Our Salaf-No Salaam to Mubtadi’ah (Innovators)

Hammaad Bin Zayd (rahimahullaah) said: ”I was with Ayyoub, Yoonus and Ibn Awn, so Amr Ibn Bin Ubaid went past them and he used to be a Mutazili; he gave them Salaam and stopped, but they did not reply to him.”

[Meezaan Al-I’tidaal 3/274 of Imaam Dhahabi]

[2] Lets share these reminders and benefits from Shaikh Ramzaan Al-Haajiriy (may Allaah preserve him)

Shaikh Ramzaan (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

When the Scholars of Sunnah clarified the truth with its proofs, the haal (state of affairs) of the people of desires was exposed.

When they urged towards adherence to the Jamaa-ah and the Sunnah, the haal (state of affairs) of the people of splitting and innovation became apparent.

When they clarified the (true) state of Jihaad, the difference between it and corruption became apparent.

When they clarified the state of affairs (regarding) bidah and its people, and the correct stance against them (i.e. the people of bidah), the Sunni and the Bid’ee became manifest to the people after what they (the people) have been living in for a long period of time, and after (a period in which) they used to equate the callers to bidah with the callers to the Sunnah.

[Reminder] Salafiyyah by Association: By Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah (may Allaah preserve him)

Besides the fact that this lecture was an advice for the women in particular, it should also serve as a reminder for those men who hang around just because they like the personalities of certain people; so when those people are absent or deviated, they also disappear or deviate. Fear Allaah! You’ll not be accompanied by anyone else in your grave.

[2] Reminder for the Obstinate Wicked Liars and deviated disgraced graduates–Those spreading lies about the Salafis concerning the issue of Palestine

During the khilaafah of Uthaman (radiyallaahu-anhu) some of the desert Arabs exploited Abdullaah Ibn Saba’s falsehood and took to spreading lies against Uthman (radiyallaahu-anhu).  Ibn Saba used to write forged letters along with those who aided him, claiming that some of the Sahabah such as the likes of Zubair, Ali, Talhah, Aisha and others (radiyallaahu-anhum) were in agreement with them against Uthmaan’s manner of ruler ship. This forgery and slander convinced some of the ignorant people that the Sahaabah approved of their criticisms against Uthmaan—causing more hatred and leading to the killing of Uthmaan.  And when Masrooq informed Aaisha about this forgery and deceit, she said: ”I swear by the one in Whom the believers believe and in Whom the disbelievers disbelieve, I did not write that for them with black on white (i.e. I did not do that with ink on  paper) up to this day…’’ Al-A’mash said: ”Ibn Saba used to write falsehood and attributed it to Aisha.” [See Bidaaya Wan-Nihaayah 7/204 for full story]

This above story should be an admonition for the wicked fraudulent liars, for indeed lies can lead to great calamities. However, once again the obstinate, persistent wicked Liars and disgraced fraudulent opportunists have attempted to raise their heads; however they only increase themselves in disgrace. Whenever they attempt to hide the reality and release a tidal wave of lies and slander, the truthful people testify against them-indeed this is a great favour from Allaah (The All-Hearing, The All-Seeing]. Nothing entices them towards lies, slander and fraudulent claims except the blameworthy hatred and envy they harbour against the Salafi Students of knowledge and the Maraakiz. Likewise, it would have been better for them to return to the truth after the upright honest students refuted them and exposed their corrupt stances, alliances and companionship, but they obeyed shaytaan in spreading falsehood against the students. Their latest satanic claims have been nullified once again and all praise is due to Allaah. The stance of the Salafis towards the Muslims of Palestine is well-known.

Reminder to any ignorant, deviated or arrogant Graduate!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Imaam Shaafi-ee (rahimahullaah) said:

The person with the highest status (amongst the people) is the one who does not see his status, and the person with the most virtue is the one who does not see his virtue.” [Siyar 10/99]

Yusuf bin Isbaat (rahimahullaah) was asked: What is the height of humility? He said: ”You do not meet anyone except that you consider him more virtuous than yourself.” [Siyar. 9/170]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said:

And from the signs of wellbeing and success is that whenever the slave is increased in his knowledge, he increases in humility and mercy; and whenever he is increased in action, he increases in his fear and caution; and whenever his age is increased, he decreases in eagerness; and whenever he is increased in wealth, he increases in his generosity and spending; and whenever his status and honour is increased, he increases in coming close to the people, in fulfilling their needs and being humble in (their presence).

