A brief insight into Suhaib Hasan’s affair
Shaykh Muhammad al-Madkhalee said regarding Suhayb Hasan (in a cassette recording) – after saying that the issue of his attacks and slanders against the scholars – that it is between Shaykh Suhaib and Allaah:
Then what we have seen and have noticed from Shaykh Suhaib is that he is sympathetic and affectionate towards Ikhwaan ul-Muslimeen – he wants that he should deny that – a matter that we saw ourselves. In the summer that has past when I came to you and took part in the conferences which you held here in Birmingham. Some [written] questions came forward which were asking about the jamaa’ah of Ikhwaan and other jamaa’ahs of hizbiyyah and these questions would be passed on to Shaykh Suhaib and he would conceal and hide them – he did not desire to read them to me – and they were directed to me, asking about Ikhwaan ul-Muslimeen and about specific individuals and jamaa’aat. And if it was not for the Brother al-Anjaraee – whom Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic) had placed there – and he was next to us and he knows the English language well – I would not have known that because the questions were written in the English language. And Shaykh Suhaib was disturbed that he should read them out because the Brother al-Anjaree requested that from him – or he himself informed me, that Shaykh Suhaib is doing that – so Shaykh Suhaib was disturbed and unsettled that he should read them – reluctant and unpleased that he should read them. This is the first thing. As for the second then Shaykh Suhaib – from what has reached us – it has not reached us in such and such a way – but rather it has reached is in written form – something acknowledged officially, and if these words are a lie against him then let him [Shaykh Suhaib] publicise his freedom from it. So in Britain a conference was held in the month of Shabaan from the 11th to the 13th in the year 1417 from Saturday to Monday – by the Muslim Students Society (MSS) of the United Kingdom and Eire. And it was the 35th conference – and this is a pure and unadulterated Ikhwaani conference – and the one who knows the nature of this jam’iyyah knows this. And Suhaib Hasan was invited to it and his name is amongst the names of those who were present in this gathering. And this sheet of paper [poster] is a means of publicity for it which has been distributed and listen to those who have been invited to this conference: Faisal Mawlawi, Raashid al-Ghanouchi, Saleem al-Husanee or al-Husnee, Isaam al-Basheer, Ibraaheem as-Sanoussi, Fahmi Huwaidi – and the Ikhwaan suspect Fahmi Huwaidi of being a secularist! So how can they unite with him let alone that Shaykh Suhaib enters [the conference] thinking that he is a Salafi – Kamaal al-Hilbaawi, Munir Ahmad, Hasan Yoosuf, Hasan Huwaidi, Ahmad ash-Shaykh, Suhaib Hasan, Ahmad Mansoor, Usaamah at-Takreeti and others. And all of them are doctors as there is a prefix before each of their names so they indicate: The Ustaadh and Doctor Saleem al-Husanee, or al-Husnee, Doctor Issaam al-Basheer, Doctor Ibraaheem as-Sanoussi, Ustaadh Fahmi Huwaidi, Doctor Kamal al-Hilbawi, Doctor Munir Ahmad, Ustaadh Hasan Yoosfuf, Doctor Hasan Huwaidi, Shaykh Ahmad ash-Shaykh from Somalia, Shaykh Suhaib Hasan, the Ustaadh and Doctor Ahmad Mansoor, Usaamah al-Takreeti and others. So they are a group of people from Ikhwaan ul-Muslimeen. Rather there are some amongst them whom the Ikhwaan ul-Muslimeen consider to be amongst their enemies such as Fahmi Huwaidi. So how can this man [Suhaib Hasan] come together with them. Then it reached me that he did not attend because he became ill or went to the hospital. I say that it is binding upon him – as he has been gathered in the ranks of those and it is not possible that his name is mentioned [in the list of those who have been invited] except with [his] pleasure. And if this had been written [without his consent] then it is necessary for him to bring out and to publicise his freedom and innocence from this gathering and from taking part in this gathering. End of his words.

