that they accuse Shaikh Rabee of ignorance, self-contradictory, having changes in his (Manhaj) and other lies which they have perpetrated upon the path of the people of desires.  When they became unable to confront the clear proofs and manifest evidences, they resorted to these despicable and disgraceful paths.  By Allaah they have lied, for indeed the senior scholars have testified a lot for Shaikh Rabee that he is a possessor of knowledge and that he is well grounded in it; and that he is an upright person; steadfast; an aider of the Salafi Creed and a defender of those who call to the Salafi Creed; and that he is a person who repels falsehood and its people with manifest evidences.


The writer (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Our Shaikh Rabee has been praised by his teachers and brothers; they have described him with great and noble characteristics, and from those descriptions is that he upon the path of the pious predecessors – in creed and action.

 

 

His Shaikh, Al-Allaamah Ubaidullaah Ar-Rahmaani Al-Mubaarakfooree (rahimahullah) said: “He (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) has sat and conversed with me regarding the affairs of knowledge. He also came to Mubaarakfoor several times and met me in my house, and indeed I found him to be in possession of abundant knowledge and great virtue–a person possessing sound understanding and an upright nature upon the path of the pious predecessors (may Allaah be pleased with them) in creed and action; a follower of the Book and the Sunnah; a supporter and defender  of the Book and Sunnah–harsh against the people of innovations and desires, and a rebutter of the blind followers…..up until the Shaikh Al-Mubaarakfooree said: ‘’May Allaah bless him (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) in his knowledge and gratify the Muslims with a long life span for him.

 
Al-Allaamah Abdul-Azeez Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah)

When one of the students of knowledge said to Al-Allaamah Abdul-Azeez Bin Baaz: ‘’O Shaikh! Shaikh Rabee speaks ill of such and such, and he speaks ill of the callers;” so Al-Allaamah Bin Baaz replied to him, saying: ‘’Fear Allaah, the man (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) is an Imaam in the Sunnah.”
Al-Allaamah Bin Baaz also said: “Shaikh Rabee is from the best of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah and it is well known that he is from Ahlus Sunnah. His writings and statements are well known.

 

 

 

Shaikh Rabee’s Shaikh Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) said: ‘’Shaikh Rabee is a mujaahid and may Allaah reward him. I am jealous of him due to his jihaad in spreading the Sunnah and in subduing bidah and its people, and due to his concern for the Sunnah and its dissemination in every way he is able….

 

 

Al-Allaamah Muhammad Bin Abdullaah As-Subayyil (rahimahullah) said: His (i.e. Shaikh Rabee) is the Salafi creed and he is from the best of the people, and none speaks against him except a person of desires and illegal partisanship.

 
Al Allaamah Muhammad Bin Saalih al Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said: Shaikh Rabee is from the scholars of the Sunnah and the people of good. His creed is sound and his Manhaj is upright.

 
Al Allaamah Muqbil Bin Haadi al Waadi’ee (rahimahullaah) said: Shaikh Rabee is a sign from the signs of Allaah with regards to his (i.e. Shaikh Rabee’s) knowledge about the people of illegal partisanship; but not like the Iranian signs–the Dajjaaleen (i.e. the liars/imposters of the iranian shee-ah raafidah with their claims to supreme religious leadership despite being callers to major shirk–worship of the dead, graves, shrines, tombs; cursing the companions and other filthy beliefs)

Do not be deceived by Abu Suhaib Bassam and other false claimants to clarity

Abu Suhaib Bassaam has a Tazkiyah from a Mubtadi and keeps the company of the supporters of that Mubtadi

Ali Halabi Al-Mubtadi wrote: Praise be to Allah, and the benediction and salutation on the Messenger of Allah on his progeny and his companions and those who follow him After that: Verily our brother in the cause of Allah, Abu Sohaib Bassam Abul Haj is from among our brothers from the salafiyyun known with us for the propagation of faith to Allah’s book and the Sunnah upon the manhaj of the salaf, refuting the deviated people of innovation. May Allah grant us the right aptitude and every virtue returns to Him.” [End of Quote—original Tazkiyah in Arabic available on the net]

This above recommendation is from the Mubtadi Ali Halabi to Abu Suhaib Bassaam Alee Haaj.  There are no statements of Abu Suhaib freeing himself from this deceitful Mubtadi; rather he entered the city of Manchester as a guest of Masjid As-Sunnah—the supporters, helpers, companions and staunch followers of Ali Halabi Al-Mubtadi, Muhammad al Maghraawi Al-Mubtadi At-Takfeeri and Abul Hasan Al-Maribi Al-Mubtadi Al-Ikhwaani. Indeed, we hope that the following is sufficient as reminder for Abu Suhaib and those deceived by him.

