[4] Usaamah Al Utaybi – [ The Pottymouth Vile Hater and Thoughtless Moron, Whose Affair Has Reached The Point of Madness]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The over-stringent ones are destroyed”.  Imaam Nawawi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The over-stringent ones are those who look too deeply (into affairs) and are excessive- those who exceed the Hudood (prescribed legislated Sharee’ah boundaries) in their statements and actions”. [Sharh Saheeh Muslim. Vol 16. page 180 ]

Usaamah Al-Utaybi – the pottymouth vile hater about whom Al-Allaamah Ubaid Al-Jaabiree stated that his affair has reached the point of madness – stated that when the overseers of Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah were under the supervision of the Salafi Mashaayikh, they were upon good despite having errors, and one of those errors was that they entered into the Fitna of Faaleh Al-Harbi; but they recanted at the time after advised by Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi. However, they have returned to their previous misguidance and have not ceased to be upon Haddaadiyyah, with lies, slander and revilement against the Salafi scholars.

Observations and Comments On The Above

Point Number 1: When Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah was under the supervision of the Salafi Mashaayikh!

Observation: Deceitful pottymouth – Usaamah – desperately seeks to give the impression that Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah are no longer upon what they were upon. Indeed, all Masaajid and Maraakiz of Salafiyyah in the UK know fully well that Al-Maktabatus Salafi are still upon the sound Salafi Methodology and with the Salafi Mashaayikh – teaching the books of Tawheed and Sunnah, defending the scholars of Salafiyyah, calling to the truth, confronting Tamyee, Haddaadiyyah, Khaarijiyyah, Soofiyyah and other paths of misguidance; rather the only reason behind attacks of the vile musaafiqah – including shameless Usaamah’s attacks – is because the Maktabah defends Salafi Mashaayikh and Salafi students, and repels the transgressions of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi. Point Number 2: Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah was upon good despite having errors and one of these errors was that they entered into the Fitna of Faaleh Al-Harbi, but they recanted at the time after being advised by Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi.

Observation:

Firstly, all praise is due to Allaah that when the affair of Faaleh Al-Harbi – the Haddaadi – became manifest and he was refuted by the likes of Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi, the Maktabah as well as other Salafiyyoon abandoned him after he persisted upon error, especially when he innovated principles in the science of Al-Jarh Wat-Tadeel (the Science of Criticism and Commendation) and made Tabdee (declaring people innovators in the religion) without proof. This was not done for the sake of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi nor was he the only one who stood against Faaleh, rather Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi was the one who led the battle against Faaleh. Likewise, this eagerness to defend the Manhaj – by the Tawfeeq of Allaah – is what the Maktabah is upon to this day; defending Salafiyyah and reprimanding those who oppose it based on manifest clarifications, and all praise is due to Allaah.

Secondly, at present Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi has been found guilty of making Tabdee without proof and thus reprimanded by Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi, so Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah stood firm together with others to aid the truth by the Tawfeeq of Allaah. However, this silly fool (pottymouth Usaamah) attacks the Maktabah for abandoning Dr Muhammad and then call them Haddaadees, even though he is the one who has manifested behaviour and uttered statements similar to that of the Haddaadiyyah when he stated about those who warn against the gathering of Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhayli – a defender of Muhammad Bin Haadi – that they are “ahlul bidah. He cannot produce an atom’s weight of evidence to establish his claim, rather he uttered this statement due to oppression and transgression. Indeed, his affair is nothing else besides what Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree – who knows him better than us – precisely stated about him that “As for preventing his harm, by Allaah, neither I nor you can do this. If I had anything to do with it, I would have stopped it”. The Shaikh also said, “His affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness”.

As for the Maktabah, Allaah granted them -once again- justice, knowledge, wisdom and upright behaviour in this affair. Point Number 3: They have returned to their previous misguidance and have not ceased to be upon Haddaadiyyah, with lies, slander and revilement that is tantamount to that of the Haddaadiyyah against the Salafi scholars.

Observation: The only reason that led Usaamah to utter this outright falsehood that is tantamount to Fujoor Fil Khusoomah [an act of inequity in argumentation] is only because Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah did the right thing by warning against both Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi’s oppressive judgements and those who beautify his affair.  Therefore, the Maktabah is absolutely innocent of this false accusation uttered by potty mouth Usaamah. May Allaah protect us from his vile tongue Aameen.

There is no doubt that the one who closely examines Usaamah’s behaviour will discover the fact that he a spiteful idiot who thinks that his quackery, oppression, excess and transgression is wisdom and justice. This is what has clearly manifested when this insolent liar uses the term ahlul bidah against the Maktabah because they warn against those who beautify the affair of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi after he has persisted upon false Tabdee. Indeed, Usaamah’s pathetic and irresponsible behaviour manifests his short sightedness, irrationality, slanderous behaviour and outright lies, because every sensible person can clearly see that he deliberately oppresses and slanders those who forbid excess, oppression and transgression, and commend those who commit excess, oppression and transgression; seeks to conceal truth and pedal lies. Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated, “When a proof that supports the truth is manifested and the one who wants to repel it finds no way of doing so, he refrains from mentioning it and thus becomes a silent devil, and sometimes he distorts it. Distortion is of two types: Distortion in wording and distortion in meanings. Distortion in wording is when one utters a word in a context in which it does not establish the truth – either adding to the word or omitting something from it, or substituting it with something else- to the extent that the listener is made to believe something, whilst something else is intended by it, just as the Yahood (i.e. those Yahood who disbelieved in the Prophet and hated him) used to distort words when giving Salaam to the Prophet [i.e. saying As-Saamu Alayka (death be upon you), instead of saying Assalaamu alaykum). This is one type of distortion. The second type of distortion is related to meanings – distorting the wording, giving it an interpretation that is not intended by the one who uttered it and pretending not to know what is not its intended meaning, or dropping other meanings intended by it etc. Allaah [The Most High] said: [وَإِن تَلۡوُ ۥۤاْ أَوۡ تُعۡرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرً۬ا – and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do]”. (1)

