[2] Lets share these reminders and benefits from Shaikh Ramzaan Al-Haajiriy (may Allaah preserve him)

Shaikh Ramzaan (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

When the Scholars of Sunnah clarified the truth with its proofs, the haal (state of affairs) of the people of desires was exposed.

When they urged towards adherence to the Jamaa-ah and the Sunnah, the haal (state of affairs) of the people of splitting and innovation became apparent.

When they clarified the (true) state of Jihaad, the difference between it and corruption became apparent.

When they clarified the state of affairs (regarding) bidah and its people, and the correct stance against them (i.e. the people of bidah), the Sunni and the Bid’ee became manifest to the people after what they (the people) have been living in for a long period of time, and after (a period in which) they used to equate the callers to bidah with the callers to the Sunnah.

The reason for success in every Ummah of the Prophets and Messengers

[Reminder] Salafiyyah by Association: By Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah (may Allaah preserve him)

Besides the fact that this lecture was an advice for the women in particular, it should also serve as a reminder for those men who hang around just because they like the personalities of certain people; so when those people are absent or deviated, they also disappear or deviate. In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu-anhu) said, the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

A person is upon the religion of his friend, so let each one of you look at whom he befriends.” [As-Saheehah: 97]

 

Ibn Mas’ood (radiyallaah-anhu) said:

Indeed a person walks alongside and accompanies the one whom he loves and who is like him.” [Al-Ibaanah:2/476]

 

Abu Ad-dardaa (radiyallaahu-anhu) said:

It is from the understanding of a person that he (chooses) those whom he walks with, whom he enters (visits) and whom he sits with.”[Al-Ibaanah: 2/477]

Indeed, the affair of Naveed Ayaaz is amazing! He openly accompanies the people of hizbiyyah and bidah (i.e. Abu Usamah); affiliates himself with the Masjid Committee (i.e. Masjid As-Sunnah- Cheethamhill) that defends obstinate Mubtadia (Maghraawi, Maribi, Halabi); affiliates himself with the affiliates of Ihyaa Turaath (i.e. Greenlane Admin) and promotes other obstinate figureheads of hizbiyyah (i.e. Suhaib Hasan) whose hizbiyyah is well known to the Salafiyyoon of the West; however Naveed wants us to ignore all these calamities and talk about side issues.  Ustaadh Abu Mu’aadh Taqweem Aslam (may Allaah protect him) who has been refuting the calamities states: ‘’It is perplexing as to how and why these individuals of IslamNelson continue to make attempt after attempt at justifying themselves.’’  So we say: Indeed Ustaadh, this is same attitude of the hizbiyyoon in general! They openly proclaim their corrupt alliances and seek false justifications, even though the verdicts of Ahlul Ilm and the reality of the affair belies the corrupt stances of the hizbiyyoon. Therefore, we ask Naveed to repent to Allaah [by way of speech and action] from this destructive companionship and affiliation. He should free himself from the followers of Halabi, Maribi and Maghraawi.

 

The verdict of the scholars against Abul Fitan Al-Maribi

Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Abandon this man (i.e. Abul Hasan) and call to the methodology of Ahlus Sunnah wal-Jamaa-ah.”

Al-Allaamah Abdullaah Al-Ghudayaan (rahimahullaah) said:

”This man (i.e. Abul Hasan al-Maribi) is subjected to trials and tribulations, (he is) insignificant and foolish.”

Al-Allaamah Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) said:

”Indeed, it has been finally established with me that Abul Hasan is a Mubtadi (innova-tor).”

Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee Al-Waadi-ee (rahimahullaah) said:

”Be cautious of Abul Hasan….I fear for the Dawah with regards to Abul Hasan.” He (rahimahullaah) also said: ”Abul Hasan is sly. He utilises cleverness and not what is from righteousness, purity and uprightness…..”

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Hadee al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) said:

The initial affair with regards to them (i.e. Al-Abul Hasan al-Maribi, Muhammad Hassaan and Abu Ishaaq Al-Huwayni) is that they are ikhwaanees, upon the nurturing of the ikhwaanees.”

Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadee (may Allaah preserve him) said:

”Indeed, many of the salafi brothers are aware of the condition of this man (i.e. Abul Hasan Al-Maribi); rather at present he is with the groups of illegal partisanship, and he says, he says and he says of that which is recorded in his cassettes. And he used to reject these (affairs) the day before, but today he came with them with his own tongue. We ask Allaah for wellbeing and safety. He now speaks with the affairs he used to reject from the callers to illegal partisanship the day before….until the Shaikh said: ‘’I know him (i.e. Abul Hasan), he does not feel ashamed of telling lies.”

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiriy (may Allaah preserve him) said:

This man (i.e. Abul Hasan) is an ikhwaanee…”

Verdict of Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi Against Abu Usaamah-The Greenlane Khateeb of desires

Sheikh Ahmad An-Najmi was asked on the 9th of January, 2003 the following question concerning Abu Usaamah Adh-Dhahabi:

Question:

“O Shaykh Ahmad we have with us in America a man called abu usaamah who is considered to be from the Du’aat, he aids and supports abu hasan and he calls some noble salafi brothers gulaat (extremists), muqallidah (blind followers),and muhqiboon (the people whose religion is the religion of the one they blindly follow), so what is the legislated position from this man and how should we deal with him?”

