Part 1: The Affair of Markaz Tawheed (Stoke On Trent), Greenlane and Ikhwaaniyyah In Manhaj!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy.

The Affair of Markaz Tawheed (Stoke On Trent), Greenlane and Ikhwaaniyyah In Manhaj:

Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Humility is that you humble yourself to the truth and accept it from the one who says it. Humility is that you accept truth, even if heard from a child or the most jaahil person”. [Madaarj As-Saalikeen 2/342]

Firstly, we ask Allaah to grant us the Tawfeeq to always accept truth when it becomes manifest to us Aameen. In 2008, one of our pupils – during a class discussion – sternly insisted that Greenlane are upon an Ikhwaani Manhaj, but we insisted that we’ll suffice with the term hizbiyyoon. We thought our beloved pupil was being very harsh, so we wanted to calm him down, but during the past few years it has become absolutely clear to everyone that the view held by our former pupil was more precise than ours, because we now know that he held onto such a view based on information received from one of our foremost elder teachers, but we never heard that from that elder teacher at the time. May Allaah protect our beloved young brother, bless him and his parents, increase him in beneficial knowledge, pure provision and righteous deeds, and likewise all our youth Aameen.

Secondly, here is tangible proof to show an effort of ahlul bidah in Stoke On Trent based on Hasan Al-Bannah’s innovated destructed Principle: “Excusing Differences For The Sake Of Unity”. This collective effort of ahlul bidah based on this false principle is not something strange, but what must be warned against severely is the deception of individuals at [Markaz Tawheed (Greenlane Allies) – shameless deceivers who commit all their crimes in the name of Salafiyyah and Sunnah. Some of these blazing hizbiyyoon did mention in one of their text messages that because cooperation with non-Muslims is permitted (i.e. in some cases), therefore cooperation with those less than them is permitted if done for a Sharee’ah purpose! Subhaanallaah! This repugnant and extremely corrupt Qiyaas (analogy) will be dealt with in a separate article after the Birmingham conference InShaaAllaah, but for now it is enough for every sensible person who understands some basic principles of Salafiyyah that these people are not raising funds to feed hungry Soofees or provide shelter for the homeless amongst them, rather they are raising funds that will aid obstinate Soofees to extend a base where they’ll carry on with their bidah and misguidance in the name of common good- whether those corrupt individuals at Markaz Tawheed accept this fact or not. So, where is the Sharee’ah benefit in facilitating the means that will promote the falsehood of staunch callers to bidah?!

Thirdly, must read this article by Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah preserve him]: An Exposition Of The Ikhwāni Principle Of Excusing Differences For The Sake Of Unity: “We excuse one another in that which we differ.” https://abukhadeejah.com/the-principle-of-ikhwan-we-excuse-and-overlook-one-another/

To be continued InShaaAllaah

Methodology of a Follower of The Pure Sunnah When Rulers Give Precedence to Others With Wealth, Position etc

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Allaah never sends a Prophet or gives the Caliphate to a Caliph, except that he (the prophet or the Caliph) has two groups of advisors: A group advising him to do good and exhorts him to do it, and the other group advising him to do evil and exhorts him to do it. But the protected person (against such evil advisors) is the one protected by Allah”. (1)

Few Reminders From The Above Hadeeth

a: With regards to a prophet, there maybe those who seek to divert him from what is good, but it can never be the case that he will listen to them, because the Prophets are protected by Allaah and at the end of the hadeeth it is stated, “But the protected person (against such evil advisors) is the one protected by Allah”. Therefore, the presence of one who seeks to direct a Prophet to evil does not necessitate that the Prophet will accept what he says.

It is also said that the intent behind the two advisers (mentioned in this hadeeth with regards to their relationship) to a Prophet are the angles and shaytaan, (as the Prophet said in a hadeeth), “There is no one among you but a companion from among the jinn has been assigned to him.” They said, “Even you, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He said, “Even me, but Allaah helped me with him and he became Muslim (or: and I am safe from him), so he only enjoins me to do that which is good.” (2)

In another narration, it is stated that the person is assigned a companion among the jinn and a companion among the angels. (3)

b: “But the protected person (against such evil advisors) is the one protected by Allah” – Meaning Allaah is the one who protects whoever He wishes. So, in reality you cannot find anyone who can protect himself except if Allaah protects him.

c: It is incumbent upon a ruler to have a person who unveils to him the circumstances of the people in private, and this person should be trustworthy, reliable, smart and sensible, because calamity befalls a reliable ruler due to accepting speech of one who is not trustworthy.

Also, the one who is given responsibility over the affairs of the people may always accept the speech of good advisers and not that of evil advisers. This is what is suitable to attribute to a Prophet and it is established by the word [ عصمة – protection] at the end of the hadeeth.

It may be that a ruler accepts the speech of evil advisers, especially someone who is a disbeliever. So, he may accept the speech of these people at times (i.e. evil people) and the speech of those at other times (i.e. good people). (4)

How to Behave When The Rulers Give Precedence to Themselves and Others

Allaah’s Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] said, “Indeed, you will see Atharatan after me and affairs you’ll disapprove; they [i.e. the people] said, ‘What do you command us O Allaah’s Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasaallam]?’ He said, ‘Fulfil their rights [i.e. the rulers] and ask Allaah for your rights’”.

Atharatan: meaning- [some people will give precedence to themselves (i.e. spend wealth on themselves and engage in worldly enjoyment, but will not give others their rightful share)].

Al-Allaamah Zaid Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali [rahumahullaah] said: This authentic hadeeth is related to the affair of the rulers- during the end of time – when they will give precedence to themselves through enjoyment of the worldly things and those under their authority will face harm, something of oppression and tyranny; so the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] guided and directed the people to fulfil the rights of the rulers; obey and listen to them in that which is good- whether it is during a time in which one is enthusiastic [to listen and obey them in what is good] or feeling laxadaisical- perform Jihaad behind their banner against the enemies of the religion, establish the prayer and behave in a manner obligated by the Islamic legislation. They should not rebel against the ruler just because he is a sinner or an oppressor, nor refrain from giving him the rights obligated on them to give him; rather they should fulfil his rights just as the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] commanded them, saying, “Fulfil their rights”.

Therefore, the ruler has rights that should be fulfilled by his subjects and the subjects also have rights to be fulfilled by the ruler. It is obligated on the ruler to fulfil their rights and it is obligated on them to fulfil his rights. However, if he [i.e. the ruler] falls short in something related to their rights, it is not permissible for them to [deliberately] fall short in fulfilling his rights. And due to the great importance of rulership and the rulers, indeed the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] commanded them to fulfil the obligation of As-sam’i Wat-taa’ah [i.e. to listen and obey the ruler in good], refrain from disobedience[when commanded to do something good], supplicate to Allaah to make their affairs easy and change their state of affairs to that which is good, aid them to fulfil their needs and those affairs they cannot do without.

This hadeeth contains a miracle of the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] and that is the fact that he clearly stated that during the end of time, the rulers will give precedence to themselves with something of wealth and worldly enjoyment, and others will be deprived of it. Also, there will be affairs which the people of sound judgement will reject. [So], when this era comes, it is obligated on them – those under the rulership of a Muslim ruler – to listen and obey in that which is good, fulfil the rights that have been obligated on them to fulfil and seek their rights from Allaah – meaning: they supplicate to Allaah to aid them in fulfilling their needs and facilitate them with ease in their affairs. And Allaah knows best. (5)

[6] You’ve Dropped Many Scholars [Yahyah Al-Hajuri]! [Response to Hizbiyyoon, Deceivers, and Concealers at Markaz at-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent)]- [Conclusion of Part 1 of This Series]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Exalted] said: [ مَا كَذَبَ ٱلۡفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَىٰٓ – The heart (of the Prophet) lied not about what it saw (of the signs of Allāh, and Gabriel on the Night of Ascent)] (1)

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated in his explanation of this Aayah [Surah An-Najm Aayah 11]:

This is because the eye may see something and the heart will deny it, and the heart may see something and the eye may belie it. For example, a person may see an individual with his own eyes and think that he is so-and-so the son of so-and-so, but the heart belies this because he knows that so-and-so the son of so-and-so was not in this place. So, the eye may see and the heart belie, or vice versa. A person may imagine something in his heart, but the eye belies it. As for what the Prophet [صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم ] saw on the night of Miraaj, [فإنه رآه حقا ببصره وبصيرته – then indeed he truly saw it (ببصره – i.e. with his sight – eyes) and (وبصيرته- i.e. with the insight that includes the mind, heart and soul based on perfect knowledge and certainty, without a shadow of a doubt]. [End of quote]

Indeed, we quoted the above as a reminder regarding the situation of those specific blazing hizbiyyoon – at Markaz Tawheed – who accused us of dropping or abandoning people without justification! That is because their affair is not that they carry misconceptions – in this affair – with regards to their perception of why we distanced those personalities, but rather they deliberately uttered this statement to fabricate lies and dupe the common people, whilst knowing fully well that what they utter is a lie and an attempt to distort reality. So, their affair is nothing but a desire for blatant lies and slander in order to protect their deviated figureheads because they know that the Salafiyyoon will definitely warn against them and provide unambiguous proofs regarding why this blessed Salafi Methodology necessitates that their figureheads are to be distanced or abandoned. We’ve already unveiled their lies in the following posts:

We Are Dealing With Specific Individuals at [Markaz Tawheed- Stoke On Trent] With a Severe or (Chronic) Hizbiyyah Syndrome!

As for Yahyah Al-Hajuri Al-Haddaadi [may Allaah guide him] and his great calamities, then indeed that is well known and documented. Visit: http://www.alhajuri.com/authors/Abu.Iyaad.cfm We ask Allaah bless Shaikh abu Iyaadh for this outstanding effort, increase him in beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds Aameen.

Finally, let us remind ourselves of one of his Haddaadi traits in supplication when he asked Allaah to destroy Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhaari just as Abu Lahab was destroyed!! Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated in his Tafseer of Juz Amma that [Allaah began with (mention) of Abu Lahab’s two hands: “Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab” because they are the instruments of work and movement, giving and taking. Likewise, we find the scholars mentioning that Allaah censured Abu Lahab with this great censure, which is ignominy for him in this life and the next-a complete loss and wretchedness, and he will achieve no success. He died a disbeliever and was not benefited by his worldly possessions. Scroll for short audio in this link in which the Haddaadi stated: “May you perish O Bukhaari just as the two hands of Abu Lahab perished, and perish he!”

This is the person – amongst others – they say we have abandoned without justification! Indeed, with regards to this affair, those specific blazing hizbiyyoon – at Markaz Tawheed – are nothing else, but vile deceivers, concealers, slanderers and liars. So, we remind them again that Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: “Beware of kadhib [lying], for indeed it corrupts one’s ability to illustrate information based on what it should be in reality. It corrupts one’s ability to illustrate information and his ability to teach the people. The liar portrays what is non-existent as something present and what is present as something non-existent. He portrays truth as something false and falsehood as something true; he portrays good as evil and evil as good, so this corrupts his conception and knowledge, which then becomes a punishment upon him. Then he portrays what is not true to the one deceived by him – the one who is inclined towards him- so he corrupts his conception and knowledge. The soul of the liar turns away from the existing reality -inclined towards what is non-existent and gives preference to falsehood. And when his conception and knowledge is corrupted, which is the basis of every wilful chosen deed, his deeds become corrupt and marked by lies, so those deeds would emanate from him just as lies emanate from the tongue- he neither benefits from his tongue nor his deeds. This is why lying is the basis [or foundation] of immorality, just as the Prophet [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said, “Indeed lies lead to immorality [or wickedness] and indeed immorality [or wickedness] leads to the fire. [Bukhaari 2606/2607] Firstly lies emerges from the heart and then on the tongue, so it corrupts it; then it transfers to the limbs and corrupts its actions, just as it corrupts the statements of the tongue. Therefore, lying prevails over his statements, deeds and state of affairs; corruption becomes deeply rooted in him and its disease leads to destruction if Allaah does not grant him cure him with the medication of truthfulness, which uproots its (i.e. lying) from its original source. This is why the basis [or foundation] of all the deeds of the hearts is based on truthfulness; and the basis of their opposites – such as showing off, self-amazement, pride, being glad [with ungratefulness to Allaah’s Favours], conceitedness, boastfulness, insolence, weakness, laziness, cowardice, disgrace and other than them- is lies. The origin of every righteous deed- whether carried out in private or public- is based on truthfulness. And the origin of every corrupt deed – whether carried out in private or public- is lies”. [Al-Fawaa’id. pages 202-203]

This is the conclusion of this series and the next series -InShaaAllaah – will address their false, deceptive and absurd claims regarding unity. We ask Allaah:

O Allah! By Your Knowledge of the unseen and by Your Power over creation, let me live if life is good for me, and let me die if death is good for me; O Allah! I ask You to grant me (the blessing of having) fear of You in private and public; And I ask you (to make me utter) a statement of truth in times of contentment and anger; And I ask You for moderation when in a state of wealth and poverty; And I ask you for blessings that never ceases; And I ask You for the coolness of my eye that never ends; And I ask You (to make me pleased) after (Your) decree; Aand I ask You for a life of (ease, comfort, tranquility etc) after death; I ask You for the delight of looking at Your Face (i.e. in the Hereafter) and yearning to meet You without any harm and misleading trials (coming upon me); O Allah! Adorn us with the adornment of Eemaan, and make us (from those who are) guided and guiding (others). [Sunan An-Nasaa’ee’ Number 1305 & declared Saheeh by Imaam Albaani (rahimahullaah) in As-Saheehah Number 1301]

O Allah! Rectify my religion for me, which is the safeguard of my affairs; rectify my worldly [affairs], wherein is my livelihood; and rectify my Afterlife to which is my return; and make life for me [as a means of] increase in every good and make death for me as a rest from every evil. We Are Dealing With Specific Individuals at [Markaz Tawheed- Stoke On Trent] With a Severe or (Chronic) Hizbiyyah Syndrome!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Umar [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “People were (sometimes) judged by the revealing of a Divine Inspiration during the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger but now there is no longer any more (new revelation). Now we judge you by the deeds you practice publicly, so we will trust and favour the one who does good deeds in front of us, and we will not call him to account about what he is really doing in secret, for Allah will judge him for that; but we will not trust or believe the one who presents to us with an evil deed even if he claims that his intentions were good”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari. Number 2641]

Amazing indeed are those specific individuals at Markaz Tawheed! These people are allied with the blazing hizbiyyoon of Ihyaa at-Turaath, such as Adnaan Abdul Qadir and others, yet when reprimanded for keeping the company of deviated personalities in the name of Salafiyyah, they complain that the Salafiyyoon of Masjid al-Furqan/Masjid Abi Hurairah, Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and Salafipublications are people who greatly concern themselves with finding the faults of others, whilst the Ummah is in crises! In addition to this, every year their allies at Greenlane co-operate with various well known opponents of the Salafi Methodology, and amongst their visitors during the past few years includes speakers from the deviated Maghrib Institute of Yasir Qadhi and others, yet they expect that not a single word is uttered against their repugnant illegal partisanship! Indeed, this is either extreme self-denial or a severe state of Hizbiyyah Syndrome.

We neither spy on them nor investigate their secrets, rather they are the ones who openly co-operate with the people of bidah at Ihyaa at-Turaath and other places, so there is a huge difference between when a person is reprimanded for a deed he does openly as opposed to what he hides or has given no indication regarding it. This complaint of theirs “stop seeking after the mistakes of others” is nothing else but a smokescreen by way of which they desire to prevent Salafiyyoon from warning against their open repugnant Hizbiyyah, so that they can continue duping the common people, rather even the unsuspecting seeker of knowledge will be affected.

We did not approach and question them about their stances and beliefs, rather we judge them by the deeds they do openly. Therefore, what is incumbent upon them is to either be truthful to the path of the Salaf, distance from the people of Bidah and hizbiyyah, and warn against them, otherwise never will the Salafiyyoon stop warning and refuting them based on what is openly witnessed regarding their transgressions against the sound Salafi methodology, whilst they attribute themselves to it. We’ll continue to judge them by their companionship whether they like it or not! Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu-anhu) said, the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said, “A person is upon the religion of his friend, so let each one of you look at whom he befriends”. [As-Saheehah: 97] Ibn Mas’ ood (radiyallaahu-anhu) said: Indeed a person walks alongside and accompanies the one whom he loves and who is like him. (Al Ibaanah 2/476] Al A’maah (rahimahullaah) said: They (the Salaf) did not used to ask anything more about a person after having asked about three affairs: Who he walks with, who he enters upon (i.e. visits) and who he associates with amongst the people”. [Al Ibaanah 2/478] Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood (radiyallaahu anhu) said: Make consideration of the (regions of the) earth by the names given to them and make consideration of a person by his companion”. [Ibaanah 2/497] Mu’aadh Bin Mu’aadh said to Yahyah bin Sa’eed, “aa Abaa Sa’eed! A person may hide his viewpoint from us, but he will not be able to hide this in his son or friend or in one whom he sits with”. [ Ibaanah 2/436] [Translated by Spubs]

Despite this clarity demanded from them, we’ve heard in the past when some of them claimed to the common people and convinced them that the issues between Greenlane and Salafipublications are personal, but then the falsity of this claim was exposed. See here: https://abukhadeejah.com/are-the-issues-between-green-lane-mosque-glm-and-salafi-publications-personal/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MVzd9RpWl4

We’ve met individuals who are confused about their affair – neither comprehend the reality of their deceptions as it truly is, nor certain whether they are upon hizbiyyah, despite the clear evidences presented that are as clear as the mid day sun. They’ve afflicted these people with doubts that has led them to suffer from an absence of full comprehension or they comprehend the situation in a manner contrary to its true reality, whilst still unaware that they do not comprehend, even after being presented with evidence to clearly demonstrate that they are mistaken. However, the most amazing is when these people whom they have confused so much to the extent that whatever tangible evidence is shown to them, they always hope that there must be something contrary to what is presented that might have the same possibility of being the truth. And there are those who openly reject the truth due to a desire to cling to falsehood. Allaahul Musta’aan! This is exactly what Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah preserve him] stated about the heads of bidah and their followers. He said, “You should know that the people of desires and misguidance are (categorized into) those who are followed and those who follow. Indeed, those who are followed are the ones who set up the various principles of Bidah and call to their innovation and misguidance, and they will carry their burden of sins and the burden of the sins of those whom they misguided without knowledge, as it is clearly stated in the Qur’aan and the Sunnah. As for the followers of a leader from amongst the people of desires, then in most cases they are of two categories: those who possess knowledge, but they harbour evil intentions, so they yield to Satan, desires and the urge of the evil soul. They follow the people of misguidance and oppose the callers to guidance (in that which) Allaah sent His Messenger Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]. The Second Category are those whose share of knowledge is little, so the people of desires take advantage of them and they become part of their group. They convince them that what they call them to is the manifest truth and that what their opponents are upon is falsehood. And they convey to them a huge (number) of affairs that resemble the truth but are falsehood in reality, in order to deceive them and submerge them into misguidance. As for those who are followed-those who set up principles of bidah and call the people to their bidah and misguidance-then indeed they are marked with the bidah they innovated and call the people to, and for them there is no honour”. (1)

This is what has afflicted Greenlane and Markaz Tawheed (Stoke On Trent), because their allies amongst the heads of bidah at Ihyaa at-Turaath, Maghrib Institute and other places have affected them so much that they have divided into the two categories of people – those who know the truth, but their evil desires do not allow them to abandon their repugnant hizbiyyah and those whose share of knowledge is very little. Therefore, the Salafiyyoon of Masjid Al-Furqan and Masjid Abi Hurairah are warned against complacency and fear of blame. The people of Shirk, Bidah and Hizbiyyah all employ the same tactic at different levels – the extreme Soofees, Ikhwaanees, the hizbiyyoon of Greenlane and their allies, and others will always seek to blame you when reprimanded for difiling the pure Salafi Methodology with their repugnant hizbiyyah. Imaam Ibnul Qayyim, whilst discussing the four categories of people one might come across in life, stated: “The Forth Group are those whose company is absolute destruction and intermingling with them is similar to eating poison. How common is this similitude within the people! May Allaah not make them numerous, and they are Ahlul Bidah Wad Dalaalah [The people of innovation and misguidance]. They are those who hinder from the path of the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] and call to that which is in opposition to it. They are those who hinder from the path of Allaah and seek to make it cooked; so they present Bidah as Sunnah and Sunnah as Bidah, and they present virtue as evil and evil as virtue. And when you established Tawheed amongst them, they (i.e. the people of Shirk) say, ‘You have degraded the Awliyaa (friends of Allaah) and the righteous people’. And when you establish ittibaa [correct adherence to the path of the messenger with evidence] they (i.e. the staunch blind followers) say, ‘You have invalidated (the affair) of the followed Imaams’. And when you command that which Allaah and His Messenger command and forbid that which Allaah and His Messenger forbid, they (i.e. those who want to remain upon falsehood) say, ‘You are from those who put people to trial'”. (2)

In this statement is a likeness of that specific or those specific blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz Tawheed, because when we call to that aspect of the pure Sunnah that necessitates abandoning the people of hizbiyyah within the ranks of Greenlane and the people of bidah within the ranks of Ihyaa at-Turaath, they say, “You people cause fitna”, then they ignore the clear statements of the scholars regarding this affair.

Imaam Albaani [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “It is not hidden from every Muslim who is acquainted with the Book, the Sunnah and that which our pious predecessors were upon that the Tahazzub (Illegal partisanship) and gathering amongst the groups that carry different views or different methods (of Dawah) has nothing to do with Islaam; rather in many Aayaat of the Qur’aan our Lord (The Mighty and Majestic) has prohibited us from that. Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَلَا تَكُونُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِڪِينَ
مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمۡ وَڪَانُواْ شِيَعً۬ا‌ۖ كُلُّ حِزۡبِۭ بِمَا لَدَيۡہِمۡ فَرِحُونَ

And be not of Al-Mushrikun (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, idolaters, etc.). Of those who split up their religion (i.e. who left the true Islamic Monotheism), and became sects, [i.e. they invented new things in the religion (Bid’ah), and followed their vain desires], each sect rejoicing in that which is with it. (3)

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “There is nothing in the Book or the Sunnah that allows different groups and parties; rather that has been censured in the Book and the Sunnah. Allaah (The Most High) said: [فَتَقَطَّعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَهُم بَيۡنَہُمۡ زُبُرً۬ا‌ۖ كُلُّ حِزۡبِۭ بِمَا لَدَيۡہِمۡ فَرِحُونَ – ”But they (men) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its belief.”]

And there is no doubt that these parties oppose that which Allaah has commanded. Allaah (The Most High) said: [إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِۦۤ أُمَّتُكُمۡ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ وَأَنَا۟ رَبُّڪُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُونِ – ‘Truly! This, your Ummah [Sharia or religion (Islamic Monotheism)] is one religion, and I am your Lord, therefore worship Me (Alone).” (4)

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “It is obligated on the scholars to clarify the reality. They should debate every group and give advice to all, so that they can traverse upon the path Allaah has ordained for His slaves, and the path which His Messenger Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) called to. And whoever oversteps this path or remains upon obstinacy, then it is obligatory to expose him”. (5)

So, let Masjid Al-Furqan/Masjid Abi Hurairah not fear the blame of the blamers. Hizbiyyah must be refuted openly in the presence of anyone who manifest it, be it Markaz Tawheed, Greenlane or others. So, ask Allaah for Tawfeeq, strive to be truthful and speak the truth as Ibn Aqeel [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “If the truthful ones were to keep silent and the falsifiers speak, then the creation would have relinquished what they have witnessed [of truth] and reject what they have not witnessed. So when the devout ones desire to revive the Sunnah, the people would reject it and think that it is bidah”. (6)

And Allaah knows best

[5] You’ve Dropped Many Scholars [Saalim At-Taweel]! [Response to Hizbiyyoon, Deceivers, and Concealers at Markaz at-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent)]

Saalim at-Taweel is a companion of Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli – the one who attempted to open the floodgates of Tamyee by way of erroneous judgements on texts related to sound Manhaj positions to be taken against ahlul bidah.

Firstly, let us remind the specific individual or individuals – the blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz Tawheed- about companionship!

Secondly, one of the subject matters of this robust and infallible Salafi Manhaj which Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli sought to weaken was the subject matter of Hajr [the legislated boycotting], but he was stopped in his Tamyee footsteps by Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi, Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri and Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhaari [may Allaah preserve them]. It was obligatory on Dr (Ibraaheem)- whilst he was giving advice about boycotting and its precise principles– to clarify the true picture of boycotting held by the Salaf because a deficient clarification in this affair is a great shortcoming that will lead to an incorrect understanding of this great fundamental. That is because it is understood from Dr Ibraaheem’s speech that boycotting has a singular image, but the truth is that it of different types, and from them: To refrain from giving salaam (i.e. refrain from giving salaam to the figureheads of bidah, those who openly manifest their wicked acts etc); refrain from sitting with them; refrain from honouring them and the important people (i.e. such as the scholars and other pious leaders) are to refrain from praying their Janaazah.

Dr Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhaari Establishes The True Understanding of The Salaf]

[Part 1 (A-D): Observations on Dr Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli’s Deficient and Defective Advice To Ahlus Sunnah Regarding Boycotting- Dr Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhaari Establishes The True Understanding of The Salaf]

Ibraaheem ar-Ruhayhi – the companion of Saalim at-Taweel – has not recanted his errors and this is the same Saalim at-Taweel defended by Shaikh Falaah Ismaa’eel [may Allaah have mercy upon him]. Indeed, the company of Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli and Saalim at-Taweel is an extremely toxic one, therefore Shaikh Falaah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] found himself within circumstances which the Salafiyyoon could not compromise due to the confusion and ambiguity it would have caused.

Thirdly, perhaps the reason Saalim receives sympathy from the specific individual or individuals – blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz Tawheed – is because he visited their allies (the blazing and obstinate hizbiyyoon of Greenlane).

Also Saalim At-Taweel spread lies about Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri and Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect them from every evil].

A statement of Saalim At-Taweel’s- disseminated in the (website) Kullu Salafiyyeen has reached me that the Shaikh Al-Allaamah Ubaid (may Allaah preserve him) delegated me (i.e. put me in charge) in the affairs of divorce and khula and what is similar to that. This-by Allaah-is a lie and fabrication against the Shaikh (may Allaah preserve him) and we say: ‘’Glory be to You (O Allah) this is a great lie.’’ Rather we were advised and encouraged to refer back to the people of knowledge in these affairs (of divorce and khula) and other than them. This is what has occurred from us and it is what we have done (i.e. we refer these affairs and other than them to the scholars) and all praise is due to Allaah in the beginning to the end of (all affairs) and the (blessed) end is for the Muttaqoon, and there is no enmity except against the oppressors.

Written by: Abu Khadeejah
Al-Maktabah As-Salafiyyah Birmingham (Britain)

The above Arabic clarification was forwarded to us via WhatsApp by Ustaadh Abu Tasneem -Mus’haf Al-Banghaali (May Allaah preserve him)

Saalim At-Taweel has still not recanted this lie!

Finally, once again we say to the specific individual or individuals – blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz Tawheed who claim that we are people who abandon others without justification- that the Prophet [peace annd blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The best of the people are those living in my generation, then those who will follow the latter and then those who come after them. Then there will come after them people who will be treacherous and will not be trustworthy, they will bear witness without being asked to do so, and they will vow, but will never fulfil their vows, and fatness will appear among them”.

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah protect him from every evil] said, “They give false testimony, act treacherously and deceitfully. They behave in a very sinful manner and follow evil desires, except those whom Allaah safeguards amongst the Taa’ifatul Mansoorah [i.e. the aided group of Muslims upon the straight path] – those whom Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] praised. Therefore, it is obligated on us to acquire knowledge for the sake of Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic] and act upon it. Ignorance is a deadly disease and knowledge is a weapon that will destroy you if you do not act upon it, and Allaah’s refuge is sought. [Marhaban Yaa Taalibal Ilm pages 268-270]

Imaam An-Nawawi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated regarding the statement, “They will bear witness without being asked to do so”, this can mean that they bear witness before being asked, or they bear witness based on falsehood, or they give witness without being from those who are worthy of it. [For further details see Sharh Saheeh Muslim 12/17]

However, there is another Hadeeth in which the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] stated, “Should I not inform you about the best of witnesses, they are those who bear witness before being asked”. The scholars say that what is intended by this hadeeth is for example: someone has a witness to give on behalf of another person based on truth, but the person does not know about it, so he [i.e. the one who should give the witness] informs the person about it; or for example, a person has already passed away and another person knows what the deceased person has left behind as inheritance, so he bears witness to that and makes it known. [For further details see Fat-hul Baari 5/260]

And regarding the statement, “And fatness will appear among them”, meaning, these people give importance to the means of fattening themselves – food, drink and over-abundance. So, their only concern is their bodies and fattening themselves. As for being fat without choice, then one cannot be blamed for that, just as a person cannot be blamed for being tall, short, black or white…[For further details, see Majmoo Al-Fataawaa 10/1056 -By Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy upon him)]

Therefore, we remind those specific blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz at-Tawheed that their deception and false witness has been unveiled once again.

[4] You’ve Dropped Many Scholars [Ali Al-Halabi and Saleem Al-Hilaali]! [Response to Hizbiyyoon, Deceivers, and Concealers at Markaz at-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent)]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [Surah An-Nisaa. Ayah 135]

Indeed, even though some of us have been present since 1995, however neither were we amongst those who accompanied Al-Halabi and Al-Hilaali nor did we speak to them in person; neither did we sit with them at close proximity nor examine their affair at close proximity during those years they’ve visited the UK, even though – by the Tawfeeq of Allaah – we are acquainted with their errors and the sound unambiguous observations and refutations of the scholars and students against them. Our elder teachers at Salafipublications are the ones who know their affair – observers at close proximity and in person with their eyes, ears and hearts for many years. They accompanied both Al-Halabi and Al-Hilaali at home and abroad, therefore, we’ll suffice with their report, as the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “The one informed is not the same as the one who witnessed (with his own eyes). Indeed, Allaah [The Exalted] told Musa [peace be upon him] about what his people had done with the calf (i.e. worshipped the calf) and he did not throw the tablets, (but) when he saw what they had done, he threw the tablets (out of anger) and they broke”. [Saheeh Al-Jaami 5374]

“The one informed is not the same as the one who witnessed (with his own eyes)”– Meaning: Witnessing, as it is the attainment of definitive knowledge. Allaah created for His servants conscious ears and eyes that can see, and He did not make the news (in general) as powerful as witnessing with the eyes (in general). And just as he placed hearing and sight (around the) head (area), He also placed that in the heart (i.e. sound perception), so the knowledge of that which a person sees with his sight becomes robust, and what he perceives with the sight of his heart is stronger for him. Al-Kalaabaadhee [Abu Nasr, Ahmad Bin Muhammad Ibn Al-Husayn Ibnul Hasan Bin Ali Bin Rustom (may Allaah have mercy upon him)] said, “News is two types: the one that is (absolute) truth and can never carry mistakes- the news from Allaah and His Messenger. And this (hadeeth) may also refer to the news other than this first one.

If news is referring to the first type, then its meaning is that eye witness is not like truthful news in strength- meaning news is stronger, more certain and far removed from doubts if it is truthful news, (because) the one who witnesses with his eyes can be mistaken – a person may see something in manner that is other than its true reality, such as what occurred in the story of Musa [peace be upon him] and the magicians. And if the hadeeth is applied to the second type of news, then its meaning is: the eye witness (in reality- without any deception etc) is not like news; rather it is stronger and more certain because the one who is informed is not reassured in his heart and his doubts do not seize regarding news from someone who can forget and make mistakes. The point is that if the report is true, it is stronger than the eye witness, or otherwise; however, the intent of what is mentioned with regards news refers to the second type [i.e. the true eye witness that is based on other than revelation and it contains no (deception, ambiguity) is stronger than true news (that is not based on revelation), even though both are accepted]. [An Excerpt from Faydul Qadeer. 5/356-357. paraphrased]

[3] You’ve Dropped Many Scholars [Fawzi Al-Bahrayni]! [Response to Hizbiyyoon, Deceivers, and Concealers at Markaz at-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent)]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The over-stringent ones are destroyed”. Imaam Nawawi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The over-stringent ones are those who look too deeply (into affairs) and are excessive- those who exceed the Hudood (prescribed legislated Sharee’ah boundaries) in their statements and actions”. (1)

The specific individual or individuals within the ranks of the blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz at-Tawheed insinuated that we abandon people without justification and that Fawzi Al-Bahrayni is one of those personalities we’ve abandoned over the years!

A Brief Acquaintance With Fawzi’s Transgressions

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah preserve him] said: “Indeed, the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah – such as Abdullah Ibn Ahmad, Al-Khallaal, Al-Aajuree, Al-Laalikaa’ee, Ibn Battah and other than them – have clarified the methodology of Ahlus Sunnah regarding Imaan with a profound clarification. And that according to Ahlus Sunnah, it (i.e. Imaan) is “Speech, action and belief- increases with obedience to Allaah and decreases with disobedience”. We worship Allaah with what they say (i.e. this definition), we say it, believed in it from our early age (in pursuit) of knowledge, affirmed in our authorships, lessons and gatherings, and establish loyalty and disavowal based on that.

Then the sinful liars, the spiteful ones and plotters against Ahlus Sunnah came to fight on behalf of the people of desires, and they attacked us with various immoral attacks. One of those attacks is that they (falsely) accuse us of being Murji’ah (see footnote a), and they laid down false and unjust principles for that, with which they fight us. Whenever we destroy them, they repeated them without shame or shyness. Their statement: “Imaan is speech and action, increases and decreases, and it decreases until nothing remains of it”, in their view is that whoever does not mention the addition “until nothing remains of it” is a Murji. (see footnote b) They made it obligatory on the people, wage war against Ahlus Sunnah and declare them innovators in the religion due to it, whilst these Aghmaar (inexperienced ones, ignoramuses, devoid of sound judgement etc) do not know that this Tabdee would apply to the righteous predecessors who did not constantly mention this addition, even if some of them did so. They declared me (i.e. Rabee Bin Haadi) an innovator in religious affairs, pass the judgement of Irjaa (see footnote c) against me and threw it on me a lot in a number of their statements, especially in the statements of Fawzi Al-Bahraini, even though I have mentioned this (additional) statement (related to the definition of Imaan) and repeated it before the birth of the old and new Haddaadi (sect) (see footnote d); but I do not always adhere to its mention, because the Sahaabah and the Taabi’een did not say it, and because there is no evidence to obligate that it should be said. The majority of the (pious) predecessors did not say it, neither did those who said it always said it nor made it obligatory on others, despite the fact that I do say it sometimes. The following are my statements regarding that….Then the Shaikh [may Allaah protect him from every evil] gave references in pages 61-63 regarding where he has stated this addition in his authorships and lessons. We’ll suffice with one InShaaAllaah as follows:

In the above text, the Shaikh quoted a hadeeth explained in 1406AH under the titled “Striving Against Those Who Deviate From The Right Path”: Abdullaah Ibn Mas’ood [may Allaah be pleased with him] said that the Prophet said, “Never a Prophet had been sent before me by Allah to his nation, except that he had – among his people – disciples and companions who followed his ways and obeyed his command. Then there came after them their successors who said whatever they did not practise, and practised whatever they were not commanded to do. He who strove against them with his hand was a believer, he who strove against them with his tongue was a believer, and he who strove against them with his heart was a believer and beyond that there is no faith even to the extent of a mustard seed”. [Saheeh Muslim Hadeeth 50]

Then Shaikh Rabee said, “I explained this hadeeth and stated in page 44 [i.e. in Mudhakkirah Al-Hadeeth An-Nabawiyyah]: ‘And there remained – in every nation – sincere scholars who fulfilled the requirements of their religion- striving and defending the teachings of their Prophets, everyone according to his strength and level of Imaan; the one who strove by way of the tongue (i.e. speech), the one who strove by way of his hand, and the one who strove by way of his heart and that is the weakest of Imaan. And there is nothing of Imaan besides that. [End of Quote] (2)

This is what Fawzi Al-Bahrayni Al-Haddaadi did not verify before opening his vile Haddaadi mouth and then making Tabdee in an affair that is not obligated on anyone; rather this Tabdee of his – as Al-Allaamah Rabee stated- would necessitate Tabdee against the Salaf. Therefore, we remind ourselves again that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “The over-stringent ones are destroyed”. Imaam Nawawi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The over-stringent ones are those who look too deeply (into affairs) and are excessive- those who exceed the Hudood (prescribed legislated Sharee’ah boundaries) in their statements and actions”. [Saheeh Muslim Number 2670]

Then those specific blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz at-Tawheed came along whilst insinuating that we abandon people – including the Haddaadi Fawzi – without justification. This is nothing but a smokescreen by way of which they desperately seek to shelter those misguided personalities who visit them from Ihyaa at-Turaath, Greenlane and other places, whilst lying against the Salafiyyoon of Masjid Al-Furqan/Masjid Abi Hurairah, Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and Salafipublications that we drop people without justification. They utilise these lies to hide reality, confuse the common people and corrupt the perception of those who are not acquainted with the reality of these affairs. Imaam Ibnul Qayyim said: “Beware of kadhib [lying], for indeed it corrupts one’s ability to illustrate information based on what it should be in reality. (3)

[1.2] You’ve Dropped Many Scholars [Faalih Al-Harbi and Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi]! [Response to Hizbiyyoon, Deceivers, and Concealers at Markaz at-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent)]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Al-Hasan Ibn Ali [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] reported that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Leave what makes you doubt for what does not make you doubt. Verily, truth brings peace of mind and falsehood sows doubt”. [Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2518]

Indeed, the specific individual or individuals – who claimed that we are people who drop scholars – either speculated or desperately desired to insinuate that we are guilty of abandoning people without justification. This statement is either based on speculation or it was uttered due to being overwhelmed by evil suspicion that leads to slander. Therefore, we remind them that their affair is either that which is addressed in the above hadeeth reported by Al-Hasan Ibn Ali [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] or it is that which is related to Allaah’s statement: [يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًا مِنْ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ – O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins. [Surah Al-Hujuraat. Aayah 12]

Imaam as-Sa’di [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Allaah [The Most High] has forbidden much evil suspicion towards the believers, because some suspicions are sins. And that is like the suspicion devoid of reality and factual evidence, and like the suspicion accompanied by much forbidden speech and action, for indeed the settlement of evil suspicion in the heart does not restrict the one (in whose heart is that evil suspicion) only to that; rather, he does not cease until he utters and does that which is not permissible”. [An Excerpt from Tafseer as-Sadi]

The Reality of Faalih and Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah protect him] stated: “Faalih had been rushing into (unjustified) elimination and declaring people innovators in religious affairs, so some youth asked him for proofs, but the proofs sought from him were not found with him. Then he resorted to the invention of a principle by removing Tabdee (the ruling related to declaring a person an innovator in religious affairs) from the principles of the Imams of Al-Jarh Wat- Tadeel (the carriers of the science of criticism and commendation), and differentiated (in the science of criticism) between the narrators of hadeeth and (when) declaring a person an innovator in religious affairs. So, he held that it is right to ask about the reasons for criticising (or disparaging) the narrators, (but) as for those about whom he holds that that they are innovators in religious affairs, it is not right to ask about the reasons behind disparaging them and declaring them innovators in religious affairs, even if they are from the best of the Salafis; rather the one who asks regarding the reasons why they are declared innovators is declared an innovator (as well). This premise led him to say that the scholars must be blindly followed and not asked for proof. Who did he ask to blindly follow the scholars? Indeed, they are the intelligent students of knowledge, but rather the teachers (in Islamic University) and amongst them are some who have reached the level of doctorate, and not common people; and that the one who does not blindly follow the scholars has indeed undermined the message of the Messengers and the books, or has belied the Qur’aan, the Sunnah and Islam. (see footnote a)

He and his followers thought that he was the only Imam, the protector and protector of the religion. He pushed (incited) them and they pushed (incited) him, and thus he inflicted the heads of Ahlus Sunnah – the strong and the weak amongst them – with false Tabdee and unjust rulings. Whoever does not blindly follow him, even if he holds a doctorate degree in Islamic Sharaa’ah, is considered a denier of the Qur’an, the Sunnah and Islam. The one who does not blindly follow him in his false opinion, even if he was a teacher (at university level), is judged to be one of the callers at the gates of Hell, and that he has destroyed the messages of the Messengers and the books that were revealed to them. This – in addition to insulting, (unjustified) attacks and warning – are matters that are neither approved by Sharee’ah nor (sound) reasoning. These – despite the fact that my advice to him was accompanied with kindness and contained only some of his mistakes – are affairs that should motivate a sane and just person to return to the truth. We did not see anything from Faalih except false denunciations, false interpretations, war, mobilization, and seeking help through supporters amongst those whose identities were unknown – those hiding behind the curtains. At first, he found nothing from the scholars except advice, then denunciation of these matters. (1) [End of quote]

This is an aspect of Faalih’s reality, so the falsity of claim of the blazing hizbiyyoon within the ranks of Markaz At-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent) becomes absolutely manifest to the sensible observer. These same hizbiyyoon [the specific individual or individuals] also mentioned that we have abandoned Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi! Three weeks ago, we were invited to a barbecue – by our Salafi brother Abu Haleemah [Naeem Bashir (Masjid Abi Hurairah/Masjid Furqan)] – together with two of our teachers [Abu Tasneem Mushaf Al-Banghali and another elder brother from Birmingham – a student of Al-Allaamah Muqbil Bin Haadi]; so when another brother asked about how to deal with the fitna of Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi, we asked the elder brother [i.e. the student of Shaikh Muqbil] to give guidance to the questioner, who said to him, “What we say to Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi is that you have fallen into one of the same mistakes about which you reprimanded Faalih Al-Harbi, and that is making Tabdee without proof”. Read on the links below by Shaikh Abu Iyaadh and Shaikh Abu Khadeejah: Reminder: Shaykh Rabiʿ’s request for Shaykh Muḥammad bin Hādī to justify his tabdīʿ of Salafī students and shaykhs and to explicitly name the major scholars he accused of being “affected” and “destroyed” by the “Ṣaʿāfiqah” – one month, no answer:]

https://abukhadeejah.com/muhammad-hadi-allegations-and-response-of-the-major-scholars/

Finally, we say to those specific individuals – the blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz and allies of Greenlane, Ihyaa At-Turaath and others: “You are well-known for claiming that Taqleed is Haraam, and both Faalih and Shaikh Muhammad are guilty of making Tabdee without proof, so do we blindly follow them or reject their stances?!” This is enough to manifest the fact that your claim about us dropping scholars (i.e. without justification) is a blatant lie and a smokescreen by way of which you seek to defend other figureheads upon error. Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The fact that a statement regarding something is lies and falsehood is sometimes known based on the statement in and of itself, its contradictions, perplexity and the manifestation of those clear indications which shows that it is lies. Lies may manifest due to what it is in reality, what is apparent and what is being concealed. It is sometimes known due to the situation of the utterer of the lie, for indeed the one who is known for lying, wickedness and deception, his statements do not show anything else except a state of conformity with his deeds. He does not utter a statement or perform an action similar to that of a pious and truthful person – the one innocent of every evil, deception, lie and wicked behaviour; rather the heart, intention, statements and deeds of the truthful one have the same image; and the heart, statements, deeds and intentions of the liar have the same image. (2)

Footnote a: Faalih led his followers in one extreme direction by seeking to compel people not to ask for evidence even when they are able to study the affairs and reach the correct stance; but also the other misguided path followed by some people is that they say, “I don’t make Taqleed” in order to reject the sound evidences. Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Mad’khalee [may Allaah preserve him] said, “Indeed, rejecting the statements of scholars [i.e. their sound verdicts] – by way of statements whose apparent meaning is sound, but those who utilise them intend falsehood and evil – has become widespread nowadays. [And this statement of truth by way of which falsehood and evil is intended is]: “I do not make Taqleed!!’’ Even though you find him [i.e. the utterer of this statement] to be ignorant, understands nothing [i.e. regarding some or many affairs] in the religion and is one of those who are greatly in need of making Taqleed of the scholars as well as following them. There is [the necessity for] Taqleed and Ittibaa. There is a person who is ignorant and he needs to make Taqleed. Taqleed is a necessity for this person, therefore it is incumbent upon him to make Taqleed of the scholars. The student of knowledge can understand by way of the proofs that such and such scholar is correct and thus he follows the person with proof [i.e. Ittibaa]. This is a level above Taqleed and below the level of the Mujtahid. Some of them [i.e. the people] might say: ‘’I do not make Taqleed’’, even though-in reality- he is a commoner or an evil doer, or a malicious person who desires to speak ill against the scholars and keep the people away from them through these cunning ways. Therefore, let the youth be careful lest they fall into the trap of these fools – those who speak ill of the scholars in such a heedless manner. “I do not make Taqleed of such and such [person]”; we say to him [i.e. the one who utters this statement]: Who commands you to make Taqleed if you are a student of knowledge?! However, if that scholar about whom you say, “I do not make Taqleed of him” has truth with him, then is it permissible to reject the truth through this illusion which you call Taqleed and intend falsehood by way of it?! I warn the youth against despicable behaviour. It has become rife amongst the common people and prevents them from [adhering] to good manners, [sound] religion and [good] character. (3)

[1] You’ve Dropped Many Scholars (Faalih Al-Harbi)! [Response to Hizbiyyoon, Deceivers, and Concealers at Markaz at-Tawheed (Stoke On Trent)]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever WellAcquainted with what you do. [Surah An-Nisaa. Aayah 135]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: When a proof that supports the truth is manifested and the one who wants to repel it finds no way of doing so, he refrains from mentioning it and thus becomes a silent devil, and sometimes he distorts it. Distortion is of two types- distorting words and distorting meanings. Distorting words is when one utters a word in a context in which it does not establish the truth – either adding to the word or omitting something from it, or substituting it with something else- to the extent that the listener is made to believe something, whilst something else is intended by it, just as the Yahood [i.e. those Yahood who disbelieved in the Prophet and hated him] used to distort words when giving Salaam to the Prophet [i.e. saying As-Saamu Alayka (death be upon you), instead of saying Assalaamu alaykum)]. This is one type of distortion. The second type of distortion is related to meanings – distorting the wording; giving it an interpretation that is not intended by the one who uttered it and pretending not to know its unintended meaning; or dropping other meanings intended by it etc.
Allaah [The Most High] said: [وَإِن تَلۡوُ ۥۤاْ أَوۡ تُعۡرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرً۬ا – and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do]. And when it is the case that a witness is required to bear witness based on what the affair should be [i.e. the complete truth], therefore neither should he hide nor change it. Turning away from the testimony is tantamount to concealment, and distortion is tantamount to alteration and substitution. (1)

Therefore, the affair of the specific individual or individuals at Markaz At-Tawheed – who stated that we are known for dropping scholars – can only be one of two: either they know why Faalih Al-Harbi was refuted and distanced, but they seek to hide the facts, or they do not know the affair and thus have spoken based on conjecture and falsehood. If they know in detail and conceal the facts, then indeed the above Aayah [An-Nisaa 135] is a reminder for them; but if they have spoken based on conjecture, then indeed we remind them of Allaah’s statement:

وَلَا تَقۡفُ مَا لَيۡسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلۡمٌ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡبَصَرَ وَٱلۡفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ كَانَ عَنۡهُ مَسۡـُٔولاً۬

And follow not (O man i.e., say not, or do not or witness not, etc.) that of which you have no knowledge (e.g. one’s saying: “I have seen,” while in fact he has not seen, or “I have heard,” while he has not heard). Verily! The hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those you will be questioned (by Allah). [Surah Al-Israa. Aayah 36]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Indeed, we have been commanded to ask Him [The Most High] to guide us to the straight path and this necessitates knowledge of the truth and acting upon it, and the Qur’aan is the cure, guidance and light. The Muslims are agreed that doubt and confusion are unpraiseworthy, and it is expected – absolutely- that a person who does not possess knowledge of something is obligated to keep quiet and seek knowledge via its (sound) sources. (1.1)

Indeed, Faalih Al-Harbi toppled himself due to his own transgressions! Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah protect him] stated, “When affairs escalated, and during this escalation that led to the splitting, I received some papers from a book that had been transcribed from his tapes titled Al-Musaara’ah [The Wrestle]. I read those papers and came across – in them – terrible insults, ignorance, destructive judgments and a corrupt premise. I discussed some of what is in those papers with the utmost kindness and care, asked him to return to the truth in the hope that Allaah might benefit him through it, so that the Salafi youth would be relieved of the causes of disunity and splitting. I sent the first advice to him in private (see footnote a), but he did not respond to this gentle request aimed at stopping the trial and uniting the Salafi youth. Then, after about a month and a half, I sent him and some of his friends the second advice- in private and not openly, despite the fact that he and those who supported him rebuked those who exercised patience and gave advice, and considered that to be tantamount to negligence and an act of weakening the (sound principles, stances). He and his clandestine group entered the dark tunnels, `presented their arguments in a particular way, weakening the (sound principles), defending (themselves) with lies, obscuring (affairs) and insulting – through gestures and open declaration – at everyone who spoke the truth; rather the insult (uttered) by some of them extended to belittling Imaams of Jarh Wat-Tadeel and their fundamental principles. Therefore, now it is necessary to clarify some of what I discussed in the two advices, which I had previously overlooked”. (2)

Read here one of the issues Faalih al-Harbi initiated:
http://salafitalk.net/st/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=25&Topic=3799

InShaaAllaah, another post will be prepared with more examples of Faalih Al-Harbi’s calamities, so that the clear proofs are flung in the faces of those blazing hizbiyyoon at Markaz at-Tawheed who parrot the accusation that we have been dropping scholars- a statement that has become normal on the tongues of many of the hizbiyyoon, whilst hiding the reasons why those people have been dropped, such as Faalih Al-Harbi, Fawzi Al-Bahraini, Al-Halabi, Al-Hajuri and their ilk.

Footonote a: Question to Al-Allaamah Muqbil Bin Haadi Al-Waadi’ee [may Allaah have mercy upon him]: What is the difference between Jarh (criticism) and Nush (advice)?

Response: The difference between criticism and advice is that advice can be in private, between the one advising and the one being advised, and it can be with gentleness and mildness. [فَقُولَا لَهُ قَوْلًا لَّيِّنًا لَّعَلَّهُ يَتَذَكَّرُ أَوْ يَخْشَىٰ – And speak to him (i. Fir’awn) mildly, perhaps he may accept admonition or fear Allah]. [Surah Taa Haa. Aayah 44]

As for criticism, it can be recorded in books and mentioned in councils (sittings), and our predecessors [may Allaah have mercy on them] combined between the two (advice and criticism). Al-Imam Al-Dhahabi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Ratan- and who is Ratan (i.e. Ratan Bin Abdillah Al-Hindi)? A liar amongst the big liars who claimed Suhbah (i.e. that he accompanied the Prophet) after six years has elapsed”.

Imam Ash-Shafi’ee said, “The narration on the authority of Haram bin Othman is Haraam (forbidden)”, and he also says, “Whoever narrates on the authority of al-Bayaadee, may Allaah brighten his eyes”.

When Suwayd Bin Saeed narrated, “He who is infatuated, abstains, conceals (his infatuation) and then all dies, he dies as a martyr”, Yahya Bin Ma’een said, “If I had a horse and a spear, I would have carried out a military expedition against Suwayd”.

Abaan Bin Abee Ayyaash was a man who abstained from those unnecessary but lawful worldly pleasures, a devout worshipper and a virtuous person, but he used to mix up in his transmission of hadeeth; Shu’bah was asked to refrain from (speaking) about Abaan Bin Abee Ayyaash, so he said, “I will see (or wait)”. Then he advised him saying, “Indeed, (this affair is related to the) religion, (and) I can’t (do anything else) except to speak about Abaan Bin Abee Ayyaash (i.e. tell people the mistake he commits in the hadeeth transmission)”. (3)

Question to Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him]: When should advice be given in private or openly?

Response: The one giving advice does what is best. If he sees that it is more beneficial in secret, he advises secretly; if he sees that it is more beneficial to do so openly, he does so; but if the sin is committed in secret, the advice can only be given in secret. If he knows about his brother that he commits a sin in secret, he advises him in secret and does not expose him. But if the sin is committed openly, – seen by the people, for example a person starts drinking alcohol in a gathering, then one must openly disapprove of it; or if a person started calling (others) to drink alcohol or to fornicate, whilst one is present, he should say, “O my brother! This is not permissible”. (4)

Question to Imaam Al-Albaanee [may Allaah have mercy upon him]: The statement of some people or the stipulation of some of them is that it is more correct that advice must be given before refutations are printed- a copy must be sent to the one refuted so that it can be looked into. They say this is from the methodology of the pious predecessors.

Response: This is not a condition, but if it is possible and it is hoped that affinity will be attained from this approach – in order not to announce the affair amongst the people, then this is undoubtedly a good thing; but as for making it a condition first and foremost, and secondly, making it a general condition, there is no wisdom in this at all. People, as you all know, are like mines of gold and silver (footnote b), so whoever you know – about him – that he is with us on the path- upon the (sound) methodology and that he accepts advice, then you write to him without making his mistake known, and at least in your view this is good. But this is not a condition, and it would have been impossible (to implement fully) even if it were a condition. How would get his address and how would you be able to correspond with him? Also, will he send you a response or not? These are completely speculative affairs. This condition is very difficult to fulfill, and therefore the issue is not taken as a condition. (5)

Footnote b: Abu Hurairah [may Allaah be pleased with him] narrated that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “People are like mines of gold and silver; those who were excellent in Jahiliya (during the days of ignorance) are excellent In Islam, when they have an understanding (in the religion), and the souls are troops collected together and those who had a mutual familiarity amongst themselves would have affinity amongst them, and those who opposed one of them, would be at variance with one another”. [Saheeh Muslim 2638]

Further Clarification Based On Khut’bah [19th August]: Salafiyyoon at Masjid Al-Furqan and Masjid Abi Hurairah – [Stoke On Trent] – Free Themselves From Actions of Muslims Who Violate Covenants and Take The Law Into Their Own Hands In The Name of Defending Islam

Allaah [The Most High] said:

It is He (Allaah) Who has sent down to you (Muhammad) the book. In it are Aayaat that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book; and others not entirely clear. So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking (polytheism and trials)….[Surah Aal Imran. Aayah 7] Aaisha [may Allaah be pleased with her] said, “The messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] recited this Aayah and said, “If you see those who follow thereof that is not entirely clear then they are those whom Allaah has named ( as having deviation from the truth). So beware of them”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhari. Book of commentary]

All the Aayaat of the Great Qur’aan are absolutely clear, as Allaah [The Most High] said:

[الر ۚ كِتَابٌ أُحْكِمَتْ آيَاتُهُ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتْ مِنْ لَدُنْ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ- A Book whereof are perfect aayaat (in every sphere of knowledge and then explained in detail from One (Allaah), Who is All-Wise, Well-Acquainted (with all things)][Hud. Ayah:1]

The Qur’aan is gathered upon absolute perfection, precision (in its commandments, prohibitions, laws, creed etc), justice and goodness, as Allaah also stated: [ۚوَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ – And who is better in judgement than Allaah for a people who have firm faith” [Maa-idah: Ayah 50 ]

All the sections of the Qur’aan resemble each other in beauty and eloquence, and affirms the truthfulness of each other. As for what is mentioned in this Ayah concerning Ihkaam [i.e. the Aayaat of the Qur’aan being perfect, clear and precise in meaning] and Tashaabu [i.e. that some Aayaat in certain places in the Qur’aan require explanation and elaboration through other Aayaat), then firstly, Ihkaam means that there are those Aayaat that are clear in what they indicate without any difficulty in understanding them -these Aayaat are the foundations of the Qur’aan to which one returns every affair he finds unclear, and the vast majority of the Qur’aan is comprised of these Aayaat. Secondly, Tashaabuh means that there are other Aayaat whose precise intended meaning are either not immediately clear to some people or are misunderstood because they indicate a general unrestricted meaning. Therefore, the vast majority of the Aayaat are clear and manifest to everyone and they are the majority of what is referred back to, and there are Aayaat that are difficult for some people to understand, so it is obligatory to refer those Aayaat to other Aayaat that explain their precise intended meanings. This is the path the Qur’aan takes in confirming the truthfulness of its Aayaat and there are no contradictions or opposition in this.

However, the people are divided into two groups in this affair: the first group as Allaah stated are those in whose hearts there is deviation (from the truth), turn away from uprightness and harbour corrupt intentions. Their intention is misguidance and their hearts are deviated from the path of guidance. These people only cling to those Aayaat that require elaboration and explanation through other Aayaat and they abandon those Aayaat that must be referred back to in order to explain them. And the reason they do this is to seek trials and tribulations for those whom they call to their deviated paths.

Therefore, it is obligated on a Muslim that he does not rush towards the one who quotes Aayaat and Ahaadeeth to support his views until he is certain that such a person is from the well-known people of knowledge- those worthy of being referred back to. And if not, he will fall into the hands of those people whom Allaah has censured in this Ayah-those who solely cling to the Aayaat that require explanation and elaboration in order to deceive the people, whilst desiring trials, tribulations and false interpretations by way of that. So you see him quoting Aayaat and Ahaadeeth to support his claims, but when such Aayaat and Ahaadeeth are examined you find that he only seeks to establish his claims solely by way of those that require elaboration, but he does not refer them back to the ones that give that explanation and elaboration. (1)

Some of Muslims – due to deviating from the right path – utilize general ahaadeeth to justify the killing of non-Muslims who are either protected under an agreement of safety in a Muslim or non-Muslim land or those non-Muslims whose governments have an agreement of peace with the Muslim Rulers. Among those ahaadeeth is the one narrated by Jaabir [may Allaah be pleased with him] that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Who is willing to kill ka’b Bin Ashraf for he has been offensive towards Allaah and His Messenger?” So Muhammad Bin Maslamah [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “Do you want me to kill him?” The Prophet said, “Yes”.

The Correct Understanding of this hadeeth

Firstly: This hadeeth has to be understood in the light of another hadeeth in which the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Whoever kills a Mu’aahid (i.e. a non-Muslim who has a contract of peace with the Muslim governments) will not taste the fragrance of paradise”. [Sahih al-Bukhari 6914]

Secondly: Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated in As-Saarim Al-Maslool Vol 1. page 94 that the prophet commanded the killing of ka’b because he was extremely hostile towards Allaah and His Messenger, and this behaviour of his nullified his right to safety. Likewise, this punishment afflicted on ka’b is to be afflicted on a Muslim who spreads corruption in the earth or one who practices high way robbery.

Thirdly: This punishment is not carried out by none except the Muslim ruler, because have you not seen that none amongst the companions of the Prophet took it upon themselves to carry out such action until the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] commanded them to do so.

Fourthly: The killing of specific individuals is not from the way of the people of Islaam unrestrictedly; rather it is only prescribed by the Muslim ruler in specific circumstances against those who openly wage war against the Islamic state or those who insult Allaah and His Messenger. If the Muslim ruler sees the need and benefit to do so, then he may do so. (2)

Therefore, there is nothing praiseworthy regarding the emotions of a Muslim who decides to apply this ruling and then expects others to refrain from using any statement that would clearly condemn his deed. It is very clear from the above narration that not a single person amongst the Sahaabah took the matter in their own hands, rather they sought the permission of the ruler – the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him].

Must Free Ourselves From The Actions of a Muslim Who Does Something That Violates The Command of Allaah and His Messenger

Narrated Salim’s father: The Prophet (ﷺ) sent Khalid bin Al-Walid to the tribe of Jadhima and Khalid invited them to Islam but they could not express themselves by saying, “Aslamna (i.e. we have submitted to Islam),” but they started saying “Saba’na! Saba’na (i.e. we have come out of one religion to another).” Khalid kept on killing (some of) them and taking (some of) them as captives and gave every one of us his Captive. When there came the day then Khalid ordered that each man (i.e. Muslim soldier) should kill his captive, I said, “By Allah, I will not kill my captive, and none of my companions will kill his captive.” When we reached the Prophet, we mentioned to him the whole story. On that, the Prophet (ﷺ) raised both his hands and said twice, “O Allah! I am free from what Khalid has done.” [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari. 4339]

Al-Khattaabee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] rejected what he [i.e. Khaalid (may Allaah be pleased with him)]did out of haste and lack of verification regarding their affair before knowing the intent behind their statement [صَبَأْنَا – Saba’na! Saba’na (i.e. we have come out of one religion to another)]”. [Fat-hul Baaree Sharh Saheeh al-Bukhaaree Vol 8. page 72. Publisher. Daarus Salaam. 1st Edition 1421AH (Year 200)]

So, ponder O brothers and sisters! Khaalid [may Allaah be pleased with him] was under a Muslim ruler and his mistake – due to haste and lack of verification – was openly rejected by the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], so how about those who, after knowing with certainty that they have a covenant with non-Muslim citizens and their rulers, and absolutely certain that they are not allowed to do anything that violates their covenants, they then either kill or harm in the name of defending Islam and expect not to be condemned, either claiming that their intention is good or that their emotions got the better of them! In the well known advice given by Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] to the Muslims of the West, he stated, “The land which you are living is such that there is an agreement between you and them. If this were not the case they would have killed you or expelled you. So preserve this agreement, and do not prove treacherous to it, since treachery is a sign of the hypocrites, and it is not from the way of the believers”. He also said, “Do not be fooled by those sayings of the foolish people – those who say, “Those people are Non-Muslims, so their wealth is lawful for us [i.e. to misappropriate or take by way of murder and killing]. For by Allaah – this is a lie. A lie about Allaah’s Religion, and a lie in Islamic societies”. [End of quote]

Therefore, despite Mr Rushdi’s open transgression against Allaah and His Messenger, both him and us are living under the authority of a Western government. We have covenants to fulfil and not to engage in any activity that would be tantamount to violation of our covenants. This is a basic principle in every country. Even in the Muslim countries where the punishment for blasphemy exists, the state authorities are the only people allowed to carry out punishments.

Islam’s Unapologetic Position On Apostasy – [Unveiling Another Path of The Criminals and Opponents of The Messengers]

Therefore, we say again without an atom’s weight of reservation that we free ourselves from the actions of Muslims who take the law into their own hands in the name of defending Islaam!

As for the secularists and their stooges (Rushdi and his ilk), they cannot extinguish the light of Islam by way of their illusions, sorcery and false arguments. Allaah [The Exalted] said: [يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ – They want to extinguish Allaah’s Light with their mouths [i.e. the Qur’an, the pure Islamic monotheism and the guidance Allaah sent Muhammad with] but Allah will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the disbelievers hate (it). [Surah At-Tawbah: Verse 32]

Imaam Ibn Katheer [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: They want to extinguish that which Allaah sent His Messenger with of guidance and the religion of truth merely by way of their arguments and fabrications; so their example in this is that of one who wants to extinguish the light of the sun or the moon by blowing at (them) and this can never be achieved. [Tafseer Ibn Katheer]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

And so We have appointed for every Prophet enemies – Shayaateen (devils) among mankind and jinns, inspiring one another with adorned speech as a delusion (or by way of deception). If your Lord had so willed, they would not have done it, so leave them alone with their fabrications. [Surah Al-An’aam. Aayah 112]

Allaah [Glorified be He] stated that they aid one another in opposing the command of the Prophets with what some of them inspire others of adorned speech, so that the gullible and feeble minded people are misled by it. He [The Most High] stated the reason behind a perpetrator’s [adorned speech] and the reason why it is accepted by the people; then He [The Most High] mentioned [in ayah 113 Al-An’aam] the effects it has on those ignorant souls. When those souls incline towards such adorned speech and become pleased with it, they carry out what it calls them to do -in speech and action. Therefore, ponder upon these verses and the sublime meanings they convey, for they clarify the roots of false principles and alert a person against them. And if you ponder upon the statements of the people of falsehood, you will indeed find them clothed with expressions and presented in a good light with sophisticated terms, which are quickly accepted by those deprived of sound discernment-to the extent that the wicked sinners would give [good] names to the greatest types of wicked deeds. [Source: An Excerpt from As-Sawaa-iq al-Mursalah of Imaam Ibnul Qayyim: 2/438) Slightly paraphrased]

The militant secularists, Rushdi and others are upon the path of king Louis IX, who in the year 1250 was captured whilst on a crusade against the Muslims of Egypt. He was imprisoned and later released after paying a large ransom. However, whilst in prison he utilised his time to think about ways in which to plot against Islaam and the Muslims, so shaytaan inspired him with the following plots: Firstly: The war in the battlefield between the Christians of the west and the Muslims should be replaced with a war based on ideas and cultural supremacy. Secondly: Prepare the West to corrupt the creed of the Muslims and distort the image of Islaam in the world.

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them and will say: “Where are My (so called) ‘partners’ concerning whom you used to disagree and dispute (with the believers, by defying and disobeying Allah)?” Those who have been given the knowledge (about the Torment of Allah for the disbelievers) will say: “Verily! Disgrace this Day and misery are upon the disbelievers. [Surah An-Nahl. Aayah 26-27]

[قَدۡ مَڪَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ – Those before them indeed plotted]: Meaning plotted against their Messengers, employed various types of tricks in order to reject that which the messengers brought and established gigantic safeguards [by way of arguments, views etc] on their plots. [فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ – but Allah struck at the foundation of their building]– Meaning, an affair came to them from its basis and foundation [فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ – and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them] -Meaning, so what they built became a punishment for them. [وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ – and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive]: Meaning, that is because they thought that such a building will benefit and protect them from punishment, but their punishment occurred from that which they built and established.

This is one the best of parables regarding how Allaah nullifies the plots of his enemies, for indeed they pondered and reflected on that which the Messengers brought when they belied them, made up principles and rules for it based on falsehood, referred back to them to reject that which the Messengers came with, employed tricks to bring discomfort to the Messengers and inflict harm on them and those who followed them, but their plot became a source of evil against them, so their plan became their destruction, because their plot was evil as Allaah said: [ وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ – But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it]. [Soorah Faatir: Ayah: 43]

This is in this worldly life and the punishment in the afterlife would be more disgraceful, and due to this Allaah said: [ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ – Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them].[An Excerpt from Tafseer as-Sadi. Slightly paraphrased]

As for those who hate to hear that Khumeini’s fatwa is nothing else other than the Fatwa of a disbeliever against another disbeliever, then indeed they must return home and ponder upon the basics of the sound Islamic Creed. Finally, we say -once again- just as we stated in the Khutbah without an atom’s weight of reservation that this is the sound stance established upon the sound Salafi Manhaj that we are free from the secularists and Khumeini, and we free ourselves from the actions of those Muslims who violate their covenants and then seek not to be openly condemned.

To be continued InShaaAllaah.