The Imaam also stated, “The fact that a statement regarding something is lies and falsehood is sometimes known based on the statement in and of itself, its contradictions, perplexity and the manifestation of those clear indications which shows that it is lies. Lies might be manifested based on what it is in reality, manifested based on what is apparent and what is being concealed. It is sometimes known based on the situation of the utterer of the lie, for indeed the one who is known for lying, wickedness and deception, his statements do not show anything else except a state of conformity with his deeds. He does not utter a statement or perform an action similar to that of a pious and truthful person – the one innocent of every evil, deception, lie and wicked behaviour; rather the heart, intention, statements and deeds of the truthful one have the same image; and the heart, statements, deeds and intentions of the liar have the same image”. (2)

The Imaam also stated that one should beware of kadhib [lying], for indeed it corrupts one’s ability to illustrate information based on what it should be in reality. It corrupts one’s ability to illustrate information and his ability to teach the people. The liar portrays what is non-existent as something present and what is present as something non-existent. He portrays truth as something false and falsehood as something true; he portrays good as evil and evil as good, so this corrupts his conception and knowledge, which then becomes a punishment upon him. Then he portrays what is not true to the one deceived by him – the one who is inclined towards him- so he corrupts his conception and knowledge. The soul of the liar turns away from the existing reality -inclined towards what is non-existent and gives preference to falsehood. And when his conception and knowledge is corrupted, which is the basis of every wilful chosen deed, his deeds become corrupt and marked by lies, so those deeds would emanate from him just as lies emanate from the tongue- he neither benefits from his tongue nor his deeds. This is why lying is the basis [or foundation] of immorality, just as the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Indeed lies lead to immorality [or wickedness] and indeed immorality [or wickedness] leads to the fire. [Bukhaari 2606/2607]

Firstly lies emerges from the heart and then on the tongue, so it corrupts it; then it transfers to the limbs and corrupts its actions, just as it corrupts the statements of the tongue. Therefore, lying prevails over his statements, deeds and state of affairs; corruption becomes deeply rooted in him and its disease leads to destruction if Allaah does not grant him cure him with the medication of truthfulness, which uproots its (i.e. lying) from its original source. This is why the basis [or foundation] of all the deeds of the hearts is based on truthfulness; and the basis of their opposites – such as showing off, self-amazement, pride, being glad [with ungratefulness to Allaah’s Favours], conceitedness, boastfulness, insolence, weakness, laziness, cowardice, disgrace and other than them- is lies. The origin of every righteous deed- whether carried out in private or public- is based on truthfulness. And the origin of every corrupt deed – whether carried out in private or public- is lies. (3)

Al-Allaama Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [may Allaah preserve him] said: “Through [Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)], Allaah removed us from the darkness of Shirk, indecency and Bidah, evil deeds and bad manners – lying, deceit, quackery and trickery; and (purified us) with pure (Islamic)] monotheism and strong sincere Eemaan. He [i.e. the Messenger] nurtured us upon truthfulness and took the oath of allegiance from us that we speak the truth wherever we may be, and he warned us against lies and evil deeds. And from the recompense (given) to a liar is that which has been reported from the noble Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]- the person of high moral character- who said, “I saw (in a dream) – two men came to me”. Then the Prophet said, “They said, ‘the person- the one whose cheek you saw being torn away (from the mouth to the ear) was a liar and used to tell lies and the people would report those lies on his authority till they spread (that lie) all over the world. So, he will be punished like that till the Day of Resurrection”. [Reported by Imaam Al-Bukhaari: Number: 6096] (4)

We ask Allaah to protect us from the disease that has afflicted pottymouth Usaamah and remove him from this destructive trap of lies, deception, transgression, oppression, excess and quackery Aameen.

Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The over-stringent ones are destroyed”. Indeed, we face two extremes – negligence from the likes of Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli and excess from the likes of Dr MUhammad Bin Haadi, and his fan Usaamah Al Utaybi – Mr pottymouth, the vile hater whose affair was precisely described by Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree [may Allaah preserve him] as follows, “As for preventing his harm, by Allaah, neither I nor you can do this. If I had anything to do with it, I would have stopped it”. The Shaikh also said, “His affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness”.

