Any Improvement – at Masjid Al-Furqan Admin (Manchester – Rusholme)- after Reprimanded For Co-operating With Promoters of Mubtadi’ah In 2014?

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Umar [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “People were (sometimes) judged by the revealing of a Divine Inspiration during the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger but now there is no longer any more (new revelation). Now we judge you by the deeds you practice publicly, so we will trust and favour the one who does good deeds in front of us, and we will not call him to account about what he is really doing in secret, for Allah will judge him for that; but we will not trust or believe the one who presents to us with an evil deed even if he claims that his intentions were good”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari. Number 2641]

Firstly, 8 years ago, Masjid Al-Furqan’s Admin – an Admin that attributes itself to the Sunnah – was reprimanded for promoting the books of the Takfeeri Sayyid Qutb, even though they desperately tried conceal their crime.

Who is Sayyid Qutb?

http://www.sayyidqutb.com/

http://www.islamagainstextremism.com/articles/jnyihml-leaflet-sayyid-qutb-and-the-ideology-of-al-qaeda-and-isis.cfm

Allaah knows best whether the Admin has removed the books of Sayyid Qutb; but if they have done so, then indeed that is something praiseworthy. However, we cannot confirm whether this has happened, therefore, ask the Salafi brothers at al-Markazus Salafi (Cheemthamhill).

Secondly, 8 years ago, the Admin also allied with Abu Usaamah – a well known promoter of a well known innovator in religion called Abul Hasan Al-Maribi. Abu Usaamah’s affair is well known. Shaikh Abdul Waahid Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect him] stated in his refutations against him: “Throughout these articles, the reader should understand that we are refuting a person who has been declared to be upon innovation by the great Scholar Ahmad bin Yahyah an-Najmee (rahimahullaah).

Question: “O Shaykh Ahmad we have with us in America a man called Abu Usaamah who is considered to be from the Du’aat, he aids and supports Abul-Hasan and he calls some noble Salafi brothers ghulaat (extremists), muqallidah (blind followers),and muhqiboon (the people whose religion is the religion of the one they blindly follow), so what is the legislated position from this man and how should we deal with him?

The noble Scholar (rahimahullaah) answered: [موقفكم منه كموقفكم من أهل البدعة , أعرض عنه و اتركه – “Your position with him is the same as your position with the People of Innovation. Turn away from him and abandon him].

Thirdly, 8 years ago, the Admin allied with another deceiver called Naveed Ayaz. Visit link about him: http://safeshare.tv/w/iNcxYLpAny

At present 2022, the Admin invites Adnaan Abdul Qaadir – a promoter of the Mubtadi Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq. Recent article about this affair: https://salafidawahmanchester.com/2022/07/30/adnaan-abdul-qaadir-student-of-the-mubtadi-abdur-rahmaan-abdul-khaaliq-and-affiliate-of-ihyaa-turaath-a-guest-at-markaz-at-tawheed-stoke-masjid-al-furqan-manchester-and-muhammadi-masjid/

Finally, indeed, what is apparent and manifest is that Masjid Furqan’s Admin have persisted in co-operation with those associated with innovators in religious affairs and they would not have invited Adnaan Abdul Qadir – a student of the Mubtadi Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq- if that were not the case. You’ve read what Adnaan says about his teacher in the above link (2022 article).

When we demanded nearly 8 years ago that the Admin stop using the name of Sunnah and Salafiyyah to gather numbers through dubious speakers, they accused us of causing splits, even though innovators in the religion are the cause of splits in the Ummah and this Admin continues to ally themselves with people who support innovators, such as their expected guest Adnaan Abdul Qaaadir, who praises the innovator Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq. Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi al-Mad’khali [may Allaah have mercy upon him]said, “The Mubtadi (innovator in religion) is the cause for the splitting, because splitting is connected to innovation and unity (upon the sound creed and methodology of the Salaf) is connected to the Sunnah.  The obligation of refuting the Mukhaalif (the opposer of the truth) is not lifted from the scholar due to anticipation of harm, unless it is harm he is not able to bear.  Then (in this case), Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.  The earth is not devoid of people of knowledge who will carry out refutation against the Mubtadi and the Mukhaalif.” [Al Ajwibah Al Mukhtasar Alaa As-ila Al-Ashrati pages 43-44]

Imaam Albaani [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “It is not hidden from every Muslim who is acquainted with the Book, the Sunnah and that which our pious predecessors were upon that the Tahazzub (Illegal partisanship) and gathering amongst the groups that carry different views or different methods (of Dawah) has nothing to do with Islaam; rather in many Aayaat of the Qur’aan our Lord (The Mighty and Majestic) has prohibited us from that. Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَلَا تَكُونُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِڪِينَ
مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمۡ وَڪَانُواْ شِيَعً۬ا‌ۖ كُلُّ حِزۡبِۭ بِمَا لَدَيۡہِمۡ فَرِحُونَ

”And be not of Al-Mushrikun (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, idolaters, etc.). Of those who split up their religion (i.e. who left the true Islamic Monotheism), and became sects, [i.e. they invented new things in the religion (Bid’ah), and followed their vain desires], each sect rejoicing in that which is with it.” [30: 31-32] [Fataawaa Al-Muhimmah Fee Tabseeril Ummah. Page:118]

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “There is nothing in the Book or the Sunnah that allows different groups and parties; rather that has been censured in the Book and the Sunnah. Allaah (The Most High) said:

فَتَقَطَّعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَهُم بَيۡنَہُمۡ زُبُرً۬ا‌ۖ كُلُّ حِزۡبِۭ بِمَا لَدَيۡہِمۡ فَرِحُونَ

”But they (men) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its belief.” [23:53]

And there is no doubt that these parties oppose that which Allaah has commanded. Allaah (The Most High) said:

إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِۦۤ أُمَّتُكُمۡ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ وَأَنَا۟ رَبُّڪُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُونِ

”Truly! This, your Ummah [Sharia or religion (Islamic Monotheism)] is one religion, and I am your Lord, therefore worship Me (Alone).” [21:92] [ Fataawaa Al-Muhimmah Fee Tabseeril Ummah. Page:120]

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “It is obligated on the scholars to clarify the reality. They should debate every group and give advice to all, so that they can traverse upon the path Allaah has ordained for His slaves, and the path which His Messenger Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) called to. And whoever oversteps this path or remains upon obstinacy, then it is obligatory to expose him”. [Fataawaa Al-Muhimmah Fee Tabseeril Ummah. Page: 116]

“And from the greatest of affairs – in preserving and upholding this Sharee’ah- is to stand firm with knowledge and justice against innovation in religion and the innovators in religion, utilising the paths of the Sharee’ah to oppose their transgressions, repel their plots, manifest the signpost of (sound) allegiance and enmity (for the sake of Allaah), love and hate for the sake of Allaah and putting it into practice. If the harm of innovation in religion was limited to the innovator and not transferred to others, then the affair would have come to an end and the circumstances would have been made easy; however (with regards to the innovation), there is that which harms the innovator, that which harms his followers with regards to following bidah, that which harms the Religion itself and that which harms the Ummah that falls into bidah in its religious affairs. [At-Ta’aqqubaat As-Sareehah Alaa Risaalah An-Naseehah Lid-Duktoor Ibraaheem Ibn Aamir Ar-Ruhayli. Page 58 -By Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhaari]

This Admin – once again – is judged based on their companionship, allies and associates. They invited the caller to faslehood (Abu Usaamah) in the past and now they invite Adnaan Abdur Qaaadir. Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu-anhu) said, the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said, “A person is upon the religion of his friend, so let each one of you look at whom he befriends”. [As-Saheehah: 97] Ibn Mas’ ood (radiyallaahu-anhu) said: Indeed a person walks alongside and accompanies the one whom he loves and who is like him. (Al Ibaanah 2/476] Al A’maah (rahimahullaah) said: They (the Salaf) did not used to ask anything more about a person after having asked about three affairs: Who he walks with, who he enters upon (i.e. visits) and who he associates with amongst the people”. [Al Ibaanah 2/478] Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood (radiyallaahu anhu) said: Make consideration of the (regions of the) earth by the names given to them and make consideration of a person by his companion”. [Ibaanah 2/497] Mu’aadh Bin Mu’aadh said to Yahyah bin Sa’eed, “aa Abaa Sa’eed! A person may hide his viewpoint from us, but he will not be able to hide this in his son or friend or in one whom he sits with”. [ Ibaanah 2/436] [Translated by Spubs]

Imaam Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Regardless of what you many receive of praise and respect from the people, they judge the people by their associates. Therefore, it is befitting that a person takes pride in accompanying the best of the people and beware of the evil ones. A righteous companion is like a seller of musk; he either gives you some or you get a good smell from him. And the evil companion is like the blower of the bellows, he either burns you or you receive a bad smell from him. And Allaah knows best”. [Noorul Basaa-ir Wal-Albaab Fee Ahkaamil Ibaadaat Wal-Mu-aamalaat Wal-Huqooq Wal-Aadaab: page: 66]

And Allaah knows best.

