Part 3: O Faris Al-Hammadi! The time has arrived for your deceitful and absurd statements to be unveiled for all to see! [A Brief Examination of Faris’s Main Assertions]

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah, The Most High, says:

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So, follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [An-Nisaa.135]

And if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

Allah, Glorified be He and free is He from all imperfections, mentions two reasons that will inevitably lead to the concealment of truth, then He warned against them and issued a threat: the first of them is distortion and the second is to turn away from giving truthful witness. That is because when a proof that supports the truth is manifested and the one who wants to repel it finds no way of doing so, he refrains from mentioning it and thus becomes a silent devil, and sometimes he distorts it. Distortion is of two types -distorting words and meanings. Distorting words occur when one utters a word in a context in which it does not establish the truth – either adding to the word, omitting something from it, or substituting it with something else to the extent that the listener is made to believe something, whilst something else is intended, just as the Yahood [i.e. those Yahood who disbelieved in the Prophet and hated him in Madeenah] used to distort words when giving Salaam to the Prophet [i.e. saying As-Saamu Alayka (death be upon you), instead of saying Assalaamu alaykum)]. This is one type of distortion. The second type of distortion is related to meanings – distorting the wording, giving it an interpretation that is not intended by the one who uttered it and pretending not to know its unintended meaning; or dropping other meanings intended by it. Allah, The Exalted, says: [وَإِن تَلۡوُ ۥۤاْ أَوۡ تُعۡرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرً۬ا – and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do]. [1]

Faris stated: “You know I get asked this question a lot, and I know usually, Allahu a’lam I’m tested, I’m being tested with this question. Then I say to the brothers who still indulging in such a matter that they should fear Allah and get busy with things that are beneficial to them, yeah”

Observation: In the statement above, deceitful Faris says Allah knows best, but he believes that he is being tested! Therefore, the only thing we deduce from this is that we are all tested in one of two ways in the arena of Dawah and adherence to the religion: one may be tested and challenged while advocating for the truth, or individuals may assess someone’s position on a significant matter before accepting knowledge from them. Neither scenario poses a problem for someone who is questioned, as their ultimate aim is to uphold the truth and maintain the correct position. The challenges faced in the pursuit of Dawah are well known from the stories of the Prophets and their followers. Furthermore, we all know what is mentioned in Surah Al-Asr. We ask Allah to grant us Tawfeeq and include us among those who embody the four qualities highlighted in Surah Al-Asr. Read below:

The pinnacle of human perfection is attained through four qualities

However, what stands out most prominently in Faris’s statement is the scrutiny he faces concerning his stance on a particular issue, specifically the matter of Muhammad Bin Hadi, which will soon come to light. First, it is essential to establish that the evaluation of a teacher or caller’s reliability is a well-established principle within the Manhaj of the Salaf before one seeks knowledge from them. Imam Ibn Sirin, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: “Indeed, this knowledge is religion, so carefully consider from whom you take your religion”. [2]

Imam Muhammad Ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: We add trustworthiness as an additional characteristic alongside proficiency because proficiency is a strength and it has to be accompanied by trustworthiness. Allah says:

Verily, the best of men for you to hire is the strong, the trustworthy.[Al-Qasas. 26]

It may be that a scholar is proficient and vast in knowledge, able to derive and explain subsidiary issues from fundamental principles, as well as categorise, distinguish, and place different subject matters in their appropriate place, but he is not trustworthy and might misguide you from where you do not know”. [3]

Thus, it is only fitting that the seekers of knowledge should be aware of the individuals they accompany or acquire their knowledge from. The poet said, “Do not ask about a man, but ask about his companion because every person guides himself by his companion”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/439] Translated by Spubs

Ibn Mas’ood said, “Indeed, a person walks along & accompanies the one whom he loves & who is like him”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/476] Translated by Spubs

Abu Dardaa said, “It is from the Fiqh (understanding of a person) that he (chooses) those whom he walks with, whom he enters upon (visits) & whom he sits with”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/477] Translated by Spubs

Al-A’mash said, “The Salaf did not used to ask anything more about a person after having asked three affairs: Who he walks with, who he enters upon (visits) & who he associates with amongst the people”. [al-Ibaanah 2/478] Translated by Spubs

Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud said, “Make consideration of the (regions of the) earth by the names given to them & make consideration of a person by his companion”. [al-Ibaanah 2/479] Translated by Spubs

Mu’aadh Bin Mu’aadh said to Yahyah Bin Sa’eed, O Abu Sa’eed! A person may hide his viewpoint from us, but will not be able to hide that in his son, or his friend or in one whom he sits with”. [Al-Ibaanah 2/437] Translated by Spubs

Thus, should the duplicitous Faris perceive himself as undergoing a trial of this nature, it may indeed serve a beneficial purpose, compelling him to embrace honesty in his declarations, associations, and deeds, particularly if he genuinely advocates for Salafiyyah. Nevertheless, upon expressing his sentiment of being tested, he requested that the brothers who continue to engage in such matters should fear Allah and focus on more beneficial pursuits. From this, we can draw several noteworthy observations as follows:

He implores those who engage in this matter to cultivate a profound reverence for Allah. It is indeed commendable that Faris encourages individuals to embrace this fear, and we should always heed such reminders. However, it is equally essential to explore the underlying principles that necessitate this fear of Allah. In this context, such reverence compels one to uphold the truth, denounce falsehood, champion what is right, and provide clarity in all matters. Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi has overstepped by issuing a Tabdee against some senior Salafi students. Is there any alternative course of action available, other than ensuring that Dr. Muhammad publicly retracts his erroneous Tabdee? This would liberate him from the unjust burden of seeking to undermine the integrity of these senior students of knowledge, based solely on speculation, transgression, and impulsiveness. This is why Al-Allamah Rabee and Al-Allamah Ubaid reprimanded him because he has transgressed. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one”. People asked, “O Allah’s Messenger! It is all right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?” The Prophet said, “By preventing him from oppressing others.” [4]

What actions is Faris undertaking to persuade Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi to retract the erroneous Tabdee, instead of merely invoking the phrase “Fear Allah” to evade his obligations? Furthermore, there are individuals, whether through deception or naivety, who believe that Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi’s situation is confined to a court case. In reality, the crux of the issue lies in his issuance of a false Tabdee judgment, which he has yet to revoke. This is precisely why he faced confrontation and scrutiny from Al-Allamah Rabe Bin Hadi Al-Mad’khali. Please read further below:

Beyond the mere utterance of “Fear Allah” as a means to evade his obligations, he further asserted that one should immerse oneself in pursuits that yield more benefit. Is it truly of lesser significance to investigate the matters concerning Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi? The turmoil he has instigated has undeniably troubled the Salafiyyoon, and should we allow this misguided Tabdee to pass unchallenged, we can anticipate the emergence of another individual who will follow suit. Subsequently, we may find yet another like Faris advising others to fear Allah and focus on what is deemed more beneficial. This is the insidious manner in which the Mu’mayyi’ah gradually stifle the essence of enjoining good and prohibiting evil under the guise of unity and the pursuit of greater benefits, rather than adhering to the clear, knowledge-based guidance provided by scholars against those who err and persist in their missteps. More than two decades ago, and even at present, certain individuals have sought to dissuade others from engaging with and scrutinising the rebuttals directed at those who remain entrenched in their errors, as articulated by Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi Al-Mad’khali, may Allah protect him. The Shaikh said:

“The people extensively read books that contained deviant viewpoints, and the libraries were decaying and being filled with misguidance and Bidah. Nonetheless, they refrained from speaking in this manner (those who object when one seeks to acquaint himself with refutation to be upon clarity about groups and individuals). However, as people started to (follow) the teachings of Allah’s Book and the Sunnah based on the methodology of the Pious Predecessors and discovered books that warned them against Bidah and misguidance, they said, “Do not busy yourselves on these matters, do not neglect knowledge”. These refutations are part of acquiring knowledge. By Allah! To be acquainted with guidance (and distinguishing) it from misguidance, recognising good and (distinguishing it) from evil, are knowledge that will safeguard a person, as Hudhaifah, may Allah be pleased with him, said, ‘The people used to ask the Messenger about the good, but I used to ask him about the evil out of fear of falling into it’. The books of the proponents of Bidah and misguidance should be made known through the books that debunk them. Many young people were ruined when deprived of the likes of these books that protect them. These books offer a shield of protection for the youth”. [5]

Therefore, is it not essential for those who enquire to gain comprehension of the sound Manhaj position regarding the erroneous Tabdee proclaimed by Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi? Have those scholars, Al-Allamah Rabee, Al-Allamah Ubaid, and Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhari, squandered their efforts in cautioning us about the perils of this misguided Tabdee? Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi Al-Madkhali, may preserve him, said: “Numerous Fitan have transpired, including the fitna of the Khawaarij, the Rawaafid, and killing. Instances of deviation and misguidance have occurred, often linked to conflicts and trials concerning politics, creed, methodology, and similar matters… Therefore, during every trial, they (the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah) must openly proclaim the truth and clarify it for the people. They should distinguish – for them – between guidance and misguidance, truth and falsehood, how the people will be safeguarded from these trials, the path through which they will be saved from entering into trials and other affairs (through which) Allah guides this (victorious) group when (they) face every trial”. [6]

Then Faris stated: “This happened years ago….”