As for Usaamah Al-Utaybi- the pottymouth vile hater, he exceeds -upon foolishness, recklessness, and lightmindedness – where Dr Muhammad was forced to stop by the scholars. He speaks like one who enjoins good and forbids evil, whereas he is one enjoining evil and forbidding good, because he openly slanders those who refute excess and praise those who promote excess – slanders the virtuous Al-Maktabatus As-Salafiyyah (Birmingham) and the well-known callers in the UK, but praises Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi (the one who makes Tabdee without proofs and refuses to recan). Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali [may Allaah protect him] stated: “It has been reported in an authentic hadeeth -in Saheeh Al Bukhaari and Saheeh Muslim- that, ‘A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and thrown into the Fire, then his intestines will spill forth in the Fire and he will go around it as a donkey goes around a millstone. The people of Hell will gather around him and will say: O So and so! What is the matter with you; did you not use to enjoin good and forbid evil? He will say: Yes, I used to enjoin good, but did not do it; and I used to forbid evil and did it [i.e. commit the evil I used to forbid’. (a) Indeed, there maybe someone who is worse than this man, because he (i.e. the one worse than the man mentioned in this Hadeeth) enjoins evil and forbids good, so what will be his state of affairs, and Allaah’s Refuge is sought?!” (3)

The Slanders of Mr Potty-mouth Vile Usaamah Al-Utaybi

Mr Pottymouth – Utaybi’s Slander Number 1: Those -in Britain – who warn against Shaikh Sulaymaan’s gathering are Umalaa (i.e. stooges – those doing the dirty job of others)!

Response: Indeed, what has been witnessed by every person with an atom’s weight of sound intelligence and justice is that Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah have stood firm – by the Tawfeeq of Allaah – to repel every opposer of the sound Salafi Manhaj, be it the people of Tamyee or extremism. This virtuous Maktabah has neither abandoned nor warned against anyone except due to the fact that such an individual is either one declared a Mubtadi by a scholar based on clear proof or someone who openly supports error; either someone who associates with the people upon clear error or someone who seeks lame excuses for the people of error after the clear proofs have been established; however, neither have they exceeded the limits nor neglected the affair of those who deserve to be reprimanded. Pottymouth – Utaybi’s Slander Number 2: Those – in Britain – who warn against Shaikh Sulaymaan’s gathering are ahlul bidah, absorbed in the methodology of the Haddaadiyyah and from them are those concealing the methodology of the Khawaarij!

Response: Firstly, if this judgement was passed against a single person without any proof, it would have been enough to be declared an extreme injustice, falsehood, slander, opression and evil, then how about when Mr reckless – potty mouth Mr Al-Utaybi – passes judgement- without any proof- against everyone who warns against those who support Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi, even though (Dr Muhammad) is one who made Tabdee of some Salafis without proof?! Therefore, all that this vile man (Usaamah) is doing is that he has fallen into the same falsehood that Dr Muhammad fell into, and their predecessor in extremism and vile speech is none but the Mubtadi Yahyah Al-Hajuri. Pottymouth – Utaybi’s Slander Number 3: Abu Khadeejah is the leader of a mafia group called Maktabah Salafiyyah!

Response: May Allaah protect Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and his loved ones, protect the teachers and the Maraakiz Aameen. Do we need to inform Mr pottymouth – the evil fool (Al-Utaybi) – what a mafia is?! The statement of vile shaytaan necessitates that Shaikh Abu Khadeejah is the leader of an organization that arbitrates disputes between criminals and enforce illegal agreements between them through the use of or threat of violence! This is the least a mafia does, so can this vile Al-Utaybi describe a group amongst Ahlus Sunnah, who – for nearly three decades – have stood firm against every exposer of Salafiyyah in the east and the west, either by way of refutation or clear stances based on the Qur’aan, the Sunnah and the understanding of the Sahaabah, and constantly returning to the upright scholars to this present day. Indeed, what Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abbdillaah Al-Jaabiree stated about this Al-Utaybi can be clearly noticed whenever a sensible person examines the statement of this evil fool. His statements, views and thoughts in this affairs clearly shows that he has become stupid, mindless, egotistic, rash and unwise – a silly fool, whose mouth gets him into trouble, openly manifests blameworthy hatred towards people who oppose his false thinking, slanders and seeks to belittle through a derisive attitude, behavior and speech; turns a deaf ear to sound clarification and admonition in this affair, misled by self-deception, arrogantly gratifying his vain desires and taking delight in his scornful behaviour. This slander that exits the mouth of this vile liar is not even expected from those who do not attribute themselves to knowledge, then how about the one who attributes himself to knowledge and claims to aid the truth. Imaam Al-Khateeb Al-Baghdaadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “It is incumbent that the seekers of Hadeeth should be the (possessors of the) most perfect (behaviour, traits, manners, etiquettes etc) amongst the people, the most humble amongst the people, the greatest in their impartiality and adherence to the religion, the least in (deviating from good conduct) and (being overcome by) angry; and that is due to constantly lending an ear to the narrations that combine the excellent manners and etiquettes of Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], the lives of the virtuous pious predecessors, the path of the scholars of Hadeeth and the virtues of the (pious ones and scholars) who have passed away; so they adhere to the most refined and excellent (aspects of those traits, etiquettes, manners etc) and turn away from the most despised and lowly (traits, behaviour, manners, etiquettes etc)”. However, envy and loving to be heard, even if that necessitates uttering outright falsehood, has afflicted this vile fool, because only a vile and envious fool would seek attribute Haddaadiyyah, Khaarijiyyah and criminality to Al-Maktabatus Salafiyyah and the Maraakiz?! Imaam Al-Fudayl Bin Iyaad [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “There’s none who loves leadership, except that he will envy, transgress, seek after people’s fault (i.e. falsely) and hates that anyone else is mentioned with good”. (5)

We ask Allaah to guide him, protect us from his evil or break his back Aameen.