Adnaan Abdul Qaadir – Student of the Mubtadi [Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq and Affiliate of Ihyaa Turaath]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [Surah An-Nisaa. Ayah 135]

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Whoever among you sees evil, let him change it with his hand. If he is unable to do so, then with his tongue. If he is unable to do so, then with his heart, and that is the weakest level of faith”. [Saheeh Muslim 49]

Firstly, who is Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq? He is a well known Ikhwaanee and a Mubtadi (an innovator in the religion). So, before reading the evidences, let us quote a statement of one of the pious predecessors – Imaam Al-Awzaa’ee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] who stated: “O Muslims! Fear Allaah, accept the advice of the sincere advisers and the admonition of the admonishers. know that this knowledge is religion, so beware of what you do, from whom you take your religion, the one you follow and the one with whom your religion is safe, because indeed all the proponents of religious innovation are all falsifiers, liars and sinners. They are not cautious – neither do they pay attention nor do they fear, and together with that they are not to be trusted that they would not distort what you hear. They say what they do not know with regards to what they disapprove and when proclaiming their lies; but Allaah (knows, hears and sees) what they do. Therefore, be cautious of them, trust them not, reject them and avoid them, because indeed this is what your earlier scholars did and commanded, and likewise the righteous ones who came thereafter. Be careful of opposing Allaah and being the means to destroying the religion He has ordained – breaking its commands and prohibitions, nullifying and weaking it by respecting the innovators in religious affairs and those who initiate that which is not from the religion, because you know what has been transmitted (i.e. the prohibitions) about respecting or exalting them. And what can be greater respect and exaltation than acquiring your religion from them- following and believing them, drawing close to them and assisting them in enticing the ones they entice and woo to their views and the religion (i.e. religious innovations) they follow. This is sufficient to be regarded as associates of theirs in what they do”. (1)

Who is Adnaan Abdul Qaadir? He is a student of the Ikhwaanee Mubtadi (Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq) about whom you have read in the above links. Adnaan praises and shelters Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq saying that he was one of those who spread pure Islamic monotheism as follows:

Indeed, whoever praises or shelters an innovator in the religion has committed a major sin. Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] – the one who never speaks out of his own desire, rather everything he says in religion is divine revelation from his Lord – stated: “Allaah has cursed the one who slaughters (i.e. an animal as sacrifice) for other than Allaah. Allaah has cursed the one who curses his parents. Allaah has cursed the one who shelters a Muhdith. Allaah has cursed the one who alters the landmarks”. [Reported by Imaam Muslim 1978]

[لَعَنَ الله- Allaah has cursed]: It means to be repelled and distanced from Allaah’s mercy (2) Shaikhul Islaam [i.e. Imaam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhaab (rahimahullaah)] said: Allaah curses the one who deserves to be cursed by way of statement, just as he sends blessings to the one who deserves blessings. Allaah said:

He it is Who sends His blessings and praises on you, and His angels too [ask Allaah to bless and forgive you], that He may bring you out from darkness [of disbelief and polytheism] into light [of Belief and Islamic Monotheism]. And He is Ever Most Merciful to the believers. Their greeting on the Day they shall meet Him will be “Salam: Peace (i.e. the angels will say to them: Salamu ‘Alaikum)!” [Surah Al-Ahzaab. Aayaat 43-44]

Allaah said: [إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَعَنَ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ سَعِيرًا -Verily, Allah has cursed the disbelievers, and has prepared for them a flaming Fire (Hell)]. [Surah Al-Ahzaab. Aayah 64] (3)

The section of the hadeeth we wish to highlight here is the Messenger’s statement, “Allaah has cursed the one who shelters a Muhdith”. The word Muhdith pronounced with a kasrah under the Daal means a culprit, perpetrator; and pronounced with a Fat-hah on the Daal (Muhdath) means an affair innovated in the religion, sheltering and being pleased with it]. (4) “Allaah has cursed the one who shelters a Muhdith”- Meaning: [a] Those who shelter Ahlul Bidah Wal Ma’aasee [The Proponents of innovation in religion and Disobedience] and aid them. [b] Those who stop the one who establishes the legislated Islamic punishment against the innovator [i.e. such as preventing the Muslim ruler from punishing the innovator or the scholar who refutes him]. [c] Those who establish innovation in religion and support it. [Ref 8] This innovation includes that of the Jahmiyyah, the Mutazilah and others. So, whoever shelters an innovator (in religion) is cursed and likewise the one who aids him. In this is a warning against Bidah and newly invented matters (i.e. beliefs, acts of worship, methodologies) in the religion. The Prophet said, “Beware of newly invented matters in the religion, for every innovation [in religious affairs] is misguidance”. The apparent meaning of this hadeeth [is that this is the case regarding bidah], even if it is a small bidah. (5)

Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan [may Allaah protect him] stated: It is not permissible to exalt and praise the innovators even if they have some truth with them. That is because raising and praising them will spread their bidah and place them amongst the sincere ones-those who are taken as examples amongst distinguished men of this Ummah. The Salaf warned against having trust for the innovators, (warned against) praising them and their gatherings. In this regard, Asad Ibn Musa (rahimahullaah) wrote: ”Beware of being a brother of the innovator (by association) or a companion of his, or one whom you sit with; for indeed it has been narrated that ‘Whoever sits with a person of innovation has left the protection of Allaah and is entrusted to himself’.

The innovators must be warned against and kept away from even if they have some truth with them. Indeed, the most astray are not devoid of some truth, but as long as they have with them innovation, opposition and sinful views, it is not permissible to praise and exalt them. It is impermissible to not have an objection against their innovation because this spreads bidah, belittles the Sunnah and by way of this the innovator will emerge and become a guide for the Ummah.

