A Great Reminder From Shaikh Muqbil (rahimahullaah)- Do Not Call to Personalities because….!

Shaikh Muqbil Bin Haadi (rahimahullaah) said:

”Call to the book and the Sunnah. Do not call to personalities, for indeed personalities are not safe from trials and tribulations.”

Muhammad Al-Maaliki- You Included Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi in a Statement of yours at Brixton, So Be Honest And Clarify!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

‘’O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.” [4:135]

Indeed, one of Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s blameworthy ways in the UK is that he seeks to slander and silence those brothers in the UK Maraakiz, who criticize the staunch UK followers of the obstinate Mubtadi’ah, Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Magraawi. So when asked about those who question Brixton’s Salafiyyah, he responded saying that such people are fame seekers and that one should ask the scholars who visit the Uk, Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi included.

Muhammad Al-Maaliki utters slander once again! Firstly: Those who question Brixton’s Salafiyyah do so based on the fact that Brixton’s Admin staunchly defends the Murji Mubtadi Ali Al-Halabi. But Muhammad Al-Maaliki has nothing else to offer as a valid defence other than slanders. There is no doubt that his visits to the UK and blameworthy companionship has gradually established him as one of those in that ‘defense of the indefensible’ racket.

Some brothers are still been castigated for speaking the truth-the likes of Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah, Ustaadh Abu Hakeem and others (may Allaah preserve them) have stood firm and manifested the truth despite being attacked and vilified. But Muhammad Al-Maaliki deliberately ignores the fact that his defense of the indefensible is a spectacular mistake. He deliberately ignores the fact that it is impossible to encourage the staunch UK followers of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi to ignore criticisms directed against them, whilst they staunchly defend innovators.

Likewise, Brother Muhammad is infuriated by the fact that he has been unable to provide proofs for his slanders against Al-Markazus Salafi, yet he still claims to be upon the truth. Some brothers believe that Brother Muhammad is sleepwalking towards Tamyi; but even this sleepwalking towards Tamyi should be a stark warning. It is very disturbing that a man claiming fifty years of knowledge and companionship with the scholars has refused to acknowledge reality, even after the scholars have transmitted unambiguous knowledge based proofs against the innovators Al-Halabi, Al-Maribi, Al-Maghraawi and their staunch followers. On the other hand, he is quick to attack and vilify Al-Markazus Salafi for transmitting the knowledge based refutations against the staunch UK followers of these Mubtadi’ah. Likewise, he is not willing to be reminded of the fact that he must bear personal responsibility for sheltering these people, arguing on their behalf based on falsehood and slandering Al-Markazus Salafi?! This is a looming danger that Muhammad is steadily shrinking in on himself-trapping himself behind the staunch UK followers of Maribi, Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and the fallen Jamiat Ahle Hadeeth. His lack of clarity in this affair is echoed in the centres he visits in the UK, whilst he seeks to prevent us from speaking the truth.

So Muhammad Al-Maaliki is asked a simple question: Does he follow the evidences against Brixton?! That is because when he was asked about those who criticize Brixton, he said that we should ask the scholars who come to the UK, including Shaikh Muhammad bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him). Therefore, if this statement of Muhammad Al-Maaliki was uttered before Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi manifested Brixton’s blatant dishonesty, then what is Muhammad’s stance towards Brixton at present?! Likewise, this is the same question we asked him concerning Yahyah Al-Hajoori after he praised him, and it has become manifest that Al-Hajoori is a Haddaadi Mubtadi. But if this statement was uttered after Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi manifested Brixton’s dishonesty, then we do not expect an explanation from Muhammad Al-Maaliki, rather we remind him of the statement of Allaah (The Most High):

‘’O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [4:135]

Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi on Brixton

Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

And we hope those errors that have occurred from them (i.e. the brothers at Masjid Ar-Rahmah) will not be repeated by our brothers. This is my advice, and if the errors are repeated, then then it will be hurtful and they will be considered to be blameworthy. And then the end result for these brothers at Masjid Rahmah will be like the end result of that which occurred with those of Brixton Masjid in London! That they ended up with Abul-Hasan, Ali Hasan and those types of people, that which occurred with Abdul-Haqq Baker and whoever was with him such as Abu Haajir and others. They came to me here many times, and I would advise them. And what became apparent is that they are not truthful (laysoo saadiqeen)! These people from Brixton Masjid would sit with me and listen and say “yes” and then go and do the opposite! But this in reality did not harm except themselves! So I advise you with the same that you are truthful, outwardly and inwardly. And in this world you will be treated based upon your outward deeds. So I advise you not to be like these people at the Brixton Markaz for they are NOT truthful people (ghayr saadiqeen), for indeed they would come to me many times and often. I would try to rectify the affairs between them and the brothers in Birmingham (UK) at Salafi Publications. So whatever they (Brixton Masjid) would agree to in these sittings to adhere to, they would exit and abandon all that they agreed to. So I advise you to be truthful upon the correctness and be earnest.

[I] Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s Premeditated Fraudulent Claim to Leniency In The name of Defending Staunch Followers of Al-Maribi @ Masjid As-Sunnah, but claims that he is being oppressed and slandered!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

In his defence of the obstinate hizbiyyoon of Masjid As-Sunnah, Muhammad Al-Maaliki utilised slander against Al-Markazus Salafi, and on the other hand he utilised emotional rhetoric in order to divert the attention of his listeners from the main issues [i.e. the basis of the dispute between Al-Markazus Salafi and Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin for the past ten years is due to the Mubtadi’ah (Al-Maghraawi, Al-Maribi etc)]. Likewise, Muhammad sought to convince his listeners by mentioning a statement of truth but desiring falsehood by way of it. So in his defence of the staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah at Masjid As-Sunnah, Muhammad stated that we need to know the way to defend the religion and that we have to utilize leniency.

Firstly: All praise is due to Allaah, the well-known Maraakiz of Salafiyyah in the West are well aware of some of those who deliberately ignore the detailed knowledge based clarifications of the scholars against the contemporary Mubtadi’ah (Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi, Al-Maribi, Al-Hajoori etc), whilst on the other hand they openly attack those who disseminate such refutations.

Secondly: Muhammad Al-Maaliki is terribly negligent with regards to his stances towards the stanch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah; rather he passionately defended them, whilst claiming that the way to defend the religion is by way of leniency! There is no doubt that leniency is an important affair, so let us first benefit from this statement of Imaam Shanqeeti (rahimahullaah), who stated: ‘’Harshness in a place where leniency should be is idiocy and an offence. Leniency in a place where harshness should be is weakness and apathy. If it is said: Apply leniency, say: Leniency should be in its place and the leniency of a young man in other than its place is ignorance.” [Al-Islaam Deenu Kaamilu pages 10-12]

How amazing was brother Muhammad’s implementation of leniency on that day?! He deliberately embarked upon a premeditated and fraudulent mission to defend the staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah after being well aware of the fact that some of the Kibaarul Ulama and the senior students of knowledge have studied the affairs in detail and written detailed unambiguous clarifications on the issues surrounding the innovator Al-Maribi and his staunch followers. And to make matters worse, he offered no evidence to support his stances; rather he terribly failed after seeking to bully and slander us-hoping that his aggressive behaviour would either silence us or compel us to accept his premeditated fraudulent appeals for leniency-all in the name of defending staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid as-Sunnah. So be mindful of this trickery, as Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said:

”(You) find the likes of this lack of honesty today! There is that one who approaches two disputing parties-one group upon truth and the other upon falsehood; so he misguides all of them and does not give greater weight to the truth. He manifests a new doctrine which he considers to be the balance path, whilst it is falsehood and sophistry in and of itself. This category of people is a dangerous trend and their foundation is lying and deception.  [دحر إفتراءات ] [Footnote in page 191]