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّٲمِينَ لِلَّهِ شُہَدَآءَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ‌ۖ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّڪُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُواْ‌ۚ ٱعۡدِلُواْ هُوَ أَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوَىٰ‌ۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well­ Acquainted with what you do. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Aayah 8]

Indeed, Usaamah Al-Utaybi [may Allaah guide him or break his back] is one well known for excessive sinful speech. His chaotic behaviour is well known just as Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree [may Allaah protect him] stated about him to the people of Libya, “As for preventing his harm, by Allaah, neither I nor you can do this. If I had anything to do with it, I would have stopped it”. The guy is excessive and harmful, and this destructive behaviour has been clearly manifested in a statement of his when he stated that those who transmit warning against Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhayli’s gathering in Britian are Umalaa (i.e. doing a dirty job on behalf of someone), ahlul bidah, (proponents of innovation in religion), absorbed in the methodology of the Haddaadiyyah, and that amongst them are those concealing the methodology of the Khawaarij, and that from those who warn against this gathering is (Shaikh) Abu Khadeejah, who -according to pottymouth Usamah – is a leader of a Mafia group called Maktabah Salafiyyah, and one who hinders people from the path of Allaah etc.

Indeed, brothers and sisters, if the falsehood and excessive speech, the slanderous and chaotic behaviour of this vile wrong doer (Usaamah Al-Utaybi) never manifested to you in the past, then indeed what he stated above is enough as an example, just as Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree stated about him, “His affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness”.

Slander 2: Those -in Britain – who warn against Shaikh Sulaymaan’s gathering are ahlul bidah, absorbed in the methodology of the Haddaadiyyah and from them are those concealing the methodology of the Khawaarij! Utaybi did not produce an atom’s weight of proof to show that Salafipublications and the well-known Salafi Maraakiz are upon what he has described, rather what he has uttered is nothing but outright falsehood, malicious slander and excess [may Allaah guide him or break his back]. This is the same behaviour of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi – the one whom Usaamah defends and on whose behalf he unleashes this vile slander- when Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi demanded that he produces proof for his accusations, especially the Tabdee he declared against others. Then pottymouth Usaamah added – to his vile tirade – the claim that Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect him from the malicious tongues] is one who hinders people from the path of Allaah and that he is the leader of a mafia group called Maktabah Salafiyyah! Indeed, even though this statement unveils Usaamah’s foolish thoughts and views, but it contains – in addition to his more serious slanders about us being ahlul bidah – a mighty slander. Does this man not fear Allaah for unleashing his vile tongue and passing false rulings based on vain desires?! Allaah said:

[وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِ بِغَيۡرِ مَا ٱڪۡتَسَبُواْ فَقَدِ ٱحۡتَمَلُواْ بُهۡتَـٰنً۬ا وَإِثۡمً۬ا مُّبِينً۬ا – And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, bear on themselves the crime of slander and plain sin]. [Surah Al-Ahzaab. Aayah 58]

Al-Baraa’ah Ibn Aazib [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, ‘Usury has seventy-two doors, the least of which is like a man who goes into his mother [i.e. sexual intercourse]. The worst act of usury is for a man to attack the reputation of his brother”. [Mu’jam al-Awsaṭ 7151. Graded Saheeh Li-Ghayrihee By Imaam Al-Albaanee]

The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “The worst form of usury is the violation of someone’s honour”. “Verily, the worst act of usury is to attack the honour of a Muslim without a just cause”. [Abu Daawud 4876]
“Verily, the worst act of usury is to attack the reputation of a Muslim”- Meaning, the greater in evil and the more severely prohibited is to unleash the tongue against the honour of a Muslim by belittling him, behaving arrogantly towards him and speaking ill against him by way of slander or verbal abuse. This becomes more severe in prohibition because honour is more noble than one’s self and wealth. (1) This [i.e. violating the honour of a Muslim] has been referred to as usury because the transgressor establishes his honour and then goes beyond it, so it is as if he has added an increase that encroaches the boundaries in relation to the honour of a Muslim which is more valuable than his wealth. Al-Qaadhee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Attacking a Muslim’s honour is to deal with him more than what he deserves of that which is to be said about him or more than what is allowed to be said about him, and this is why it is likened to usury and considered one of its types. Then it is considered worse because it contains more harm and corruption”. (2)

Therefore, brothers and sisters, slander is not be tolerated from this vile Usaamah Al-Utaybi [may Allaah guide him or break his back], especially when such slander is disguised as knowledge. Even though this shameless potty accused us of Bidah, without an atom’s weight of proof, he followed the path of ahlul bidah in issuing judgements based on desires. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “The judges are three: one will go to Paradise and two to Hell. A man who knows the truth and judges with it will enter paradise; a man who knows the truth but judges with the opposite of it will enter the fire, and a man who judges for the people based on ignorance will enter the fire”. [Reported by Imaam Abu Dawud 3573]