And the signs of wretchedness are: Whenever he is increased in knowledge, he increases in pride and haughtiness; and whenever he is increased in actions, he increases in his boasting, mockery of the people and having a good opinion of himself; and whenever he is increased in his status and honour, he increases in pride and haughtiness. These affairs of (wellbeing and wretchedness) are a trial and a test from Allaah, by which He puts His slaves to trial. He brings about wellbeing and wretchedness to a people by way of these affairs. [Al-Fawaa-id. Page:228]

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said:

It is possible for a person to come, holding the certification of a doctorate (PhD), and take up the position of teaching in the faculties and universities, yet he is the most ignorant of people. And if a secondary grade student came, he would be better than him (in understanding and knowledge). And this is witnessed, observed (nowadays), there is to be found now one who holds the certification of a doctorate yet he knows absolutely nothing of knowledge. [Translated by Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah. Sharh Riyaadus Saaliheen 3/436]

End of quotes

———————————————————————————-

Therefore, let it be absolutely clear to every arrogant graduate and boaster; we neither welcome nor give any consideration to any arrogant boaster regardless of his qualifications.  Likewise, we do not entertain anyone who speaks ill or belittles the well-known students of knowledge in the various Maraakiz of Salafiyyah (the well-known students of knowledge who transmit the works of the scholars in English Language in the West)–those who have maintained firmness throughout the Fitan and have no affiliation to the people of hizbiyyah, bidah and Tamyee; such as the likes of Abu Hakeem, Abu Khadeejah, Hasan Somaali, Amjad Rafiq, Abu Idrees, Abdul Ilaah, Uwais Taweel, Abu Umar Faarooq, Taqweem Aslam and others in Canada, America etc (may Allaah protect us and them from trials and tribulations). We give them a helping hand upon Bir and Taqwaa and we do not listen to the complaints of the arrogant inexperienced newcomers and those drowned in despondency.  Therefore, safeguard yourselves from being self-opinionated, arrogant and boastful; rather be sincere and humble.

Which deviants of the Era do they remind us?!

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

”The people of bidah, such as the khawaarij—they initiate an innovation, make takfeer of the one who opposes them and declare lawful the shedding of his blood.  These (people) refute the innovation of each other, whilst he (i.e. the refuter) is also an innovator. So he refutes a bidah with another bidah and falsehood with (another) falsehood.” [Al-Majmoo 16/96]

Reminder: The Importance of Righteous Actions

Allaah (The Most High) said:

فَمَنْ كَانَ يَرْجُو لِقَاءَ رَبِّهِ فَلْيَعْمَلْ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا وَلَا يُشْرِكْ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ أَحَدًا

So whoever hopes for the Meeting with his Lord, let him work righteousness and associate none as a partner in the worship of his Lord.” [Surah Al-Kahf. Ayah 110]

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

Verily, those who recite the Book of Allah (this Qur’an), and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and spend (in charity) out of what We have provided for them, secretly and openly, hope for a (sure) trade-gain that will never perish.  That He may pay them their wages in full, and give them (even) more, out of His Grace. Verily! He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Ready to appreciate (good deeds and to recompense). [Surah Faatir Aayaat 29-30]

Allaah (The Most High) said:

مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him We will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and We shall pay them certainly a reward in proportion to the best of what they used to do (i.e. Paradise in the Hereafter). [Surah An-Nahl. Ayah 97]

Allaah (The Most High) said:

مَنْ كَفَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كُفْرُهُ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلِأَنْفُسِهِمْ يَمْهَدُونَ

Whosoever disbelieves will suffer from his disbelief, and whosoever does righteous good deeds (by practising Islamic Monotheism), then such will prepare a good place (in Paradise) for themselves (and will be saved by Allah from His Torment). [Surah Ar-Rum. Ayah 44]

Allaah (The Most High) said:

Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah, and in His Messenger (Muhammad) including all obligations ordered by Islam] and do righteous good deeds, they are the best of creatures. Their reward with their Lord is ‘Adn (Eden) Paradise (Gardens of Eternity), underneath which rivers flow, they will abide therein forever, Allah Well-Pleased with them, and they with Him. That is for him who fears his Lord. [Surah Al-Bayyinah. Aayat 7-8]

The Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَى صُوَرِكُمْ وَأَمْوَالِكُمْ، وَلَكِنْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَأَعْمَالِكُمْ

”Indeed, Allaah does not look at images and your wealth, but He looks at your hearts and your actions.”

[Hadeeth reported by Abu Hurairah. Saheeh Muslim]

The Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

يَتْبَعُ المَيِّتَ ثَلاَثَةٌ ، فَيَرْجِعُ اثْنَانِ وَيَبْقَى وَاحِدٌ

يَتْبَعُهُ أَهْلُهُ وَمَالُهُ وَعَمَلُهُ، فَيَرْجِعُ أَهْلُهُ وَمَالُهُ ، وَيَبْقَى عَمَلُهُ

The dead person is followed by three, two of which return (after his  burial) and one remains (with him): his relatives, his property and his deeds follow him. The relatives and his property return (to the worldly life) and his deeds remain (with him)

[Hadeeth reported by Anas. Bukhaari and Muslim]