Shaikh Abul Abbaas Aadil Ibn Mansoor (may Allaah preserve him) said that Al’Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said:

If you are a weak believer, then do not betray your brother because betrayal is opposed to the characteristic of the Taa’ifatul Mansoorah (i.e. the aided and victorious group). And that is because to betray the person (upon) the truth returns (as) harm against the betrayer and the one affected by his (act) of betrayal. Do not make your weakness a methodology!   Do not make your weakness (a claim to) wisdom! Do not make your weakness (a claim) to common sense, cautiousness and hesitation (i.e. a claim of common sense, cautiousness and hesitation that cannot be justified when you are required to stand firm)… http://www.sahab.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=149391

Brother Muhammad deliberately ignored the knowledge based proofs, slandered Al-Markazus Salafi and passionately defended the staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah-all in the name of leniency! His claim to leniency in those circumstances was nothing else but a premeditated fraud by way of which he sought to vent his anger on Al-Markazus Salafi.

He deliberately turned a blind eye to the realities of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Masjid Admin; rather he deliberately allowed the Admin to blur his vision with false praise and utilised him to give out recommendation for them, and even for Goldie-a man whom Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi declared one to be treated the same as Ahlul Bidah. Brothers, let this be a serious reminder to all of us and be warned against exaggerated or false praise. Shaikh Raslaan (may Allaah preserve him) said about his father (rahimahullaah): ”You taught me that a rebuke of truth is more honorable for me than a praise of falsehood. And that the reproach of a truthful person is better for me than the praise of a liar.” Source: Dawaabit Ar-Riwaayatu Indal Muhadditheen: page: 7 vol: 1]

How amazing was Brother Muhammad’s affair on that day! The staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah praised him, and he deliberately allowed them to utilise him in their war against the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markazus Salafi-those same staunch followers of Al-Maribi, who openly declared their allegiance to an innovator and hatred for Shaikh Rabee- yet brother Muhammad has the audacity to claim that he is now being slandered and oppressed. And to this day- (over a 1000days) – he has not recanted from this behaviour nor has he apologised for slandering Al-Markazus Salafi. We ask Allaah for Sidq. Aameen.

To be continued…In-Shaa-Allaah

[H] Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s prolonged silence about…..!

Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s prolonged silence about the innovator Al-Maribi cannot be accepted. He actively aids Al-Maribi’s staunch followers at Masjid As-Sunnah and continue slandering the Salaficentre, yet he expects us to deliberately turn a blind eye to this blatant falsehood.

[F] Muhammad Al-Maaliki said: Who says that Ahlul Bidah will not enter Jannah?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said:

”It is incumbent upon you that (you) detail (affairs) and make a distinction, for unrestricted and general (speech) without clarification has already corrupted the existence and trampled upon the intellects and opinions in every era.”

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

There has to be detailed explanation. The one who is not proficient in detailing (an affair) should keep quiet because benefit is not acquired from his speech. And every time error occurs, its cause is due to an absence of detailed explanation between truth and falsehood. So there has to be detailed explanation and distinction and an absence of mixing up (affairs).

Indeed, it may be that there is something of truth and falsehood in an opponent’s statement, so all of it is neither deemed to be false nor truth, rather a distinction is to be made between its truth and falsehood. Therefore, all of it is neither rejected nor accepted; rather a distinction is made between truth and correctness and the falsehood and error in it. And if you are not proficient in detailing (an affair), then you should not enter into this arena. [End of quote. Source: At-Ta’leeqaat Al-Mukhtasar Alaa Al-Qaseedah an-Nooniyyah: Vol: 1 (page: 216)

Indeed, even though Muhammad Al-Maaliki deliberately allowed himself to be blinded and deafened by the flattery, propaganda and lies of the Hizbiyyoon, which led him to utter much nonsense, however – out of good suspicion, even though Muhammad deserves very little- we think that the ranting and raving that overwhelmed him was the result of his failure to detail this important affair. Therefore, we remind ourselves of the following in order to clarify any doubt that may have been disseminated due to Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s lack of detail on that day.

 Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah al-Mufassiqah

Bidah Al-Mukaffirah: It is the Bidah that is tantamount to disbelief. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) was asked whether there is a difference between Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah Al-Mufassiqah; so Shaikh said that there is Bidah Mukaffirah, such as rejecting the Ruyah (i.e. denying that the believers will see Allaah in the afterlife); rejecting Allaah’s Uluww [i.e. denying that Allaah is above his creation –Allaah ascended over the Throne in a way that benefits his majesty)]; invoking other than Allaah; offering slaughtered sacrifice (i.e. animals) to other than Allaah etc. These are affairs of Bidah Al-Mukaffirah (the bidah that is tantamount to disbelief).

But we do not make Takfeer of the people who commit this type of Bidah until we establish the proofs against them. That is because some of them (i.e. the people who fall into these affairs) carry doubts and are far away from the era of Prophethood and its light (i.e. guidance). So they fall into the likes these innovations.

Rejecting the Ruyah is disbelief; rejecting Allaah’s Uluww is disbelief; the saying that the Qur’aan is created is disbelief-major disbelief. But this person, -[who testifies that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allaah, and he prays,  observes fasting, wants paradise and believes in that] -received the doubts of the people of falsehood, so he falls into the likes of these affairs (i.e. these innovations that are tantamount to disbelief). So we say to him: You have fallen into disbelief and the evidence is this and this, and we clarify for him.  So if Allaah grants him Tawfeeq and he returns to the truth, then all praise is due to Allaah. But if not, we declare him a disbeliever after establishing the proofs against him.

As for Bidah Al-Mufassiqah it is other than this (i.e. it is not at the level of that which is tantamount to disbelief)…. [Abridged and paraphrased, see www.rabee.net/ar/questions.php?cat=26&id=484 ]

On the other hand, who are those qualified to make Takfeer?

Question: O Respected Shaykh, who is the murtadd (apostate)? We hope for you to define it in a clear manner, for sometimes the judgement of apostasy can be made upon a person while there is some doubt that he had.

Shaykh Salih al-Fawzaan: “The judgement of apostasy and expelling someone from the religion is only appropriate for the people of knowledge who are firmly grounded in knowledge, and they are the judges in the various Sharee’ah law courts, and those who are able of giving legal verdicts. And this is just like the other matters, and it is not the right of every person, or from the right of those who are learning, or those who ascribe themselves to knowledge, but who have deficiency in understanding. It is not appropriate for them to make judgements of apostasy (upon others). Since, mischief will arise from this, and sometimes a Muslim might be judged as an apostate but he is not actually so. And the takfir of a Muslim who has not committed one of the nullifications of Islaam contains great danger. Whoever says to his brother “O Kaafir” or “O Faasiq, and he is not like that, then the words will fall back upon the one who said them. Hence, the ones who actually judge with apostasy are the legislative judges and those who are able and fit for giving legal verdicts. And as for those who enforce the judgements they are the leaders of the Muslims (wullaat al-amr). As for whatever is other than this, then it is mere confusion.”

Question: Some of the students of knowledge are a bit lax towards applying the word of apostasy (riddah) to a Muslim, and this person might sometimes be asked by the Muslims to carry out the hadd punishment for apostasy – when the Sultaan does not carry it out – upon the one they consider deserves it, the one who has been judged with apostasy.

Shaykh Salih al-Fawzaan: “Meting out the punishments is only appropriate for the leader of the Muslims and it is not for every person to establish the punishment, since confusion, and corruption necessarily follows from this, and also the cutting off of the society, tribulations and provocations occur. Establishing the punishments is appropriate (i.e. befits only) to the Muslim leader. The Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said, “Pardon each other for the punishments that are between you, but when the execution of the punishment reaches the [authority of the] Sultaan, then Allaah curses both the one who seeks intercession and the one who grants the intercession [i.e. to revoke the punishment].