As for giving consideration (to the fact) that the innovation has some truth, this does not justify praising him. This is -to a far greater extent- against what is of overriding benefit and it is known in relation to a principle in the religion that averting harm takes precedence over seeking that which is of benefit. And with regards to having hatred for the innovator, the harm that is averted from the Ummah is weightier than the benefit possessed by the innovator. And had we adhered to this concept (i.e. praising the innovator because he has some truth with him), then no one would have been judged to be misguided and declared an innovator. That is because there is not an innovator except that he has some truth and adherence to the Sunnah. The innovator (may) neither be a disbeliever nor be in opposition to all the Islamic legislation; rather he is either an innovator in some or most of the affairs. However, if the innovation is particularly related to affairs of Creed and Methodology, then the affair is dangerous indeed because it will become an example (to be followed); innovation will spread and the innovators will become active in spreading their innovation. So, this person who praises the innovators and makes their affair obscure to the people -due to some truth they (i.e. innovators) have – is one of two (people): Either he is one ignorant of the methodology of the pious predecessors and their stance against the innovators, so neither is it permissible for this ignorant one to speak nor is it permissible for the Muslims to listen to him; or he is one who has an objection to the truth because he knows the danger of innovation and the innovators, but he wishes to spread innovations. Nevertheless, this is a dangerous affair and it is not permissible to be lackadaisical with regards to innovation and its people, whatever that may be. (6)

After being acquainted with the Mubtadi (Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaalid) and his student Adnaan, then indeed we must now acquaint you with their organisation called (Ihyaa At-Turaath)! Read here what the scholars aay about this organisation:

After being acquainted with Ihyaa At-Turaath, then indeed we must now remind you about those who co-operate with them, such as Greenlane. Read here about Greenlane:

After being acquainted with the false methodology of the Mubtadi (Abdur Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq) and Adnaan Abdul Qaadir, then indeed the affair of Greenlane (Birmingham), Markaz at-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent), Masjid Al-Furqan (Manchester) and Muhammadi Masjid (Bradford) becomes manifest, because they are companions or hosts of Adnaan Abdul Qaadir – the one who praises and shelters an innovator in the religion and you’ve already read about the gravity of such as sin in the statement of the Messenger, “Allaah has cursed the one who shelters a Muhdith”. The picture below shows where Adnaan – student and shelterer of an innovator – is going to visit…..

This is the companionship of Markaz at-Tawheed, Greenlane, Muhammadi Masjid, Masjid Al-Furqan (Manchester) and their ilk.

Indeed, these Masaajid and their ilk ally and accompany those who shelter an innovator in the religion, even though they claim to be upon the authentic Sunnah. Allaah [The Most Most High] said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ
ڪَبُرَ مَقۡتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُواْ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ

O you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do? Most hateful it is with Allah that you say that which you do not do. [Surah As-Saff. Aayaat 2-3]

Therefore, when you enter Stoke On Trent, then know without any doubt that there are only two Masjids – [Masjid Al Furqan (105 Roundwell St, Tunstall ST6 5AW) and Masjid Abi Hurairah (North Rd. ST6 2BP) – that are free from all the innovators and their allies. And when you enter Manchester or Greater Manchester, then know that there are only two Masjids free from the innovators and their allies (Al-Markazus Salafi – Cheemthamhill) and Masjid al-Huda (Bolton – BL3 4DU). And when you enter Bradford, then know that there is only one Masjid that is free from the innovators and their allies, and that is Masjid As-Sunnah (3 Paternoster lane, BD7 3DS). We ask Allaah to grant us the Tawfeeq to cling to the Sunnah, abandon the innovators in religion and those who shelter them. We also ask Allaah to guide them or protect us from their falsehood Aameen.

Who Did Shaikh Abu Iyaad Receive Recommendation From as a Student of Knowledge?- [Brief Reply to Those Who Ask From The East and The West]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

One of our elders and teachers [may Allaah protect him] who is abroad at present informed us today at 5.47 am that some people have started once again seeking to question Shaikh Abu Iyaad’s credentials as a student of knowledge; therefore, we briefly present here that which will suffice the honest seeker of clarity. Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri [may Allaah protect him] stated when asked about the Salafi callers:

I say: I advise you- if you do love those who give sincere advice- that neither accept cassettes nor books except those of a person whom you know to be upon the Sunnah and a witness of that is established for him-the one well-known to be upon the Sunnah and an opposition to it is not manifested from him. This is an (abiding) general principle applied to him whilst he is alive and after his death. The one who passed away and we regarded him to be upon the Sunnah, then in our view he is upon the Sunnah and we ask Allaah to keep him firm upon it in the afterlife [i.e. Allaah grants him firmness to answer the questions in the grave due to adherence to the Sunnah (Tawheed and following the Messenger) and resurrects him in the afterlife as a person of Sunnah] just as he was kept firm upon it whilst he was alive…Aameen. This is the first affair. Secondly: If the affair of a person is hidden from you–the one whose books and cassettes are famous and his fame is widespread–then ask those who are well acquainted with him and those who know about his state of affairs. That is because neither is the Sunnah hidden nor are its people. A man’s Tazkiyah (i.e. the clear witness that he is upright upon the Sunnah) are his own actions. His Tazkiyah are his own actions that he is upon the Sunnah. It is the witness and the people mention him with it during his life and after his death. The poet said, “Do not ask about a man, but ask about his companion, because every person guides himself by his companion”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/439] Ibn Mas’ood said, “Indeed, a person walks along & accompanies the one whom he loves & who is like him”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/476] Abu Dardaa said, “It is from the Fiqh (understanding of a person) that he (chooses) those whom he walks with, whom he enters upon (visits) & whom he sits with”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/477] Al-A’mash said, “The Salaf did not used to ask anything more about a person after having asked three affairs: Who he walks with, who he enters upon (visits) & who he associates with amongst the people”. [al-Ibaanah 2/478] Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood said, “Make consideration of the (regions of the) earth by the names given to them & make consideration of a person by his companion”. [al-Ibaanah 2/479] Mu’aadh Bin Mu’aadh said to Yahyah Bin Sa’eed, O Abu Sa’eed! A person may hide his viewpoint from us, but will not be able to hide that in his son, or his friend or in one whom he sits with”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/437] Translated by Spubs

[11a] Usaamah Ibn Ataayaa’s – [The Pottymouth Vile Hater] – Dangerous Verdict That We Only Pretend to Be Salafiyyoon!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Firstly, we remind the vile supporters of vile Usamah that the above narration does not allow them to pass judgement based on other than what is apparent and that they do not possess an atom’s weight of proof to show that we have nullified, violated or opposed any principle of Salafiyyah in creed or methodology, therefore, it becomes very clear that vile Usaamah has once again transgressed the limits by claiming that we pretend to be Salafiyyoon! Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him] commented on a few reports regarding this subject matter (i.e. passing judgements based on what is apparent), and then stated, “These hadiths and verses establish (the proof) that the affairs of the servants of Allaah are dealt with based on what is apparent. As for (what is in the) hearts, it is left to Allaah – the secrets (or hidden things in the hearts) are entrusted to Allaah (for judgement), unless they reveal from what is hidden that which shows the opposite of what is apparent, otherwise the basic (initial) affair is that they are to hold to account for what they reveal, except for those whose hypocrisy is known. Allaah said: [فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُمْ – But if they repent and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat, then leave their way free] [Surah At-Tawbah. Aayah 5]

Allaah said: [فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَنُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ – But if they repent, perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know] [Surah At-Tawbah. Aayah 11]

Allah [The All-Mighty and Exalted] clarified that when they make apparent the (outward) affairs (that shows affiliation) to Islaam, then they are our brothers (in faith), and their way is left free for them (see tafseer). Their hearts cannot be searched (or investigated), unless they show hypocrisy. If their hypocrisy becomes apparent, the ruling that applies to hypocrites is applied to them. [Then the Imaam quoted few other ahaadeeth regarding this affair. (2)

Therefore, we ask the supporters of vile Usaamah: why does your mentor go beyond this principle?! The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “The over-stringent ones are destroyed”. Imaam Nawawi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The over-stringent ones are those who look too deeply (into affairs) and are excessive- those who exceed the Hudood (prescribed legislated Sharee’ah boundaries) in their statements and actions”. (3)

Secondly, our companionship is well-known in the east and west, therefore, name a single caller to Kufr, Bidah, Tamyee or Ghuluww who is associated (affiliated) with us, supported or honored by us; rather due to forbidding Ghuluww, abandoning those who refuse to abandon Ghuluww and warning against those who support the callers to Ghuluww, Usaamah decided to warn against us, which is falsehood in the first place, and then decided to add more danger to his falsehood by claiming – through that which shaytaan beautified for him of excessive speech – that we only pretend to be Salafiyyoon!

