Abu Eesa Niamatullah [a slanderous devil] at Al-Maghrib institute attacks Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee (may Allaah protect him from the envious affiliates of the people of Bidah).

Firstly:

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said:

”And from the characteristics of the hypocrites is that they conceal the truth and are deceptive towards its people and accuse them with their diseases.  They accuse them when they enjoin good, forbid evil and call to Allaah and His Messenger.  That is because they (the hypocrites) are people of trials and are mischief makers in the earth.  And Allaah has made known to His Messenger and the believers that they (the hypocrites) are mischief makers in the earth.  And when the inheritors of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) call them to the Book of Allaah and to the Sunnah of His Messenger, particularly to that which is unadulterated, they accuse them of innovation and misguidance.   And when they see them being ones who abstain from the dunyah, having a fervent desire for the afterlife and traversing the path of obedience to Allaah and His Messenger, they accuse them of falsehood and deception. And when they see them with the truth, they mix it with falsehood and give that out to those of weak intellect–turning it into something repugnant in order to make them flee from it.  And if they (the hypocrites) have with them falsehood, they disguise it with the garment of truth and give it out-turning it into something that would be accepted from them. Indeed, the slanderous statements of Niamatullah [an affiliate of Al-Maghrib Institute] are based on nothing else but hatred for that which Al-Allaamah Rabee and the Salafiyyoon propagate against their figureheads and organizations of bidah and misguidance. So he unleashes his vile tongue against Shaikh Rabee and the Salafiyyoon—a behaviour similar to that of the hypocrites.  Obviously we do not mean that he is a hypocrite in belief; rather this behaviour of his is similar to that of the hypocrites, as Imaam Ibnul Qayyim said: ‘’And when they (i.e. hypocrites)  see them (i.e. the people of truth) with the truth, they mix it with falsehood and give that out to those of weak intellect–turning it into something repugnant in order to make them flee from it.  And if they (the hypocrites) have with them falsehood, they disguise it with the garment of truth and give it out-turning it into something that would be accepted from them.’’

Secondly:

This slanderous devil has the audacity to describe Al-Allaamah Rabee and the Salafiyyoon as fake salafis who have been exposed by the fitnah;  — what is the fitnah intended by this slanderer and why did he use the word Madkhalees?! Indeed, the only people known to use this word in their attacks are the people of hizbiyyah and bidah–those who habour great hatred and enmity towards Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah protect him from the lies and enmity of this slanderous devil) because he exposes their corrupt views, deviated organizations and figureheads of bidah .  This is what angers the likes of this slanderer and others similar to him.  They hate Shaikh Rabee and refer to those who transmit his refutations as Madkhalees.  However, this slanderous devil revealed his true state of affairs after signing the pledge of mutual co-operation with some of the representatives of the sects of Major Shirk and Bidah.  Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said: ‘’And Imaan is known about a man, just as all the states of his heart are known by way of his (outward) allegiances, enmities, his rejoicing, anger, hunger, thirst, and other such affairs. For these matters have certain outward binding necessities (lawaazim dhaahirah) and the outward matters necessitate inward matters. And this is a matter known, the people know this concerning the one that they have experienced and tested (jarraboohu wamtahinoohu)… [minhaaj-as-sunnah 8/475] [Translation: Salafipublications.com]

Indeed one of the Salaf said: “The one who is silent about the truth is a silent devil, while the one who speaks falsehood is a speaking devil.” [Quoted in Ad-Durar as-Saniyyah’; 8/75-79]

Abu Eesa is a speaking devil whose hatred is directed at one of the major scholars of this era; rather a scholar with recommendations from the Imaams of Ahlus Sunnah in this era, such as the likes of Imaam Al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah), Imaam Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah) and Imam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah).  This slanderous devil has no proof to justify his statements, rather he is just another loud mouthed devil who wishes that Al-Allaamah Rabee and the Salafiyyoon should not expose the institutions and  figureheads of bidah he is affiliated with.  May Allaah guide him or protect us from the manifest falsehood he is upon.

Email Shaykh–Opportunist bully feared exposure of his inadequacy and incompetence!

As it is well known to the Salafiyyoon that when the filthy houthi rawaafid of Yemen attacked Dammaaj, the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah [Shaikh Rabee, Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi, Shaikh Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri and others] called for assistance. Likewise, the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah supplicated for Dammaaj and collected funds to aid the oppressed.

