Fanatics of al-Hajoori Attempting to “Refute Their Way Out”[!]

In recent weeks we have witnessed the rise of the “E-Mail Shaikhs” and the consequent embarassing demise that followed, as predicted all that will remain in the end is a group of extremist fanatics of al-Hajoori emailing each other with absurd nonsense for comfort. It appears the statement of Shaikh Rabee’ is completely applicable in Manchester and the surrounding regions with regards to many of these fanatics having been in Dammaj for miniscule time periods and then attempting to fuel fitnah. Some from these extremist fanatics – whether it is Dammaj or elsewhere they have “studied” [in reality a month or two having learnt nothing other than a handful of words of the Arabic Language for many of them] -, most likely those with an inferior intellectual capacity leading them to not recognise the shame they bring upon themselves, have continued to forward worthless emails filled with absurdities.

They have attempted to make mention of Shaikh ‘Ubayd and the ludicrous claim that he has been refuted – by no other than their extremist Shaikh!. They spent time going through other people of knowledge one by one and either “advising”[!] or outright attempting to “refute” them upon their delusional state, they made mention of Shaikh Bazmool, and now it seems a deluded uprising against Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary is the recent focus…

Firstly, it is amazing how depleted the intellects of such fanatics have become; it would appear they seem to think upon their delusional state they are going to “refute their way out” by attempting to “take out” anyone and everyone who upholds and furthers the speech of Shaikh Rabee’, be it Shaikh ‘Ubayd, Shaikh Bazmool, Shaikh al-Wassaby and now Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary amongst many others!!…. little wonder Shaikh Rabee’ stated that they consider everyone else is under their feet!

Secondly, Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary is well known from the people of knowledge in Madinah, a teacher at the Islamic Unviersity, proficient in the Sciences of Hadith and praised by the scholars, this is the speech of Shaikh Rabee’ regarding those who speak ill of Shaikh Abdullah al-Bukhary, “I advise the youth in Madeenah to attend the lessons of brother Abdullah Al-Bukhari; for he is from the chosen of Ahlu-Sunnah, and from those who defend Ahlu Sunnah…he is from the best of the graduates of the Islaamic University of Madeenah.”
As-Shaykh Allaamah Muhammad Amaan Jaamee has also praised Shaykh Al-Bukhaaree.

All that remains to be seen is how long young, foolish, ignorant fanatics who are urged on through seeking respect from their seniors will continue to spread such foolish speech regarding the people of knowledge from ahlus-Sunnah in an attempt to “refute their way out” of this calamity they have entered themselves into through their extremism…and how long local young, foolish, ignorant fanatics will continue to humiliate and disgrace themselves by persisting in forwarding emails…?

By Allah it would be better for them to leave this destructive path of extremism and return to the truth, we ask Allah to rectify their affairs.

The Audacious Claim that al-Hajoori has “Clarified”[!] Shaikh Rabee’s Statement!

Regrettably the continued act to save face does not cease from the extremists of al-Hajoori, from the most audacious of claims recently presented being that al-Hajoori has somehow “clarified” the statement of Shiakh Rabee’!

Such a claim from the extremists presents certain difficulties; it is beyond comprehension what exactly they desire to believe upon their delusion has been clarified?

What part of the statement that they have ghulluw in them, an extremism that has no equal, has been “clarified?” To this day we see the extremists of al-Hajoori continuing upon their way of the “e-mail shaikhs” by sending embarassing attempts to redeem themselves, and it would be far better from them to accept their reality and repent. To this day we hear of them “refuting” the apparent “double standards” that exist from everyone refuting them? To this day they remain upon their statement that the only salafi masjid in Manchester has engaged in “criminal” acts! Yet they may be unaware that the reign of the e-mail shaikhs is coming to an end too, since certain individuals have already blocked them and they persist in humiliating themselves by sending emails! In the end they will have no one left but a group of the foolish sending each other emails to console themselves.

Similarly which part of the statement that they wage war against the salafis has been clarified? They continue to speak against the salafi centres of the UK, Canada and elsewhere, they continue to speak against all those who have further emphasised the speech of Shaikh Rabee’ upon them….