When Sufyaan ath-Thawree came to Basrah, he began to look into the affair of ar-Rabee’ bin Subaih and the people’s estimation of him. He asked them, ‘What is his Madhhab?’ and they said, ‘His madhhab is but the Sunnah.’ He then asked, ‘Who is his companionship?’ And they replied, ‘The people of Qadr.’ So he replied, ‘In that case he is a Qadari.’ [Al-Ibaanah (2/453)]

Ibn Battah said:

“So fear Allaah, O Muslims! The good opinion you have of yourself and the knowledge you have that you are on the correct way, should not lead you to risk your Deen by sitting down with some of these people of desires, thinking, ‘I will intrude upon them in order to debate with them or to expose their ideas.’ However, they are more severe form of Fitnah than the dajjal, and their speech clings to a person more strongly than a severe itch, and can burn the hearts more than a blazing flame can. And I have seen a group of people who used to curse and revile the People of Desires. Then they went and sat with them in order to contest with them and refute them. Then the cheerful, open attitude, the hidden deception and the subtle disbelief continued until they became inclined towards them.” [Source of narration: Al-Ibaanah 2/470]

Abu Suhaib is well aware of the detail refutations of the Scholars against Halabi and his innovations, however he takes pride in halabi’s recommendations and keeps company with the staunch followers of halabi at Masjid As-Sunnah.  So do not be fooled by the Abu Suhaib and the deceitful false claimants to clarity.

A Precise word against the decietful hizbiyyoon

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiriy (may Allaah preserve him and prolong his life upon goodness) said: ”The one who knows of the mistake (of a person) and it is manifest to him, then it is not allowed for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom the affair (i.e. the mistake) is hidden……the (verdicts of the scholars based on their striving to reach the correct positions in affairs that require investigation) are not infallible, therefore it is not permissible to adopt (such verdicts) as a methodology (unrestrictedly).  [For further details, see: Al-Haddul Faasil Bayna Mu-aamalati Ahlul Sunnah Wa Ahlul Baatil: page: 43]


Reader: The above is a simple and precise eye opener that unveils the deceitful games of the Hizbiyyoon–those who hide behind the general  unexplained statements of some of the upright scholars in order to divert attention from the specific knowledge based proofs established against their deviated figureheads, such as Maribi, Halabi, Maghraawi and other innovators.  We seek Allaah’s protection from the deceit and evil games of the hizbiyyoon.

 

Imaam Awzaa’ee–A person does not innovate except….

Imaam Al-Awzaa’ee (rahimahullaah) said:

”A man does not innovate (in the religion) except that he is deprived of his wara (i.e. that fear of Allaah keeping him away from doubtful matters or affairs he fears may ruin his afterlife)” [Siyar 7/125]

 

 

Degraded and Disgraceful Affairs of Certain “Madeenahdotcom” Member/s and Associates – 2nd Degradation

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

By Allah it is saddening that we are compelled to use our precious time in rebutting the nonsensical, absurd and at times dumbfounding statements and actions of those attributing an association to knowledge and the scholars.

Certain individuals to this day make every attempt to refrain from speaking the truth, rather they conceal the truth, concerning innovators such as al-Ma’riby, al-Halaby and their likes. With this regard, we witnessed the attempts of one such madeenhdotcom affiliate to maintain a stance of concealing the truth on al-Ma’riby; the audacity of the lie and attempt at deception may disturb some, but we ask Allah to open our hearts to accepting the truth and realising the reality of these individuals.

A certain Madeenahdotcom member claimed in a gathering with myself and other brothers present that he is being lied against and that actually he is “with Shaikh Rabee’ on the issue of al-Ma’riby” in an attempt to refute the reality that he actually holds a very deceptive chamelon-like position on the affair. Upon declaring that statement the other brothers in the gathering appeared to be convinced at the very open and straight forward nature of his declaration, however I was aware of this individual’s deception from having known him for the region of 15 years and spent time with him during the days at Madinah University. I therefore asked a simple question, “In that case you declare al-Ma’riby is an innovator?”, considering he had moments earlier proclaimed he was being lied against and that he is with Shaikh Rabee’ [and Shaikh Rabee’s stance is well known in declaring al-Ma’riby an innovator] it would have been thought that the answer would have been a straight forward “yes, of course”….otherwise how could he possibly declare that he is with Shaikh Rabee’? With great regret however, it appears certain individuals have very little – if any – honour left for themselves, in an absolute disgraced and degraded manner he stumbled and stuttered upon his words, and with a facial expression ridden with outright guilt he demonstrated clearly he was not able to say “yes”[!]. Instead he began to alter the course of the discussion to other statements of the scholars etc…at which point it became clear that actually he was NOT with Shaikh Rabee’ at all and was in fact attempting a pitiful deception!