How intriguing it is that a grave error committed long ago seems to fade in importance, even while the individual responsible continues to uphold it! The controversies surrounding figures like Al-Halabi, Al-Maghrawi, Al-Maribi, Al-Hajuri, and Falih Al-Harbi may have occurred in the distant past, yet they remain subjects of scrutiny due to their unwavering adherence to their misjudgements. Similarly, those who erred centuries ago and did not retract their statements continue to face criticism, with scholars cautioning against their writings and fallacies. So, what of the individual whose erroneous stance on false Tabdee persists, with supporters still rallying to his side, while he remains unrepentant? Yet, Faris dismissively claims, “This happened years ago…” Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said: “People were (sometimes) judged by the revealing of a Divine revelation during the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger but now there is no longer any more (new revelation). Now we judge you by the deeds you practice publicly, so we will trust and favour the one who does good deeds in front of us, and we will not call him to account about what he is really doing in secret, because Allah will judge him for that; but we will not trust or believe the one who presents to us an evil deed even if he claims that his intentions were good”. [7]

Imam Abdul-Azeez Bin Baaz, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: “Whoever manifests good, it will be accepted from him and a good suspicion is held about him. And if he manifests evil, it will be held against him and an evil suspicion is held about him”. [8]

Indeed, the challenges faced by others far surpass those endured by the deceitful Faris! Consider the esteemed Al-Allamah Rabee and Al-Allamah Ubaid, under whose guidance and other senior scholars Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi flourished in his quest for knowledge. Yet, when Dr. Muhammad remained stubborn in his misguided Tabdee, they admonished him. Furthermore, what of the senior teachers at Spubs, who have been acquainted with Dr. Muhammad for an extensive period? Despite their long-standing relationship, they took it upon themselves to elucidate his situation when he continued to cling to his errors. Read below:

This is because the essence lies in the absence of unwavering loyalty to any individual; instead, the Muslim’s loyalty is solely to the truth, as articulated by Al-Allamah Zayd Bin Hadi Al-Mad’khali, may Allah’s mercy be upon him:

“There is no (unrestricted or unconditional) allegiance except to Allah’s Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, because he is infallible and never speaks out of his desires. As for unrestricted allegiance to personalities whether they are correct or mistaken, then indeed this is not permissible for the seeker of knowledge. On the other hand, he should look to such and such Shaikhs as to which of them is upon uprightness and is following the Manhaj of the Salaf. This is the one whom we place our hands on his hands- not out of blameworthy blind following, but rather, because he is upon the truth. So we agree with him upon truth and follow a singular path in obedience to the statement of Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic]: [وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ – And verily, this is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not (other) paths, for they will separate you away from His Path] [6:153]
As for the one who selects Shaikhs, leaders, and guides, whilst agreeing with them- in what is correct and wrong- to the extent that they do not leave their Manhaj whether they are correct or wrong, then these are the people who bring evil upon themselves and others. And if they do not repent, then they are most worthy of being blamed. So the affair-and all praise belongs to Allah- is clear and it is not permissible for a person to be in confusion regarding this affair. We are with those who follow the straight path – a singular path that Allah, The Mighty and Majestic, has commanded us to follow and the messenger called us to. And those you follow the wrong path or are mistaken in many of their affairs, or some of their affairs, we leave him [i.e. we leave his mistakes or abandon him when he deserves to be boycotted]. None is followed in everything except the Messenger of Allah. As for the people, they can be correct or mistaken. Indeed, we do not follow them and we do not follow their footsteps solely because they are Shaikhs, callers to Islam, leaders or guides; rather you should be with the people of the Salafi Manhaj-those who follow the correct Manhaj and correct understanding”. [9]

Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi Al-Mad’khali, may Allah preserve him, stated: “Concerning the individual who possesses the evidence, it is incumbent to accept their speech based on adherence to Allah’s Legislation and Proofs, rather than the personality of that individual”. [10]

The Shaikh also said, “The seeker of truth is not diverted from the truth, fairness, and justice due to admiration of the big personalities and being amazed by them, for indeed the truth is more worthy to be followed. It is not permissible to drop the proofs for the sake of this or that great man. The principle of the Muslim – the unbiased one, the seeker of truth – is always: [قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ -Say, bring forth your proofs if you are truthful]. [Surah An-Nahl. Verse 64] [11]

In addition, there should be no flattery, as emphasised by Imam Ash-Shawkaanee: “We often see a man who holds a belief that aligns with truth and correctness. However, when he speaks to someone who disagrees with him- one who is inclined towards something of the innovated matters in the religion, and especially if that person holds a position of leadership or worldly wealth, not to mention a king, he agrees with him, strengthens, supports and aids him against others. The least in such circumstances is that he would hide what he believes is the truth and show contempt – in the presence of a person from whom it is neither possible to receive harm nor benefit – towards what has become clear to him is the right thing, so, what about someone from whom harm and benefit are possible? This behavior is essentially prioritising worldly things and the life of this world over the religion and the afterlife. If he observed and reflected upon what has happened to him, he would have realised that his inclination toward the (vain) desires of a man, two men, three or more individuals – among those he compliments within that gathering, conceals the truth to be in agreement with them and to gain affection, acquire their possessions, and avoid being isolated by them -is a deficiency in upholding the truth and tantamount to exalting falsehood. If it were not for the fact that these individuals hold a higher position in his eyes than the Lord, he would not have been inclined to their (vain) desires and abandoned what he knows to be what Allah wants and demands from His servants”. [12]

In conclusion, duplicitous Faris said: “This fitnah about Shaykh Muhammad bin Hadi and wallaahi this is not a subject or a topic that should be discussed publicly and especially among people or laymen or young students of knowledge. Discussing this and making you know walaa and baraa because of this matter, this is foolishness and this is from the shaytaan and this will divide the Muslims wAllahu ta’aala A’lam, get busy with what benefits you that’s better and this is not something that is beneficial and valuable.”

Observation: To begin with, is Faris feigning ignorance to the alarming extent of the Fitna surrounding Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi and the reprehensible conduct of his fervent followers, Al-Musafiqah? Does he genuinely believe that his actions should not be scrutinised and discussed in the public sphere, although his false Tabdee unfolded before all eyes? Shaikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: If a man commits evil openly, denouncing him openly is not tantamount to backbiting him. It is obligatory to chastise him openly with what would prevent him from (the evil), such as boycotting and other than that”. [13]

Imam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz, may Allah have mercy upon him, was asked: When should advice be given in private or openly?

Response: The one giving advice does what is best. If he sees that it is more beneficial in secret, he advises secretly; if he sees that it is more beneficial to do so openly, he does so. However, if the sin is committed secretly, the advice can only be given secretly. If he knows about his brother that he sins in secret, he advises him in secret and does not expose him. But if the sin is committed openly- seen by the people, for example, a person starts drinking alcohol in a gathering, then one must denounce it openly; or if a person started calling (others) to drink alcohol or to fornicate, whilst one is present, he should say, “O my brother! This is not permissible”. [14]

Subsequently, Faris invoked “The Layman Card,” which has echoed for almost thirty years, often uttered by those who seek refuge behind it to evade accountability when confronted with the necessity of honesty. Ironically, it is these same laymen who, in the absence of clarity, become pawns in the hands of the very deceivers who insist they should remain uninvolved. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali, may Allah preserve him, was asked, “What do you say about an individual who advises people not to listen to refutations, when asked why he took this stance, he answered, ‘The person who asked me about this was a common person, and he is unable to recite the Quran properly’. What is your comment on this? May Allah bless you”.

Response: If he is a layman, he must be taught the Islamic creed and warned against ahlul bidah. Because the majority of ordinary people have become supporters of the people of bidah these days, it is necessary to warn them. Say to him, “So and so is on such and such bidah, and you will be harmed if you listen to him.” This is done so that they will not read (his books), listen to his audio tapes, and will be cautious of his statements. This layman needs someone to caution him and remind him of the principle, “This knowledge is religion so look at whom you take your religion from”. During these times, the common people are targeted by the people of bidah, who will tell you, “Do not let them read the books of refutations.” No. No. This will expose them (the people) to destruction. [15]

Then Faris expressed that the matter concerning Dr. Muhammad is being transformed into a divisive issue of Walaa and Baraa, deeming such behavior as folly and a ploy of Shaytaan. He cautioned that this could lead to a rift among Muslims, urging instead a focus on pursuits that yield what is more beneficial, for such endeavours are better and more valuable!

Observation: Faris’s approach once again reminds us that it is indeed the case that when an individual consciously chooses to evade their responsibilities from the very beginning, they often resort to uttering something either malevolent or nonsensical to mask their wrongdoing. There is no doubt that this situation must be examined through the lens of love and hatred for the sake of Allah, as we detest injustice and transgression. We harbour disdain for the unfounded Tabdee made by Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi, and we abhor his stubbornness and unwillingness to retract this falsehood. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, stated: “Whoever loves for the sake of Allah, hates for the sake of Allah, gives for the sake of Allah, and withholds for the sake of Allah has perfected the faith”. [16] We ask Allah to include us among those who hate what He hates and loves what He loves Ameen.

In this context, what Faris considers to be from Shaytaan is absolutely not the case in the twinkling of an eye, rather, whoever assesses the situation honestly will discern – by the Tawfeeq of Allah – precisely between the influences of Shaytaan and the genuine emotions of love and hate. It is undoubtedly an act of Shaytaan to obscure the truth or to condone the misdeeds of Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi, regardless of an individual’s awareness. Conversely, to reject the transgressions and obstinacy exhibited by Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi is a manifestation of justifiable disdain. From this vantage point, Faris’s attempts to articulate his objections reveal a profound folly, as he naively seeks to label a sound pursuit and stance as misguided. Were this issue trivial, esteemed scholars and diligent senior students would not have taken the time to elucidate the matter and offer guidance on the appropriate stance to adopt.