Finally, we remind the supporters of vile Usaamah that the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “Shall I not inform you of the biggest of the great sins?” We We said, “Certainly, O Allah’s Messenger”. He said, “To associate partners with Allaah in worship, to be undutiful to one’s parents.” The Prophet sat up after he had been reclining and added, “And I warn you against giving forged statement and a false witness; I warn you against giving a forged statement and a false witness.” The Prophet kept on saying that warning till we thought that he would not stop”. (4)

He [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] also said: “Whoever argues based on falsehood knowingly will not cease to be under the wrath of Allaah until he stops. And whoever says about a believer that which is not true, he will reside in Radghat Al-Khabaal (pus) until he recants”. (5)

The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “A slave of Allah may utter a word without thinking whether it is right or wrong, he may slip down in the Fire as far away a distance equal to that between the east.” (6)

We ask Allaah to protect us from vile Usaamah’s transgression, guide him or break his back Aameen.

[10] Usaamah Ibn Ataayaa’s – [The Pottymouth Vile Hater] – Verdict of Hizbiyyah Against Us Based on Guessing and Aggravated (Compounded) Ignorance or Vain Desires?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Knowledge (Ilm) is to comprehend the reality of something as it truly is, with certainty. The levels of comprehension are six: [Al ‘Ilm – Knowledge], which is to comprehend the reality of something as it truly is, with certainty. [Al Jahlul Baseet- slight ignorance], which is absence of full comprehension. [Al Jahlul Murakkab-, Aggravated/compounded ignorance], which is to comprehend something in a way contrary to its true reality. [Al Wahm – Delusion], which is to think that one comprehends something despite the presence of that which should cause you to realize that you are incorrect. [Ash Shakk- Doubt], which is to think that you comprehend something, yet you are aware of something contrary to it which you think has the same possibility of being the truth. [Dhann – Preponderant belief], which is comprehension of something, despite the presence of something which is contrary to it, but which is less likely to be true. (1)

What is Al-Jahlul Murakkab? Shaikh Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: “Which one is more repugnant- Al Jahlul Baseet [i.e. the type of ignorance which shows that the person knows nothing about a particular affair] or Al Jahlul Murakkab [i.e. the type of ignorance which shows that a person understands something in a manner contrary to what it is in reality – he neither knows nor knows that he does not know]? Answer: Yes, certainly. There is no doubt that Al-Murakkab is indeed more repugnant”. (2)

Potty mouth Usaamah definately spoke based on Al-Jahlul Murakkab or desires, because he accused Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah and all of us of Hizbiyyah [illegal partisanship] without an atom’s weight of clear proof, rather he only ranted and insulted! What is Hizbiyyah? Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali [may Allaah preserve him] stated, “Partisanship to particular idea (thought, view) that opposes the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger, (establishing) allegiance and enmity based upon it, this is illegal partisanship. This is illegal partisanship even if not (done under an) organisation”. (3)

Therefore, we say to the supporters of vile slanderous Usaamah: name a single idea, thought or view – an affair either related to Aqeedah or Manhaj – initiated by us that opposes the Qur’aan and the authentic Sunnah! Indeed, neither vile Usaamah nor his supporters can name a single affair, therefore that leaves us with only two observations regarding their affair, which is the fact that either vile Usaamah and his supporters have misunderstood hizbiyyah and are still unaware that they have misunderstood, or they have passed this verdict against us based on vain desires. This behaviour is not befitting a Muslim, let alone a people who attribute themselves to the Sunnah. Allaah [The Exalted] said: [ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهۡوَى ٱلۡأَنفُسُ‌ۖ – They follow but a guess and that which they themselves desire] [Surah An-Najm. Aayah 23] Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Guessing is Shubhah (i.e. something that resembles the truth but is falsehood in reality) and What they themselves desire is Shahwa (vain) desire, whereas what came us from our Lord opposes both of them”.(4)

To pass a judgement in the religion is an act of worship and has to be based on clear proof and piety- free from guessing, conjecture and vain desires. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah protect him] said, “Not acting on knowledge leads to hardness of the heart. And when this hardness afflicts the heart, it destroys it and thus neither does the heart accept truth nor act upon knowledge. It leads to concealment of knowledge, acting contrary to knowledge, leads [the person to] follow desires and rejects truth that is a clear as the sun”. (5)

The Shaikh also said: Worship Allaah based on that which the Messenger conveyed [i.e. the authentic Sunnah] and based on the texts of the Qur’aan. Neither worship Allaah based on ignorance nor desires, rather worship Allaah based on knowledge. That which is sought after from seeking knowledge is to act upon it, and acting cannot be [fulfilled] except after acquiring knowledge, just as Allaah [The Blessed and Exalted] said:

[فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنبِكَ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ۗ – So know (O Muhammad) that none has the right to be worshipped but Allaah, and ask forgiveness for your sin, and also for (the sin of) believing men and believing women]. [Surah Muhammad. Aayah 19]

Imaam Al-Bukhaari wrote a chapter based on this Aayah, saying: Chapter: “Knowledge precedes speech and action”, because it is obligated on us to act based on knowledge and we are only to worship Allaah based on knowledge. We do not worship Allaah based on ignorance or desires. (6)

Finally, the Imaam of Jarh Wat-Tadeel in our era Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee, Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri and others are witnesses to this fact that Salafipublications are upon a sound Salafi Manhaj- may Allaah protect us and them Aameen. Neither upon the methodology of the Qutubiyyah and Surooriyyah nor that of the Haddaadiyyah; neither upon the methodology of Al-Maghraawi nor that of Al-Maribi, Halabi, Al-Hajoori, Bilaal Philips, Abu Muslimah, Abu Usaamah, Shadeed Muhammad, Ali Tameemi, Zaraboozo and others; neither upon the innovations of Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen and Hasan al-Banna nor that of Jamaat At-Tableegh and Muhammad Ilyaas; neither reject the Jarh Mufassar of the scholars in order to defend figureheads and personalities of bidah nor speak with Al-Muwaazanah to accommodate the groups, sects and figureheads of Bidah; neither promote the false principle “We do not disparage but we only correct mistakes’’ nor the other false principle “Let’s not make our differing about someone else a reason for differing amongst ourselves.’’ Neither bring doubts in the narrations of the trustworthy narrators nor differentiate between Aqeedah and Manhaj in order to destroy the clear boundaries between the Salafi Methodology and the false methodologies; neither call to political parties nor the evil and false view that the Salaf differed in Aqeedah, neither revile the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah in this time and make the people flee from them, and pronounce false tabdee on the people, such as the likes of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi, nor defend those who call the Sahaabah scum, such as Abul Hasan Al-Maribi; neither call the people to accept the misguided sects, parties and organizations into the domain of Ahlus Sunnah nor call to the unity of religions; neither defend the principles that are now been propagated by likes of Ibraaheem Ruhayli nor the extremism that has afflicted Muhammad Bin Haadi and the Musaafiqah. Indeed, the fools – potty mouth Usaamah and his ilk witness all these affairs, but do not take heed. “The reality of foolishness is to place something in other than its rightful place”. (7) “A fool imagines the impossible as the possible and the ignorant cannot differentiate the impossible from the possible. The fool knows the right thing but does not act upon it, and the ignorant one does not know the right thing, but would have acted upon it if he knew”. (8) We ask Allaah to protect us from ignorance, vain desires  and foolish behaviour Aameen.

[9] Usaamah Ibn Ataayaa – [The Pottymouth Vile Hater] – Roaming The Dangerous Borders of Conjecture and Vain Desires By Passing Judgements Without An Atom’s Weight of Proof!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Shaikh Abdul Waahid Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protected him] quoted Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah preserve him] as follows: It is well known from ahlus-Sunnah that whoever fell into an affair necessitating unbelief that takfīr is not performed until the proof is established upon him. As for the one who falls into an innovation, then he is of categories.