It is humiliating and embarassing to say the least that they have the deluded audacity to claim that the statement of Shaikh Rabee’ has been “clarified”!…the clarification is simple…they are extremists and foolish.

Abandon them and their ways and focus on seeking knowledge upon the sound methodology as taught by the scholars, not upon the fanatical exaggeration of the students of al-Hajoori.

The Self-Amazement of Al-Hajoori As Opposed to the Humility of the Salaf

Al’Amoodee-one of the drivers of Al’Hajoori’s Ghuluww Caravan quoted a poet’s exaggerated praise for his Shaikh in [kashf Al-Ghitaa: 53]- that the one who desires knowledge in its entirety will find it in Dammaaj….. he will find its fountainhead with Yahyah….Yahyah is its fountainhead, for Allaah-The Lord of the Aalaameen-granted him knowledge. Reader: Bear in mind that Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi wrote the introduction to this treatise of Al-Amoodee [For further details see page 7 of the refutation Titled At-Tankeel by Ustaadh Abdur-Rahmaan Bin Ahmad Al-Barmakiy (may Allaah protect him)]

Humility of our Salaf

Imaam Ash-Shaafi’ee (rahimahullaah) said: ”I wished that the people learnt this knowledge and attribute none of it to me.” [Jaami-ul Uloom wal-hikam: page: 131]

It was said to Imaam Ahmad (rahimahullaah): ”May Allaah reward you for the good you have (done) for Islaam. He said:”Rather, Allaah has (done) good for me through Islaam. Who am I, and what am I?” [Siyar A’laam Nubulaa: 11/225]

Sufyaan Bin Uyaynah (rahimahullaah) said: ”Indeed, I become angry with myself when I see you come to me, and I say to myself: These people have not come to me, except due to the good thoughts they have about me.” [Hilyatul Awliyaa: 7/285]

We seek Allaah’s protection from ghuluww and we ask Him for humility. And may He (The Most High) return Al-Hajoori and his supporters to the path of correctness

Despite his dangerous and clear errors, look at this blameworthy boldness!

Al-Hajoori (may Allaah guide him) stated:

”Whoever says that the Dawah in Dammaaj has changed, then upon him is the curse of Allaah, the angels and all the people.”

Innovations and Innovators : The Stance of the Muslim Who Cares For His Religion.

Linguistically bid’ah (innovation) means ‘a newly invented matter’. The Sharee’ah definition of bid’ah is: “A newly invented way [beliefs or action] in the religion, in imitation of the Sharee’ah (prescribed Law), by which nearness to Allaah is sought, [but] not being supported by any authentic proof – neither in its foundations, nor in the manner in which it is performed.” Al-I’tisaam of ash-Shaatibee (1/37).

The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Every innovation is misguidance and going astray” Reported by Abu Daawood (no. 4607), at-Tirmidhee (no. 2676) and it is saheeh. Ibn Hajr authenticated it Takhreej Ahaadeeth Ibn ul-Haajib (1/137).

And he (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also said: “… and every innovation is misguidance and all misguidance is in the Hellfire.” Reported by an-Nasaa’ee (1/224) from Jaabir bin Abdullaah and it is saheeh as declared by Shaikh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah in Majmoo’ ul-Fataawaa (3/58).

The Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also warned against the People of Innovation, from befriending, supporting or taking from them saying: “Whoever innovates or accommodates an innovator then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His Angels and the whole of mankind.” Reported by Bukhaaree (12/41) and Muslim (9/140)

And in his footsteps, we find the Noble Companions and the Taabi’een after them warning from the danger of innovations upon the Ummah, its people and their unity, since it is innovations which have divided the Ummah and split it asunder.