After the fitnah of the Rawaafid eased a little, Al-Allaamah Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) had several conversations with Yahyah Al-Haddaadi and there was a period of silence about Yahyaa. However, we at the Salafi Centre did not change our position towards Yahyah Al-Haddaadi and this was due to two reasons: firstly, Shaikh Rabee and the rest of the Ulama were silent, so we followed our scholars in their silence. Secondly, none of them made it clear that yahyah al-Haddaadi had recanted from his grave errors, so we also maintained the same stance.

However, Email Shaykh [opportunist bully] decided to start a new campaign of harassment- sending emails and demanding that we come in line with Shaikh Rabee’s and Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi’s position because he realised that we were not rushing to declare Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi to be upon clarity. Indeed our stance was solely based on the fact that neither did the scholars state that his affair was sound nor that he has recanted from his errors.

However, after the Email Shaykh made several attempts and failed to force us to take his position [i.e. to have a positive view of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi], we  asked him to complain to Shaikh Rabee about us -that we were still refusing to be in line with Shaikh Rabee and Shaikh Muhammad concerning the affair of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi.  This enraged the Email Shaykh, so he once again fell victim to his usual knee jerk reactions, saying: ‘’Look my brother, I tell you frankly, you are a twister. Yes is only when it suits you, Shaikh Rabee.’’

Reader, look at this behaviour! The opportunist bully really feared exposure of his inadequacy and incompetence. Firstly, he tried to force us to take a position based on nothing, whilst knowing that there was no evidence to suggest that his Haddaadi Shaikh had recanted from his innovations, but on the other hand he was too terrified to phone the scholars and complain to them about us. Secondly, Shaikh Rabee finally spoke and revealed the circumstances behind his period of silence concerning Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi.  Examine the following:

Student of Damaaj: “O’ Shaykh all that we have heard from you is praise for him. You called him and praised him…”Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “By Allaah! Listen to me, by Allaah, I did not say this except that he claimed to have abandoned everything that he said and in order to bring him closer to us, and cause him to become gentle. But all we witnessed up until today are lies, deception and extremism. By Allaah, you see the extremism of the students there. There are no manners with them whatsoever. So this was the reason behind Shaikh Rabee’s silence and it is expected. We all know that the Shaikh (may Allaah preserve him) is well-known for exercising great patience with those who err. We all know that he advised the two Ikhwaani innovators Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul-Khaaliq and Al-Maribi for many years before refuting them.  Likewise, he exercised patience with Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi for many years.

As for the Email Shaykh, he sought to force and bully us into taking a false position, whilst Shaikh Rabee—who at that time employed softness to aid Al-Hajoori recant from his errors—was not forcing any of the Maraakiz in the West to declare Al-Hajoori free from those grave errors.  However at present the Shaikh (may Allaah prolong his life upon goodness) has made his stance very clear against Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi after advising him.

Some statements of the Shaikh against Yahyaa Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi 

*He (Al-Hajoori) is a haddaadi carrying great danger against the Salafi Dawah.

*He (Al-Hajoori) is from the most harmful (people) towards Salafi dawah and that there is none more harmful than yahyah.

*Refute Al-Hajooree and clarify his state of affairs to the Muslims. Do not keep quiet about him.
*The companions of Shaikh Yahyah are people of Fitan….

*His students are ghulaat (extremists)..

We ask Allaah for truthfulness–the Email Shaykh still choses to curse those who transmit the statements of the scholars against Al-Hajoori; rather he fabricate lies against Al-Markaz As-Salafi- [i.e. Takfeeri performs Ruqya in Salafi masjid for £50, and he even appeals to witnesses to confirm his lies]—all in support of a Mubtadi.  Inshaa-Allaah there is a bit more to learn about this opportunist bully before his name is revealed Inshaa-Allaah.

We ask Allaah to guide him and his Shaikh or protect us from their obstinacy and falsehood.

Email Shaykh’s Tongue afflicted with chronic disease of unjustified cursing!