By Allah, it is an absolute disaster that an individual who proclaims himself as a “student” could engage in such an attempt at deception and in fact lie. He had hoped no doubt that everyone would simply accept his statement at face value and not pursue it further and perhaps did not anticipate the one simple question that exposed his failed attempt at this disgraceful deception. That in of itself  is sufficient as an exposition of the deceptive nature of such individuals, however the exposition continued.

The individual [upon realising the attempted deception had failed] then began to quote statements of scholars and advice regarding “not becoming involved” in the issue, and so he adopted the new strategy in the gathering of claiming that he was simply following the advice of scholars and not becoming involved and therefore did not have any position and it was not upon him to speak on the issue; truly amazing bearing in mind just moments earlier he was “with Shaikh Rabee”[!]. However after 2 hours of proclaiming this, he was once again exposed by his own deceptive tongue that was unfortunately for him unable to maintain the deception, in the midst of the discussion it slipped from his tongue that actually he “does not declare al-Ma’riby an innovator!” [أنا لا أبدعه were his exact words since the gathering was conducted in Arabic].

Therefore in the space of 2 hours the following occured:

1- Firstly he proclaimed that he was being lied againt and that he is in fact “with Shaikh Rabee'”…but was exposed when asked very simply if al-Ma’riby therefore is an innovator and he rejected that.

2- Then he moved onto taking the position that it is not upon him to become involved or take a position for the next 2 hours.

3- Finally his third change of colours was to let slip that actually he doesnt view al-Ma’riby an innovator at all! Which nullified the whole of his 2 hour argument that “its not upon him to become involved or take a position” since he had now clearly taken a position! In fact he had TWICE taken a position – even though he spent 2 hours presenting evidences that he should not have to do that – since at the beginning he was apparently taking the position of Shaikh Rabee’ [although that was a blatant attempt at deception].

A catastrophic failure may be one way to describe the pitiful shameless behaviour of this individual, and we may add, pre-meditated, since he was aware this gathering was to potentially occur in advance. From apparently being with Shaikh Rabee’, then taking no position, to finally making a full 180 degree turn into declaring he does not view al-Ma’riby an innovator…all of that in approximately the space of 2 hours[!].

By Allah we ask, was this chameleon-like behaviour the way of the Salaf? Protect yourselves and implement the advice of Shaikh Mohammad bin Haady in distancing yourselves from such deceptive individuals.

As it is well known and established, our methodology is based upon the Qur’an & Sunnah with the Understanding of the Salaf of this Ummah. That pure and sound methodology that was practiced by the seal of the prophets Mohammad صلى الله عليه و سلم and his companions رضي الله عنهم; that pure and sound methodology that was preserved and passed down generation after generation from the Righteous Salaf onwards, implemented and taught by the great Imaams the likes of Imam Ahmad, then ibn Taymiyyah then Mohamad bin ‘Abdul-Wahhab, and to our time Shaikh bin Baz, Shaikh ibn ul-‘Uthaymeen, Shaikh al-Albany, Shaikh Ahmed an-Najmy رحمهم الله, Shaikh al-Fawzan, Shaikh Zaid bin Haady al-Madkhaly, Shaikh Rabee’ حفظهم الله to name a few.

It is with great regret that certain individuals to this day encounter extreme difficulty in practicing and teaching this clear methodology…despite their “claim” to Salafiyyah; indeed it is with even greater regret certain individuals who claim an association to knowledge, who claim having studied with the scholars, who claim having graduated from Islamic Institutes, do not cease to experience a severe difficulty in speaking the truth and implementing this sound methodology.

The following article will be a summary of one of the disgraceful affairs that have been experienced from several individuals – from amongst those who have encountered this “difficulty” in practicing the sound methodology – it is not a specification of any one given individual hence no one given name is identified, rather it is a generic clarification of some of the degrading behaviour witnessed as a whole, applicable to multiple individuals. It is an affair that continues to surface again and again – as experienced recently with a madeenahdotcom member -, and so we will clarify again and again to crush this deception.

