To the Salafi students of knowledge–Ignore the restless envious ones

A Poet said:

Exercise patience with the plots of the envious one, for indeed your patience kills him;

The fire consumes some of itself when it does not find something to consume.

We seek Allaah’s protection from those whose lives are consumed with envy and restlessness–those who constantly seek to find fault with those young students of knowledge who are busy transmitting the works of the scholars at Al-Markaz As-Salafi and else where.

[Part 1] Take the position of men against Shaikh Yahyah–Al’Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy. All praise is due to Allaah and may the Salaah and Salaam be upon our noble Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions. To proceed:

Allaah (The Most High) said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ ۚ إِنْ يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيرًا فَاللَّهُ أَوْلَىٰ بِهِمَا ۖ فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَىٰ أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا ۚ وَإِنْ تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا

‘’O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [4:135]

We ask Allaah (The Most High) to grant us Tawfeeq to be from those mentioned in the above Aayah.

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

”Speech about the people has to be with knowledge and justice, and not by way of ignorance and oppression.” [Minhaajus Sunnah: 4/337]

He (rahimahullaah) also said:

”The just amongst men is the one who informs of an affair the way it is; he neither adds to it and becomes a liar nor does he subtract from it and becomes a concealer.” [20/84]

Reader: The oppression and excessiveness of Shaikh Yahyah and his supporters has not ceased as stated by shaikh Rabee recently. This is clear to everyone and to Allaah do we complain our grief. Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”Wickedness has occurred from him and no one agrees with him on this; no one agrees with Yahyah al-hajooree’s attacks/defamations except a misguided deviated one. [Quoted by Abdullaah Al-Musaalimiy]

Shaikh Abu Abdil Mu-izz Muhammad Ali Firkoos al Jazaa-iree (from the scholars of Algeria) stated:

Al-Hajoori does not possess knowledge–that knowledge by way of which displeasure is measured (i.e. the knowledge that enables a person to maintain justice in times of displeasure and anger). The man is young in age.’’ [4/1432AH Shabaan—Quoted by Abdullaah Al-Musaalimiy]

Likewise, as you are all aware that the Imaam of Jarh Wat Tadeel of our era Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) recently stated as follows: ”We have remained patient for 7 years, whilst letters and complaints have reached us. And now you have to force him to change his ways. The Shaikh also says: ”His students (i.e. Shaikh Yahyah’s students) are ghulaat (extremists).’’ He also says: ‘’Take the position of men with regards to him.’’ He also says, ‘’There is no one more harmful than Yahyah. Only Dammaaj is left [considered salafi] and all the centres are under the feet [nothing] except Dammaaj”

Reader:

We will no longer tolerate any attacks from either Shaikh Yahyah or his students—the attacks directed at Shaikh Ubaid and the rest of the Mashaayikh. Likewise we can no longer tolerate their attacks against Maktabah Salafiyyah; rather we seek the Aid and Assistance of Allaah in taking the position of men against him. Inshaa-Allaah that which is to follow will be extracted from the many replies of the students of knowledge in repelling the oppression and excesses of Shaikh Yahyah.

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Speaks about Al-Allaamah Muhammad Amaan Al-Jaami

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him and prolong his life upon goodness) stated about Al-Allaamah Muhammad Amaan Al-Jaami (rahimahullaah):

Indeed those youth who ridicule him!; By Allaah I have not tasted the sweetness of the Aqeedah, particularly Tawheed Al-Asmaa Was-Sifaat, except through this man Shaikh Muhammad Amaan. By Allaah he knows it and is excellent in its exposition. And by Allaah had all those who ridicule him studied under him, it would have been a noble and honourable (thing) for them. By Allaah I have not seen anyone more suitable in teaching the Aqeedah and presenting it similar to this man. I have met those more knowledgeable and greater than him, but with regards to exposition of the (Aqeedah), by Allaah I have not seen the likes of him. This man is great and well-grounded in Aqeedah; (but) those people ridicule him.

Part 8: The False Principles of Ali Halabi (The Innovator)

Halabi’s state of affairs exploded when he authored his book titled Manhajus Salaf As-Saalih in 1429AH to wage a so called war against ”Those who exceed the limits when criticising others”; however in reality this book manifested the corrupt principles he used to hide from the Salafis, which he established in order to decfend the people of innovation and aid the Manhaj of Tamyee. This Manhaj of Tamyee was firstly established by Abul Hasan Al-Maribi (The Innovator), but Halabi completed it.

Therefore, Shaikh Rabee and his students refuted and warned against Halabi’s book but they refrained from declaring him an innovator. Then Halabi and his students set up a website to wage war against Shaikh Rabee and his students, and they were accompanied by some of the people of ignorance and desires who raised his status. They went into extremes in speaking ill of the Salafi Scholars of this era and described them with the ugliest descriptions. They also propagated the doubts of ikhwaan al-Muslimeen and that of the illegal partisans until this website became a place for some of the deviants and the people of Tamyee; and until one could not notice a big difference between it and the websites of the ikhwaan al-Muslimeen and the people of illegal partisanship; and until he manifested an affair which no truthful salafi can ignore – his praise of the Book titled ‘Risaalatu Amaan’ a book that contained statements concerning Wahdatul Adyaan [the call to the unity of Religions].

So the Salafis refuted Halabi for praising this Book and clarified the severity of the affair. However, his students defended and praised the book, and they warned against those who refuted it. Then Halabi agreed with his students in their defence of the book and this was a great catastrophe. Then Shaikh Rabee warned against Halabi and declared him an innovator.

Al-Allaama Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

I have stated more than once: Indeed, we have met Salafis in the eastern and western parts of the earth- all of them had love for one another and brotherhood upon one methodology and there was no differing between them, so the Salafi Dawah was disseminated in the eastern and western world. Then the malicious ones amongst the Yahood, the Nasaaraa, the evangelists (or missionaries) and the leaders of misguidance amongst the rawaafid (shia) and the soofiyyah noticed it-those who co-operate with the enemies of (Salafiyyah) and the misguided parties. By Allaah they co-operate with the enemies (of Salafiyyah) and there is a hidden and apparent connection between them, and they do not co-operate except in opposition to the Salafi Methodology. So they disseminated and propagated the poisons of disunity amongst the Salafis when it (i.e. Salafiyyah) spread in the eastern and western parts of the earth. They propagated the poisons of disunity in the midst of the Salafis, so they rip them apart in an evil way and there emerged a people who did not know Salafiyyah’s (true) orientation. Amongst them (i.e. those who emerged) is one who claims to be Salafi, but you do not see him except that he severs the affairs that binds Salafiyyah, due to his evil behaviour, his evil methodology or the evil methodologies that are widespread and designed to disunite the Salafis and tear them apart. Salafiyyah is in need of sensible, merciful and wise people, and even before that it is need of scholars. If these affairs are not present within the Salafis, then where will Salafiyyah be? It will be ruined. And may Allaah bless you.