On 23/08/2013 once again Email Shaykh fell victim to his usual knee jerk reaction and unleashes a curse,  saying: ‘’May Allaah Almighty curse the liars and expose the hypocrite double standard.’’  Why all this evil desires, unjustified cursing, irrationality and idiocy in defence of Al-Hajoori, Al-Haddaadi, Al-Mubtadi?!  Email Shaykh curses without thinking, just as he did with the Ruqya for £50 affair.  He has not repented for this shameless lie, yet he still prefers to curse. Do we blindly follow the Scholars: [Shaikh Rabee, Shaikh Ubaid, Shaikh Fawzaan, Shaikh Zaid etc] or the Salafi students within and outside of the UK- Where is your proof?!

Ibn Abdul-Barr (rahimahullaah) said:

“According to the scholars, Taqleed (i.e. blind adherence) is other than Ittibaa [i.e. adherence to an authentic affair narrated from the Messenger-sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and obviously with the correct understanding of the Salaf]; because ittibaa is to follow a person based on what is apparent to you of the superiority of his statement and soundness of his school of thought. And Taqleed is that you speak with his statement, whilst you neither know the angle of his speech nor its meaning and you reject speech besides it; or his mistake is made manifest to you, but you follow him and venerate his opposition, whilst the corruptness of his speech is clear to you. This is what is forbidden to speak with in the religion of Allaah (The Most High)”

Do not be deceived by Abu Suhaib Bassam and other false claimants to clarity

Abu Suhaib Bassaam has a Tazkiyah from a Mubtadi and keeps the company of the supporters of that Mubtadi

Ali Halabi Al-Mubtadi wrote: Praise be to Allah, and the benediction and salutation on the Messenger of Allah on his progeny and his companions and those who follow him After that: Verily our brother in the cause of Allah, Abu Sohaib Bassam Abul Haj is from among our brothers from the salafiyyun known with us for the propagation of faith to Allah’s book and the Sunnah upon the manhaj of the salaf, refuting the deviated people of innovation. May Allah grant us the right aptitude and every virtue returns to Him.” [End of Quote—original Tazkiyah in Arabic available on the net]

This above recommendation is from the Mubtadi Ali Halabi to Abu Suhaib Bassaam Alee Haaj.  There are no statements of Abu Suhaib freeing himself from this deceitful Mubtadi; rather he entered the city of Manchester as a guest of Masjid As-Sunnah—the supporters, helpers, companions and staunch followers of Ali Halabi Al-Mubtadi, Muhammad al Maghraawi Al-Mubtadi At-Takfeeri and Abul Hasan Al-Maribi Al-Mubtadi Al-Ikhwaani. Indeed, we hope that the following is sufficient as reminder for Abu Suhaib and those deceived by him.

When Sufyaan ath-Thawree came to Basrah, he began to look into the affair of ar-Rabee’ bin Subaih and the people’s estimation of him. He asked them, ‘What is his Madhhab?’ and they said, ‘His madhhab is but the Sunnah.’ He then asked, ‘Who is his companionship?’ And they replied, ‘The people of Qadr.’ So he replied, ‘In that case he is a Qadari.’ [Al-Ibaanah (2/453)]

Ibn Battah said:

“So fear Allaah, O Muslims! The good opinion you have of yourself and the knowledge you have that you are on the correct way, should not lead you to risk your Deen by sitting down with some of these people of desires, thinking, ‘I will intrude upon them in order to debate with them or to expose their ideas.’ However, they are more severe form of Fitnah than the dajjal, and their speech clings to a person more strongly than a severe itch, and can burn the hearts more than a blazing flame can. And I have seen a group of people who used to curse and revile the People of Desires. Then they went and sat with them in order to contest with them and refute them. Then the cheerful, open attitude, the hidden deception and the subtle disbelief continued until they became inclined towards them.” [Source of narration: Al-Ibaanah 2/470]

Abu Suhaib is well aware of the detail refutations of the Scholars against Halabi and his innovations, however he takes pride in halabi’s recommendations and keeps company with the staunch followers of halabi at Masjid As-Sunnah.  So do not be fooled by the Abu Suhaib and the deceitful false claimants to clarity.

Rise of the Email Shaykhs – A Brief Profile

Many of our readers may wonder, saying: ‘’who is this “Email Shaykh” and where has he sprouted from?!