The first category: Ahlul-Bid’ah such as the Rawāfid, the Khawārij, the Jahmiyyah, the Qadariyyah, the Mu’tazilah, the Grave-worshipping Sūfīs, the Murji’ah, and whoever is connected to them [in our times] such as al-Ikhwān, at-Tablīgh and those similar to them. For these innovations the Salaf did not make it a condition that the proof be established due to the fact that the ruling upon them is [in accordance to] the innovation. So regarding the Rāfidī, it is said about him, “Innovator (mubtadi’)”. As for the Khārijī, it is said about him, “Innovator”, and so on, regardless of whether the proof is established upon him or not.

The second category: The one who is from ahlus-Sunnah and then he fell into a clear-cut innovation such as the saying that the Qur’ān is created, or the denial of the Pre-Decree, or he has the views of the Khawārij or other than that. Then upon this person tabdī’ is performed, i.e. he is declared an innovator – and this was the behavior of the Salaf. An example of this is what is narrated from Ibn ‘Umar (radi Allaahu ‘anhu), when he was asked regarding the Qadariyyah, he answered: “When you meet them, inform them that I am free from them, and they are free from me.”

The third category: Someone who was from ahlus-Sunnah, well known for seeking the truth but he fell into a subtle bid‘ah. So if this person dies, then it is not permitted to make tabdī’ of him, rather he is mentioned with good. And if he is alive, he is advised and the truth is made clear to him, and one does not hasten to make tabdī’ of him, but if he persists [upon innovation], then he is declared an innovator.

Shaikhul-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah, died 728H) stated: “There are many from the Mujtahidīn (Scholars) of the Salaf and of later times who spoke with and acted upon innovation whilst not knowing it to be an innovation. This was either due to weak ahadīth that they thought were authentic; or Quranic Verses they understood in an incorrect manner; or due to an opinion one would hold in an issue because the texts had not reached him. So if a man fears his Lord to the best of his ability, he enters into the saying of Allāh: “Our Lord, do not take us to account if we are forgetful or mistaken.” And there occurs in a hadīth that Allāh stated [in response]: “I have done so.” And this matter has been explained in another place.”

Nevertheless the point is that it is not permitted to place unrestricted conditions regarding the establishment of proofs upon ahlul-Bid’ah in general, and nor negate these conditions unrestrictedly – and the affair is as I have mentioned.

So my advice to the students of knowledge is that they hold fast to the Book and Sunnah and that they are disciplined and grounded upon the Manhaj of the Salaf in every aspect of their Religion – and specifically in the arena of takfīr, tafsīq [6] and tabdī’ so that there is not excessive disputing and argumentation in these matters.

I particularly advise and encourage the Salafī youth that they abandon those affairs that sow malice, rancor, differing and splitting – affairs that are hated by Allāh and which He warned against – affairs that the noble Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam), the Companions and the Righteous Salaf warned against. Also [I advise] the Salafī youth to strive to spread those affairs that lead to love, affection and brotherhood between them – those affairs that are loved by Allāh (the Mighty and Majestic) and His Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam). May the salutations and peace of Allāh be upon our Prophet, his family and his Companions. End of quote: https://abukhadeejah.com/shaikh-rabee-establishment-of-proof-in-declaring-a-person-to-be-an-innovator/

Indeed, the state of this silly (or stupid) fool is that he has no basis for his statements other than desires and conjecture. Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “A person must have (sound) comprehensive fundamental principles to which the branches of a subject matter are referred back to in order to speak based on knowledge and justice; then he knows how those branches of the subject matter are established (or the way in which they are impacted by the sound comprehensive principles), otherwise, he will remain upon lies and ignorance in the branches and upon ignorance and oppression in the sound comprehensive fundamental principles, and thus great corruption occurs”. [Al-Majmoo Al-Fataawaa 19/203]

Therefore, we ask few simple questions to the supporters of this vile Usaamah Ibn Ataayaa [may Allaah guide him or break his back]: (1) Which of the sound fundamental principles of the pious predecessors did he utilise to pass this judgement that we are ahlul bidah, upon Haddaadiyyah or Khaarijiyyah? (2) Which sound fundamental principles – both in Aqeedah and Manhaj – did we oppose or nullify in order to enter into the circle of ahlul bidah, Haddaadiyyah and khaarijiyyah? (3) Name a single bidah we have initiated that warrants these descriptions? Indeed, the bidah of the groups and sects – mentioned in the above article transmitted from Al-Allaamah Rabee by Shaikh Abdul Waahid – are well-known to every Salafi, however vile Usaamah did not and cannot cite a single one that applies to us. This is the same destructive mistake Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi fell into by rushing to pass judgements and refuses to recant, and thus was reprimanded by Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi. Read here by Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allaah preserve him]– https://twitter.com/AbuIyaadSP/status/1018974451269033986/photo/1 Reminder: Shaykh Rabiʿ’s request for Shaykh Muḥammad bin Hādī to justify his tabdīʿ of Salafī students and shaykhs and to explicitly name the major scholars he accused of being “affected” and “destroyed” by the “Ṣaʿāfiqah” – one month, no answer.

Vile Usaamah’s first calamity is that he objects to the warning that was transmitted from Al-Allaamah Rabee by Al Maktabatus Salafiyyah against the staunch supporters of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi, such as Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhayli, so he warns against those who warn against the supporters of a person who commits excess; then he added a more destructive excess by passing the judgement that we are ahlul bidah and haddaadees, and that amongst us are hidden khawaarij etc Amazing indeed is the affair of this reckless – stupid fool! When Al-Allaamah Rabee warned against Dr Muhammad’s oppressive judgements and false Tabdee, and when both Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and Shaikh Abu Iyaad warned against the gathering of Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhayli, they adhered to the sound principles of Salafiyyah, unlike Usaamah, who solely followed conjecture and vain desires. Listen and read Clarification by Shaikh Abu Iyaad and Shaikh Abu Khadeejah- [A warning, a Refutation, Rebuke Against a Mistake or Behaviour Does Not Automatically Necessitate Tabdee; & a Mention of Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi’s & Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhaylee’s Affair: From 52mins onwards]

https://mixlr.com/albaseerah/showreel/narration-from-the-salaf-regarding-creed-and-methodology

https://abukhadeejah.com/muhammad-hadi-allegations-and-response-of-the-major-scholars/

Therefore, who in reality is roaming around the dangerous borders of Haddaadiyyah – those who have neither cited a single sound fundamental principle of Salafiyyah nor a single bidah committed by those whom they accuse of Haddaadiyyah and Khaarijiyyah, or those who cited sound principles when they issued warning against mistakes, but refrained from unjustified Tabdee?! Indeed, everyone can see that it is vile Usaamah who is roaming around the dangerous borders of Haddaadiyyah and nearly falling into it. [Sharh Saheeh Muslim. Vol 16. page 180 ]

Usaamah – due to passing judgements without any proof, but rather based on desires and conjecture- is exposing himself to a great danger. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The judges are three: one will go to Paradise and two to Hell. A man who knows the truth and judges with it will enter paradise; a man who knows the truth but judges with the opposite of it will enter the fire, and a man who judges for the people based on ignorance will enter the fire”. [Reported by Imaam Abu Dawud 3573] Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “And when it is the case that the one who judges between the people in [affairs] of wealth, blood [i.e. murder cases, physical violence etc] and honour will enter the hell fire if he is not a just scholar, then how about the one who passes judgements – without knowledge and justice – on creeds, religions, the fundamentals of belief, divine knowledge and the general fundamental principles related to different subject matters”. [Al-Jawaabus Saheeh 1/26-30. slightly paraphrased]

Indeed, nothing remains to be said about this vile moron in this affair except that he has followed desires and conjecture. Allaah [The Exalted] said to His Prophet regarding those who spoke based on conjecture:

[وَلَا تَسْتَفْتِ فِيهِم مِّنْهُمْ أَحَدً – And consult not any of them about (the affair of) the people of the Cave]- Meaning, because their speech regarding it is based on guessing at the unseen, and conjecture can be of no avail against the truth. This proves that it is not permissible for a person to issue a verdict when he is not worthy of it- either due to his inability to issue a verdict in that affair or due to fact that he does not care what he says about the affair because he does not possess that fear of Allaah that will stop him from speaking about affairs that are unclear to him, which may harm him in the afterlife. [An Excerpt from Tafseer As-Sadi]

We ask Allaah for safety and not to abandon us to our weak selves.