Then Faris said that engaging in the matter in a manner he finds objectionable will lead to a rift among Muslims. To illuminate this point, we can refer to a hadith that underscores the root of the discord: it stems from Dr. Muhammad’s overstepping and his unwavering commitment to the erroneous practice of false Tabdee, thus he became the one prolonging the dispute because he refuses to abandon this sin. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “There are not two people who love each other for the sake of Allaah, and then they split from each other, except that it is due to a sin of one of them”.  Al-Allamah Zayd Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said: This hadith shows that to love one another- the religious and worldly benefits it contains – is legislated in the Shariah. Regarding the religious benefits of this love, (it brings about) cooperation upon righteousness and piety. As for its worldly benefits, it (results in attaining those) necessities of life that are sought after. Those who love one another are attached and remain upon that until one of them commits a sin that leads to the destruction of this legislated love- the love that was established for the sake of Allah and the sake of Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, it is a good thing that the person abandons the sin he committed, which was the cause of separation between them so that brotherhood for the sake of Allaah is restored as it was before, and so that both the religious and worldly benefits of that brotherly love can continue. The basis of the sin committed by one of them may have occurred without any external influence (i.e. it was solely the person’s fault), or it may have occurred due to tale-bearing and instigated by some of the devils amongst mankind- those who hasten to cause corruption in the earth. Loving one another for the sake of Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic] carries a reward that has been mentioned in the Shari’ah texts. Abu Hurairah [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Allaah will give shade to seven on the day when there will be no shade but His”’…and amongst those people are “Two people who love each other only for the sake of Allaah and they meet and part in Allaah’s cause only”. [17]

It is this very clarity that deceitful Faris attempts to elude, resorting instead to feeble justifications to uphold his absurdities. He mistakenly believes he possesses the right to voice an opinion; however, what is truly incumbent on him is to either convey the truth or maintain silence, thereby avoiding the embarrassment of exposing his own deceitful and superficial comprehension. His misguided attempts to obscure the distinctions between virtue and vice, integrity, and falsehood, only serve to highlight his folly.

Part 2: O Faris Al-Hammadi! The time has arrived for your deceitful and absurd statements to be unveiled for all to see!

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah, The Most High, said:

In his lamentable display of sophistry, Faris seeks to sidestep the core issues, striving to present himself as a paragon of balance, all in a bid to obscure the truth surrounding the issue of Dr Muhammad Bin Hadi. The duplicitous Faris stated that the young man who sought his guidance on acquiring knowledge from Muhammad Bin Hadi could not speak Arabic. Then Faris concluded his tweet with the remark: “This is a calamity.”

To begin with, which “calamity” was the duplicitous Faris alluding to? No calamity he mentions can eclipse the paramount issue that demands our full focus in this subject matter: the repercussions of the false Tabdee committed by Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi. If Dr. Muhammad Ibn Haadi had merely labeled those senior Salafi students of knowledge as Ahlul Bidah, it would have been alarming enough to consider his stance perilous. [a] Yet, he has escalated the situation by issuing Tabdee against them, which is far more dangerous. Let us quote a few statements of the scholars regarding this matter.

Allah, The Most High, said: [ أَفَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ فَرَآهُ حَسَنًا – Is he, then, to whom the evil of his deeds made fair seeming so that he considers it as good (equal to one who is rightly guided)?] [Surah Faatir; Ayah 8] Sa’eed Bin Jubair, may Allah have mercy upon him, said, “This was revealed concerning the people of bidah and desires”. [2]

Allah,The Most High, said: [وَلَا تَرۡكَنُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ -And incline not toward those who do wrong, lest the Fire should touch you]. [Surah Hud: Ayah 113]

Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali, may Allah protect him, said: The word [ظلم –wrong]  can (mean) disbelief; it can mean Bidah and it can be [فسوق i.e. sinful, immoral behaviour] because (ظلم) can apply to all (i.e. in different contexts). Therefore, we refrain from inclining towards the evildoers, the people of Bidah, the Kuffaar, the Ilmaaniyyoon, and other than them. We protect ourselves, our Aqeedah, the Imaan, and sound religion which Allah has bestowed on us”. [3]

Ahmad Ibn Sinaan Al-Qattaan, may Allah have mercy upon him, said, “There is no Mubtadi in the world except that he hates Ahlul Hadeeth, and when a man innovates (in the religion), the sweetness of hadeeth is removed from his heart”. [4]

Ibnul Jawzi, may Allah have mercy upon him, said that Abul Wafaa Ibn Aqeel Al-Faqee, may Allah have mercy upon him, said, our Shaikh Abul Fadl Al-Hamdani, may Allah have mercy upon him, said, “The Mubtadi’ah (innovators in religious affairs) in Islam and the fabricators of Hadeeth are worse than the Mulhiddoon [i.e. the heretics] because the heretics aim to corrupt Islam from the outside, whilst these (people) want to corrupt it from within. They [i.e. the innovators and the fabricators of hadeeth] are similar to the people of a country who try to corrupt its state of affairs and the heretics are similar to those who lay a siege from the outside, so the ones from within [i.e. the innovators and fabricators of hadeeth] open the fortress. Therefore, they are more harmful to Islam than those who do not (ascribe) themselves to it outwardly”. [5]

Shaikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: “The pious predecessors named Ahlul Bidah Wal Furqah [i.e the people of Bidah and Splitting]- those who oppose the Book and the Sunnah- Ahlul Ahwaa because they accept what they love and reject what they hate based on their desires without guidance from Allah”. [6]

Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, said, “Do not sit with the people of desires; for indeed it causes sickness of the heart”. [7]

Imam Ahmad, may Allah have mercy upon him, said, “Beware of writing down (knowledge) from one of the people of desires, be it a little or a lot”. [8]

Sa’eed Ibn Amr Al-Bardha’ee, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: I witnessed when Abu Zur’ah, may Allah have mercy upon him, was asked about Haarith Al-Muhaasibee and his books, so he said to the questioner: “Beware of these books; they are books of bidah and misguidance”. [9]

Sallaam Ibn Abee Mutee, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: A man from the people of desires said to Ayyoub As-Sakhtiyaanee, “O Abaa-Bakr! I want to ask you about some statement”, so Ayyoub walked away and started gesturing with his finger, saying, “Not even half a statement”. [10]

The above statements of the scholars contain the descriptions and treatments that a Mubtadi deserves based on the gravity of his misguidance; thus, one must question how Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi can pass judgment of Tabdee against those senior students without an iota of evidence!  His declaration of Tabdee appears to stem from impulsiveness, oppression, and conjecture, prompting senior scholars like Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi al-Mad’khali, may Allah preserve him, and Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah al-Jaabiri, may Allah have mercy upon him, to counter his exaggerations. Consequently, one must ponder why Faris resorts to sophistry and diversion under the guise of unity to evade the correct stance obligated to all of us regarding this important matter. The situation surrounding Dr. Muhammad Bin Haadi is unequivocal; he has openly contravened what is permissible and engaged in manifestly unlawful actions by issuing Tabdee without evidence. Similarly, Faris’s duplicity becomes evident whenever he seeks to divert from the clear stance regarding this matter, especially since Dr. Muhammad has stubbornly maintained his stance on this Tabdee without retracting it. For further insights, one may explore the following links concerning this affair: Al-Allaamah Rabiʿ’s appeal to Shaykh Muḥammad bin Hādī for a justification of his tabdīʿ of Salafī students and shaykhs, along with a request to specifically identify the prominent scholars he accused of being “affected” and “destroyed” by the “Ṣaʿāfiqah” – a month has elapsed with no response. This reminder highlights Shaykh Rabiʿ’s inquiry into Shaykh Muḥammad bin Hādī’s tabdīʿ of Salafī students and shaykhs, seeking clarity on the major scholars he implicated, yet a month passed without an answer. Indeed, we warn duplicitous Faris lest he falls into what Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Haadi al-Mad’khali observed about certain dangerous individuals: “There is one who approaches two disputing parties, leading them astray without prioritising the truth. He has a new doctrine that he perceives as balanced, yet it is falsehood and sophistry”. [11]

Therefore, it is of utmost importance to illuminate the perilous ramifications of Ibn Hadi’s erroneous Tabdee and to guide individuals back to the scholars and students of knowledge who have meticulously produced rebuttals in both the East and the West. This is the expectation placed upon Faris, should he be sincere, rather than indulging in rhetoric and sophistry. Such elucidation is what Faris ought to provide if he wishes to avert the calamity stemming from Dr. Muhammad’s misguided Tabdee. We remind him that he has not only spoken untruths but has also neglected to clarify essential matters, thus he is cautioned to avoid the fate of those who embody the traits of the the vocal and silent devils. Imam Abdul Aziz Bin Baz, may Allah’s mercy be upon him, addressed this issue as follows:

Indeed, this (i.e. speaking and silent devil) has been stated by some of the pious predecessors, not as a saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, but as a viewpoint of certain learned individuals. They expressed that “the one who remains silent about the truth is a mute devil, while the one who speaks falsehood is a speaking devil.” Therefore, those who propagate falsehood and advocate for it are considered among the speaking devils. A person who remains silent about the truth when they have the ability to speak, who does not promote what is right or discourage what is wrong, and who fails to change what needs to be changed while having the ability to do so, is referred to as a mute devil, a type of human devil. It is the duty of a believer to denounce falsehood and advocate for what is right. If one has the ability to do this, it is obligatory, as Allah says:

وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ

Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining good and forbidding evil. And it is they who are the successful. [3:104]

The believers, men and women, are Auliya’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another, they enjoin good and forbid evil. [9:71]

The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, stated: When people witness wrongdoing and do not take action to change it, they risk facing Allah’s punishment”. He said: “If anyone sees something wrong, they should change it with their hand; if they are unable, then with their tongue; and if they cannot do even that, then with their heart, which is the weakest form of faith”. This is recorded in the authentic collection of Imam Muslim.