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “And when it is the case that the one who judges between the people in (affairs) of wealth, blood [i.e. murder cases, physical violence etc] and honour will enter the hell fire if he is not a just scholar, then how about the one who passes judgements – without knowledge and justice – on creeds, religions, the fundamentals of belief, divine knowledge and the general fundamental principles related to different subject matters, as is the case with ahlul bidah wal ahwaa [the proponents of religious innovations and desires]”. (3)

This is what vile potty mouth Usaamah has fallen into by passing judgements against us based on the path of vain desires – a well known behaviour of ahlul bidah, even though we do not follow his satanic footsteps by declaring that he is a Mubtadi; rather it is enough that every sane person can see the precision Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree’s observation when he stated about pottymouth Usaamah, “His affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness”.

In conclusion, Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allaah protect him] once said to a resentful hater as follows: “So I say: Lamont Battle is an ahmaq (fool) and his hamaaqah (foolishness) becomes clearer and clearer to everyone by the day. I will not stoop so low so as to ask him to recant and apologise to me because, judging by his behaviour so far, he does not have that sense of justice and it appears that Shaytaan has gained mastery over his nafs in this issue. So all I will say is that may Allaah’s curse be upon the liar. Whoever is lying, may Allaah’s curse be upon the liar. And if he is truthful, then let him call Allaah to witness and invoke the curse of Allaah upon the liar. I am free and innocent of his evil slander and I have no concern whatsoever with his personal or private affairs”. Likewise, we say the same thing to vile Usaamah – an ahmaq (fool), whose hamaaqah (foolishness) becomes clearer and clearer to everyone by the day! May Allaah guide him or break his back Aameen.

Why do we refer to him as a “Pottymouth Hater?” That is because he uses obscene language, hurls false accusations at people in both religious and worldly affairs, and even accuses them of immoral conduct with women without a shred of evidence. This will be made known in the posts to follow InShaaAllaah.

Al-Allaamah Ubaid bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri [may Allaah protect him] stated:

May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allaah be upon you. All praise be to Allaah, and may Allaah’s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet and all his family and companions. Firstly, (this speech is) in conformity with the verdict I gave in the past which was more well-known. Secondly, we are on the advice we wrote to our children – the subjects and leaders of Libya. Thirdly, this man, Usaama Bin Ataayaa, the Palestinian, who calls himself Al-Utaybi, and Allaah knows best whether this is his lineage and it has nothing to do with me; but I say that his affair has reached the point of madness, recklessness and lightmindedness, so my advice is that the people of Libya should not be deceived by him- neither their common people nor their elite, and that they rally behind the one whom Allaah has placed in authority over them in order not to disobey him (in what he commands of good), acknowledge him by listening and obeying him in times of ease and hardship, and in what they like and dislike. (see footnote a) This is the summary regarding this man (i.e. Usaama). As for preventing his harm, by Allaah, neither I nor you can do this. If I had anything to do with it, I would have stopped it. The man stirred up Fitna, and I say, he was one of those who stirred up Fitna, as it was reported to me from trustworthy people from Misrata. [Warning Dated: Monday  29th Shawwal 1435AH]

Abu Moosaa Al-Ash’aree [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said to me, ‘O Abdullaah Bin Qais! Shall I tell you a word which is one of the treasures of Paradise? It is [لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ – There is neither might nor power except with Allaah]. [Bukhaari 6384 & Muslim 2704]

Al-Harwee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said that Abu Haytham [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Al-Hawl [ might] is Al-Haraka [movement]- meaning, there is no movement nor ability except by the Will of Allaah”. And it is said, “There is no might to repel evil nor any power to reach good except by the Will of Allaah”. (1)

Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan [may Allaah protect him] said, “One of the treasures of paradise”- Meaning: Its reward is great and that is paradise, and Paradise is the greatest thing sought after. This shows the virtue of the statement [لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ ]. And why does it carry this reward? That is because it necessitates surrendering all of one’s affairs to Allaah, manifesting one’s inability and poverty in the presence of Allaah, and that indeed Allaah is The One Perfect in Strength and The One Fully Able to do all things [and has power over all things]. It is a great statement, easy to utter and repeat on the tongue”. (2)

The One Who Burns The Qur’aan Out of Hatred and The One Who Protests In The Streets

In The Nasme of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Question to Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him]: What is the recompense for someone who unintentionally burn the Noble Qur’an and did not know until after doing so?

