By the Tawfeeq of Allaah (The Most High), the sensible students of Al-Hajoori, the sensible Salafi students in the Uk and the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah have abandoned the vile Haddaadi Innovator Yahyah Al-Hajoori. But sadly, our previous teacher—a friend of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi– still defends him and expresses rage against us for transmitting the verdicts of the scholars. We have not criticised him except due to his defence of a vile Haddaadi Innovator. Indeed, it is very sad that this bigot has once again embarked upon the destructive path of exaggeration whilst propagating falsehood, half-truths and confounding truth with falsehood, especially in this blessed month of Ramadhaan—defending an innovator!

Would it be praiseworthy if we still love this previous teacher or listen to his opinions even though he persists in his fanatical and bigoted defence of Al-Hajoori the Haddaadi, the Innovator?! Why is it that this man–over forty years of age—cannot still comprehend and accept reality?! Yes he was beloved to us in the past because he was not a defender of any innovator, but at present he is abandoned and given no consideration due to his persistence upon bigotry, fanaticism and falsehood?!

Inshaa-Allaah, we will reply to all his foolish and ill-informed attempts, which he hopes will aid him in propagating half-truths and confounding truth with falsehood. May Allaah guide him and make him realise his foolish behaviour. A Precise word against the decietful hizbiyyoon

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiriy (may Allaah preserve him and prolong his life upon goodness) said: ”The one who knows of the mistake (of a person) and it is manifest to him, then it is not allowed for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom the affair (i.e. the mistake) is hidden……the (verdicts of the scholars based on their striving to reach the correct positions in affairs that require investigation) are not infallible, therefore it is not permissible to adopt (such verdicts) as a methodology (unrestrictedly).  [For further details, see: Al-Haddul Faasil Bayna Mu-aamalati Ahlul Sunnah Wa Ahlul Baatil: page: 43]

Reader: The above is a simple and precise eye opener that unveils the deceitful games of the Hizbiyyoon–those who hide behind the general  unexplained statements of some of the upright scholars in order to divert attention from the specific knowledge based proofs established against their deviated figureheads, such as Maribi, Halabi, Maghraawi and other innovators.  We seek Allaah’s protection from the deceit and evil games of the hizbiyyoon.

Question:
Virtuous Shaikh May Allaah grant you success; some of the people ask me about the Islamic groups present in this era, what should I do—should I give them an answer or direct them to the scholars, bearing in mind that I am a teacher in one of the schools?

Answer:
Direct them to what has been transmitted in the Ahaadeeth and it is his (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) statement: ‘’This Ummah will split into seventy three sects and all of them are in the fire except one; so it was said: ‘’which one is it O Messenger of Allaah? He said: ‘’Those who are upon the likes of that which I and my companions are upon today’’. Direct them to this hadeeth, and say: Those who are upon that which the Messenger and his companions were upon—they are Ahlus Sunnah al-Jamaa-ah. Those who oppose them are the ones promised the hell-fire, (regardless) of whatever name they are called. It is not incumbent upon you (to know) their names, (rather) what is important (to know) are (their) opposition to the methodology of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa-ah which the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and his companions were upon. Part 7.2: The False Principles of Ali Halabi (The Innovator)

Halabi Defended Those Who Were Refuted For Their deviations

Observations were made concerning the state of affairs of Usaamah Qoosee, Abu Ishaaq Al-Huwaynee, Muhammad Hassaan and Muhammad Husain Yaqoob; but even before a group of people rallied behind them and listened to them, they did utter statements indicating their deviation from the Salafi Manhaj.  Therefore, the Salafis demanded from them a recantation from these deviations, but they did not; rather they launched a war against those Salafi Scholars who refuted them.

Then Ali Halabi and his companions at Markaz Imaam Albaanee did nothing but join the ranks of these people in opposing Shaikh Rabee and his brothers amongst the Salafi scholars.  He did this under the false pretence of pursuing the middle path and that they were waging war against Extremism in the affair of Criticism and declaring people innovators without a justified reason.  So Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi stopped him and Mash-hoor Hasan in their tracks by refuting and warning against them.  Likewise, Shaikh Ubaid did the same.   As for Shaikh Rabee, he exercised a lot of patience towards Halabi and his companions and advised them repeatedly.  He advised them repeatedly despite the fact that they did utter unbefitting statements against him.  However, he still gave them a final advice in his house but it did not benefit them.

Then a hidden affair became manifested and that was the connection between Markaz Imaam Albaanee and the organisation Ihyaa Turaath—that organization well known for hizbiyyah, politics, its Qutbi orientation and affiliation with one of the heads of innovation of this era known as Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq. The position of the youth towards Islaam

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Question: ”What should be the position of the youth towards Islaam? And with what do you advise the youth in this critical time of their lives?” ;

Answer: ”It is obligatory upon every Muslim to hold tightly to the rope of Allah and that he adheres to His book the Most High and the Sunnah of his Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and that he calls to the path of Allah, whilst not being fanatical to his opinion when what is correct is in other than (his opinion); rather he follows the truth wherever it is, for indeed the truth has more right to be followed, whilst totally taking the prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) as an example in his actions, good manners and character and in his call (dawah), due to His statement [I.e the statement of Allaah (The Most High):

{لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ}

21 سورة الأحزاب الآية

‘Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) you have a good example to follow”