Therefore, it is incumbent upon Naveed to stop fishing in the murky waters and honestly free himself from the hizbiyyoon and their obstinate followers @ Greenlane, Masjid As-Sunnah (Cheethamhill) and elsewhere.   As his other calamities besides the ones related to Manhaj, see links:

Imaam Shaafi-ee (rahimahullaah) said:

The person with the highest status (amongst the people) is the one who does not see his status, and the person with the most virtue is the one who does not see his virtue.” [Siyar 10/99]

Yusuf bin Isbaat (rahimahullaah) was asked: What is the height of humility? He said: ”You do not meet anyone except that you consider him more virtuous than yourself.” [Siyar. 9/170]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said:

And from the signs of wellbeing and success is that whenever the slave is increased in his knowledge, he increases in humility and mercy; and whenever he is increased in action, he increases in his fear and caution; and whenever his age is increased, he decreases in eagerness; and whenever he is increased in wealth, he increases in his generosity and spending; and whenever his status and honour is increased, he increases in coming close to the people, in fulfilling their needs and being humble in (their presence).

And the signs of wretchedness are: Whenever he is increased in knowledge, he increases in pride and haughtiness; and whenever he is increased in actions, he increases in his boasting, mockery of the people and having a good opinion of himself; and whenever he is increased in his status and honour, he increases in pride and haughtiness. These affairs of (wellbeing and wretchedness) are a trial and a test from Allaah, by which He puts His slaves to trial. He brings about wellbeing and wretchedness to a people by way of these affairs. [Al-Fawaa-id. Page:228]

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said:

It is possible for a person to come, holding the certification of a doctorate (PhD), and take up the position of teaching in the faculties and universities, yet he is the most ignorant of people. And if a secondary grade student came, he would be better than him (in understanding and knowledge). And this is witnessed, observed (nowadays), there is to be found now one who holds the certification of a doctorate yet he knows absolutely nothing of knowledge. [Translated by Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah. Sharh Riyaadus Saaliheen 3/436]

Therefore, let it be absolutely clear to every arrogant graduate and boaster; we neither welcome nor give any consideration to any arrogant boaster regardless of his qualifications.  Likewise, we do not entertain anyone who speaks ill or belittles the well-known students of knowledge in the various Maraakiz of Salafiyyah (the well-known students of knowledge who transmit the works of the scholars in English Language in the West)–those who have maintained firmness throughout the Fitan and have no affiliation to the people of hizbiyyah, bidah and Tamyee; such as the likes of Abu Hakeem, Abu Khadeejah, Hasan Somaali, Amjad Rafiq, Abu Idrees, Abdul Ilaah, Uwais Taweel, Abu Umar Faarooq, Taqweem Aslam and others in Canada, America etc (may Allaah protect us and them from trials and tribulations). We give them a helping hand upon Bir and Taqwaa and we do not listen to the complaints of the arrogant inexperienced newcomers and those drowned in despondency.  Therefore, safeguard yourselves from being self-opinionated, arrogant and boastful; rather be sincere and humble.

Warning from those who oppose the Manhaj of the Salaf – Shaykh Al-Uthaymeen

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Speaking about the people of innovation and those who carry unsound concepts or a methodology which is not upright, (then) this is from advice, and not backbiting.

Rather it is (an act of) sincerity to Allaah, His Book and His Messenger (by carrying out what is commanded and forbidding evil etc) and it is (act of sincerity) to the muslims (by giving them good advice).

So if we see an innovator spreading his innovation then it is obligatory that we make clear that he is an innovator so that the people are saved from his evil.

(Likewise) If we see an individual who has an ideology/concept opposing that which the Salaf were upon, then it is obligatory for us to clarify that so that people are not deceived by him.(Likewise) If we see a person who has a specific methodology (whose) outcome is evil then it is obligatory for us to clarify that so that the people are saved from his evil, and this (done) out of sincerity to Allaah, His Messenger and His Book; and it is sincerity to the rulers and their subjects (by giving good advice so that they saved from evil etc).

Regardless of whether speaking about the people of innovation is (done) amongst students (of knowledge) or in other gatherings, this is not backbiting.

And as long as we fear the spread of these innovations, or that concept or that methodology which is in opposition to the methodology of the Salaf; it is obligatory that we clarify so the people are not deceived by that.

Which is better… establishing a Masjid or a School? – Shaykh Uthaymeen

Shaykh al-Uthaymeen (Rahimahullah) was asked:

Which of the two is better -if an individual wants to partake in good actions- building (establishing) a school for the memorisation of Quran or building (establishing) a mosque?

He (Rahimahullah) answered:

(The affair is) in accordance to the need; if the (particular) land needed a mosque more than a school for memorisation of Quran; (then) build a mosque, and if it was the opposite, build a school. The person should contemplate and ponder and not be hasty.