The claim that they cannot accept the refutations of al-Ma’riby and al-Halaby and their likes, despite the clear detailed refutations that exist, since the “tarbiyyah” [cultivation, upringing, way of behaviour] they have been taught by the scholars is to “not become involved”.

Response: No doubt the scholars have and continue to advise the students and people to busy themselves in that which benefits them, that is the advice of Shaikh Rabee’ and others [we specify the name of Shaikh Rabee’ since it is as if those deviated individuals attempt to portray that the Shaikh busies the people with that which does not benefit subhaanAllah]. However, the most fascinating observation in this regard is the somewhat disturbing bi-polar mentality of these deviated individuals whereby they claim they cannot speak and advise people regarding innovators such as al-Ma’riby and al-Halaby [who have been refuted and exited from Salafiyyah due to their oppositions to the sound methodology] since apparently the “tarbiyyah” they were given from the scholars was to not become involved in such affairs of refutation etc…is it not disturbing – yet fascinating at the same time – how this “tarbiyyah” is brushed aside when it comes to our noble Salafi brothers, whether they be here at al-Markaz as-Salafi, or at SalafiPublications or elsewhere, or whether it is specific individuals at any of these Salafi Centres or several? For indeed you will not witness them implementing their “tarbiyyah” in that instance, rather they will happily mention whatever they are able to gather together in terms of speech against them, and even go into further details and claim jarh mufassir [detailed criticism] exists of certain brothers, and that the appraisal is general etc etc…. disturbing yet fascinating how the “tarbiyyah” is temporarily switched off to enable them to happily speak about the salafis wherever and whoever they may be? Disturbing – yet fascinating – how they are unable to clarify the reality of innovators – individuals who have exited from the fold of Salafiyyah – [due to their “tarbiyya”[!]] yet are able to conveniently speak against other individuals who are SALAFIS? An amazing “tarbiyyah” they claim they have recieved?!

We ask to be protected  from this pitiful state whereby speaking against salafis is of no concern, yet speaking against innovators is a complicated dilemma too difficult to engage in[!]. By Allah it is beyond comprehension how every possible excuse is employed to maintain the deviated figureheads, yet apparently non of those reasons apply to the salafis? “Tarbiyyah”, “We were told not to get involved”, “The scholars have differed”….everything is put to one side when the topic of criticising salafis is mentioned Allahul Musta’an.

We ask Allah to rectify this bi-polar tarbiyyah that some of these disgraceful and degraded individuals have decided to implement, whereby every possible excuse under the Sun will be utilised to refrain from speaking the truth on deviated innovators and their defenders – even lying -, yet refuting the salafis is from the other pole of this apparent “tarbiyyah” and therefore perfectly ok! May Allah aid us and protect us from such pitiful speech and behaviour, and honour us with the pure methodology of Salafiyyah in learning and practice.

Part 8: The False Principles of Ali Halabi (The Innovator)

Halabi’s state of affairs exploded when he authored his book titled Manhajus Salaf As-Saalih in 1429AH to wage a so called war against ”Those who exceed the limits when criticising others”; however in reality this book manifested the corrupt principles he used to hide from the Salafis, which he established in order to decfend the people of innovation and aid the Manhaj of Tamyee. This Manhaj of Tamyee was firstly established by Abul Hasan Al-Maribi (The Innovator), but Halabi completed it.

Therefore, Shaikh Rabee and his students refuted and warned against Halabi’s book but they refrained from declaring him an innovator.  Then Halabi and his students set up a website to wage war against Shaikh Rabee and his students, and they were accompanied by some of the people of ignorance and desires who raised his status.  They went into extremes in speaking ill of the Salafi Scholars of this era and described them with the ugliest descriptions.  They also propagated the doubts of ikhwaan al-Muslimeen and that of the illegal partisans until this website became a place for some of the deviants and the people of Tamyee; and until one could not notice a big difference between it and the websites of the ikhwaan al-Muslimeen and the people of illegal partisanship; and until he manifested an affair which no truthful salafi can ignore – his praise of the Book titled ‘Risaalatu Amaan’ a book that contained statements concerning Wahdatul Adyaan [the call to the unity of  Religions].

So the Salafis refuted Halabi for praising this Book and clarified the severity of the affair.  However, his students defended and praised the book, and they warned against those who refuted it.  Then Halabi agreed with his students in their defence of the book and this was a great catastrophe.  Then Shaikh Rabee warned against Halabi and declared him an innovator.

