Part 1: Audio: Shaikh Rabee’s Advice Concerning The Maribi Masjid Committee of Masjid As-Sunnah-Cheethamhill

Firstly: if the Defenders of the innovators (Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi) at Masjid As-Sunnah Claim that this audio is a scam and deception, then we are quite sure that they can easily contact Shaikh Rabee to proof their claims.  They have many Arab speakers to do that for them.  However, if they are too scared to do so, we will do it for them as soon as we get hold of the Shaikh Inshaa-Allaah.  The defenders of innovators will never be successful, regardless of how deceitful, crafty and dishonest they are!

See link for the advice.  Inshaa-Allaah, more to follow from the Shaikh’s advice

Secondly: We remind the obstinate followers and defenders of the innovators (Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi) in the Masjid As-Sunnah Masjid Committee to refrain from their lies and distortions against Al-Markaz As-Salafi, otherwise, we continue to seek the Aid and Assistance of Allaah in responding to their satanic deceitful methodologies employed in order to prevent us from transmitting the Jarh Mufassar of the scholars against the innovators Maribi, Halabi, Maghraawi and their helpers Abu Usaamah etc.

What is the Ruling On Performing the Adhaan and Iqaamah in the newborn’s ears?–Shaikh Rabee

Answer:

By Allaah, it is weak (i.e. a weak hadeeth). The hadeeth about it is weak, and as long as it is weak we cannot say that it is something either recommended or obligatory, because of the fact that something being recommended is an Islamic ruling and an obligation is even a much greater (Islamic Ruling).

Yes, the Aqeeqah, giving a name (to the child), rubbing a date on the newborn’s palate, all of this is authentic in the Sunnah. As for the Adhaan, it is not established.  It was reported in a weak Hadeeth. [Source: Cassette Titled: Ar-raddu ‘ala ahlil bida’ jihaad]

Our Salaf: Imaam Ahmad

Al-Marwazee (rahimahullaah) said that it was said to Abee Abdillaah [i.e.Imaam Ahmad (rahimahullaah)]: What is the thing that is abstinence from this worldly life? He said: To lessen one’s hopes; the one who says when he reaches the morning,  ”I may not reach the evening” [Jaami-ul Uloom Wal-Hikam:Page:401]

Our Salaf: Hammaad Bin Zaid

Sulaymaan Bin Harb (rahimahullaah) said: I heard Hammaad Bin Zaid saying about the statement of Allaah: ”Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet.” [Soorah Hujuraat: Ayah:2]; My view is that raising one’s voice over his after his death is the same as raising one’s voice over his during his lifetime; so if his narrations are read, then keep quiet and listen to it, just as you listen to the Qur’aan.” [Siyar A’laam Nubulaa:7/460]