Answer: There is no (blame) on him as long as it is unintentional, such as if he burns it without knowing that it is the Qur’an. Likewise, there is no harm if he deliberately burns it so that it would not be disrespected because it is torn and cannot be benefitted from. That is because when the Qur’aan is torn and cannot be benefitted from (i.e. not possible to read it), it should be burnt or buried in a clean place so that it is not humiliated. As for if one burns it out of hatred, insult and being annoyed with it, then this is a great evil and it is tantamount to apostasy. Likewise, if one sits on it, steps on it with his foot to insult it, stain it with impurity, insults it or insults the one who reads it, then this is major disbelief and apostasy. And Allaah’s refuge is sought! [Majmoo Fataawaa Wa Maqaalaat Ash-Shaikh Ibn Baaz 24/395]

Indeed, nothing praiseworthy is expected from well known spiteful Islam haters except evil and malice. Allaah [The Exalted] said:

وَدَّ ڪَثِيرٌ۬ مِّنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ لَوۡ يَرُدُّونَكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ إِيمَـٰنِكُمۡ كُفَّارًا حَسَدً۬ا مِّنۡ عِندِ أَنفُسِهِم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ‌ۖ فَٱعۡفُواْ وَٱصۡفَحُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَأۡتِىَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَمۡرِهِۦۤ‌ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ ڪُلِّ شَىۡءٍ۬ قَدِيرٌ۬

Many of the people of the Scripture wish that if they could turn you away as disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from their ownselves, even, after the truth (that Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allah’s Messenger) has become manifest unto them. But forgive and overlook, till Allah brings His Command. Verily, Allah is Able to do all things. [Surah Al-Baqarah Aayah 109]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

لَتُبۡلَوُنَّ فِىٓ أَمۡوَٲلِڪُمۡ وَأَنفُسِڪُمۡ وَلَتَسۡمَعُنَّ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِڪُمۡ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ أَذً۬ى كَثِيرً۬ا‌ۚ وَإِن تَصۡبِرُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ذَٲلِكَ مِنۡ عَزۡمِ ٱلۡأُمُورِ

You will most certainly be tested in your material possessions and in yourselves. And you will most certainly hear much abuse from those who were given Scripture before you and from those who associate partners with Allāh. But if you patiently persevere and remain devoutly obedient—that will be a determining factor (which you must hold on to with firm resolve). [Surah Aal Imran. Aayah 186] (1)

Allaah [The Exalted] said: [قَدۡ بَدَتِ ٱلۡبَغۡضَآءُ مِنۡ أَفۡوَٲهِهِمۡ وَمَا تُخۡفِى صُدُورُهُمۡ أَكۡبَرُ‌ۚ – Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse]. [Surah Aal Imran. Aayah 118]

Therefore, this behaviour of theirs – burning the Qur’aan out of hatred – is expected from those spiteful Swedish disbelievers whose hearts are filled with envy and malice; but this does not mean that – in the name of opposing evil – we respond in a manner that is not legislated by Allaah and His Messenger. Street protests are not legislated in Islam as Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Protests are newly invented matters in the religion, every newly invented matter in the religion is a bidah (innovation in religion), every bidah is misguidance and every misguidance leads to the hell fire. Allaah’s legislation is perfect and complete- founded upon The Qur’aan and The Sunnah – and we do not know of anything by way of the evidences in the Qur’aan and the Sunnah that makes it permissible for a handful of people to gather for demonstrations, which causes disturbance for the people and time wasting. And greater than this is abandonment of the prayers (during protests) and the loss of life [i.e. murder]. If one was to kill a Muslim in a single protest, the one (or those) who called to such protests will carry his sins – be it an individual, a group or those who participate. It has been reported in an authentic hadeeth that “The termination of the world means less to Allah than the killing of a Muslim [i.e. without right]”. [Saheeh Al-Jaami 9208]

These protests are nothing but bidah and acts of misguidance advocated by shaytaan- (enticed) by the urge of the evil soul and desires. And these enemies [i.e. shaytaan, the urge of the evil soul and desires] do not come together in any affair except that the religion and worldly affairs are destroyed, just as it is the case in these demonstrations. The end results of protests is carnage, destruction, wastage of wealth and time, and terrorising those living in peace. And how many disadvantages are there in that?! It is enough to be considered something sinister due to the fact that the Noble Messengers and the Great Prophets who were put to trial and harmed by their people did not hold protests – neither engaged in plotting to cause explosions nor committing suicide; rather Islaam has forbidden all of that. Those who call to protests and hold that there is success in it are mistaken, and they have missed the correct path. Rectification of the affairs can only be by way of the Qur’aan and The Sunnah in accordance with the understanding of those scholars who are firmly grounded in knowledge. So whoever calls the people to this chaos, then indeed he has brought about a means to corrupting the land and the people, and what has occurred – in the past and at present- is a witness to that. Therefore, we warn the students of knowledge that they are not persuaded by the speech of those who allow protests]. They say that peaceful demonstrations are permissible -as they categorise it into this categorisation- without proofs and concrete evidence from the Qur’aan and the Sunnah- neither from the actions of the Messenger and the Noble Sahaabah nor from the Notable Imaams; rather the verdict on protests is only what has been stated earlier and as well as what has been written by other than myself”. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi [may Allaah preserve him] was asked, “Going out for to demonstrations and revolutions, and nurturing the youth upon it; is this from the methodology of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah or not, whether done within or outside the Muslim countries?” Answer: “This is the methodology of Marx (i.e. Carl Marx), Lenin (i.e. Vladimir Lenin) and those similar to them. It is not from the Islamic methodology. Revolutions, bloodshed, trials and troubles are Marx’s and Lenin’s school of thought”. [Source:An excerpt from كشف الستار Page: 18]

Allaah [The Most High] said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّٲمِينَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ شُہَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَوِ ٱلۡوَٲلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ‌ۚ إِن يَكُنۡ غَنِيًّا أَوۡ فَقِيرً۬ا فَٱللَّهُ أَوۡلَىٰ بِہِمَا‌ۖ فَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ أَن تَعۡدِلُواْ‌ۚ وَإِن تَلۡوُ ۥۤاْ أَوۡ تُعۡرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرً۬ا