Halabi Defended Those Who Were Refuted For Their deviations

Observations were made concerning the state of affairs of Usaamah Qoosee, Abu Ishaaq Al-Huwaynee, Muhammad Hassaan and Muhammad Husain Yaqoob; but even before a group of people rallied behind them and listened to them, they did utter statements indicating their deviation from the Salafi Manhaj.  Therefore, the Salafis demanded from them a recantation from these deviations, but they did not; rather they launched a war against those Salafi Scholars who refuted them.

Then Ali Halabi and his companions at Markaz Imaam Albaanee did nothing but join the ranks of these people in opposing Shaikh Rabee and his brothers amongst the Salafi scholars.  He did this under the false pretence of pursuing the middle path and that they were waging war against Extremism in the affair of Criticism and declaring people innovators without a justified reason.  So Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi stopped him and Mash-hoor Hasan in their tracks by refuting and warning against them.  Likewise, Shaikh Ubaid did the same.   As for Shaikh Rabee, he exercised a lot of patience towards Halabi and his companions and advised them repeatedly.  He advised them repeatedly despite the fact that they did utter unbefitting statements against him.  However, he still gave them a final advice in his house but it did not benefit them.

Then a hidden affair became manifested and that was the connection between Markaz Imaam Albaanee and the organisation Ihyaa Turaath—that organization well known for hizbiyyah, politics, its Qutbi orientation and affiliation with one of the heads of innovation of this era known as Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq. Allaah (The Most High) said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ”

”O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, indeed some suspicions are sins’’

Reader: When one refers to the explanation of this ayah, he finds the likes of Imaam as-Saa’di (rahimahullaah) reminding us that Allaah has forbidden much evil suspicion towards the believers, because when evil suspicion settles in the heart, it may lead one to utter that which is unbefitting and impermissible.

 

Brother Okasha makes a claim without providing tangible evidences

He said: The Majority of what we call Salafiyyah is nothing else but Philadelphia, and that is Ainul Hizbiyyah (hizbiyyah in actuality), and you are not accepted if you are not part of it

In the lecture of brother Okasha Abdallaah titled Aqeedah Salafiyyah, he threw this above accusation at his adversaries in Philadelphia; however he provided no tangible proofs to back up his claims.  He stated that the majority of what is called Salafiyyah is nothing else but Philadelphia and that is hizbiyyah in actuality, and you are not accepted if you are not part of it.  He also stated that if you bring a scholar from overseas and he is not from the country that people expect, they reject him; and this Salafiyyah is a kind of hizbiyyah; and that if we do not know this scholar, they are not part of it.

 

Reader: Firstly: The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: “The burden of proof is upon the claimant’’.  Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah) says that if this door of  making claims without proof were left open, then corruption and transgression would have appeared amongst the people, and everyone who desires something from an another person would make a claim.”

Indeed it was incumbent upon him to make a mention of those individuals, groups and organizations guilty of such hizbiyyah in Philadelphia with proofs; because he made a general statement that included everyone who ascribes him/herself to Salafiyyah in Philadelphia.

It is incumbent upon brother Okasha to provide clear proofs to make manifest the affair of those guilty of the grave crime of that Ainul hizbiyyah in Philadelphia; because there are those brothers who are well-known for their clarity upon the Manhajus Salafi.

It is incumbent upon brother Okasha to clarify and detail, as Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) stated in An-Nooniyyah that one must detail and distinguish, because unrestricted and general speech devoid of clarification and distinction has caused corruption and led the views and intellects astray in every era.

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah) said that there has to be detailed explanation and the one who is not proficient in detailing (an affair) should keep quiet, because benefit is not acquired from his speech. And every time error occurs its cause is due to an absence of detailed explanation between truth and falsehood. So there has to be detailed explanation and distinction and an absence of mixing up (affairs). Indeed, it may be that there is something of truth and falsehood in an opponent’s statement, so all of it is neither deemed to be false nor truth, rather a distinction is to be made between its truth and falsehood. Therefore, all of it is neither rejected nor accepted; rather a distinction is made between truth and correctness and the falsehood and error in it. And if you are not proficient in detailing (an affair), then you should not enter into this arena. Therefore, brother Okasha has to detail, explain and distinguish.  He has to produce tangible evidences to support his claims; otherwise his general and unrestricted statements about Salafiyyah in Philadelphia will be viewed as statements that are tantamount to evil suspicion, false accusation, oppression and slander against all those brothers in Philadelphia who are well-known for their clarity upon the Manhaj—those brothers at Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah that have links with the Salafi Mashaa-yikh, such as the likes of Shaikh Rabee, Shaikh Zaid, Shaikh Ubaid, Shaikh Ramzaan and others—those brothers who are visited by the Salafi students and callers, such as the likes of Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah, Ustaadh Amjad Rafiq, Ustaadh Abu Idrees, Ustaadh Anwar Wright, Ustaadh Kashif Khan, Ustaadh Taalib Abdullaah and others.