This illustrates the obligation of denouncing evil according to one’s ability: first with action, then with speech, and finally with the heart. A person who remains silent about wrongdoing while having the ability to act is akin to a mute devil. [12]

So, we wait for Faris to forsake his sophistry and unequivocally reject the erroneous Tabdee that Muhammad Bin Hadi has proclaimed against certain senior Salafi students.

As for Faris’s statement that the 19 year old enquirer could not speak Arabic, this reminds us of the mid-90s when some of the Hizbiyyoon and Mu’mayyi’ah in Manchester would often seek to belittle us, saying: “Preoccupy yourselves with what is beneficial. Maintain silence, for it is others who have elucidated the Rudud for you. Preoccupy yourself in the study of the Arabic language to form your own independent conclusions”. This psychological tactic was employed to diminish the significance of our inquiries in English, even after we had shared the comprehensive Manhaj articles produced by Shaikh Abu Talhah, may Allah have mercy upon him, and Shaikh Abu Iyaad – at www.salafipublications.com– which detailed the refutations against the hizbiyyoon and Mu’mayy’iah.

What was the true intention behind Faris’s mention of the 19-year-old’s inability to speak Arabic? Was he suggesting that the inquirer ought to master the Arabic language before engaging in such discussions? Or was it an attempt to highlight the inquirer’s lack of foundational knowledge? Did Faris aim to illustrate that those who present well-founded, evidence-based arguments regarding Muhammad Bin Hadi’s situation are merely squandering the time of this young individual? Alternatively, could it be that Faris’s comment stemmed from a momentary lapse or was it a calculated act of deceit, reminiscent of those who are cloaked in their own insecurities while claiming that they are prioritising more important matters?  We understood various issues concerning Manhaj in English from the articles at www.salafipublications.com, and by the grace of Allah, we successfully distanced ourselves from numerous obstinate individuals who clung to falsehood in the mid-90s, even before we could comprehend a single sentence in Arabic besides reciting the Qur’an.

Therefore, do not allow yourself to be misled by this deceiver, who, rather than addressing the core aspects of the discourse, resorts to presenting ambiguous matters to distract or lay the groundwork for his futile attempts to undermine the proofs that would reveal the sound stances against the Musafiqah. It is imperative that young individuals, regardless of their proficiency in Arabic, are cautioned against the proponents of Bidah, the advocates of Tamyee, and those who exaggerate in their rulings of Tabdee, such as Muhammad Bin Hadi. It is essential to keep the youth informed whenever the situation demands. Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali, may Allah preserve him, stated: “The people extensively read books that contained deviant viewpoints, and the libraries were decaying and being filled with misguidance and Bidah. These books offer a shield of protection for the youth. [13]

Part 1: O Faris Al-Hammadi! The time has arrived for your deceitful and absurd statements to be unveiled for all to see!

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Most High] said:

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [An-Nisaa.135]

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

“It is obligated to you to provide detailed explanations and clarifications, as generalisations and unrestricted (speech) without elaboration (clarification) have corrupted the existence and confused minds and opinions throughout all times”.

Al-Allamah Salih Al-Fawzan, may Allah preserve him, stated:

There has to be a detailed explanation. The one who is not proficient in giving details should keep quiet because benefit is not acquired from his speech. And every time an error occurs, its cause is due to an absence of detailed explanation regarding truth and falsehood. There has to be detailed explanation and distinction and not mix-up. Indeed, it may be that there is something of truth and falsehood in an opponent’s statement, so all of it is neither deemed to be false nor true; rather there has to be a distinction between its truth and falsehood. All of it is neither rejected nor accepted; rather a distinction is made regarding the truth and what is correct and the falsehood and error in it. And if you are not proficient in giving details, then you should not enter into this field. [2]

Faris says: “After I finished my khutbah, a 19 year old approached me (doesn’t speak Arabic) asked me: “should we take knowledge from bin Hadi?” This is a calamity. [End of quote]

O Faris! Prior to unveiling the true nature of the impending calamity in forthcoming posts, we remind you first, drawing upon the above statements of Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim and Al-Allamah Salih Al-Fawzan, that should you possess knowledge of the truth, you must articulate it with conviction, for one must steadfastly uphold the truth. However, if you find yourself lacking in the necessary details, it would be prudent for you to remain silent, as ambiguity serves no purpose. Your assertions lack substance and credibility, particularly in the absence of supporting evidence from others, and even more so when the matter is already substantiated with clear proof. The paramount focus must be on the irrefutable evidence highlighting Dr. Muhammad Bin Hadi’s transgressions and his unwavering refusal to retract his misguided Tabdee against well-known senior Salafi students of knowledge. It is high time to abandon your unfounded arguments and frivolous statements on this matter. You have navigated the shadowy depths of this matter for far too long; now your deceit will be laid bare for all to see.

The Assailants or Protestors Proclaim, “Allahu Akbar!” – Educating The Heedless Muslim and Countering The Fearmongering Ideologues, Demagogues, and Rabble-rousers Among non-Muslims

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah, The Exalted, says:

وَقُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ شَرِيكٌ فِى ٱلْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ وَلِىٌّ مِّنَ ٱلذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًۢا

And say: “All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has not begotten a son (nor an offspring), and Who has no partner in (His) Dominion, nor He is low to have a Wali (helper, protector or supporter). And magnify Him with all the magnificence, [Allahu-Akbar (Allah is the Most Great)].” [Al-Israa 111]

[وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيراً – And magnify Him with all the magnificence, [Allahu-Akbar (Allah is the Most Great)]- Meaning: Proclaim His greatness and magnificence through His great and mighty attributes, praising Him with His perfect Names, glorifying Him through His perfect and pure actions (free from all imperfections), and exalting and venerating Him by worshipping Him alone without ascribing any partner to him, and devoting all the religion sincerely to Him. [1]

Imam Muhammad Ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: The meaning is that Allah is greater than all things in His Essence, Names, Attributes, and all that this statement encompasses. Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says:

وَمَا قَدَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِۦ وَٱلْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ مَطْوِيَّٰتٌۢ بِيَمِينِهِۦ

They made not a just estimate of Allah such as is due to Him. And on the Day of Resurrection the whole of the earth will be grasped by His Hand and the heavens will be rolled up in His Right Hand. [Az-Zumar. 67]

Allah says:

And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books, as We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it. [Al-Anbiya 104]

The one whose greatness is as such is greater than everything. [2]

Therefore, this mighty statement should never be used as a justification for disobedience to Allah, nor for acts of murder, vandalism, or the infringement of others’ rights under the pretence of self-defence. It is a misconception held by some misguided ideologues that the mere utterance of this statement by individuals involved in reprehensible actions implies that it promotes violence. In reality, its true meaning is what has been clearly articulated by Imam As-Sadi and Imam Muhammad Ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen. Unfortunately, some emotionally charged or misinformed Muslims may invoke this statement in moments of anger, particularly during protests—an activity that is not sanctioned in Islam. (a) When they do so while engaging in wrongful acts, it allows ill-informed or malicious ideologues to wrongly link the statement to a call for violence. If a Muslim is attacked in their home, workplace, or on the street and utters this statement while repelling the aggressor, not a single scholar considers them blameworthy. However, if they invoke it while participating in vandalism, vigilantism, or other immoral actions, it indicates either a misunderstanding of the statement or a wilful disregard for its true meaning, as Allah can never be invoked or exalted to rationalise wrongdoing. This misuse of Islamic authentic Islamic text is well-known from the likes of ISIS, rather, this issue extends beyond just Muslims; even figures like the genocidal Netanyahu manipulate distorted and abrogated religious texts to rationalise their heinous crimes. Read on this link: https://abuiyaad.com/a/amalekite-genocide-doctrine-gaza

As for the people of Salafiyyah, they uphold the rights of all, particularly those of their non-Muslim neighbours and fellow citizens. They remain steadfast, refusing to be incited by the EDL into actions that would compromise the sacred agreements they are bound to honour in any non-Muslim nation. Imam Muhammad Ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, stated during a tele-link, on the 28th July 2000:

Likewise I invite you to have respect for those people who have the right that they should be respected, from those between you and whom there is an agreement (of protection) [i.e. Non-Muslims]. For the land which you are living is such that there is an agreement between you and them. If this were not the case they would have killed you or expelled you. So preserve this agreement, and do not prove treacherous to it, since treachery is a sign of the hypocrites, and it is not from the way of the Believers.

And know that it is authentically reported from the Prophet that he said : “Whoever kills one who is under an agreement of protection will not smell the fragrance of Paradise.”

Do not be fooled by those sayings of the foolish people: those who say: ‘Those people are Non-Muslims, so their wealth is lawful for us [i.e. to misappropriate or take by way of murder and killing].’ For by Allaah – this is a lie. A lie about Allaah’s Religion, and a lie in Islamic societies.