And from the responsibilities of the Sultaan in Islaam, and from those matters that befit him is the establishment of the punishments after they have been established legislatively, via the Sharee’ah law courts, upon the one who fell into the crime for which the legislator has designated a specific punishment, such as for stealing. So what has been said is that establishing the punishments (i.e. meting them out) is from the rights of the Sultaan, and when the Muslims do not have a Sultaan amongst them, then they should just suffice with commanding the good and forbidding the evil, and calling to Allaah, the Might and Majestic, with wisdom, good admonition and arguing with that which is best. And it is not permissible for individuals (in the society) to establish the hudood, since that, as we have mentioned, will bring about chaos, and also provocations, and tribulations will arise, and this contains greater corruption than it contains rectification. And from amongst the Sharee’ah principles that are submitted to is, “Repelling the harmful things takes precedence over bringing about the beneficial things. http://www.spubs.com/sps/sp.cfm?subsecID=MNJ09&articleID=MNJ090004&articlePages=1

Finally: Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s statement should not make one heedless of the severity of bidah and its people, even if the bidah is not the one that is tantamount to disbelief. He should have detailed this affair, but obviously he was overwhelmed by that ranting and raving, and flattered by the false praise showered on him by the Hizbiyyoon of Masjid As-Sunnah, which caused him to neglect this important clarification. So do not become negligent like Muhammad Al-Maaliki. Bidah is a serious affair. The following is brief reminder from an article at www.salafipublications.com, as follows…..

Linguistically bid’ah (innovation) means ‘a newly invented matter’. The Sharee’ah definition of bid’ah is: “A newly invented way [beliefs or action] in the religion, in imitation of the Sharee’ah (prescribed Law), by which nearness to Allaah is sought, [but] not being supported by any authentic proof – neither in its foundations, nor in the manner in which it is performed.” Al-I’tisaam of ash-Shaatibee (1/37).

The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Every innovation is misguidance and going astray” Reported by Abu Daawood (no. 4607), at-Tirmidhee (no. 2676) and it is saheeh. Ibn Hajr authenticated it Takhreej Ahaadeeth Ibn ul-Haajib (1/137).

And he (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also said: “… and every innovation is misguidance and all misguidance is in the Hellfire.” Reported by an-Nasaa’ee (1/224) from Jaabir bin Abdullaah and it is saheeh as declared by Shaikh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah in Majmoo’ ul-Fataawaa (3/58).

The Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also warned against the People of Innovation, from befriending, supporting or taking from them saying: “Whoever innovates or accommodates an innovator then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His Angels and the whole of mankind.” Reported by Bukhaaree (12/41) and Muslim (9/140)

And in his footsteps, we find the Noble Companions and the Taabi’een after them warning from the danger of innovations upon the Ummah, its people and their unity, since it is innovations which have divided the Ummah and split it asunder.

Ibn Abbaas (d. 68H) said: “Indeed the most detestable of things to Allaah are the innovations.” Reported by al-Bayhaqee in as-Sunan al-Kubraa (4/316)

Ibn Umar (d. 84H) said: “Every innovation is misguidance, even if the people see it as something good.” Reported by Abu Shaamah (no. 39)

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said: Do not learn from Ahlul Bidah (The people of religious innovations)…see link: http://salaficentre.com/2014/08/do-not-learn-from-ahlul-bidah-even-in-affairs-other-than-aqeedah-shaikh-uthaymeen-rahimahullaah/

Therefore, Muhammad Al-Maaliki should fear Allaah (The Most High) and stopped being a stooge of the UK Hizbiyyoon. He should fear Allaah and stop defending the staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah [Al-Halabi (Murji Mubtadi); Al-Maghraawi (Takfeeri Mubtadi); Al-Maribi (Ikhwaani Mubtadi) and Al-Hajoori (Haddaadi Mubtadi).