Question to Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him)
(Do you have) an advice for the one who speaks ill of the people of knowledge–those who establish refutation against the one who opposes the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam)?
Answer:
It is (obligatory) upon him to repent to Allaah (The Might and Majestic) because he dislikes the truth.. Refutation against the people of falsehood is the truth. Clarifying the mistake of those who commit mistakes in knowledge is the truth. Clarification is obligatory. This (person) wants to conceal. This (person) wants to conceal knowledge, so it is (obligatory) upon him to repent and seek Allaah’s Forgiveness.

Imaam Ibn Rajab (rahimahullaah) said: [ أما أهل البدع والضلالة ومن تشبه بالعلماء وليس منهم فيجوز بيان جهلهم وإظهار عيوبهم تحذيرا من الاقتداء بهم ]
”As for ahlul bidah wad-dalaalah (the people of innovation and misguidance) and those who imitate the scholars, but are not from them, then it is permissible to clarify their ignorance and manifest their dificiencies, so as to warn (others) from following them.” [الفرق بين النصيحة والتعبير : page 36] [The Difference between sincere advice and exposing faults]
The Hizbiyyoon @ Masjid As-Sunnah and their ally Naveed Ayaaz [Madeenah dot Com/Islam Nelson] seek after general statements of the scholars in order to divert attention from the fact that there is a big difference between seeking after faults and exposing innovators. So you find them utilizing the general statements of the scholars about the virtues of hiding the faults of Muslims, advising Muslims sincerely, pursuing benefits for them and not to seek after their faults! Indeed we agree with all these virtuous acts, however the hizbiyyoon @ Masjid As-Sunnah and their ally Naveed Ayaaz deliberately cling to these affairs and ignore the specific rulings of the scholars against the figureheads of bidah and misguidance, such as the likes of Halabi, Maribi and Maghraawi. So with this, one understands the difference between general statements of the scholars (past and present) regarding wishing good for the Muslims and their specific rulings against the figureheads of bidah and misguidance. We ask Allaah to guide those who seek to confound truth with falsehood in order to defend the figureheads of bidah and misguidance or protect us from their false insinuations and plots. Aameen.
Those who are unable to restrict themselves to the Salafi Methodology constantly find themselves searching for avenues of rescue and escape. One common avenue they engage in is seeking out selective statements of the scholars that mention the ill characteristics of backbiting, spreading tales between people to cause corruption, lying, slander etc, – disgraceful and evil characteristics without a doubt – however defenders of innovators seek to utilise such statements to defend themselves against the refutations directed at them from ahlus-Sunnah, as if the refutations upon them are “slander, lies, backbiting” [!], leading to the common people misunderstanding and becoming confused regarding the methodology of the Salaf.
Hence we see here a beautiful explanation of Shaikh Zaid al-Madkhaly رحمه الله on whether refutations and clarifications of the wayward methodology of deviants, innovators and people of desires is considered “backbiting” or “slander” or other than that from the evil characteristics?
Shaikh Zaid al-Madkhaly رحمه الله stated : “Refutations upon the people of desires and innovation, and the open-sinners is not considered following up their faults, and it is not considered striving to find faults and shortcomings, neither is it considered an intent to expose the shortcomings and wrongs [of others] as some who fell behind in understanding claim! The affair has become confusing to him [i.e. to the who claims refutations are backbiting, slander, finding faults in others] due to his shortcoming in knowledge! Rather that [refutations] is from the same type as striving in the path of Allah with the pen and tongue due to what is in that from destroying falsehood and clarifying the truth and advising the creation.
There are so many books that have been written upon justice in refutation of the people of desires and innovation, and those who are open sinners, and they [i.e. the people of desires and innovation and open-sinners] have been debated upon evidences from the Book and the Sunnah until the truth was established and upright and understood, and the falsehood collapsed upon itself until it became known [as falsehood].”