O my brothers. O youth. O Muslims. Be truthful in your buying and selling, and renting, and leasing, and in all mutual transactions. Because truthfulness is from the characteristics of the Believers, and Allaah – the Most High – has commanded truthfulness – in the saying of Allaah – the Most High – “O you who believe – fear and keep you duty to Allaah and be with the truthful.”

And the Prophet encouraged truthfulness and said : “Adhere to truthfulness, because truthfulness leads to goodness, and goodness leads to Paradise; and a person will continue to be truthful, and strive to be truthful until he will be written down with Allaah as a truthful person“.

And he warned against falsehood, and said : “Beware of falsehood, because falsehood leads to wickedness, and wickedness leads to the Fire. And a person will continue lying, and striving to lie until he is written down with Allaah as a great liar.”

O my brother Muslims. O youth. Be true in your sayings with your brothers, and with those Non-Muslims whom you live along with – so that you will be inviters to the Religion of Islaam, by your actions and in reality. So how many people there are who first entered into Islaam because of the behaviour and manners of the Muslims, and their truthfulness, and their being true in their dealings. [3]

Shaikh Abdul Waahid Abu Khadeejah, may Allah preseve him, said:

Indeed, terrorist acts, whether perpetrated in Muslim or Non-Muslim countries are a handiwork of the devil. The Scholars- Shaikh Fawzaan, Shaikh Rabee, Shaikh Ubaid, Shaikh Abdullaah al-Bukhaari and many others have always condemned those who perpetrate terrorist acts; rather the scholars hold that those who plot and plan these inhumane acts are to be reported to the authorities. Therefore, Muslim communities must be at the forefront of stamping out these non-Islamic acts that are done falsely in the name of Islam. The Prophet Muhammad [peace and blessings be upon him] stated: ‘’Whoever sees an evil, let him change it with his hand. If he is not able to do that, then let him change it with his tongue [by speaking]. And if he is not able to do that, then let him [hate it] with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith.’’ (Reported by Muslim)

The Scholars have stated that forbidding evil with the hand is done by the governments and the authorities, so they hold and punish and imprison the evil doers. If they withhold from this duty, it does NOT fall into the hands of the citizens to take the law into their own hands. Rather they remain patient. As for speaking against the evil in terms of refuting the false ideologies, then that it for the scholars and the people of knowledge, not for ignorant, and there has never been a time in the history of Islam, except that the scholars have spoken out against evil ideologies and doctrines as a safeguard for Islam, and this will not stop up until the final Hour is established. As for the general person then he forbids only in accordance to his knowledge and ability in line with the rulings of the true scholars of the Sunnah based upon the Qur’aan and the Sunnah. As for hating with the heart, then this for the one who recognizes evil, but does not have the knowledge nor the ability to speak against this, so he distances himself from it and keeps away from it.

Therefore, as it relates to the terrorists, then it is well-known that their evil and inhumane acts are condemned by the Muslim scholars based upon the texts of the Qur’aan and authentic Prophet narrations. So both, a Muslim student of knowledge and the general person is to inform the authorities of those that incite or plan terrorist acts. And this is from the aspect of forbidding evil and thereby earning the reward of Allaah [The Most High].

Another reason why these terrorists and their ideology must be stamped out is due to the fact that they are innovators who have attributed to Islaam, that which Islam is free of, and it is impermissible to accommodate them or defend them or protect them, due to the statement of the Prophet [salallaahu alaihi wassallam], ‘’Whoever innovates or accommodates an innovator, then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His Angels and the whole of mankind.’’ (Reported by Bukhaaree and Muslim). And there is not a shadow of a doubt from an Islamic perspective, that these terrorist ideologies are innovations and these perpetrators are innovators, and it is not permissible to protect them or give them refuge.

One can recognize the ideology of the these evil doers from certain matters that their lectures and discussions always revolve around, from them is that they always call for rebellion and revolution in the Muslim lands and against the Muslim rulers; they declare the Muslim rulers and those who work in the apparatus of government to be apostates; they praise the suicide bombers and terrorists and insurgencies in Iraaq, Palestine and other places and continually justify their actions; they may praise the bombings of 9/11 in New York, 7th July bombings in London or the Madrid bombings. These discussions of theirs may not necessitate that they themselves will organize or carry out terrorist acts but this speech of theirs incites others towards violence. Remember it only takes two or three young men (or women) who have been affected to go out and wreak havoc. The Messenger of Allaah (salallaahu alaihi wassallam), mentioned these renegades (known as the Khawarij) in a narration, ‘’If I am alive when they appear, I will slaughter them with the slaughtering of Aad.’’ And Aad was a tribe mentioned in the Qur’aan that was punished by Allaah for their evils and transgressions. He also stated, ‘’They are the worst of Allaah’s creation under the sky.’’ There are many, many other narrations of the Prophet and his Companions describing them, to the extent that Shaikhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah and Imaam an-Nawawee, two great scholars of the middle ages, stated the consensus of the great Scholars of the early generations of Islaam that these renegades must be prevented and fought against.  So when one looks at the activities of these people such as the killing of men, women and children, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, one sees that they are indiscriminate in their murderous acts.

After what has been mentioned above one can see why the Scholars of Salafiyyah have issued verdicts calling people to inform the authorities if they know of anyone inciting or planning terrorist acts.  There is NO doubt that those make a link between terrorism and what they term as ‘’The Wahhaabis’’, intending by that the Salafis, have made a mythical link based upon fallacies and falsehood. The great Scholar Muhammad Ibn Abdul-Wahhaab (died 1206AH), after whom his adversaries invented the derogatory term ‘Wahhaabi’ for anyone who studied his works – then this Scholar was the most fervent in his opposition to deviation and deviant ideologies. Rather the Salafis, whom the opposers term as Wahhaabis, have been at the forefront of combating the takfeeri, Jihaadi and Terrorist ideologies, for decades. And this refutation of the Salafi scholars against these groups was not just a mere response to modern-day events but rather a religious obligation upon them regardless of prevailing circumstances.

So Syed Qutb, the father and reference point of the modern-day Jihadist-terrorist movements, was refuted by the Salafi Scholars for his call to assassinations and violent revolution decades ago and again in the early nineties by the likes of the Salafi scholars such as Shaikh Bin Baaz, Shaikh Bin Uthaimeen and especially in great detail by Shaikh Rabee bin Haadee al-Madkhalee who authored several books in exposition of Syed Qutb. Shaikh Bin Baaz warned and exposed the evil doctrine of Usamah bin Laden back in the early nineties, whilst the Islamic political groups were in praise of him. Sayyid Abul Ala Maududi is another reference point for the modern day violent politically motivated groups, yet the Salafi Scholars such as Shaikh Rabee al-Madkhali, Shaikh Ubaid al-Jaabiree, Shaikh Hammaad al-Ansaaree exposed his errors and warned against his approach.

Another example is the warning of the Salafi Yemeni Scholar Muqbil bin Haadee against the HAMAS of Palestine whilst the latter were supporting terrorist attacks on civilian buses in Israel. We also have the Scholarly Salafi stance against Hizbollah of south Lebanon and former leader of Iran, Khomeini such as the statements of Shaikh Bin Baz, Shaikh Bin Uthaimin, Shaikh Ahmad an-Najmi and others. Shaikh Ibn Uthaimeen in his now published explanation of ‘Riyaadhus-Saaliheen’ well over fifteen years ago showed his clear abhorrence at the suicide bombings in Palestine. So this is the clarity with which the Salafis speak and have always spoken. Over a thousand years of Salafi authorship, from the time of the disciples of the Prophet until this day, the Scholars of Sunnah and Salafiyyah have been refuting the false ideologies, whether extremist or negligent – Whereas the people of deviation will respond based upon political expediency, but the underlying ideology in support of revolution and suicide attacks remains. A Clarification By Ibn Al-Qayyim Sheds Light On The Basis of The Extreme Indecency at the So-called Opening Event of The Paris Olympics

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Quote:

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

Whenever Tawheed in the heart is weaker and the Shirk in it is greater, it commits more indecency, becomes stronger in its attachment to images, and infatuated with them. Allah says:

So whatever you have been given is but a passing enjoyment for this worldly life, but that which is with Allah (Paradise) is better and more lasting for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and put their trust in their Lord (concerning all of their affairs). And those who avoid the greater sins and indecency, and when they are angry, they forgive. [Ash-Shurat 36-37]

The basis of all sins – major and minor – are three: the heart’s attachment to other than Allah, going along with the intense strength of one’s anger and the intense urge of one’s desires. These three matters constitute shirk, injustice, and indecency. Shirk and invoking other than Allah is the ultimate affair related to the heart’s attachment to other than Allah, murder is the ultimate affair related to going along with one’s intense anger and fornication is the ultimate affair related to going along with the intense urge of one’s desires. Due to this, Allah mentioned the three together in the Ayah:

وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَدۡعُونَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَـٰهًا ءَاخَرَ وَلَا يَقۡتُلُونَ ٱلنَّفۡسَ ٱلَّتِى حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا يَزۡنُونَ

And those who invoke not any other ilah (god) along with Allah, nor kill such life as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse. [Al-Furqaan. 68]

These three affairs invite to one another – Shirk inevitably leads to injustice and indecency, just as Tawheed [sound Islamic Monotheism] and Ikhlaas [sincerity] turn a person away from them. Allah [The Exalted] stated [about Prophet Yusuf)]: [ڪَذَٲلِكَ لِنَصۡرِفَ عَنۡهُ ٱلسُّوٓءَ وَٱلۡفَحۡشَآءَ‌ۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ – Thus it was, that We might turn away from him evil and indecency. Surely, he was one of Our chosen, guided slaves. [Surah Yusuf. Aayah 24] – Meaning, turned him away from infatuation and illegal sexual intercourse.