O Ever Living! O The Self Subsisting, Upon Whom Everything Depends! By Your mercy I seek assistance; rectify for me all of my affairs and do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye. [Imaam Albaani declared it Hasan in Silsilah As-Saheehah Number 227]

[6A] Usaamah Al-Utaybi’s – [The Pottymouth Vile Hater Whose Affair Has Reached The Point of Madness] – Pathetic Attempt to Degrade Selfless Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Should I not inform you about the best of witnesses, they are those who bear witness before being asked”. The scholars say that what is intended by this hadeeth is for example: someone has a witness to give on behalf of another person based on truth, but the person does not know about it, so he (i.e. the one who should give the witness) informs the person about it; or for example, a person has already passed away and another person knows what the deceased person has left behind as inheritance, so he bears witness to that and makes it known. [For further details see Fat-hul Baari 5/260]

We ask Allaah to include us amongst those who bear witness to truth Aameen. And with regards to Al-Markazus Salafi, then indeed – after the Aid, Assistance and the Tawfeeq granted by Allaah, we have witnessed and are absolutely certain of Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah’s selfless support and advice upon Salafiyyah – neither demanding any favour nor worldly gains, rather their relationship with us to this day is nothing but Salafiyyah and striving to maintain the sound Walaa Wal Baraa. The incidents of support and advise – both in private and public- are numerous and well-known to us. There was a period during which we did not have single lesson in the Masjid, then came along selfless Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah represented – at the time – by Shaikh Abu Hakeem and Shaikh Abu Khadeejah, who  visited us once every month, Shaikh Abu Iyaad delivered regular lessons via Telelink and Ustaadh Abu Harun started Madinah Book 1, together with the constant advice given by Shaikh Abdul Ilaah, who had close contact with Abu Eesa (Faizal Kara). So, where is the financial gain for Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah in all of this?! Indeed, neither did they demand and (have never demanded) a single penny nor personal loyalty to this day, rather their concern has always been Salafiyyah, truthfulness and clarity, even though the vile hater – pottymouth and slanderer (Usaamah Al-Utaybi) – claims that the overseers of Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah are people who seek Dunya through Dawah Salafiyyah. This affair will be elaborated upon in the next post InShaaAllaah.

An Example of Dedication: Few weeks ago, our beloved Salafi brother Abu Maryam – Tariq [may Allaah protect him and his loved ones Aameen] reminded us of something very important, saying, “Whenever fitnah occurred, I witnessed the worry and concern of the elder teachers, but the firmness and tranquility of the scholars (Al-Allaamah Rabee and others) was something distinguished. I come to know that the reason behind this firmness is due to their certainty and experience, because they’ve witnessed many other Fitan in the past. Then when fitna occurred again, I found myself having the same worry and concern that I witnessed from the elder teachers, but I saw that they had certainty and firmness, so I came to realise that they have learnt this from the scholars throughout the years”. Then Abu Maryam said to us, “I was once with one of the elder teachers during Umrah when he received a phone call from an important personality, who made an unjustified demand related to a specific Manhaj stance, but the elder teacher firmly refused”. May Allaah protect this Maktabah, all the Maraakiz and teachers Aameen.

Finally, we must always remember that not only will the upright Salafi teachers face opponents, but they will also have to deal with the harm of those who betray the truth and those make statements to weaken their resolve when they strive to clarify truth, so we ask Allaah to grant us and them patience, certainty and praiseworthy bravery Aameen. Allaah [The Exalted] said: [فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّ۬‌ۖ وَلَا يَسۡتَخِفَّنَّكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ – So be patient. Indeed, the promise of Allaah is true. And let not those who have no certainty of faith, discourage you from conveying Allah’s Message (which you are obliged to convey)]. [Surah Rum’ Aayah 60]

[فَٱصۡبِرۡ – So be patient]- Meaning, upon that which you have been commanded and in calling them to the [path of] Allaah; even if you see them turning away that should not turn you away from the call. [إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّ۬‌ۖ – Indeed, the promise of Allaah is true]- Meaning, there is no doubt about that. And this is from that which aids a person to exercise patience, because when a servant know that his deeds will not be in vain and will find a full reward for it [in the afterlife], then what he faces of hardship will become minor, and it will become much easy for him to bear every difficulty.

[وَلَا يَسۡتَخِفَّنَّكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ – And let not those who have no certainty of faith, discourage you]- Meaning, their Imaan is weak and their certainty is little, so their forbearance becomes lacking as result of that and their patience is little. So, beware out of fear of being discouraged by these people, because unless you are not careful about their affair, they will discourage you and lead you to not being firm in holding fast to the commands and prohibitions, and the soul may assist them in this affair and seek to be similar and to be in agreement with them. [An Excerpt from Tafseer as-Sadi. Slightly paraphrased]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: “Everyone will face afflictions, for indeed a person is a social being who must live with [other] people; the people have wants [or desires, wishes etc] and perceptions, and will seek to make him agree with them. If he disagrees with them, they harm and punish him; but if he agrees with them, sometimes they harm him and at other times he is harmed by others”. [An Excerpt from ‘Al-Fawaa’id’ pages 293-300. slightly paraphrased]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said stated regarding bravery: Allaah forbade that which is in opposition to it, and that is cowardice, dismay and fear of the creation when striving in the path of calling to Allaah. This sublime quality is innate within the person and it is strengthened by virtue of Eemaan. Bravery strengthens the heart, makes it firm and gives it tranquility in times of important events and distressful situations.

The Qur’aan commands fear of Allaah alone and that the person is not to fear the creation. The person’s heart is strengthened when he limits his fear to fearing Allaah Alone, and knows that the creation neither have the ability to benefit nor harm him, except by the will of Allaah. His heart is increased in strength when he places his reliance upon Allaah and is firm, just as Allaah [The Most High] stated about the best of the creation:

ٱلَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ قَدۡ جَمَعُواْ لَكُمۡ فَٱخۡشَوۡهُمۡ فَزَادَهُمۡ إِيمَـٰنً۬ا وَقَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡوَڪِيلُ

Those unto whom the people said, ”Verily, the people have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them.” But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: ”Allaah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)” [Surah Aal Imran. Aayah 173]

The slave’s strength and bravery increases when he knows the good reward and recompense that follows on from being strengthened in Bravery and Religion, just as Allaah has stated:

[إِن تَكُونُواْ تَأۡلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمۡ يَأۡلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأۡلَمُونَ‌ۖ وَتَرۡجُونَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَرۡجُونَ‌ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا – If you are suffering (hardships) then surely, they (too) are suffering (hardships) as you are suffering, but you have a hope from Allaah (for the reward, i.e. Paradise) that for which they hope not] (4:104)

And that which is observed and known about the state of affairs and characteristics of the creation is that they neither own anything of benefit nor assistance and protection; they do not desire good for you, except with regards to that which is of benefit to them. Therefore, it must be known that attaching the heart to them with fear, veneration, awe, fervent desire and reverence is tantamount to loss, rather it is harm.