Perhaps, the likes of Madeenahdotcom’s Naveed Ayaaz [and IslamNelson] who continues to co-operate with those who cut the phone-line on Shaikh Rabee and still defend Abul-Hasan al-Ma’riby and his likes, should take note of Shaikh Zaid’s رحمه الله speech since the official stance he and his beloved IslamNelson seem to have taken now is a stance of miraculously becoming the “victims”[!]…and perhaps he should consider retracting his slander against the salafis in stating that we desire “chaos” between people. We wonder how long it will take him to realise it is the deviants the likes of al-Ma’riby that cause the chaos between the people, the likes of al-Halaby, al-Maghrawy…such individuals slander and speak ill against the scholars yet silence upon them…whilst unleashing his tongue upon the Salafis who defend the honour of the scholars?! Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee Al-Waadi-ee (rahimahullaah) said: ”Be cautious of Abul Hasan….I fear for the Dawah with regards to Abul Hasan.” He (rahimahullaah) also said: ”Abul Hasan is sly. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Hadee al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”The initial affair with regards to them (i.e. Al-Abul Hasan al-Maribi, Muhammad Hassaan and Abu Ishaaq Al-Huwayni) is that they are ikhwaanees, upon the nurturing of the ikhwaanees.” [Source: Siyaanah: page:534]
Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadee (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”Indeed, many of the salafi brothers are aware of the condition of this man (i.e. Abul Hasan Al-Maribi); rather at present he is with the groups of illegal partisanship, and he says, he says and he says of that which is recorded in his cassettes. And he used to reject these (affairs) the day before, but today he came with them with his own tongue. We ask Allaah for wellbeing and safety. He now speaks with the affairs he used to reject from the callers to illegal partisanship the day before….until the Shaikh said: ‘’I know him (i.e. Abul Hasan), he does not feel ashamed of telling lies.” [Source: Siyaanatus salafi:page:535]
Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiriy (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”This man (i.e. Abul Hasan) is an ikhwaanee….” [Source: Siyaanatus salafi: page:534]
As regrettable as it may be to realise, as saddening as it may be to hear, the racist secret agent working on behalf of Naveed Ayaaz, IslamNelson and Masjid Sunnah has crawled out from the stench-filled sewage works once again.
As we mentioned previously, it is the secret racist agent himself who writes on behalf of Naveed Ayaaz and his affiliates and defends them, if Naveed Ayaaz and co. do not wish for a racist secret coward to be publicly representing them as their legal team, then all it simply requires is for them to publicly declare their innocence of him and declare his activities as null and void…however, clearly they have encountered undue difficulties and complications in doing so.
Perhaps something to ponder over; why would anyone remain silent on a racist undercover agent who publicly associates himself to you and writes on your behalf? Would the logical and obvious course of action not be to clearly and openly declare your innocence of such a degraded character attaching his name to yours?
Quite apparently, logical and obvious courses of action that any sane individual would engage in are unacceptable in this situation, since if Naveed Ayaaz, IslamNelson and Masjid Sunnah did openly declare their innocence of him, therefore rendering his activities null and void, that would be damaging to them…since the secret racist is the last line of feeble defence being presented for defenders of Hizbees and innovators. [In fact, there is one more stupendous and ridiculous humiliation on their part still to come…although it would have been thought an undercover secret racist would be the icing upon the humiliation they themselves would bring upon themselves, it is not quite…indeed, what is yet to be exposed are top secret clandestine Twitter accounts! Multiple secret twitter accounts set up to respond to us! That will be discussed shortly in an upcoming article to highlight the absolute and utter degradation such defenders of Hizbees have fallen into].
What an absolute and utter humiliation. They have had to resort to allowing [by remaining silent and allowing him to attach himself to them] a secret racist to write on their behalf whilst they conveniently, quietly remain silent on his activities as if oblivious to them [!], they clearly are not oblivious since we have informed them.