Ibn Abbaas (d. 68H) said: “Indeed the most detestable of things to Allaah are the innovations.” Reported by al-Bayhaqee in as-Sunan al-Kubraa (4/316)

Ibn Umar (d. 84H) said: “Every innovation is misguidance, even if the people see it as something good.” Reported by Abu Shaamah (no. 39)

Sufyaan ath-Thawree (d. 161H) said:”Innovation is more beloved to Iblees than sin, since a sin may be repented from but innovation is not repented from.” Reported by al-Laalikaa’ee (no. 238)

Al-Fudayl bin ‘Iyaad (d. 187H) said: “I met the best of people, all of them people of the Sunnah and they used to forbid from accompanying the people of innovation.” Reported by al-Laalikaa’ee (no.267)

Al-Hasan al-Basree (d. 110H) said: “Do not sit with the people of innovation and desires, nor argue with them, nor listen to them.” Reported by ad-Daarimee in his Sunan (1/121)

Ibraaheem bin Maysarah (d.132H) said: “Whoever honours an innovator has aided in the destruction of Islam.” Reported by al-Laalikaa’ee (1/139).

Sufyaan ath-Thawree (d. 161H) said: “Whoever listens to an innovator has left the protection of Allaah and is entrusted with the innovation.” Reported by Abu Nu’aym in al-Hilyah (7/26) and Ibn Battah (no.444).

Imaam Maalik (d. 179H) said: “How evil are the people of innovation, we do no give them salaam.” Reported by al-Baghawee in Sharh us-Sunnah (1/234).

Imaam ash-Shaafi’ee (d. 204H) said: “That a person meets Allaah with every sin except Shirk is better than meeting Him upon any one of the innovated beliefs.” Reported by al-Bayhaqee in al-I’tiqaad (p.158)

Al-Fudayl bin ‘Iyaad (d. 187H) said: “Whoever sits with a person of innovation, then beware of him and whoever sits with a person of innovation has not been given wisdom. I love that there was fort of iron between me and a person of innovation. That I eat with a Jew and a Christian is more beloved to me than that I eat with a person of innovation.” Reported by al-Laalikaa’ee (no.1149)

Al-Layth bin Sa’d (d. 175H) said: “If I saw a person of desires (i.e. innovations) walking upon the water I would not accept from him.” So Imaam as-Shaafi’ee then said: “He (al-Layth) has fallen short. If I saw him walking in the air I would not accept from him.” Reported by as-Suyooti in al-Amr bil ‘Ittibaa wan-Nahee anil Ibtidaa’.

Al-Fudayl bin ‘Iyaad said: “If a man comes to a person to consult him and he directs him to an innovator, then he has made a deception of Islaam. Beware of going to a person of innovation for they divert [people] from the truth.” Sharh Usool ul-I’tiqaad of al-Laalikaa’ee (no.261)

Here are only three quotes from some of Shaikh Yahyah’s supporters to show you the reality of Shaikh Rabee’s observations.

First Quote:

“Yahyah your life is a blessing for the creation”

Abdul Hameed Al-Hajoori stated about some of the opponents of Yahyah Al-Hajoori: “You shall see from what I will mention that these deceitful ones are traversing the path of shaytaan, pharaoh, haamaan and abu jahl, and many of the fortune tellers….”

Al-Amoodee (a supporter of Shaikh Yahyah) said about Shaikh Abdur-Rahmaan Al-Adani: “How numerous has Abdur-rahmaan Al-Adani been seen in a dream in the image of a woman; and amongst them (i.e. those who saw him in their dreams) is one who saw him in the image of a beautiful adorned woman, whilst the people stared at her.”

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah preserve him) said:

*None utters this speech about Shaikh Ubaid that he is an enemy of the Sunnah except a person who is an enemy of the Sunnah.  The one who says this about Shaikh Ubaid is deserving of this description.  May Allaah wage war against the utterer of this speech and may he receive what he deserves.  This is a lie and pure wickedness.  Baarakallaahu Feekum, none repeats or utters this speech except a man who is captivated (in evil) and is an impudent one.
*Who agrees with Yahyah Al-Hajoori in abusing Shaikh Ubaid that he is misguided and deviated?! By Allaah none utters or agrees with this speech except a misguided deviated person.  This is wickedness, lies and manifest slander.