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [Surah An-Nisaa. Ayah 135]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: Allaah [Glorified be He and Free is He From all Imperfections] commanded His servants to stand out firmly for justice on behalf of everyone – be it an enemy or an ally. Allaah [Glorified be He and free is He from all imperfections] commands us to stand out firmly for justice and testify (for or against) everyone, even if it were someone who is the most beloved person to us. A person should stand out firmly for justice (for or against) himself, his two parents, his other close relatives and his best friend amongst the people. If a person’s love for himself, his parents and his relatives prevents him from standing out firmly for the truth against them, especially if the truth is with someone he hates and regards as an enemy due to them, then indeed none will stand out firmly for justice in such circumstances except one whose love for Allaah and His Messenger is more than their love for everyone else. Indeed, the lunatics of ISIS were and are still rebuked by the mainstream media for their barbaric practice of beheading both civilians and prisoners of war during the period of their so called Islamic State in Syria. Even those who sought to imitate their deeds in a joke were severely rebuked. In July 2015, HSBC fired six staff after they performed a mock ISIS -style execution video during a team-building day and posted footage online. The bank described the video as “abhorrent”, sacked the individuals involved and apologised for any offence caused. In October 2017, a UK pharmacist was given a prison sentence for showing an ISIS beheading video to a primary school pupil. However, we do not hear much being said when a so called civilized Ukrainian citizen is shown in an advertisement resembling propaganda ISIS videos that features the mock execution of a Russian soldier! https://youtu.be/4XxTy1ItcGE

This practice – beheading civilians and prisoners of war – occured amongst previous nations, especially during war. However, ISIS – due to their deviation from sound creed and methodology – sought to justify this satanic deed by way of ambiguous text. They say that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon] said to the Quraish pagans, “With slaughter I came to you”. [Saheeh Mawaarid 1404. By Imaam Al-Albaanee]

Indeed, there is neither an atom’s weight of evidence in this Hadeeth which ISIS and other terrorists can use to justify their barbaric acts nor can this hadeeth be cited by stupid journalists and deceitful orientalists to prove that Islam supports what ISIS does. The evidence is as follows: Abdullah Ibn Amr Ibn Aas [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] was asked about the worst thing he saw committed by the Quraysh against Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], so he said, “I was present when their notables met together one day in al-Hijr. They spoke about Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] and said, ‘We have never exercised patience in anything similar to that which we are exercising patient regarding this man. He has declared us fools, reviled our forefathers, criticised our religion, split our ranks and insulted our gods. Indeed, we have exercised patience regarding him in a great affair – or they stated some statement to that effect. So while they were engaged in that discussion, Allaah’s Messenger appeared and kept on walking until he touched the corner [of the Ka ‘bah, where the Black Stone is]; then he went past them as he performed Tawaaf around the Kabah. When he went past them, they made fun of some of the statements he was uttering, and I could see from [the expression] on his face that it [offended him]. Then he carried on and when he went past them the second time, they made fun of him in the same manner and I could see from [the expression] on his face that it [offended him]. Then he carried on and when he went past them the third time, they made fun of him in the same manner. Then he said, “O Quraish! Listen to me. By the One in Whose hand is Muhammad’s soul, I have brought slaughter to you”. The people were very shocked by his statement to the extent that there was not a man amongst them except that he froze, as if there was a bird on his head, and those who uttered the harshest statements to him – prior to that – began speaking to him with the best words, saying, “O Abul Qaasim! Go away, go away, because by Allaah you have never been an ignorant person”. So he left them. Then the next day, they gathered at al-Hijr and I was with them. They said to one another, “You stated how impatient you are becoming with him, what you have heard about him and what he is saying, then as soon as he said something that alarmed you, you left him alone”. Whilst they were in that state, Allaah’s Messenger appeared and they all rushed towards him together, surrounded him and said, “You are the one who said such and such” – making reference to what has reached them regarding the criticism he directs at their gods and religion. He said, “Yes, I am the one who said that”. Then indeed I saw a man amongst them grab the neck of his garment, so Abu Bakr as-Siddeeq [may Allaah be pleased with him] got up to defend him and said whilst crying, “Would you kill a man just because he says, ‘My lord is Allah?’ Then they left him and that was the worst incident of aggression I saw from the Quraish. In another hadeeth reported by Imaam Bukhaari, Urwa Bin Zubayr [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “I asked Abdullah ibn Amr [may Allaah be pleased with him], ‘What was the worst thing the Mushrikoon did to Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]?’ He said, ‘I saw Uqbah Bin Abee Mu’ayt coming to the Prophet while he was praying and put his sheet around his neck and squeezed it hard. AbuBakr [may Allaah be pleased with him] came and pulled Uqba away from the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] and said, “Do you intend to kill a man just because he says, ‘My Lord is Allaah’, and he has brought forth clear signs (proofs) from your Lord?’”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari 3677]

So, we clearly see in the above narrations that the Prophet was greatly harmed by the Quraish notables. And regarding the statement of the Prophet, “O Quraish! Listen to me. By the One in Whose hand is Muhammad’s soul, I have brought slaughter to you”, Shaikh Saaleh Aala Ash-Shaikh [may Allaah preserve him] said, “These people [i.e. Khaarijites] come along and say things and doubts- that the Prophet said, ‘I have brought you slaughter’… ‘I have brought you slaughter’. So they understand the word Slaughter to mean cutting off the head. This is an understanding that is very far away from what is correct. And from the proofs that it is far away from what is correct is that it has not been implemented (in this manner) by anyone from the Muslim nation amongst the companions of the Prophet- to whom this statement was made – up until our present time when these [khaarijites] implemented it in this manner!