In any case, it would appear they have crossed their proverbial wires. In the recent cowardly email sent from the undercover email address, (he may well have the faked library card by now too, so beware), he states that a question put forth in one of their gatherings was specifically regarding our brother Abdullah Jallow of Salaficentre and myself. The difficulty with such a claim is that Abu Bilal who was the actual questioner himself in the video [!] has REJECTED this claim of the racist secret agent! Perhaps the racist should have “seeked” to co-ordinate his activities with a little more precision to harmonise them with the “official line” of Abu Bilal the one who put forth the question!
We therefore have a situation where Abu Bilal of Masjid Sunnah himself has declared the racist undercover agent who works on their behalf [even if they claim they do not know him, he still works on their behalf in defence of them] as a LIAR! Truly it is amazing the levels of disgrace and degradation defenders of Hizbees and innovators fall into…is it really such a burden to cling onto Salafiyyah?!
Abu Bilal informed me personally in an unplanned meeting in Bolton that the question the racist is now referring to, WAS NOT SPECIFIC TO ANYONE, RATHER IT WAS GENERAL! This meeting was documented in an article “Catastrophe of Logic: Concealed Identities Marooned” , the exact excerpt from that article, “He also clarified through his speech that this miskeen of limited intellectual means has actually lied in his emails in certain places; for example the claim that our brother Abdullah was being referred to in a question concerning “certain people posting articles on the web and causing discord”. Abu Bilal declared this to be completely incorrect and false and clarified that it was simply a general question put forward that he innocently read out not intending any one particular individual. Allaahu Akbar, certainly that will be a blow to the already depleted intellectual facilities of the miskeen cowardly individual known as “dawa man”….even his own “people” are abandoning him in terms of clarifying to us that he lied in his attempt to associate questions and answers to specific individuals and that they do not endorse his views!” See screenshot, indeed it was Abu Bilal as the questioner:
An interesting point to note, initially the racist was “all guns blazing” that the question was about our noble brother Abdullah from Gambia [the brother who this disgusting racist racially abused in his emails], now all of a sudden – miraculously, roughly two years later after the question was asked, he decides that actually I, Abu Muadh Taqweem, was actually also – by the way – intended in that question! Perhaps next week when he develops a problem and hatred toward someone else he will send another email stating, “such and such was intended too in the question”, [!] until eventually if the family donkey ever crossed him, we will receive an email informing us that the donkey was intended too in the question [!].
No wonder the great scholars would say such and such is “more misguided than his family donkey”…that would be the least that can be said of the racist defender of Naveed Ayaaz and hizbees.
Therefore, in brief and simplistic language so that the racist may understand, his OWN people have declared him a LIAR!
Hence, as it is said, with that being the case, there really is not much more to be said upon his latest claim[!]

In recent times a series of refutations have been directed at Naveed Ayaaz [Madeenahdotcom] and IslamNelson as a response to their initial outlandish crazed tweeting [mostly beginning on 09/03/14] regarding the Salaficentre, SalafiPublications [although they were too cowardly to actually specify the name], Abu Iyaad and myself.
I have received some communications regarding the refutations over the course of the previous week or so. May Allah reward the individuals who communicated in a polite and appropriate manner and offered their opinions. In any case, we will now summarise the affair thus far in order to highlight the completely fair and accurate nature of the refutations upon Naveed Ayaaz and his affiliates. I would advise everyone to examine the evidences carefully and follow the links prior to forming opinions, may Allah have mercy on you.