Likewise, injustice inevitably leads to Shirk and indecency because Shirk is the greatest injustice, just as Tawheed is the greatest justice. Justice is a companion of Tawheed and injustice is a companion of Shirk, and this is why Allah mentioned both together.

As for Tawheed and justice, Allah said: [شَهِدَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّهُ ۥ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةُ وَأُوْلُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ قَآٮِٕمَۢا بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ – Allah bears witness that Laa ilaaha illaa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), and the angels, and those having knowledge (also give this witness); (He is always) maintaining His creation in Justice]. [Aal Imran. Aayah 18]

As for injustice and Shirk, Allah says: [إِنَّ ٱلشِّرۡكَ لَظُلۡمٌ عَظِيمٌ۬ – Verily, Shirk is great injustice]. [Surah Luqmaan. 13]

Indecency leads to Shirk and Injustice, especially when there is a strong desire which cannot be reached except through some type of injustice, such as seeking help through magic and shaytaan. And indeed Allah mentions both fornication and Shirk together in the verse:

ٱلزَّانِى لَا يَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوۡ مُشۡرِكَةً۬ وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ لَا يَنكِحُهَآ إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوۡ مُشۡرِكٌ۬‌ۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَٲلِكَ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

The adulterer marries not but an adulteress, or a female polytheist and the adulteress none marries her except an adulterer or a male polytheist [and that means that the man who agrees to marry (have a sexual relation with) a female polytheist, pagan or idolatress) or a prostitute, then surely he is either an adulterer, or a polytheist)]. And the woman who agrees to marry (have a sexual relation with) a male polytheist or an adulterer, then she is either a prostitute or a female polytheist)]. Such a thing is forbidden to the believers [of Islamic Monotheism]. [An-Nur. 3]

These three affairs [i.e. Shirk, Indecency, and Injustice] can either be the cause of one another or inevitably lead to one another. This is why whenever Tawheed in the heart is weaker and the Shirk in it is greater, it commits more indecency, becomes stronger in its attachment to images, and infatuated with them. And what is similar to this is the statement of Allah:

So whatever you have been given is but a passing enjoyment for this worldly life, but that which is with Allah (Paradise) is better and more lasting for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and put their trust in their Lord (concerning all of their affairs). And those who avoid the greater sins and indecency, and when they are angry, they forgive. [Ash-Shurat 36-37]

Allah informed us that what He has with Him is better for the one who believes in Him and relies upon him, and that is Tawheed. Then Allah says: [وَٱلَّذِينَ يَجۡتَنِبُونَ كَبَـٰٓٮِٕرَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡفَوَٲحِشَ – And those who avoid the greater sins and indecency – Meaning, avoid the intense urge towards lowly desires]. Then Allah says: [وَإِذَا مَا غَضِبُواْ هُمۡ يَغۡفِرُونَ – And when they are angry, they pardon]. This opposes the intense strength of anger; so Allah mentions Tawheed, pardon and justice together, and they are that which gathers every good. [An Excerpt from Al-Fawaa’id 131-132]

At the so-called opening ceremonies of the Olympics, it is increasingly common to see Satanists, secularists, and atheists showcasing infernal figures and terrifying animals. Quote: The ceremony’s artistic director, Thomas Jolly, said there was no intention to 2mock or denigrate anyone” and explained the scene in question was designed to reference pagan gods. [BBC 28 July 2024]

Allah, The Exalted, says:

And how should I fear those whom you associate in worship with Allah (though they can neither benefit nor harm), while you fear not that you have joined in worship with Allah things for which He has not sent down to you any authority. (So) which of the two parties has more right to be in security? If you but know.” It is those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah and worship none but Him Alone) and confuse not their belief with Zulm (wrong i.e. by worshipping others besides Allah), for them (only) there is security and they are the guided. [Al-An’am 81-82]

Meaning: How can this be justified through sound intellect or to the one with sound understanding that one fears what you ascribe as partners to Allah, even though neither can it benefit nor harm, but you do not fear that you have ascribed things as partners to Allah for which Allah has neither sent down any proof nor legislated it?! The person who sets up a deity that has not created anything as a partner to Allah, [The Lord and owner of everything, the owner of all the means and causes of harm and benefit); rather such a deity is created, neither can it benefit nor harm itself and those who worship it, neither can it give life nor death, nor raise the dead], prostates to it, humbles himself to it and devoted to it, this person is more worthy of fearing (evil consequences and destruction) than the one who has not ascribed another deity as a partner to Allah, but rather he declares that Allah is one – the only true deity, the one with absolute Lordship, the only one who possesses perfect greatness and authority, the only deity that deserves to be loved, feared and direct one’s hope. [An Excerpt from Badaa’i at-Tafseer Al-Jaami Limaa Fassarahu Al-Imaam Ibnul Qayyim 1/352]

Allah, The Exalted,  says:

Or have they taken (for worship) aliha (gods) from the earth who raise the dead? Had there been therein (in the heavens and the earth) gods besides Allah, then verily both would have been ruined. Glorified be Allah, the Lord of the Throne, (High is He) above what they attribute to Him! He cannot be questioned as to what He does, while they will be questioned. Or have they taken for worship (other) aliha (gods) besides Him? Say: “Bring your proof:” This (the Qur’an) is the Reminder for those with me and the Reminder for those before me. But most of them know not the Truth, so they are averse.  And We did not send any Messenger before you (O Muhammad) but We inspired him (saying): La ilaha illa Ana [none has the right to be worshipped but I (Allah)], so worship Me (Alone and no one else).” [Al-Anbiyaa. 21-25]

Allah, The Exalted, states His disapproval of the polytheists – those who (worship things which they have adopted as) gods in the earth, even though these (so called) gods are absolutely incapacitated and powerless. Neither are they are able to bring them back to life nor resurrect them, and this is further explained by the statement of Allah:

 وَاتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ آلِهَةً لاَ يَخْلُقُونَ شَيْئًا وَهُمْ يُخْلَقُونَ وَلاَ يَمْلِكُونَ ِلأَنفُسِهِمْ ضَرًّا وَلاَ نَفْعًا وَلاَ يَمْلِكُونَ مَوْتًا وَلاَ حَيَاةً وَلاَ نُشُورًا

Yet they have taken besides Him other aliha (gods) that created nothing but are themselves created, and possess neither hurt nor benefit for themselves, and possess no power (of causing) death, nor (of giving) life, nor of raising the dead. [Al-Furqaan. 3]

Allah, The Exalted, says:

وَاتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ آلِهَةً لَعَلَّهُمْ يُنصَرُونَ

لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَهُمْ جُندٌ مُحْضَرُونَ

And they have taken besides Allah aliha (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so-called gods). They cannot help them, but they will be brought forward as a troop against those who worshipped them (at the time of Reckoning). [Yaa Seen 74-75]

A polytheist [or idolater] worships a created thing that can neither benefit nor harm, and he abandons sincere worship to Allah – The One Who is Perfect [i.e. the only possessor of Perfect Names and Attributes; free from all weaknesses, shortcomings, and imperfections], and in His Hand is the absolute control over all benefit and harm. This shows that a polytheist [or idolater] is not blessed [with guidance], his ignorance is established as well as the severity of his unjust behaviour towards Allah because it is only befitting that there is only one [true] deity, just as there cannot be except one [true] Lord. And because of this, Allah, The Exalted, says:

لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَا فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

Had there been therein (in the heavens and the earth) gods besides Allah, then verily both [i.e. the heavens and the earth] would have been ruined. Glorified be Allah, the Lord of the Throne, (High is He) above what they attribute to Him! [Al-Anbiyaa. 22]- Meaning: Both the heavens and the earth would have been ruined as well the creation in them.

The heavens and the earth – as one can see – are in a perfect state, intact and in perfect order. Neither is there any defect in them and obstacles [to its perfect order] nor conflict in its organisation. Therefore, this shows that the One who controls and regulates its affairs is One- its Lord is one and the deity [under whose control they are maintained] is One. If it were the case that the heavens and the earth has two [deities] that control and regulate its affairs- two lords or more, then its perfect order would have been ruined and its foundations would have been undermined. That is because they would have been obstacles and opponents to one another; so if one of them wishes to plan and administer something and the other one wishes that it should not take place, then it would be impossible for both their wishes to be fulfilled. [On the other hand], the fulfillment of the wishes of one of them would have shown that the other one is weak and unable to do whatever he wants; and it is impossible that both of them will agree on everything.  Therefore, the wish of The Irresistible [i.e. Allah- the only True Lord and besides Him every other deity is false]- is what will be fulfilled without anyone being able to prevent or repel it. And this is why Allah [The Exalted] said:

مَا اتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ مِنْ وَلَدٍ وَمَا كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنْ إِلَهٍ إِذًا لَذَهَبَ كُلُّ إِلَهٍ بِمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلاَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! [Al-Muminoon. 91] [An Excerpt from Tafseer As-Sadi. Slightly paraphrased]

Making Fun of Any Prophet of Allah, Including Noble Prophet Isa, is Tantamount to Disbelief In Allah

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah says:

Say (O Muhammad): “We believe in Allah and in what has been sent down to us, and what was sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma’il (Ishmael), Ishaque (Isaac), Ya’qub (Jacob) and Al-Asbat [the twelve sons of Ya’qub (Jacob)] and what was given to Musa (Moses), ‘Iesa (Jesus) and the Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between one another among them and to Him (Allah) we have submitted (in Islam).” (Aal Imran 84)

The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:

“My similitude in comparison with the other prophets before me, is that of a man who has built a house nicely and beautifully, except for a place of one brick in a corner. The people go about it and wonder at its beauty, but say: ‘Would that this brick be put in its place!’ So I am that brick, and I am the last of the Prophets.” (Al-Bukhari 3535)

Al-Qadhi Iyaad, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “Whoever belittles – meaning our Prophet, peace be upon him – or any of the prophets, or mocks them, or harms them, or kills a prophet, or fights him, he is a disbeliever by consensus.” (Ash-Shifaa bi-Tareef Huqooq Al-Mustapha 2/284)

Some Veses of The Qur’an In Which Noble Prophet Isa, peace be upon him, is mentioned

Allah says:

And indeed, We gave Musa (Moses) the Book and followed him up with a succession of Messengers. And We gave ‘Iesa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), clear signs and supported him with Ruh-ul-Qudus [Jibrael (Gabriel)]. Is it that whenever there came to you a Messenger with what you yourselves desired not, you grew arrogant? Some, you disbelieved and some, you killed. (Al-Baqarah 87)

Those messengers, We favoured some over others (by making them superior in some qualities and aspects). Among them were those that Allāh spoke to (directly) and He raised some of them in degrees (of honour). And we gave to Jesus, Son of Mary, clear, evident signs and We supported him through the Sanctified Spirit (Gabriel). Had Allāh so willed, the succeeding generations (who came after those messengers) would not have fought each other, after clear evidences had already come to them (through those messengers). However, they differed among themselves. From them were those who believed and from them were those who disbelieved. And if Allāh had willed, they would not have fought each other, but Allāh is the doer of whatever He wills. (Al-Baqarah 253) [Translation by Shaikh Abu Iyad]

(Remember) when the angels said: “O Maryam (Mary)! Verily, Allah gives you the glad tidings of a Word [“Be!” – and he was! i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus) the son of Maryam (Mary)] from Him, his name will be the Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), held in honour in this world and in the Hereafter, and will be one of those who are near to Allah.” (Aal Imran 45)

Then when ‘Iesa (Jesus) came to know of their disbelief, he said: “Who will be my helpers in Allah’s Cause?” Al-Hawariun (the disciples) said: “We are the helpers of Allah; we believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims (i.e. we submit to Allah).” (Aal Imran 52)

And (remember) when Allah said: “O ‘Iesa (Jesus)! I will take you and raise you to Myself and clear you [of the forged statement that ‘Iesa (Jesus) is Allah’s son] of those who disbelieve, and I will make those who follow you (Monotheists, who worship none but Allah) superior to those who disbelieve [in the Oneness of Allah, or disbelieve in some of His Messengers, e.g. Muhammad SAW, ‘Iesa (Jesus), Musa (Moses), etc., or in His Holy Books, e.g. the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] till the Day of Resurrection. Then you will return to Me and I will judge between you in the matters in which you used to dispute.” (Aal Imran 55)

Allah says:

Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the reminder and surely, We will guard it (from corruption)]. [Al-Hijr. 9]

Allah says:

Indeed, they planned their plot, and their plot was with Allah, though their plot was great (one, still) it would never be able to remove the mountains. [Ibrahim. 44-46]

A preposterous assertion concerning the emergence of Gog and Magog.

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful The Bestower of Mercy.

Al-Allamah Hamud at-Tuwayjiri [may Allah have mercy upon him] quoted Tariq Suwaydan who stated: ”Despite many narrations, there is not to be found an authentic evidence with myself nor other than me regarding who Gog and Magog are precisely; but looking at the ahadith about them and their description, it has become clear to me-and Allah knows best- that they are the people of China”. Following this quotation, Al-Allamah Hamud articulated his response as follows:

This is the likes of which Tariq Suwaydaan stated that Gog and Magog are the people of China! This assertion contradicts the evidence found in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and it is a mockery of the Creed of the pious predecessors. O noble reader! Before I refute this corrupt statement, let me first provide an overview of the Creed of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah concerning Gog and Magog. Allah (Glorified be He and free is He from all imperfections) says:

Until when he reached between two mountains, he found, before (near) them (those two mountains), a people who scarcely understood a word. They said: O Dhul-Qarnain! Verily Gog and Magog are doing great mischief in the land. Shall we then pay you a tribute so that you might erect a barrier between us and them? He said: That (wealth, authority, and power) in which my Lord established me is better (than your tribute). So help me with strength (of men), I will erect between you and them a barrier. Give me pieces of (blocks) of iron; then, when he had filled up the gap between the two mountain cliffs, he said: Blow; then when he had made them (red as) fire, he said: Bring me molten copper to pour over them. So they (Gog and Magog) could not scale it or dig through it. (Dhul-Qarnain) said: This is a mercy from my Lord, but when the Promise of my Lord comes, He shall level it down to the ground. And the Promise of my Lord is ever true. And on that day (i.e. the day Gog and Magog) will come out, We shall leave them to surge like waves on one another, and the Trumpet will be blown, and We shall collect them (the creatures) all together”. [Al-Kahf. Ayaat 93-99]

Allah [Glorified be He and free is He from all imperfections] also says:

Until when Gog and Magog are let loose (from their barrier), and they swoop down from every mound. And the true promise (Day of Resurrection) shall draw near (of fulfillment). Then (when mankind is resurrected from their graves), you shall see the eyes of the disbelievers fixedly staring in horror. (They will say): Woe to us! We were indeed heedless of this; nay, but we were (polytheists and wrong-doers)”. [Al-Anbiya. Ayaat 96-97]

These two passages in Allah’s Book [the Qur’an] provide clear proof of the emergence of Gog and Magog before the Day of Judgment, and their appearance serves as one of the signs signaling the approach of the Day of Judgment. The Sunnah also contains numerous narrations that clearly establish and elucidate this (fact). One of these evidences is the hadith narrated by Hudhaifah Bin Usayd Al Ghaffaaree [may Allah be pleased with him], which is (recorded in Sahih Muslim and Abu Dawood as follows): ”We were sitting in the shade of the chamber of the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] discussing, so he said, ‘What are you discussing?’ They said, ‘We are talking about the Hour’. He said, ‘The Last Hour will not come until there appear ten signs before it: the Smoke, the appearance of Dajjal, the Beast, the rising of the sun in its place of setting, the coming forth of the descent of Isa, the son of Maryam, the appearance of Gog and Magog, and the three Subsidences, (one in the West, one in the East, and one in the Arabian Peninsula), and at the end a fire will issue forth from the Yemen and drive the people to their place of assembly'”. (1)

After citing a few more Ahadith, Al-Allamah Hamud asserted on page 12: Indeed, the assertion that Gog and Magog are the people of China contradicts what is well-established in texts that their emergence will occur only after the descent of Isa [peace be upon him] and the demise of Dajjal. Furthermore, it is established in the texts that they (Gog and Magog) will only live for a brief period after their appearance, whereas the people of China have remained in their current state for extended durations. The assertion that Gog and Magog are the Chinese people contradicts what Allah has stated regarding Dhul Qarnain, that Dhul Qarnain constructed a massive iron barrier between Gog and Magog and the people, and they will not be able to breach it until the approach of the Hour.

Furthermore, Tariq Suwaydaan’s assertion that Gog and Magog are the people of China contradicts the statement made by As-Saadiq Al Masdooq (a) that Gog and Magog dig every day until they are on the verge of seeing the sun’s rays, at which point the one in charge orders them to return, stating, “Go back; we’ll dig it tomorrow”. Afterward, Allah strengthens the barrier to its original state until the time when He intends to release them upon the people. At that point, they will continue digging until they can see the rays of the sun and the one in charge will then command them to return, saying, “Go back; we’ll dig it tomorrow if Allah’s will.” They will respond, “If Allah wills.” They will go back to the barrier and find it exactly as they left it. Then, they will dig and come out to the people and consume all the water, while the people fortify themselves in their forts from them. (2)

After citing this narration, Al-Allamah Hamud stated: “This is not what happens to the people of China, rather, they move whenever and wherever they wish. There is no barrier or blockage impeding (them). [An Excerpt from ”Idaaha Wal Bayaan Fee Akhtaa’i Tariq Suwaydaan”. pages 6-35]

It is suspicious that two groups of people who provide more information about Zionist aggression in Palestine are increasingly becoming collateral damage!

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] informs us that when the sorcerers abandoned their grave sin and believed in Musa [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him], the tyrant Fir’awn said to them:

“You believe in him [Musa] before I permit you? Verily! He is your chief who taught you magic. So I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you on the trunks of date palms, and you shall surely know which of us [I (Fir’aun – Pharaoh) or the Lord of Musa (Moses) (Allah)] can give the severe and more lasting torment”. [Surah Taha. Ayah 71]

“You have believed in him [Musa (Moses)] before I permit you. Surely, this is a plot which you have plotted in the city to drive out its people, but you shall come to know. Surely, I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, then I will crucify you all.” [Surah Al-A’raf. Ayaat 123-124]

Pharaoh, the cruel and opinionated judge, saw himself as the sole authority when it came to making decisions on the words of his subjects and in the assemblies. His subjects acknowledged and obeyed his rule, believing that he alone held the right to dictate, with no room for dissent. Challenging his authority was seen as a sign of defiance and lack of respect.