Indeed, it is obligated on a person to attach his fear, hope, expectation and awe to Allaah (Alone), Who (Alone) owns everything. He is The One who wants good for you when you do not desire it for yourself – knows what is for your well-being and you do not know, (and) enables you to receive that which you do not have any ability to (receive by yourself). The person realizes that cowardice is an illness and a weakness in the heart that causes abandonment of good and loss of beneficial things. It afflicts the weak ones, and the one afflicted by it is similar to timid women. And amongst the benefits of bravery are: the commands of Allaah and His Messenger are fulfilled, and (because of it) one is described with the characteristics of the people of insight amongst men of understanding. There cannot be a greater means to obtaining that which is sought after and a means to safety from difficulties and troubles when the heart is strengthened with what Allaah sends down upon it of relief and tranquility. The brave individual is enabled to guide and benefit the creation with wisdom and fair speech in accordance to their different social classes. As for the coward, he misses a great deal of good and fear prevents him from the blessings of his knowledge and from guiding and giving sincere advice to (Allaah’s) servants. A person is saved from a lot of hardships through bravery – finds tranquility when faced with afflictions and calamities, responds with what Allaah loves of patience and firmness, whilst hoping for Allaah’s reward. As for the coward, he is distracted and that which is of benefit to him is wasted away when these affairs come to him. He is made to waiver through harmful views that bring about painful things alongside calamities and difficulties; loses good and the reward for being placed under hardship. This praiseworthy quality (i.e. bravery) emanates from that excellent and all-inclusive quality of patience. And Allaah knows best. [An Excerpt from Fat-hul Raheemil Malikil Allaam Fee Ilmil Aqaa-id Wat-Tawheed Wal Akhlaaq Wal Ahkaam. Page 40]

We ask Allaah to bless all the teachers in the Maraakiz – in the UK and elsewhere, and bless Ustaadh Abu Mu’aadh for his continuous dedication to beneficial lessons at Al-Markazus Salafi and elsewhere. Indeed, whoever is not thankful to the people will not be thankful to Allaah. Likewise, we ask Allaah to bless both Ustaadh Abdul Hakeem Mitchell for his lessons and our Shorah member [Abu Aa’isha (Amjad Khan)] for his beneficial reminders on issues of Manhaj every Tuesday. We ask Allaah to unite our hearts upon righteousness and piety, and distance us from sin and transgression Aameen. Allaah [The Exalted] said: [ وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ – Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression].

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: This verse contains all the Masaalih (things that will bring about benefit and repel harm) for the salves in their worldly affairs and in the Hereafter- amongst themselves or in relation to their relationship with their Lord. That is because every servant finds himself within two circumstances and obligations – either to fulfil the obligations owed to Allaah or the obligations owed to Allaah’s creation. As for the obligations owed to the creation, they include (righteous) association, companionship, aiding one another upon what Allaah loves and obedience to Allaah, and that is the goal behind one’s search for happiness and success in the afterlife. There can be no happiness in the afterlife except through Bir and Taqwaa, because it is basis of all affairs of the religion.

As for Taqwa, its reality is to act in obedience to Allaah based on Eemaan in Allaah and hoping for Allaah’s Reward- fulfil what Allaah has commanded based on having Eemaan in that which Allaah has commanded and affirming the reward Allaah has promised; abandon what Allaah has forbidden based on one’s belief that what Allaah has forbidden is forbidden and fearing Allaah’s punishment, just as Talq Bin Habeeb [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “When Fitna occurs, extinguish it with Taqwa”. So the people said, “What is Taqwa?” He said, “You act in obedience to Allaah upon a light from Allaah [i.e. Eemaan, sincerity, guidance etc] and hoping for reward from Allah. And you abandon disobedience to Allaah upon a light from Allah and fearing the punishment of Allah”. This is the best of that which has been stated regarding Taqwa, because indeed there has to be an aim and a goal behind every deed. A deed cannot be considered an act of obedience to Allaah and an act that gets one close to Allaah until it is based on Eemaan, so that which leads to the performance of that deed is solely due to Eemaan – neither (un-Islamic) customs nor desires, neither seeking praise nor status and other than it; rather it should be solely based on Eemaan and the aim behind it should be to attain Allaah’s reward and seeking after Allaah’s Pleasure. [5] Usaamah Al-Utaybi’s – [The Pottymouth Vile Hater Whose Affair Has Reached The Point of Madness] – Pathetic Attempt to Degrade Shaikh Abdul Waahid!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, he Bestower of Mercy.

Usaamah Al-Utaybi – the pottymouth vile hater whose affair has reached the point of Madness- stated, “Amongst them (i.e. Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah) were those attributed to seeking knowledge, such as Abu Hakeem, who was my student and he had some knowledge. We used to see (or hold) good about him”. Then pottymouth Usaamah desperately attempted to degrade Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and called him an Aammi (a commoner) and thereafter stated that Abu Khadeejah distorts the meaning of the Qur’an in his quotes; then drama prince – Usaamah – sought refuge with Alaah due to this.

Response: Firstly, all praise is due to Allaah that Shaikh Abu Hakeem [may Allaah preserve him] sat with scholars and greatly benefiited from their knowledge and manners, therefore, whatever he heard from Usaamah – at the time – is nothing compared to the benefit he acquired from Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi, Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree, Al-Allaamah Hammaad Al-Ansaaree and others. This statement of pottymouth Usaamah should not be blown out of proportion, because neither can he give Shaikh Abu Hakeem nor any of us more than what the senior scholars can give us. In addition to this, beloved Shaikh Abu Hakeem is well-known for his gentle character, forbearance and noble manners, and there is no doubt that he has greatly benefitted from the noble manners of the upright senior scholars in our era- those foremost in adherence to the path of the pious predecessors of this Ummah. Ibraaheem Ibn Bash-shaar [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Ibraaheem Ibn Adham [may Allaah have mercy upon him] atched a man who was speaking to another man; so he [i.e. the man] got so angry that he uttered an ugly statement. So Ibraaheem said to him, ‘O such and such! Fear Allaah and it is obligatory that you keep quiet, exercise forbearance and restraint”, so the man kept quiet. Then Ibraaheem said to him, ‘It has reached me that Ahnaf Ibn Qais [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, ‘We frequently went to Qais Ibn Aasim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] to learn forbearance from him, just as we frequently went to the scholars to seek knowledge’. So he [i.e. the man] said, ‘You don’t have to repeat it [i.e. what you have said is enough as an admonition etc]'”. [Taareekh Dimashq 26/219]

As for Al-Utaybi, he has proven once again that he is one afflicted with an evil desire for evil excessive speech and transgression as we have already mentioned in pervious posts – possessor of a vile tongue that falsely accuses Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah of Bidah, Haddaadiyyah etc. Therefore, with regards to his claim, “We used to see (hold) good about him (Abu Hakeem)”, then indeed neither is our beloved Shaikh – Abu Hakeem- in need of his testimony, even if that is in our Shaikh’s favour, nor is our Shaikh affected by his vile tongue by the Will of Allaah. Malik Bin Deenaar [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Since I have known people, neither have I rejoiced due to their praise nor have I hated their censure, because indeed their praises are excessive and their censures are excessive”. [Siyar A’laam An-Nubulaa 4/362]

Secondly, as for pottymouth Usaamah’s pathetic attempt to degrade Shaikh Abdul Waahid (Abu Khadeejah) by calling him an Aamiy (commoner), then indeed not an atom’s weight of harm – by the Will of Allaah – touches our beloved Shaikh due to the envy of this spiteful moron. In addition to this, Shaikh Abdul Waahid and his brothers at Salafipublaications have received that which suffices based on the reality of what is known about them. [On Friday, the 25th of June 2010 (14 Rajab 1431H), the following question was posed to the Al-Allaamah Rabee Ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee: “O Shaykh, as you are aware, there are no scholars in Britain, but is there anyone residing there that you advise us with, who can connect us to the people of knowledge?” The Shaykh, may Allaah preserve him, mentioned: Our brother Hasan as-Somali (who was present in the gathering), Abu Khadeejah and his companion (Abu Hakeem). The Shaykh also stressed the importance of them keeping ties with the scholars. May Allaah reward the Shaykh and protect our brothers who are striving to spread the call of the Sunnah in the West. Alhamdulillaah there were many brothers present when this question was asked, and they heard the answer] [Posted by our beloved brother Abu Maryam Tariq on 06-07-2010 at salafitalk.net]

The Tazkiyah of Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree [may Allaah protect him]:

Likewise, we have the well-known Tazkiya given by beloved Al-Allaamah Hasan Bin Muhammad Bin Abdil Wahhab Marzooq Al-Bannah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] who visited the Maktabah in person and then stated before his departure from the West: “All praise be to Allaah, Maashaa’Allaah, they have organisation (in da’wah), they have a maktabah salafiyyah, they have a school, a kindergarten or primary school, all these things are tremendous and all praise be to Allaah they have big numbers with them. They also have with them many mashaayikh from amongst them Shaykh Abu Khadeejah, they have knowledge, with them is knowledge, and other than him like Shaykh Abu Hakeem Bilal. All of these maashaa’Allaah and many other people beside them – they are many people I met so I cannot recall their names – but those that are with them I find that they are upon khayr (goodness). Since they have many students of knowledge with them from their likes, so it is laazim (incumbent) that they traverse upon their way, because they have indibaat (firm discipline, groundedness), and all praise is due to Allaah, and they have cooperation and love for the sake of Allaah. They are from the best we have seen here from the different centres and (…) them upon steadfastness(..)”. [a well-known widely spread speech of the Shaikh witnessed in person]

These Tazkiyyaat are based on reality to this day, because our elder teachers – may Allaah protect us and them upon the blessed Manhajus Salafi – have not moved away from the sound Aqeedah and Manhaj by the Tawfeeq of Allaah. Therefore, irrelevant indeed is the statement of a vile moron who seeks to degrade those whose virtue is witnessed and ascertained by the upright senior Salafi scholars. Nothing remains to be said about vile Usaamah’s pathetic attempt to degrade beloved Shaikh Abdul Waahid, except the statement of Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad [may Allaah have mercy upon him], who said, “There’s none who loves leadership, except that he will envy, transgress, seek after people’s fault (i.e. falsely) and hates that anyone else is mentioned with good”. [Reported by Ibn Abdil Barr in Al-Jaami. Number 971]

As for vile Usaamah’s pathetic attempt to degrade Shaikh Abu Khadeejah due to pronunciations in the Arabic language, then indeed that is not a reason to reject or accept truth possessed by a person. We have a clear example in the Qur’aan regarding Fir’awn and noble Prophet Musa [peace be upon him]! [أَمۡ أَنَا۟ خَيۡرٌ۬ مِّنۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِى هُوَ مَهِينٌ۬ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ – Am I (Fir’awn) not better than this one (Musa), who is Mahin (has no honour nor any respect, and is weak and despicable) and can scarcely express himself clearly?][Surah Az-Zukhruf’ Ayah 52]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “May Allaah [The Most High] disfigure Fir’awn, because indeed he intended Musa by this description, even though Musa is one whom Allaah [The Most High] spoke to directly and one given high status by Allaah [The Most High]; however Fir’awn thought that he is honoured and Musa is dishonoured and disgraced. He also proclaimed that in addition to this, Musa cannot even speak clearly because he is not eloquent! However, Firawn’s insult that Musa cannot even express himself is not something blameworthy at all, because he was able to convey the message, even though he used to encounter some difficulty when speaking”. [An Excerpt from Tafseer As-Sadi]

Ponder upon Imaam As-Sadi’s statement: “However, Firawn’s insult that Musa cannot even express himself is not something blameworthy at all, because he was able to convey the message, even though he used to encounter some difficulty when speaking”.

Bear in mind that the above quote is neither intended as a comparison between Prophet Musa [peace be upon him] and Shaikh Abu Khadeejah nor as a comparison between Usaamah and Fir’awn, lest the shameless liars and slanderers accuse us of something mighty; rather our intent here is to highlight the fact that truth is to be given paramount importance and not eloquence in any given language. In addition to this, we have prayed behind our beloved Shaikh Abdul Waahid at his house, and at Salaficentre – during a Salaatul Khusoof, but nothing can be said about his recitation of that which is one of the pillars of the prayer (i.e. Surah Al-Faahihah), and that which he recited of the other chapters. Many of us non-Arabs- including the authors of this article- will surely make mistakes at times in our pronunciations. We also remind vile Usaamah of another statement of Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] when he stated: “A Jaahil (ignorant one) is that one who speaks with a speech that contains no benefit and mocks at the people. As for a sensible person, he sees that one of the most blameworthy traits – abhorred by (sound) religion and intellect- is to mock at someone who is a human being like himself. And if he has been favoured over another person, then this favour necessitates that he thanks Allaah and shows mercy to Allaah’s servants”. [Tafseer Surah Al-Baqarah Aayah 68]

Therefore, if vile Usaamah’s recitation and pronunciation excels that of others, then indeed neither should that be a reason to mock at others nor is it something that automatically gives him virtue over others in the sight of Allaah, whilst he is one afflicted with evil manners and a vile tongue that hurls false accusations of bidah and haddaadiyyah- without an atom’s weight of evidence – against those who are well known for their Salafiyyah to this day. We remind vile Usaamah – once again – of Imaam Al-Khateeb Al-Baghdaadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] when he stated, “It is incumbent that the seekers of Hadeeth should be the (possessors of the) most perfect (behaviour, traits, manners, etiquettes etc) amongst the people, the most humble amongst the people, the greatest in their impartiality and adherence to the religion, the least in (deviating from good conduct) and (being overcome by) angry; and that is due to constantly lending an ear to the narrations that combine the excellent manners and etiquettes of Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], the lives of the virtuous pious predecessors, the path of the scholars of Hadeeth and the virtues of the (pious ones and scholars) who have passed away; so they adhere to the most refined and excellent (aspects of those traits, etiquettes, manners etc) and turn away from the most despised and lowly (traits, behaviour, manners, etiquettes etc)”. [Jaami Bayaan Al-Ilm 1/78. Slightly paraphrased]

Finally, it is incumbent upon us to strive – alongside studying this Aqeedah and Manhaj – to behave well and ask Allaah to bless us with good manners. Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood [may Allah be pleased with him] reported that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: [اللهم كما حَسَّنْت خَلْقِي فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِي – O Allah! Just as You made my external form beautiful, make my character beautiful as well].

Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan [maay Allaah preserve him] said, “Two images: the visible image and that is the body, and the unseen image and that is the manners. The first image is called Al-Khalq and the second is called Al-Khuluq with the vowel Dammah on the letter khaa and laam. The human being is made up of these two images. There are amongst the people those whose visible image and manners are beautiful, such as Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] and those amongst the Muslims whom Allaah has blessed with it. There are amongst those whose visible image is evil and his manners are evil, and this one is the most repugnant of people. There are amongst the people one whose visible image is unsightly and the people do not consider him to be anything (i.e. give him no importance), but his unseen image is good. This person is also good and his unsightly appearance does not harm him if what is conceal in him is good. There are amongst the people those who are the opposite and that is one whose visible image is good looking and his unseen image is ugly. This person resembles a hypocrite, and Allaah refuge is sought. This person is repugnant. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] supplicated for the two things: the beautiful visible image and beautiful unseen image, so he said, “O Allah! Just as You made my external form beautiful, make my character beautiful as well”. He was the most perfect person in his visible image and manners. Therefore, in this regard one has to follow the example of the Messenger and that a Muslim supplicates to Allaah with this supplication. He does consider himself perfect and says, ‘I don’t have shortcomings’, but rather he turns to Allaah by asking for the beautification of his visible image and unseen image. And Allaahu knows best”. Does Talhah Davis and Matt Drake (Musa) Know That Yasin (or Yaseen) Munye Al-Waailli Openly Praises a Haddaadi Mubtadi?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

In the above poster is a guy called Yasin (or Yaseen) Munye Al-Waailli [may Allaah guide him] who praises Al-Hajuri Al-Haddaadi al-Mubtadi [may Allaah guide him]. Here is what he says as follows:

Imaam Al-Awzaa’ee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “O Muslims!

This is sufficient to be regarded as associates of theirs in what they do. [Taareekh Dimashq 6/361]

Al-Allamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan [may Allaah preserve him] said: It is not permissible to exalt and praise the innovators even if they have some truth with them.