The previous article “Naveed Ayaaz’s Secretive Abuse of the Salafis Exposed” highlighted the disgraceful comments of Abul-Abbas Naveed Ayaaz toward the Salafis. It was based upon the “official statement” Naveed Ayaaz himself released and distributed, his own comments that he himself wrote were discussed. Please see below a screenshot of the official statement that was distributed by IslamNelson, written by Naveed Ayaaz himself:
As for the statement Naveed Ayaaz made regarding Abu Iyaad and the du’aat that they are “Super Salafis”, that is based upon a verified witness testimony of a brother [Nasser Hussain] who Naveed Ayaaz insisted on visiting and speaking to just last month. If Naveed Ayaaz wishes to declare the brother who testified as a liar and claim he never ever uttered the hate-filled envious words “Super-Salafis” then he is welcome to present that to us, and in reality it will just become another evidence upon his lying. Quite clearly Naveed Ayaaz will not do that since he very obviously did utter such nonsense and he is fully aware of that.
I would say this to my brothers and sisters; Naveed Ayaaz, Naman Yasin and IslamNelson have evidently fallen into “victim-syndrome” whereby they wish to portray themselves as the innocent victimised individuals in this affair all of a sudden [!]. The reality is far from that – boisterous, shameless slander using their twitter account, Naman Yasin – the Islamnelson Dawahman – texting me to boisterously claim that everything is coming out in the open! A statement from Naveed Ayaaz that has been proven to contain lies [unless of course the various witnesses testifying all happen to be liars and only Naveed Ayaaz and IslamNelson are the honourable and trustworthy [!], the seal upon that being that even one of Naveed Ayaaz’s own allies and sympathisers has testified to his lying! Hence, perhaps it would be worthwile everyone taking note that it was indeed IslamNelson who disgracefully began the abuse directed at myself and others [view timeline of IslamNelson, unless they have deleted them now!], Abu Mus’ab Naman Yasin who shamelessly tweeted against Abu Iyaad claiming his visit and advice etc was all “mere P.R.” apparently [!], Naveed Ayaaz who decided that SalafiPublications, Salaficentre, myself and other Salafis are out there to “cause chaos”… the Salafis have responded to free themselves of the accusations – apparently that is unacceptable for some strange reason?
The amazing factor in all of this is that it was all completely unprovoked! No tweet, no article, no message was sent from SalafiPublications, nor Salaficentre, nor Abu Iyaad, nor myself refuting or mentioning IslamNelson, or Naveed Ayaaz to instigate this affair! It was a twitter exchange between IslamNelson and some of our german brothers…it really is not our issue now that IslamNelson upon their evil suspicion decided it must have been an organised initiation of tweets with them and so they pre-empted by directing their slander against everyone else too!
All previous articles are based upon testimony and factual evidence [IslamNelson tweets, posters they promote, witness testimonies etc], there is nothing that is simply “rumour”. The secret racist is reality, his emails are available and present and real. The Hizbees of Masjid Sunnah cut the phone line on Shaikh Rabee’, that is real, the actual recording of the lecture is available once we replaced the communications [see here], Naveed Ayaaz lecturing with deviants and increasing numbers for them with absolutely no clarification of their errors as scholars specify as a rule [Madeenahdotcon/Naveed Ayaaz are FULLY AWARE of that since they posted the video regarding Shaikh Zaid al-Madkhaly’s رحمه الله on the issue!], that is a fact.
As difficult as it may be for some to accept the truth, the reality is, the truth it is.
Perhaps Naveed Ayaaz, Naman Yasin and IslamNelson should have remembered, [as Naman Yasin is all too aware]… do not throw stones at others, if your own house is made of glass.

Is there a difference between the verdict against a person that he is from Ahlul Bidah and the verdict that he is a Mubtadi (innovator)? And does the verdict against a person that he is not a Salafi or that he is a hizbi necessitate that he is a Mubtadi (innovator)? Can you please shed light on this affair?
Firstly, you should know:
Indeed Ahlus Sunnah are people who possess fear of Allaah. They neither make Takfeer, Tafseeq (i.e. declare a person a sinner) and Tabdee (declare a person an innovator) except against the one who deserves it based on the evidences in the Book and the Sunnah, and the understanding of the pious predecessors of this Ummah.
Secondly, you should know:
The people of desires and misguidance are (categorized into) those who are followed and those who follow; Indeed, those who are followed are the ones who set up the various principles of innovation and they call to their innovation and misguidance, and they will carry their burden of sins and the burden of the sins of those whom they misguided without knowledge, as it is clearly stated in the Qur’aan and the Sunnah.
As for the followers of a leader from amongst the people of desires, then in most cases they are of two categories:
The First Category:
Those who possess knowledge, but they harbour evil intentions; so they yield to Satan, desires and the urge of the evil soul. They follow the people of misguidance and oppose the callers to guidance (in that which) Allaah sent His Messenger Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) with.
The Second Category:
Their share of knowledge is little, so the people of desires take advantage of them and they become (part) of their group. They convince them that what they call them to is the manifest truth and that what their opponents are upon is falsehood. And they convey to them a huge (number) of shubuhaat, in order to deceive them and submerge them into misguidance. As for those who are followed—those who set up the principles of bidah and call the people to their bidah and misguidance–then indeed they are attributed to the bidah they innovated and call the people to, and for them there is no honour.
As for the followers of the people of desires, it is as I have stated that they are of two categories in most cases. They are to be called to the Sunnah and to cling to it, and that they (should) reject the bidah they have been deceived by and have yielded to. And if they respond to the call of truth through knowledge and action, and reject that which the people of desires and innovation call them to, then this is what is desired and it is a praiseworthy aim. If they reject the advice of the advisers and bargain with falsehood at the expense of truth, and give preference to innovation over the Sunnah, then they deserve to be assigned the term innovator.

So we say to ridiculous Naveed: This is the solution! It is what we have established based on the verdicts of the scholars against the three figure heads of Bidah and Dalaalah [Halabi, Maghraawi, Maribi], and their staunch follower Abu Usaamah. As for those who are deceived by Masjid As-Sunnah’s admin, we will do our best to refer them to the students of knowledge whenever they seek clarification, and may Allaah free them from the deceptions of the dishonest hizbiyyoon. Aameen.
[الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ]—we neither established our stances based on the reckless methodology of the Hajaawirah nor the repugnant hizbiyyah of Ihyaa Turaath, Greenlane, Al-Maghrib Institute, Suhaib Hasan and their associates; rather we only followed the verdicts of the scholars of Ahlul Athar- founded upon the knowledge based proofs against Ma’ribi, Halabi, Maghraawi and their staunch follower Abu Usaamah.

Therefore, neither should Naveed turn a blind eye to the facts nor expect us to follow his false assumptions and desires. Neither can the solution be based on the desires and false assumptions of those who are ignorant of the precise methodology of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa’ah in dealing with the innovators and their staunch followers, nor can it be based on the solutions of those who attack the people of Salafiyyah and do not differentiate between the upright-knowledge based stances of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah from the corrupt, deceitful and false stances of the Mu-mayyi-een.
How very revealing is Naveed Ayaaz’s true state of affairs! He has the audacity to accuse the Salafiyyoon of not having a desire for a solution, yet he shows no shame in allying himself with a people who have persisted in their defence of three foremost figure heads of ahlul ahwaa wal-bidah(people of deisres and bid’ah)! How very revealing it is of him, that Naveed Ayaaz is very eager to make silly and slanderous remarks against the Salafiyyoon, yet he expects to be considered a serious and responsible graduate! Indeed, Naveed must grow up and refrain from uttering such slanderous and absurd accusations. As Ibn Abdi Rabbihi (rahimahullaah) said: ”Choosing speech is more difficult than authorship, and indeed it is said: The choice of a man (in speech) is in harmony with his intellect.” [Source: quoted by Shaikh Muhammad Bin Umar Saalim Baazmool in Manhajul Bahthi Al-Ilmiy Wa-Kitaabah Fee Uloom Ash-Sharee-ah: page: 17]