*The speech of Yahyah Al-Hajoori against Shaikh Ubaid and the Mashaa-yikh of Ahlus Sunnah—By Allaah it is the falsest of falsehood; rather it is from the wickedest of wickedness, and none agrees with it except a deviated man.

*He (i.e. Al-Hajoori) has no supporting evidence nor any manifest proofs; rather he only has idiotic and foolish affairs; conjecture, lies, transgression and defamation.  And to Allaah will the disputants be gathered (on the Day of Judgment).

*By all means this one (i.e. Al-Hajoori) is neither a sincere adviser nor trustworthy.  The one who utters this (i.e. these vile attacks against Shaikh Ubaid) is neither a sincere adviser nor a trustworthy one.  What advise and trustworthiness is in this (i.e. these vile attacks)?! [Part 1] Take the position of men against Shaikh Yahyah–Al’Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.  All praise is due to Allaah and may the Salaah and Salaam be upon our noble Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.  To proceed:

 

Allaah (The Most High) said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ ۚ إِنْ يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيرًا فَاللَّهُ أَوْلَىٰ بِهِمَا ۖ فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَىٰ أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا ۚ وَإِنْ تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا

‘’O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [4:135]

We ask Allaah (The Most High) to grant us Tawfeeq to be from those mentioned in the above Aayah.

 

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

”Speech about the people has to be with knowledge and justice, and not by way of ignorance and oppression.” [Minhaajus Sunnah: 4/337]

 

He (rahimahullaah) also said:

”The just amongst men is the one who informs of an affair the way it is; he neither adds to it and becomes a liar nor does he subtract from it and becomes a concealer.” [20/84]

 

Reader: The oppression and excessiveness of Shaikh Yahyah and his supporters has not ceased as stated by shaikh Rabee recently.  This is clear to everyone and to Allaah do we complain our grief.  Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”Wickedness has occurred from him and no one agrees with him on this; no one agrees with Yahyah al-hajooree’s attacks/defamations except a misguided deviated one. [Quoted by Abdullaah Al-Musaalimiy]

 

Shaikh Abu Abdil Mu-izz Muhammad Ali Firkoos al Jazaa-iree (from the scholars of Algeria) stated:

Al-Hajoori does not possess knowledge–that knowledge by way of which displeasure is measured (i.e. the knowledge that enables a person to maintain justice in times of displeasure and anger). The man is young in age.’’ [4/1432AH Shabaan—Quoted by Abdullaah Al-Musaalimiy]

 

Likewise, as you are all aware that the Imaam of  Jarh Wat Tadeel of our era Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) recently stated as follows:  ”We have remained patient for 7 years, whilst letters and complaints have reached us.  And now you have to force him to change his ways.  If Yahyah carries on upon his ways, it will cause an incomparable fitnah.” [See Video at website of our noble brothers at Daarus Sunnah: http://video.dusunnah.com/uncategorized/yahya-al-hajoori-is-more-harmful-to-the-salafis-than-anyone-today-shaykh-rabee-al-madkhalee/]

 

The Shaikh also says: ”His students (i.e. Shaikh Yahyah’s students) are ghulaat (extremists).’’  He also says: ‘’Take the position of men with regards to him.’’  He also says, ‘’There is no one more harmful than Yahyah.  Only Dammaaj is left [considered salafi] and all the centres are under the feet [nothing] except Dammaaj”

Reader:

We will no longer tolerate any attacks from either Shaikh Yahyah or his students—the attacks directed at Shaikh Ubaid and the rest of the Mashaayikh.  Likewise we can no longer tolerate their attacks against Maktabah Salafiyyah; rather we seek the Aid and Assistance of Allaah in taking the position of men against him.  Al-Allaamah Rabee bin Haadee (may Allaah preserve him) stated that we warn against those who warn against Shaikh Ubaid and Maktabah Salafiyyah [see link http://www.salafitalk.com/entries/35-At-the-age-of-31-Kris-was-diagnosed-with-incurable-stage-IV-Cancer!?goto=next]

 

Inshaa-Allaah that which is to follow will be extracted from the many replies of the students of knowledge in repelling the oppression and excesses of Shaikh Yahyah.