The context of the Prophet’s statement “I have brought you slaughter” is that the Arabs and the disbelievers before Islam used to treat the captive or the enemy in various ways- torture, punishment, humiliation etc.. The Prophet forbade all of that, and said, “I have brought you slaughter”, meaning killing by way of confrontation [i.e. when war takes between combatants]. Slaughter in this context means to kill and encounter [by way of war between combatants] and it does not mean to pull out a knife as it is said or as they assume. Therefore, all that the Arabs used to do with regards to torturing the people before death, cutting off the ears, mutilating the person during war etc, Islam eradicated it; so one thing remained and that is to kill [during war between combatants]. And if the person is not killed, then he is to be honoured, safeguarded, protected and treated, and he has the well-known rulings related to the affair of a captive. Therefore, we say to the spiteful militant secularists and stupid journalists: After being acquainted with the correct understanding of this hadeeth from a Saudi Salafi Scholar, will you still attribute the deeds of the Khawaarij (ISIS etc) to Islam?! By Allaah, you have uttered a mighty slander and a filthy statement. May Allaah guide you or protect us from your slanderous tongue Aameen. Indeed, the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon im] informed us about the khawaarij in many narrations.

He said, “A people will come from the east who recite the Qur’aan, but it will not go beyond their throats. They will pass through the religion just as an arrow pierces its target and they will not return to it just as the arrow does not return to the bow”. [Al-Bukhaari 7123]

He said, “During the last days [i.e. end of time], there will be young people with foolish dreams. They will say the best of statements amongst creation, but they will pass through Islam just as an arrow passes through its game. Their Eemaan will not go beyond their throats”. [Al-Bukhari 4770]

He said, “There will be discord and division in my Ummah and a people will come with beautiful statements but evil deeds. They recite the Qur’aan, but it will not go beyond their throats. They will exit the religion just as an arrow leaves its target and they will not return until the arrows returns to its notch. They are the worst of the creation”. [Abu Dawud 4765]

He said, “Some people from my Ummah will emerge from the east, who recite the Quran but it will not go beyond their throats. Every time a group of them appears it will be cut off. The Messenger repeated this and on the tenth time he said, “Every time a group of them emerges, it will be cut off, until Dajjaaj appears from their remnants”. [Musnad Aḥmad 27767]

Ubaydullaah Ibn Abee Raafi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The Khawaarij came out against Ali ibn Abee Taalib [may Allaah be pleased with him] and said, ‘There is no judgement, except the judgement of Allaah’, so Ali said them, ‘A statement of truth by way of which falsehood is intended’”. [Ṣaḥeeh Muslim 1066]

Imaam Wahb Ibn Munabbih [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “I was acquainted with the early period of Islaam. By Allaah, the Khaawaarij have never had a group except that Allaah caused it to split because of their evil state of affairs. Never did one of them publicize his opinion except that Allah caused his neck to be struck. Never did the Muslim Ummah unite behind a man from the Khawaarij. If Allah allowed the opinion of the Khawaarij to be accepted and established, then the earth would have been corrupted, the carriageways would have been cut off, Hajj to the sacred house of Allah would have ceased and the affair of Islam would have reverted to ignorance until the people seek shelter in the mountains as they did in the time of ignorance. If ten or twenty men among them were to rise, there would not be a man among them except that he claims the khilaafah for himself- every man among them would have ten thousand other men with him and all of them fighting each other, accusing one another of disbelief until the believer fears for himself, his religion, his life, his family, his wealth, and would not know where to travel or who to be with”. Imaam At-Tabari [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The Khawarij came to a village and captured a man and his daughter. She said to them, ‘O people of Islaam! Verily, my father is an old man so do not kill him, and I am only a girl. By Allaah, I have never committed immorality and I have never harmed anyone’. They brought her out to murder her whilst she kept on saying, ‘What sin have I committed; what sin have I committed?’ She fainted thereafter and they killed her with their swords”. Indeed, we have all witnessed the atrocities perpetrated by the present day Khawaarij, just as the above mentioned three Imaams of the Sunnah reported incidents regarding ISIS’s barbaric predecessors; rather the khawaarij do not even spare one another, as Imaam Wahb Ibn Munabbih stated, “If ten or twenty men among them were to rise, there would not be a man among them except that he claims the Caliphate for himself; every man among them would have ten thousand other men with him and all of them fighting each other, accusing one another of disbelief”. Indeed, this is exactly what was happening in Syria. Therefore, this victory mentioned in the hadeeth is not for the criminals of ISIS, rather the Prophet stated that whenever a group of the Khawaarij emerges they will be cut off.
