By the Tawfeeq of Allaah (The Most High), the sensible students of Al-Hajoori, the sensible Salafi students in the Uk and the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah have abandoned the vile Haddaadi Innovator Yahyah Al-Hajoori. But sadly, our previous teacher—a friend of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi– still defends him and expresses rage against us for transmitting the verdicts of the scholars. We have not criticised him except due to his defence of a vile Haddaadi Innovator. Indeed, it is very sad that this bigot has once again embarked upon the destructive path of exaggeration whilst propagating falsehood, half-truths and confounding truth with falsehood, especially in this blessed month of Ramadhaan—defending an innovator!
Would it be praiseworthy if we still love this previous teacher or listen to his opinions even though he persists in his fanatical and bigoted defence of Al-Hajoori the Haddaadi, the Innovator?! Why is it that this man–over forty years of age—cannot still comprehend and accept reality?! Yes he was beloved to us in the past because he was not a defender of any innovator, but at present he is abandoned and given no consideration due to his persistence upon bigotry, fanaticism and falsehood?!
Inshaa-Allaah, we will reply to all his foolish and ill-informed attempts, which he hopes will aid him in propagating half-truths and confounding truth with falsehood. May Allaah guide him and make him realise his foolish behaviour. Abu khaythama narrated in kitaab al-ilm with a chain of transmission going back to Abdur-Rahmaan ibn Bishr Al-Azraq that two men came in from the doors of kinda whilst Abu Mas’ood Al-Ansaari was sitting in a gathering–(so) one of them (.i.e. one of the two men) said: “Is any man here to judge between us?” A man from the gathering said: “I can.” So Abu Mas’ ood got hold of a handful of pebbles and hit him with them. Thereafter he said to him:”Indeed it used to be hated that a person should hasten to give a verdict. Shaikh Muhammand Amaan Al-Jaami (rahimahullah ) said:
“We neither live in this country under parliamentary majority rule in which is found numerous partisan parties nor do we live under a dictator who rules by the sword; neither are we ruled by an individual nor by a group…..we are ruled by the Laws of Allaah. The rulers of this country are only considered to be authorities who implement (the Islamic laws) and they are not considered to be those who have authority over the Islamic laws. There cannot be found among us those who have authority over the Islamic law and its existence is not permissible; rather it is not permissible to find among the muslims those who have authority over the Islamic laws–who legislate alongside Allaah. We rule by the laws of Allaah in this country and this is something well known, even to the man who works in the market…

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiriy (may Allaah preserve him and prolong his life upon goodness) said: ”The one who knows of the mistake (of a person) and it is manifest to him, then it is not allowed for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom the affair (i.e. the mistake) is hidden……the (verdicts of the scholars based on their striving to reach the correct positions in affairs that require investigation) are not infallible, therefore it is not permissible to adopt (such verdicts) as a methodology (unrestrictedly). Reader: The above is a simple and precise eye opener that unveils the deceitful games of the Hizbiyyoon–those who hide behind the general unexplained statements of some of the upright scholars in order to divert attention from the specific knowledge based proofs established against their deviated figureheads, such as Maribi, Halabi, Maghraawi and other innovators.