He alleged that Prophet Musa [peace be upon him] was the chief of the sorcerers who instructed them in sorcery and that the sorcerers covertly ensured his victory so that the majority of people would follow them. This is a blatant falsehood and Fir’awn was convinced of it! Musa never sought the assistance of the sorcerers; instead, it was Fir’awn who dispatched his followers to the different cities of Egypt to gather the sorcerers to support his cause. On the other hand, Musa came with clear signs from Allah [The Most High] while the sorcerers resorted to sorcery to overcome him, but their scheme backfired and the truth that Musa brought became evident to them, leading them to follow him.

“Surely, I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, then I will crucify you all”.

Fir’awn, the cruel one, asserted that those who strayed from his ways and chose to follow Musa were responsible for spreading corruption on the earth and that he would deal with them in the manner they deserved. [Tafsir as-Sadi]

Undoubtedly, the genocidal actions of Netanyahu’s Zionist army have resulted in the tragic loss of innocent lives in Palestine, including children, women, and non-combatants. Furthermore, journalists and medical professionals have also fallen victim to these ruthless attacks. The labeling of these individuals as collateral damage raises suspicions, especially considering their vital roles in disseminating information to the global community. Similar to Fir’awn, who sought to suppress any dissenting voices, Netanyahu and his army employ tactics such as psychological projection and false accusations to uphold their oppressive regime. By discrediting critics and diverting attention from their atrocities, they aim to maintain control. While it is crucial to verify facts, the alarming rate at which journalists and health professionals are being killed raises questions. Additionally, Netanyahu’s tendency to accuse others of anti-Semitism or being influenced by anti-Zionist propaganda serves as a shield to deflect scrutiny from his war crimes.

A brief analysis of Zionist Netanyahu’s impassioned rhetoric concerning his war crimes

In The name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] says:

وَقُلْ جَآءَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ ٱلْبَٰطِلُ إِنَّ ٱلْبَٰطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا

And say: “Truth has come and Batil (falsehood, i.e. Satan or polytheism, etc.) has vanished. Surely! Batil is ever bound to vanish.” [Surah Al-Israa. Ayah 81]

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “The outrageous decision by the ICC prosecutor, Karim Khan, to seek arrest warrants against the democratically elected leaders of Israel is a moral outrage of historic proportions. It will cast an everlasting mark of shame on the international court”.

Response: Netanyahu’s despicable choice to persist in his brutal assault on innocent Palestinians, particularly targeting the weakest among them, women and children, is a moral atrocity of unparalleled magnitude. This egregious act will forever stain his reputation and that of his accomplices.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Israel is waging a just war against Hamas, a genocidal terrorist organization that perpetrated the worst attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Hamas massacred 1200 Jews, raped Jewish women, burned Jewish babies, took hundreds hostage”. Read here: https://abuiyaad.com/w/hamas-israeli-right

Response: You are not engaged in a mere conflict with Hamas; instead, you are orchestrating a reprehensible and savage campaign against those whom you have singled out based on a distorted and invalidated interpretation of scripture, advocating for their complete annihilation. It is beyond comprehension that you, in your deranged state, would attempt to rationalise the murder of over 34,000 individuals, including innocent women and children, as well as the destruction of vital infrastructure, as a form of retribution for the loss of 1,200 Jewish lives. If Hamas are guilty of the heinous acts you accuse them of, such as the rape of Jewish women, the burning of Jewish babies, and the taking of hundreds of hostages, it would never serve as a justification for the mass murder of 34,000 innocent souls. Furthermore, your claims must be substantiated with irrefutable evidence, as your reputation for disseminating falsehoods through your propaganda machinery is well-known. While it is undeniable that Hamas has committed transgressions, there is a distinct lack of concrete proof to support the extent of your allegations. We condemn Hamas for their transgression against non-combatants, however, you have carried on murdering women and children. Read: https://abuiyaad.com/a/pharoah-slaughtering-babies

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Now, in the face of these horrors, Mr. Khan creates a twisted and false moral equivalence between the leaders of Israel and the henchmen of Hamas. This is like creating a moral equivalence after September 11th between President Bush and Osama Bin Laden, or during World War II between FDR and Hitler”.

Response: In light of these atrocities, the zealous Zionist Netanyahu fabricates a distorted and deceitful comparison between the transgressors of Hamas and his genocidal Zionist army. The debate over September 11th will be left to you and those who challenge the story, but what is undeniably true is that you are among the primary deceivers when it comes to the assertion that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “What a travesty of justice! What a disgrace! The prosecutor’s absurd charges against me and Israel’s defense minister are merely an attempt to deny Israel the basic right of self-defense. And I assure you of one thing: This attempt will utterly fail”.

Response: Such a mockery of justice! What a shameful display! Netanyahu’s preposterous assertions of self-preservation are nothing but a ploy to perpetrate mass murder driven by his delusions of grandeur, convinced of his superiority over the Palestinians. Rest assured, this act of genocide will forever linger in his conscience.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Eighty years ago, the Jewish people were totally defenseless against our enemies. Those days are over. Now the Jewish people have a state and we have an army to defend our state”.

Response: Eighty years ago, you found yourselves defenseless in the clutches of the Nazis, however, it is undeniable that the Palestinians find themselves in a similar state of vulnerability in your grasp. Instead of offering them protection, you have subjected them to brutality, mercilessly taking their lives, seizing their lands, and distorting the truth to suit your own agenda of violence. However, rest assured that this reign of terror will eventually meet its demise, just as the days of Fir’awn and Haman came to an end. Although you possess an army capable of committing genocide, may Allah grant you the justice you truly deserve and make you a cautionary tale for all to witness.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Notwithstanding the blood libels Mr. Khan has leveled, Israel will continue to wage this war in full compliance with international law. We will continue to take unprecedented measures to get innocent civilians out of harm’s way and to ensure that humanitarian assistance reaches those in need in Gaza”.

Response: Anyone who dares to denounce your atrocious acts of genocide is either tainted with anti-Semitism or spreading malicious blood libels! You persist in waging war just as Fir’awn and Haman did, driven by deceit and disbelief. Your adherence to a law is solely based on its alignment with your selfish desires and racist ideology. You continue to mercilessly slaughter innocent civilians, demolish their homes, and subject them to starvation, while the entire world bears witness to your heinous actions, yet you audaciously claim to be taking unprecedented measures to protect them from harm and provide humanitarian aid to those in need in Gaza!

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Mr. Khan also sets a dangerous precedent that undermines every democracy’s right to defend itself against terror organizations and aggressors. The ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel and Mr. Khan’s actions will not stop us from waging our just war against Hamas. But Mr. Khan’s abuse of this authority will turn the ICC into nothing more than a farce”.

Response: Mr. Netanyahu is establishing a perilous standard that empowers any ruthless dictator to embark on a killing rampage under the guise of self-preservation. Netanyahu’s authority does not extend to Palestine in the Eyes of the Almighty, and his heinous acts will cease one day, just as Allah put an end to the unbelieving oppressors of the past. Cease discussing the idea of launching a war against Hamas and utilizing them as a diversion to carry out mass murder. Your misuse of authority will ultimately transform you into a mere criminal in the chronicles of history.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “He’s doing something else. He is callously pouring gasoline on the fires of antisemitism that are raging across the world. Through this incendiary decision, Mr. Khan takes his place among the great antisemites in modern times. He now stands alongside those infamous German judges who donned their robes and upheld laws that denied the Jewish people their most basic rights and enabled the Nazis to perpetrate the worst crime in history”.

Response: You are the instigator of a different path, shamelessly fueling the flames of racism that burn within the souls of your followers and your cohorts within the extremist far-right. With your despicable actions, you align yourself with the infamous racists of our era, as you join forces with your far-right allies to strip the Palestinians of their fundamental rights and empower your murderous army to commit one of the most heinous atrocities in recent memory. Read here: https://abuiyaad.com/a/amalekite-genocide-doctrine-gaza

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “Two weeks ago, on Holocaust Memorial Day, I pledged this: No amount of pressure and no decision in any international forum will prevent Israel from defending itself against those who seek our destruction”.

Response: Every individual possesses the privilege to vow to protect the dignity and integrity of others through principles of equity and righteousness. No external force should compel one to forsake this duty. Nevertheless, you have not ceased your abhorrent racist crusade under the guise of self-preservation. Those who engage in senseless violence against the innocent only reflect upon themselves. We stand apart from your despicable actions.

Zionist Netanyahu stated: “To all the enemies of Israel, including their collaborators in The Hague, I renew that pledge today. Israel will wage our war against Hamas until that war is won. Because never again is now”.

Response: No, Mr deceitful, it is with great regret that we must inform you that you, in particular, have managed to amass a multitude of adversaries due to your deceitful nature. It appears that you are determined to deceive all Jews in your self-centered and diabolical campaign, masquerading it as self-defense while mercilessly targeting innocent lives. However, we implore you to remember that no despot can reign indefinitely, not even those who held dominion over both the eastern and western regions, such as Namrood and Bukhtanasar. Your intentions extend far beyond a mere conflict with Hamas; instead, you harbor a sinister desire to perpetrate mass murder and lay the groundwork for a malevolent future that will enable you to continue subjugating the Palestinian people, much like Fir’awn callously slaughtered infants in his quest to maintain his tyrannical rule.
Finally, let it be known that this response, in no way, condones the crimes committed by Hamas against innocent individuals. Please read the following article below:
