Path of the balanced teacher clarified by Al-Allaamah Ubayd Bin Abdillah Al-Jaabiree

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Al-Allaamah Ubayd Bin Abdillah Al-Jaabiree [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated, “Whoever only teaches people the Sunnah and does not warn against Bidah and its people, then verily with the passing of time affairs will enter amongst the people which are not from the Sunnah, and (subsequently) those who are not of them, from the Mubtadi’ah and people of misguidance, will be hidden amidst them. Also, whoever’s sole concern is warning (against Bidah and Mubtadi’ah) whilst he does not teach the people how to act upon the Sunnah, then there will emerge an ignorant generation that does not know the Sunnah, and they will not have a criterion (between truth and falsehood). Therefore understand and be aware of this! [(1)]

Additional clarification by Al-Allaamah Rabee bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allah preserve him]

Punishment is not lifted due to one’s religious or worldly status, nor is anyone to be assisted in error

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Aa’isha [may Allaah be pleased with her] reported that the Quraish had been anxious about the Makhzumi woman who had committed theft, and said, “Who will speak to Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] about her?” They said, “Who dare it, but Usamah, the loved one of Allah’s Messenger?” So Usamah spoke to him. Thereupon Allah’s Messenger said, “Do you intercede regarding one of the punishments prescribed by Allah?” He then stood up and addressed (people) saying, “O people! Those who have gone before you were destroyed, because if anyone of high status committed theft amongst them, they spared him; and if anyone of low status committed theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment upon him. By Allah, if Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, were to steal, I would have her hand cut off”. [Saheeh Muslim. 1688a]

“Do you intercede regarding one of the punishments prescribed by Allah?” Meaning, it is not permissible to intercede in divinely ordained punishments.

“Those who have gone before you were destroyed, because if anyone of high status committed theft amongst them, they spared him; and if anyone of low status committed theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment upon him”. Meaning, destroyed due to their sins and because they said, “It is impossible to cut the hand of this person of high standing”. When one of them of high social status committed theft, they pardoned him, but when one of them of low social status committed theft, they punished him. As a result, Allah’s prescribed punishments were carried out according to their desires. This hadeeth demonstrates that the nations that came before us committed theft, including the rich and the poor, people of high and low status, and there was considerable theft in their midst.

Then the Messenger made an oath – even though he is the righteous and truthful one without making an oath – that “By Allah, if Fatima, Muhammad’s daughter, were to steal, I would have her hand cut off.”

O Allah! Send Your salutations and blessings upon the prophet). This is how justice should be done and how Allah’s rulings should be applied, and not through desires. He swore that if Fatimah, Muhammad’s daughter – who had a higher status than the Makhzumi woman both in nobility and lineage, and she is the leader of the women of paradise – stole, he would cut off her hand. Justice Must Be Established Between Teachers and Students

The text of this reminder was quoted by Ustaadh Abu Ukaasha [may Allaah preserve him and all the teachers] on Saturday during the one day conference in Stoke On Trent- that Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said:

ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺤﺰﺑﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ
ﻭﻳﻔﻌﻠﻮﺍ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻘﻲ ﺑﻴﻨﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺍﻭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻐﻀﺎﺀ،
ﺑﻞ ﻳﻜﻮﻧﻮﻥ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﻷﺧﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﻭﻧﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ
ﺍﻟﺒﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﻮﻱ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺈﻟﻰ

It not allowed for the teachers to initiate (illegal) partisanship between the people and do that which would cause enmity and hatred between them; but rather they should be brothers who cooperate upon righteousness and piety, as Allaah [The Exalted] said: [وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ – Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa [virtue, righteousness and piety]; but do not help one another in sin and transgression]. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Aayah 2]

It is not allowed for anyone of them to receive a pledge from anyone to be in agreement with him in everything he wants – having allegiance to the one he is allied to and enmity against the one he harbours enmity, and whoever does this is similar to Genghis Khan and his ilk (in this affair), who take as their loyal friends the one in agreement with them and the one who oppose them as a rebellious enemy; rather it is obligated on them and their followers (i.e. the teachers) to fulfil the covenant of Allaah and His Messenger by obeying Allaah and His Messenger, doing that which Allaah and His Messenger have commanded, declare unlawful that which Allaah and His Messenger have declared unlawful, and preserve the rights of the teachers in the manner commanded by Allaah and His Messenger. So, if one’s teacher is oppressed, he should help him; but if the teacher is the oppressor, he should not aid him in his act of oppression; rather he forbids him from it, as it has been established in the authentic books of hadeeth that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one. People asked, “O Allah’s Messenger! It is all right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?” The Prophet said, “By preventing him from oppressing others.” [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari 2444]

If an argument and dispute occurs between a teacher and another teacher, or between a student and another student, it is not permissible for anyone to help one of them until he knows the truth – neither to aid him based on ignorance nor desires; rather he he examines the affair, so if the truth becomes clear to him, he helps the one who deserves to be helped (due to him being upon the truth) against the one upon error – regardless whether the one who deserves to be helped is one of his companions or the companion of someone else, or whether the one upon error is one of his companions or the companion of someone else. Therefore, the aim is only to worship Allaah alone, obedience to Allaah’s Messenger, adherence to truth and establishment of justice. Allaah [The Exalted] said:

يا أيها الذين آمنوا كونوا قوامين بالقسط شهداء لله ولو على أنفسكم أو الوالدين والأقربين، إن يكن غنياً أو فقيراً فالله أولى بهما، فلا تتبعوا الهوى أن تعدلوا وإن تلووا أو تعرضوا فإن الله كان بما تعملون خبيراً

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [[Surah An-Nisaa. Ayah 135] [(2)]

[5] The So-called Controversial Statements of Al-Allaamah Saalih Al-Fawzaan.

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Abu Umamah [may Allah be pleased with him] reported that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him[ said, “Whoever loves for the sake of Allah, hates for the sake of Allah, gives for the sake of Allah, and withholds for the sake of Allah has perfected Imaan”. [(1)]

The cretins at Wikipedia said, “Human Rights Watch has attributed hate speech by Saleh al-Fawzan towards Shia and rafida when he called these groups “brothers of Satan” and specifically about a faction of Shia followers as “unbelievers” who “lie about God, his prophet, and the consensus of Muslim”. Hala Al-Dosari also claims that al-Fawzan considers Islamic minority sects to be heretics”. [End of quote]

First, Al-Allaamah Saalih Al-Fawzaan [may Allah preserve him] is one of the noble Salafi Scholars of our time, and so-called “Human Rights Watch” has no authority in the Sight of Allah to judge the statements of this upright Salafi Scholar, except based on the infallible final divine revelation. Indeed, he resides in a country that permits him to pass judgment of the Shariah against anyone who contradicts the Qur’an and the Sunnah as understood by the Sahaabah. Second, the Shariah legislates both love and hatred for Allah’s Sake, as the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “Whoever loves for the sake of Allah, hates for the sake of Allah, gives for the sake of Allah, and withholds for the sake of Allah has perfected Imaan”.

Third, Al-Allaamah Saalih Aala Ash-Shaikh [may Allah preserve him] said the following regarding s-called human rights, “The major powers utter this term if they want to impose something new on nations, society, and the people regardless of their countries and cultures. So, after the Second World War, they wanted to establish a new world order by way of which the major powers would be able to control all countries. At times this control is cultural, sometimes through strong opinions and the exercise of freedoms at other times, and power is exercised through interference in the affairs of the countries in which they want to interfere”. [Footnote a]

Fourth, other than what is found in these two links, there is nothing else to add to Al-Allaamah Saalih Al-Fawzaan’s verdict against Raafidah Shiites.

http://www.shia.bs/index.cfm
https://abukhadeejah.com/the-devils-deception-of-the-raafidah-shiah/

Finally, the cretins stated, “Hala Al-Dosari also claims that al-Fawzan considers Islamic minority sects to be heretics”. [End of quote]

It doesn’t matter who uttered this statement because it needs to be explained. Hafs Bin Humaid [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: I asked Abdullah Ibn Al-Mubaarak [may Allah have mercy upon him], “How many sects have this Ummah divided into?” He said, “The foundation of the sects are four: the shia, the harooriyyah (i.e. khawaarij), the qadariyyah, and the murji’ah”. The Shia splintered into twenty-two sects, the Harooriyyah into twenty-one sects, the Qadariyyah into sixteen sects, and the Murji’ah into thirteen sects”. [(2)]

The previous Mufti of Saudi Arabia Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allah have mercy upon him] was asked: What is the meaning of the Messenger’s [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] statement about the Ummah in the hadith, “All of them (sects) are in the fire except one” and who is that one? Will the other 72 (deviant) sects abide in the fire for all eternity?

Response: The prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “The Jews split into 71 sects, meaning all of them were misguided and ruined, except one. The Christians split into 72 sects, meaning all of them were misguided and ruined, except one. And this Ummah will split into 73 sects, all of them in the fire, except one. Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah (those who firmly cling to the authentic Prophetic Sunnah and are unified upon it) are this single group – the Prophet’s companions and those who exactly follow them in faith, the adherents to sound faith and pure Islamic monotheism. Concerning the other 72 (deviants) sects that have been threatened with (entry into) the fire, among them is one who is a disbeliever [Footnote b], one who is a sinner, and one about whom it has been proved with clear evidence that he is an innovator in religion (Mubtadi). So, among them, the one who dies in a state of unbelief [Footnote c] will be in the fire for eternity, while the one who dies in a state of devotion to religious innovation that is less than major disbelief [Footnote d] or sins is under Allah’s will, while still threatened with the fire. So, based on this, it is known that not all of them are disbelievers, but rather among them is a disbeliever, while the others are sinners and innovators in religion. [(3)]

Footnotes b and c: NB: Takfeer – declaring that a Muslim left the fold of Islam is a judgement that can only be given by the upright scholars and none else. https://www.manhaj.com/manhaj/articles/obkwf-takfir-and-the-excuse-of-ignorance-shaykh-saalih-al-fawzaan.cfm

Footnote d: All religious innovations are evil, but there are those that will exit a person from the fold of Islam (Bida’atul Mukaffirah) and those that do not exit a person from the fold of Islam (Bida’atul Mufassiqah).

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [may Allaah preserve him] was asked whether there is a difference between Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah Al-Mufassiqah; so he replied that there is Bidah Mukaffirah, such as rejecting the Ruyah (i.e. denying that the believers will see Allah in the afterlife); rejecting Allaah’s Uluww [i.e. denying that Allaah is above his creation –Allah ascended over the Throne in a way that benefits his majesty)]; invoking other than Allah; offering slaughtered sacrifice (i.e. animals) to other than Allah etc. These are affairs of Bidah Al-Mukaffirah (the bidah that is tantamount to disbelief). But we do not make Takfeer of the people who commit this type of Bidah until we establish the proof against them. That is because some of them (i.e. the people who fall into these affairs) carry doubts and are far away from the era of Prophethood and its light (i.e. guidance). So they fall into the likes of these Bidah. Rejecting the Ruyah is disbelief; rejecting Allaah’s Uluww is disbelief; the saying that the Qur’an is created is disbelief-major disbelief. But this person, -[who testifies that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allaah, and he prays, observes fasting, wants paradise and believes in that] -received the doubts of the people of falsehood, so he falls into the likes of these affairs (i.e. these innovations that are tantamount to disbelief). So we say to him: You have fallen into disbelief and the evidence is this and this, and we clarify for him. So if Allaah grants him Tawfeeq and he returns to the truth, then all praise is due to Allaah. But if not, we declare him a disbeliever after establishing the proofs against him. As for Bidah Al-Mufassiqah, it is other than this (i.e. it is not at the level of that which is tantamount to disbelief)… [A paraphrased excerpt. http://www.rabee.net/ar/questions.php?cat=26&id=484 ]

[2] “Humanity has consumed all resources that our planet can regenerate” – Scaremongering by a Pathetic French Mulhid

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] said:

وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا وَيَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا كُلٌّ فِى كِتَٰبٍ مُّبِينٍ

And no (moving) living creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allah. And He knows its dwelling place and its deposit (in the uterus, grave, etc.) All is in a Clear Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz – the Book of Decrees with Allah). [Surah Hud. Ayah 6]

Allah [The Exalted] said:

And they said, “Why was this Qur’an not sent down upon a great man from [one of] the two cities?” Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of your Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in this world, and We raised some of them above others in ranks, so that some may employ others in their work. But the Mercy (Paradise) of your Lord (O Muhammad) is better than the (wealth of this world) which they amass. [Surah Az-Zukhruf. Ayaat 31-32]

The French Mulhid said:

The first thing the French Mulhidoon should consider is that they have a Lord who has allotted provision for all living things on the earth until the day of judgement.

Second, the French Mulhid should follow the path established by our Lord in our dealings with the rich and the poor. Imaam As-Sadi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: “People’s goals and policies on wealth and poverty differ due to their own interests and are not based on adherence to the truth and consideration of the broader public good. Because they did not follow the teachings of the Islamic religion, they all erred (and missed) the path that would lead to beneficial outcomes- their ideas differed, and they behaved accordingly, resulting in widespread evil and great strife between those claiming to support the poor and workers and those clinging to riches and wealth. They have a lengthy discussion on this subject, and all of it amounts to error and misguidance, and Allah has guided the believers to the right path in all of their affairs, including this one.

All praise is due to Allah; the Islamic Shari’ah came to rectify the rich and poor, and when Allah [The Exalted] decreed that individuals among humans and Jinn would have varied social statuses – among them the rich, the poor, the one with a high social standing, and the one with a lower social status – based on a great judgement and underlying reasons that are too precise to describe, He then established a strong relationship amongst them, with some given authority over others, mutual exchange established, and some in need of others. The All-Wise Law Giver – [The One completely Wise in everything He decrees, and completely Wise in His Sayings, and completely Wise in His Actions, and there is no deficiency in anything He decrees, says, or does] – first ordained that they be brothers and not to take personal advantage of each other; but rather He instructed each of them to fulfil what they owed to the other, so achieving social harmony and the necessities of life.

Islam obligated Zakat from the wealth of the rich based on what is stated regarding its details in the divine revelation. It made spending a means of meeting the needs of the poor and achieving religious well-being, which secures both worldly and religious affairs; encourages kind behaviour at all times and on all occasions, obligated to meet the needs of the needy, feeding the hungry, providing clothing for those without enough clothing, and paying for the necessities of the destitute. It also obligates specific expenditure on family and children, as well as on matters relating to their affairs, as well as the discharge of all obligations related to the mutual interactions that occur between people. Furthermore, Islam commanded them not to rely entirely on their strength and power in pursuing earnings, nor to regard what they possess as a source of (permanent) tranquillity and stability; instead, they should focus on obedience to Allah, acknowledge Allah’s favours, Allah’s facilitation of ease, seeking Allah’s assistance, and thanking Allah for the wealth and prosperity He has bestowed upon them over others.

Allah commanded them to stay within the confines of Halaal and Haraam, and not to overindulge in luxury and excess in a way that affects their morals, riches, and overall state of affairs, rather, they should do what Allah says in Surah Al-Furqan, Ayah 67: [والذين إذا أنفقوا لم يسرفوا ولم يقتروا وكان بين ذلك قواما – And those, who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes)].

Furthermore, Allah commanded them to pursue wealth and worldly things in an honourable and honest manner, so that they are not tainted with evil gains, such as usury, gambling, swindling, fraud, or deception; rather, they should adhere to the divine revelation’s ordainments in their dealings, just as they do in their personal acts of worship. And Allah commanded them to treat the poor with mercy and benevolence, rather than cruelty, harshness, selfishness, boastfulness, insolence, and pride. As a result of these wise instructions, religious well-being becomes the highest level of honour and perfection, and wealth acquires a praiseworthy description, a perfect attribute, sublimity, and loftiness, because the divine revelation refined and purified it, exhorts one to avoid vices, and urges one to acquire virtues (i.e. virtues mentioned in the divine revelation).

Islam commanded the poor and everyone else who fails to achieve their personal wish to be patient, accept Allah’s decree, acknowledge that Allah is All-Wise, possesses perfect judgement, and (All-Wise in) His disposal of all affairs and that there are various benefits in this (for a person). Allah stated:

And it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know. [Surah Al-Baqarah. Ayah 216]

This belief of theirs removes the sadness that would have entered the hearts, leading to helplessness and sloth! Then Allah commanded them that they should not seek to alleviate their poverty and meet their needs by relying on others or asking them unless it is unavoidable and required, and that they use a variety of activities and means that Allah has provided as a means of eradicating poverty- each person preoccupied with the means that are best for oneself and their circumstances. This helps to release a person from total dependency, develops strength, promotes activity, and combats lethargy and apathy, but also not envy the wealthy because of what Allah has bestowed on them. Allah said:

And covet not for the things in which Allah has made some of you to excel others. For men there is reward for what they have earned, (and likewise) for women there is reward for what they have earned, and ask Allah for His Bounty. Surely, Allah is Ever All-Knower of everything. [Surah An-Nisaa. Ayah 32]

Allah commanded them to be truthful in their work, dealings, and crafts, and not to rush in pursuing their livelihood by indulging in vile gains, which deprives a person of an upright adherence to the religion as well as corrupting worldly affairs. Allah commanded them to do two things that would help them while enduring the hardship of poverty: economise and be satisfied with what Allah has bestowed on them, (because) little sustenance combined with wise economisation (suffices) a lot. Contentment is an unlimited resource and richness without wealth! Many poor individuals are blessed with contentment and the ability to economise, neither pining for what the wealthy possess nor feeling bitter about their meagre sustenance. When poor people are guided by the guidance of the religion of Islam to exercise patience and attach themselves to Allah, freed from abject dependence, work hard and strive for honourable and beneficial deeds, and be satisfied with Allah’s grace, the burden and difficulty of poverty will be eased for them. Furthermore, they continue to work towards self-sufficiency (and to acquire more provision) while hoping for the bounty of their Lord, awaiting His promise and fearing Him.

Allah said:

And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty).

Allah said:

And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. [Surah At-Talaaq. Ayaat 2-3] (1)

Third, we remind the French Mulhid what Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allah preserve him] stated as follows: “According to biased and indoctrinated scientists, who are educated in Western universities and institutions funded by their governments and huge multi-national companies, another cause of poverty is population growth in countries that cannot afford to feed the extra mouths. This however is a false notion, since the world has enough farmland, resources, water, cattle, fish, and wild game to support entire nations and continents. The European colonialist powers spent many centuries (400 to 500 years) conquering Asia, Africa, the Far East, the Americas, and elsewhere, and they stripped the natural resources of those conquered lands – then they took the natural resources, wealth, and humans (as slaves), and built their industrial revolution on that plundered wealth on the back of wealth and human resource they pillaged unjustly from others. Today, when those nations wish to build their economies, strengthen their independence, increase their populations, and build their defenses in order to make their nations strong, they are prevented through international treaties related to health and social engineering, goods embargos, tariffs, climate-control measures, etc. Then they are told that they are poor because their nations have too many mouths to feed! The reality, however, is that the African continent and other regions across Allah’s world have enough land, fertile pastures, animals, mineral wealth, oil, gas, iron ore, copper, gold and silver, etc., to be able to feed employ and their nations”. https://abukhadeejah.com/the-causes-of-poverty-in-light-of-climate-change-population-growth-and-other-factors-part-ii-ethics-2-4/

Finally, we remind the French Mulhid that we should not make this worldly existence our primary preoccupation. Allah said:

Certainly! Allah will admit those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, to Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), while those who disbelieve enjoy themselves and eat as cattle eat, and the Fire will be their abode. [Surah Muhammad. Ayah 12]

Meaning, they eat and are heedless of the consequences of their final affair (2); enjoy their worldly life and eat therein like animals, munching and gnawing (with overindulgence), whilst having no concern other than that (3); animals eat and drink, and they are not aware of tomorrow; likewise the disbeliever does not give thought to the Hereafter (4); their utmost concern is to enjoy themselves with the pleasures of this worldly life and its desires, so you find that both their apparent and hidden pursuits revolve around this. We ask Allah:

O Allah! By Your Knowledge of the unseen and by Your Power over creation, let me live if life is good for me, and let me die if death is good for me; O Allah! I ask You to grant me (the blessing of having) fear of You in private and public, and I ask You (to make me utter) a statement of truth in times of contentment and anger, and I ask You for moderation when in a state of wealth and poverty, and I ask you for blessings that never ceases, and I ask You for the coolness of my eye that never ends, and I ask You (to make me pleased) after (Your) decree; Aand I ask You for a life of (ease, comfort, tranquillity etc) after death; I ask You for the delight of looking at Your Face (i.e. in the Hereafter) and yearning to meet You without any harm and misleading trials (coming upon me); O Allah! Adorn us with the adornment of Eemaan, and make us (from those who are) guided and guiding (others). (6)

Educate your child as so-called “Climate Activists” become more radical

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] said:
إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهۡوَى ٱلۡأَنفُسُ‌ۖ
“They follow but a guess and that which they themselves desire”.

When a person is bereft of correct Imaan and the creed that Allah has ordained, their situation is one of two: corruption in knowledge or corruption in intent. Corruption in knowledge results from following conjecture, and corruption in intent results from following desires, or both may be combined in a person. The rectification or well-being of a person cannot be attained except by way of two affairs: upright knowledge and upright Intent. (1)

Listen to this clarification By Dr. Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah preserve him]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RI1nnYN2Rgc

Then explain to your child that these people are, first and foremost, devoid of sound Aqeedah, particularly that 20-year-old Swedish woman, so-called climate activist.

[6] Blind Abu Makkah Haunted by Self-incrimination After Making a False Accusation of Hizbiyyah Against Shaikh Abu Khadeejah

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Most High] said:
وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ

Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness, and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. [5:2]

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him] said:

All of the Masaalih (things that would bring about benefit and repel harm) for the servants of Allah in this life and the Hereafter—among themselves or in respect to their relationship with their Lord—are contained in this verse. That is because every servant of Allah is faced with two situations and obligations: fulfilling Allah’s obligations or fulfilling obligations owed to Allah’s creation. The obligations owed to the creation include (righteous) association, companionship, assisting one another in what Allah loves, and obedience to Allah, which is the objective of one’s pursuit of happiness and success in the afterlife. There can be no happiness in the afterlife except through Bir and Taqwa because they are the foundation of all affairs of the religion. A deed cannot be deemed an act of obedience to Allah and an act that brings one closer to Allaah unless it is founded on Imaan, such that what leads to the performance of the deed is exclusively due to Imaan – neither (un-Islamic) customs nor desires. It should only be founded on Imaan, with the goal of receiving Allah’s reward and pursuing Allah’s pleasure rather than seeking praise or status. (1)

We ask Allah to include us among those who truly co-operate upon righteousness and piety Aameen.

Abu Makkah said, “Alhamdulilah akhūna Muhammad is upon khair, he’s neither deviated walillaahil Hamd, nor has he gone astray. He continues to study with ulama and is busy with teaching and Da’wah upon ilm, away from the ignorances of Waheed and his Hizbiyyah which is something that doesn’t please Waheed. I ask Allah to continue to guide Muhammad and be in his aid until death reaches him; Aameen”. [End of quote]

After presenting all of his delusions, false comparisons and accusations, distortions, and concealing of the truth, Abu Makkah praises Allah in the aforementioned statement! Amazing is the affair of one who propagates and defends falsehood, and then says, “Alhamdulilah”. Indeed, what has already been revealed in the thorough refutation of him and Mohammad Abdur Razzaaq ought to make him understand that he should instead utter this "Alhadulil lah" after being shown his repugnant ignorance so that others do not follow the same course and thus he bears the blame for leading them astray. https://salafidawahmanchester.com/2023/07/29/abu-makkah-and-muhammad-abdur-razzq-watery-manhaj-and-flaccid-constitutions/

The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “Whoever starts a good thing (i.e. something other than bidah and sin) and is followed by others, he will have his own reward and a reward equal to that of those who follow him, without it detracting from their reward in any way. Whoever starts a bad thing (i.e. a bidah, sin, or something that opposes Islam) and is followed by others, will bear the burden of his own sin and a burden equal to that of those who follow him, without it detracting from their burden in any way”. [Reported by al-Tirmidhi, no. 2675]

“Muhammad has not deviated,” Abu Makkah argues.

Response: We inform Abu Makkah that Muhammad has deviated from what is correct in the Fitna of the Musaafiqah. http://www.manhaj.com/manhaj/articles/uyryh-documents-and-resources-for-countering-and-exposing-the-musafiqah.cfm

“He (Muhammad) continues to study with ulama and is busy with teaching and Dawah upon ilm, away from Waheed’s ignorances and his Hizbiyyah, which does not please Waheed,” Abu Makkah argues.

Response: We inform Abu Makkah that many other students are also lecturing, sitting with scholars, and giving Dawah, but they not work in tandem with Ahlul Bidah. It was said to Imaam al-Awzaa’ee [may Allah have mercy upon him], “Indeed a man says, ‘I sit with Ahlus Sunnah and I sit with ahlul bidah’. So, Al-Awzaa’ee said, ‘This man wants to equate truth with falsehood'”. (2)

(Muhammad is) “Away from the Ignorances of Waheed” argues Abu Makkah.

Response: We inform him that Muhammad has deviated from sound knowledge in this Musaafiqah fitna, as well as from the Salaf’s understanding and methodology on not cooperating with Ahlul bidah! Is cooperating with ahlul bidah knowledge and wisdom or ignorance?! Indeed, no sensible person abandons upright Salafiyyoon in the name of keeping away from ignorance and then exposes his heart to those whose company leads to the sickness of the hearts?!  Imaam Al-Barbahaaree [may Allah have mercy upon him] reported in Sharhus Sunnah that Imaam Al-Fudayl Ibn Iyaadh [may have mercy upon him] said, “Whoever sits with a person of bidah has not been granted wisdom”. Ibn Abbaas [may Allah be pleased with him] said, “Do not sit with the people of desires (i.e. ahlul bidah), for indeed sitting with them will cause sickness to the hearts”. (3)

Abu Makkah Haunted by Self-incrimination After Making a False Accusation of Hizbiyyah Against Shaikh Abu Khadeejah

First, when it comes to Abu Makkah’s allegation about the so-called “Hizbiyyah of Waheed,” he clearly does not grasp what Hizbiyyah is. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi al-Mad’khali [may Allah preserve him] stated, “Bigoted partisanship for a certain idea that contradicts the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Messenger, and allegiance and hostility based on it, this is Tahazzub [illegal partisanship]. Even if it is not carried out by an organisation, this is still Tahazzub. Regardless of whether it is carried out within an organisation or not, coming up with wrong ideas and rallying support for them constitutes a Hizb”. (4)

Second, one of the distinguishing features of the hizbiyyoon is the collaboration with ahlul bidah, which is what Abu Makkah and his ilk do first and foremost.  Third, he and his allies are unable to name even one false idea or concept that Shaikh Abu Khadeejah (may Allah preserve him) concocted, let alone rally people around such a falsehood. And indeed, it is Abu Makkah and his allies who support a person who has committed false Tabdee (Dr. Muhammad Bin Haadi) and attack those who disprove his dishonesty. Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated:

“There is no (unconditional) allegiance except to Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] because he is infallible and never speaks out of his desires. As for unrestricted allegiance to personalities whether they are correct or mistaken, then indeed this is not permissible for the seeker of knowledge. On the other hand, he should look to such and such Shaikhs as to which of them is upon uprightness and is following the Manhaj of the Salaf. This is the one whom we place our hands on his hands- not out of blameworthy blind following, but rather due to the fact that he is upon the truth. So we agree with him upon truth and follow a singular path in obedience to the statement of Allah [The Mighty and Majestic]:

وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ

And verily, this is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not (other) paths, for they will separate you away from His Path] [6:153]

As for the one who selects Shaikhs, leaders, and guides, whilst being in agreement with them- in what is correct and wrong- to the extent that they do not leave their Manhaj whether they are correct or wrong, then these are the people who bring evil upon themselves and upon others. And if they do not repent, then they are most worthy of being blamed. So the affair-and all praise belongs to Allah- is clear and it is not permissible for a person to be confused regarding this affair. Therefore, we are with those who follow the straight path-we follow a singular path that Allah [The Mighty and Majestic] has commanded us to follow and which the Messenger called us to. None is followed in everything except the Messenger of Allah. As for the people, then indeed they can be correct or mistaken. Indeed, we do not follow them and we do not follow their footsteps solely because they are Shaikhs, Callers to Islam, leaders or guides; rather you should be with the people of the Salafi Manhaj-those who follow the correct Manhaj and correct understanding”. (5)

Indeed, the above speech of Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi [may Allah have mercy on him] should be written in gold, and there is something very specific about Abu Makkah’s condition in what Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah protect him] has mentioned in this link regarding the types of people in Dr. Muhammad Bin Haadi’s Fitna. http://www.manhaj.com/manhaj/assets/docs/types-of-people-mbh-fitnah.pdf

This is what displeases Shaikh Abu Khadeejah and the Salafiyyoon: the deception that has been wilfully chosen and perpetuated by Abu Makkah in the name of knowledge, guidance, and Salafiyyah.

 We ask Allah:

O Allah! Rectify my religion for me, which is the safeguard of my affairs; rectify my worldly [affairs], wherein is my livelihood; and rectify my Afterlife to which is my return; and make life for me [as a means of] increase in every good and make death for me as a rest from every evil. [5] Uncovering Reality – For Blind Abu Makkah – Behind Sitting With Mashaayikh While Having Other Blameworthy Alliances!

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “A man is upon the religion of his best friend, so let one of you look at whom he befriends.” [At-Tirmidhī 2378]

Abu Makkah [may Allah guide] desperately tried to conceal the fact that Muhammad Abdur-Razzaaq [may Allah rectify his affair] sits with Mashaayikh like every other student, but his companionship in the UK is blameworthy, and no one can play hide and seek with this affair because we must all refer back to the sound principles that distinguish reality from delusion and ambiguity.

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillah Al-Jaabiri [may Allah have mercy upon him] said:

If a person’s affair is hidden from you, the one whose books and cassettes are well-known and whose popularity is widespread, then ask those who are well acquainted with him and his situation. Neither the Sunnah nor its adherents are hidden, and a man’s Tazkiyah is his own deeds – his Tazkiyah is his own deeds that he is an adherent to the Sunnah. It is the witness, and people refer to him with it both during his life and after his death.

There is none who hides behind the Sunnah, the people beguiled by him, gathered around him to learn, adhered to him, became dependent on him, and accepted everything he said, except that Allah will reveal his affair, uncover and expose his concealed state of affairs to specific individuals and the general public, regarding what was hidden and apparent of his deception, his mixing truth with falsehood, his plots and deceitful practices. Allah enables men of virtue, intelligence, wisdom, strength, and great natural ability–possessors of knowledge, skill, and good comprehension of the religion–through whom He reveals the affair of that trickster, dubious, and deceitful person. It is incumbent upon you to be careful of that person when his state is revealed–the one whose fame is widespread–as long as he was warned against by those of understanding and Imaan who follow the Sunnah because they will expose his affair with evidence.

Al-Allaamah Ubaid [may Allah have mercy upon him] also stated: It is not permitted for a person who is aware of a mistake and it is clear to him to blindly follow a scholar who is unaware of an affair. And, as you already know, scholars are not infallible in their Ijtihaadaat, therefore, it is not permissible to adopt them (i.e. the errors of the scholars) as a methodology.

Al-Allaamah Ubaid [may Allah have mercy upon him] also stated: “Some argue, ‘Such and such praised him–Al Albaanee, or Ibn Baaz, or Ibn Al-Uthaymeen praised this book’. However, these scholars are excused, rather, the trickster was hidden from the scholar. So, what is left? We establish the proof against this deceiver, trickster, intrigant, and plotter from his books. We establish the manifest clarifications against him from his books and say to the one who argues with us, “Take it, this is his speech.” Therefore, it is incumbent upon you to be fair and free of that passionate and fanatical attachment, as well as the desires that blind a person. (1)

Listen to Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi on this link about those who hide behind Mashaayikh and how their affair is unveiled. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWPR3Eacn4k

Therefore, we remind Abu Makkah that even though he desperately seeks to hide the reality and slanders one of our elder Salafi teachers, however, the truth must be uttered regardless of the harm received from him. Imam Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “If there is a person who reviles the truth and rejoices because of his enmity against the one who acts upon the truth, then one should not be humble in the presence of this person; rather, one should humble himself to the truth and debates this man, even if he belittles or speaks against you, because the truth must be aided”. [2] A Statement by Al-Allaamah Rabee and an Audio of Muhammad Abdur Razzaaq Provide a Reality Check for Obstinate Abu Makkah

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Hudhaifah [may Allah be pleased with him] reported that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “The Fitan will be presented to the hearts of the people like a reed mat woven stick by stick, and any heart afflicted by them will have a black mark put into it, but any heart that rejects them will have a white mark put into it. Thus there will be two kinds of hearts: one is pure like a white gemstone and it will not be harmed by any tribulation as long as the heavens and earth endure, and the other is black and dusty like a worn-out vessel, neither recognizing good nor rejecting evil, but rather immersed in its desires”. [Saheeh Muslim’ Number 144]

Abu Makkah [may Allah guide him] stated: “The questioner claims that our brother Muhammad deviated after being close to Mashayikh, however, we know and can trace who Muhammad AbdurRazzaq took ilm from”. Then Abu Makkah listed the number of scholars and people of knowledge with whom Muhammad sat, including Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali [may Allah preserve him].

Indeed, the first thing we must remind Abu Makkah [may Allah guide him] is that which Al-Allaamah Rabee [may Allah preserve him] stated about trials and tribulations, and that none can protect us from them save Allah, regardless of how many people of knowledge a person sat with or how many students he has. Al-Allaamah Rabee [may Allah preserve him] said: “Many trials have taken place, including the trial of the khawaarij, the Rawaafid, and killing. Deviation and misguidance have occurred, as have fighting and tribulations (connected) to politics, creed, methodology, and similar affairs. Many people who were going to be destroyed were destroyed, while the one whom Allah protected was saved and (enabled to) follow the true methodology. Therefore, throughout every trial, they (the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah) must openly proclaim the truth and clarify it for the people”. (1) [End of quote]

Al-Allaamah Rabee [may Allah preserve him] also said: “Yes, a man may be upon truth, and then you might not see him again except that he has become a disbeliever or a misguided innovator (in religious affairs)! This is nothing but humiliation! He used to claim that he is upon good, a possessor of knowledge, and upon truth, but then he falls into disbelief–either Kufr Akbar or Kufr Asghar. This is ignominy, and Allah’s protection is sought! How many people have been humiliated and exposed as a result of a trial?! You learn about them, and their false claims are exposed, and their reality is clarified for you“. (2) [End of quote]

Ponder the following statements again: Deviation and misguidance have occurred, as have fighting and tribulations (connected) to politics, creed, methodology, and similar affairs“. “How many people have been humiliated and exposed as a result of a trial?! You learn about them, and their false claims are exposed, and their reality is clarified for you“.

Abu Makkah [may Allah guide him] mentioned the people of knowledge with whom Muhammad Abdur Razzaaq [may Allah guide him] sat in order to belittle and inflate what he believes distinguishes Muhammad from Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allah preserve him], even though Muhammad wilfully turned a blind eye to the detailed knowledge-based proofs produced by Al-Allaamah Rabee and his students against Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi and the Musaafiqah. Both him and Abu Makkah [may Allah guide them] were swept away during the Fitna of the Musaafiqah, which is a Fitna related to Manhaj (Methodology). Click on this link to learn more about the Musaafiqah and the role of Abu Makkah during this Fitna.

https://salafidawahmanchester.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Makkah2.pdf

In addition to this matter, here is an audio with the voice of Muhammad Abdur Razzaaq [may Allah guide him], in which he transmitted the instruction he received from Al-Allaamah Rabee to keep company with the people of Sunnah, particularly those who are well-known for being firm by Allah’s Tawfeeq. Listen to the audio player below:

So, who has departed from Al-Allaamah Rabee’s sound advice?! Shaikh Abu Khadeejah or Muhammad Abdur Razzaaq?! There is nothing personal between Muhammad and us; rather, he chose to defend deception, distanced himself from the truth in this matter (i.e. the Fitna of the Musaafiqah), and chose his fellowship.

We have one last reminder for the obstinate fame-seeker (Abu Makkah) from Imam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad [may Allah have mercy upon him] who said: “There’s none who loves leadership, except that he will envy, transgress, seek after people’s fault (i.e. falsely) and hates that anyone else is mentioned with good”. (3)

However, if Abu Makkah does not desist, we remind him that Allah said:

وَلَا تُطِعۡ كُلَّ حَلَّافٍ۬ مَّهِينٍ
هَمَّازٍ۬ مَّشَّآءِۭ بِنَمِيمٍ۬
مَّنَّاعٍ۬ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

And obey not everyone who swears much, and is considered worthless, a slanderer, going about with calumnies, a hinderer of the good, transgressor, sinful…[Al-Qalam. Ayaat 10-12]