Secondly: The Salafi mashaayikh who are known to have a strong connection with the Salafi Masaajid and Centres in the West do not know of any hizbiyyah from those brothers at Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah.

Those brothers are not known to be upon the methodology of the false claimants to salafiyyah, such as the likes of the Qutubiyyah, the Surooriyyah and the Haddaadiyyah.  Likewise, they are not known to be upon the methodology of the Mubtadia such as the likes of Abul Fitan Al-Maribi, Muhammad Al-Maghraawi, Ali Halabi and others.

Those brothers are not known to cooperate with the people who are known for their erroneous views, such as the likes of Bilaal Philips, Abu Muslimah, Abu Usaamah, Shadeed Muhammad, Ali Tameemi, Zaraboozo and others.

Those brothers do not co-operate with ahlul bidah wal-ahwaa.  They do not promote the innovated principles of Hasan al-banna and ikhwaan al muslimeen;

They do not uphold the false Manhaj of Muwaazanah; they do not defend Sayyid Qutb the abuser of the Sahaabah; They do not reject the Jarh Mufassar of the scholars in order to defend figureheads and personalities of bidah.

They do not endorse the false principles: “we do not disparage but we only correct mistakes’’ and “Let’s not make our differing about someone else a reason for differing amongst ourselves.’’

They do not hold onto the mistakes and wrong Ijtihaadaat of the scholars in order to maintain allegiance to a hizb or to reject evidences.

They do not bring doubts in the narrations of the trustworthy narrators; they do not make a differentiation between Aqeedah and Manhaj when the scholars pass judgements against the people of bidah.

They do not call to political parties and they do not hold the evil and false view that the salaf differed in Aqeedah.

They do not revile the scholars of ahlus Sunnah in this time and make the people flee from them; they do not defend those who call the Sahaabah ghuthaa-iyyah.

They do not rush to include the misguided sects, parties and organizations into the arena of ahlus Sunnah; they do not call to the unity of religions, democracy and elections.

 

Yaa Okhasha! It is incumbent upon you to give details, distinguish and clarify, otherwise your general statements about salafiyyah in Philadelphia are nothing else but statements that are tantamount to speculation, oppression, lies, slander, exaggeration and evil suspicion.

 

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

“Speech about the people has to be with knowledge and justice, and not by way of ignorance and oppression.’’ [Minhaajus Sunnah: 4/337]

 

Likewise, your speech is very vague and implies the following:

(a)       That all those who ascribe to salafiyyah in Philadelphia are hizbiyyoon

(b)      Those who share the same methodology with those whom you have declared to be upon hizbiyyah are also hizbiyyoon.

So therefore, you should clarify who you intend by your statements so that people are not confused.

 

Indeed, the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: “A person is upon the deen of his friend, so let each of you look at whom he befriends’’ [Al-Ibaanah: 2/439].  Therefore Yaa Okasha! Clarify whether those people visited by the salafi Mashaayikh at Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah are included in your statements or not!

Ibn Mas-ood (radiyallaahu-anhu) said: Indeed a person walks alongside and accompanies the one he loves and who is like him’’ [Al-Ibaanah: 2/476]. Therefore Yaa Okasha! Clarify whether those people visited by the salafi Mashaayikh at Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah are included in your statements or not!

Al-A’mash (rahimahullaah) said: ‘’They (salaf) did not used to ask anything more about a person after having asked about three affairs: Who he walks with, who he enters upon (i.e. visits) and who he associates with amongst the people.’’ [Al-Ibaanah: 2/478].  Therefore Yaa Okasha! Clarify whether those people visited by the salafi Mashaayikh at Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah are included in your statements or not!

 

If you do not clarify, distinguish, detail and provide tangible evidences for your statements and claims with regards to this affair, then know that your statements and claims are tantamount to slander, lies, exaggeration, fabrication, speculation, evil suspicion and defamation!
