Reflection—O Allaah include us amongst these people. Aameen

Allaah (subhaanah) said:

”Verily, the Muttaqoon (pious) will be in the midst of Gardens and springs (in the Paradise), taking joy in the things which their Lord has given them. Verily, they were before this Muhsinoon (good-doers). They used to sleep but little by night [invoking their Lord (Allaah) and praying, with fear and hope].   And in the hours before dawn, they were (found) asking (Allaah) for forgiveness, And in their properties there was the right of the beggar, and the Mahroom (the poor who does not ask the others).” [51:15-19]

Ikhlaas and Not Showing off, whether a Scholar or Laymen- Shkh Muhammad b. Haadi- relayed by @ABDULILAH_UK

An important reminder, to be sincere and grounded, and not to show off regarding your actions; no matter how many people follow you or take from you in terms of da’wa.

This reminder has come to us at a crucial time in which we see many people entering into the dawah and religion of Allah. Alhamdulillah the blessings in this dawat-us salafiyyah are great. But we must always remember that anything that is achieved is by the tawfique of Allah and his mercy first. Our effort is very little in comparison to Allah’s immense favour and Mercy upon us to even allow us to be a part of it.

So we should strive as hard as we can to aid this call to Islam; working deligently in this dawah – and we ask Allah to reward us fully – all of us – and not to hold us to account for the things we fall short in.

Fataawa Scholars regarding those who hide their identities! —Will Naveed Ayaaz and Masjid As-Sunnah Reveal the identity of their Unknown Companion and Narrator?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Firstly, we ask Allaah to protect our hearts from loving innovators, whilst being overwhelmed by a satanic desire for persistence upon sin and transgression even after the inheritors of the Prophets (i.e. the scholars) have clarified the correct path towards safety and success in this life and the next.  And we ask Allaah to protect us from those whose companionship leads to an alliance upon sin, transgression and utilization of satanic methods even after the inheritors of the Prophets (i.e. the scholars) have clarified the correct path of safety and success in this life and the next.  Aameen.

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve jim) said:

By Allah no one hides his [real] name except a person of evil.  Astaghfirullah! Astaghfirullah! Why are you hiding your [real] name?! If you have the truth with you then announce your name, if you have falsehood with you then fear Allah! Don’t speak! There is no reason to hide your [real] name, no reason whatsoever, this is something unknown with the Salaf…” http://www.salafitalk.net/st/printthread.cfm?Forum=9&Topic=5498

The Statement of Shaikh Saaleh al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him)

Questioner: ”A simple question, there is a website on the internet on which there is someone writing things with an anonymous name, rather he says, ‘I am unlisted’, and he speaks ill of some of the salafee callers and accuses them of sins and says that it is impermissible to take knowledge from them…”

The Sheikh [interjecting]: ”Leave him off, the sin is upon him, the sin is upon him.”

Questioner: ”We wanted of sheikh to clarify to the common people that his word is not accepted…”

The Sheikh [interjecting]: ”Never!”

Questioner: ”Sheikh we don’t even know his name…”

The Sheikh said: ”…Never! Leave him.”

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Luhaydaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:

So this unknown person, his statements are not considered, and if the scholars have said about a person that he is not taken as a hujjah (a proof), and it is not befitting that he be of those that he narrated from, for example when a person is unknown, and this is of the categories of Jarh with the people of Hadeeth, if it is said that so and so is unknown, then nothing is known about him, he is not deserving that knowledge be taken from him, if he’s a liar then they call him a liar or a fabricator, and he narrates from the trustworthy that which they haven’t said. We ask Allah for guidance.” http://www.salafitalk.net/st/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=6&Topic=2991