Then in brief he is a vexed individual and fanatical defender of al Hajoori-residing in Manchester-who has been affected by and carries similar traits of Al-Hajoori. Opinionated and self-amazed to the extent that he considered Al-Hajoori’s shameless and obstinate reply to Shaikh Rabee as “a beautiful advice” and hoped that the Sheikh will listen to the idiotic quackery of his Mubtadi Sheikh.

So after Shaikh Rabee spoke, he felt obliged to speak because in effect he is a mirror of al-Hajoori himself. He uses his enmity against Ahlul-Bid’ah as a launch-pad against the Salafis – very similar to Al-Hajoori’s methodology. This method of his runs in cycles– through gathering obscure documents and creating fictitious weak links between the events he has on paper and the Manhaj of the salafis, and then attempts to refute! These weak links are the alternate reality that he abides in due to him being a conspiracist who believes he is very skillful at detecting crimes committed against the Salafi Manhaj. However, when reprimanded for going beyond bounds he claims that he is calling to the truth and these people don’t want it, so they oppose him. Now he has boarded Hajoori’s Ghuluww caravan, whilst hurling a tirade of cursing upon all those who write articles at al Markaz as Salafi. This pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of his, is only a manifestation of his short sightedness, delusion and irrationality; for how can a confused defender of a manifest Mubtadi curse others in the belief that he is upon truth. This shows that others are more aware of his pitiable state than he himself.

Even though he has manifested signs of obstinacy, compounded ignorance, deliberate acts of foolishness and idiocy, we pray that as soon as his affair reaches the scholars they will advise him, just as they have done with his haddaadi sheikh. And we pray that his affair does not end up like that of Abu Usaama Adh-Dhahabi—another defender of a Mubtadi.

However, his evil is to be repelled and the people informed about his lies, delusions, idiotic behaviour, arrogance, and bigotry, unstable and volatile condition. Indeed, this is the same state of affairs his sheikh is submerged in, because despite all his acts of innovations, ghuluww and transgression he still proclaims with extreme irrationality, saying:

[Part 2] Our Previous Teacher’s defence of a Mubtadi leads him to fantasy, lies and slanders

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace be upon Him) said, “Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink”1

It is with great sorrow that we find ourselves having to respond to some outlandish claims, slanders and half-truths, made against Al-Markaz As-Salafi in this blessed month of Ramadhaan. The one who makes this claim—the leading E-mail sheikh, a previous teacher of ours who is now clinging to Hajoori Al-Haddaadi- seeks to incite splitting and rancour due to his evil suspicions. Allaah (The Most High) said:

“O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins” [Surah 49:12]

Imaam as-Saa’di (may Allah have mercy upon him) said: “Allaah (The Most High) has forbidden much evil (sinful) suspicion towards the believers, because some suspicions are sins. And that is like the suspicion devoid of reality and factual evidence, and like the suspicion accompanied by much forbidden speech and action. For indeed, the settlement of evil suspicion in the heart does not restrict the one (in whose heart is that evil suspicion) only to that; rather, he does not cease until he utters and does that which is not permissible/befitting.” [End of Quote]

It is as though he hasn’t heard the statement of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) who said “Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink”2

Likewise, Anas Bin Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said, “When I was taken upon my night journey, I passed by a people who had metal hooks in their hands and they were clawing at their faces and necks. I said: who are these, O Jibreel? He said “These are the ones who eat the flesh of people (49:12) and disgrace their honor.”3

Indeed it is a calamity outside the month of Ramadhaan (let alone within it!!) that this person takes so freely to his keyboard and computer carrying out such repugnant actions. His attempt to defame Al-Markaz As-Salafi is only due to his own whims and desires. He attempts to spread evil suspicion, false stories and half-truths and stitch together a weak spider’s web; creating a version of events that is in agreement only with his desires; and far removed from reality. This is the state of affairs of this particular Leading E-mail shaykh (Hajoori Fanatic) who has returned to trouble the people… Even in in this blessed month of Ramadhan… Spreading tales about Al-Markaz As-Salafi; seeking by way of it to taint the Dawah in Manchester and blame Al-Markaz As-Salafi and others for his own inability to submit to the truth. Indeed, his clinging onto Yahyah al Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi has blinded and removed all sense of justice in dealing with those who transmit the verdict of the scholars against him.

The first of those fabrications pertains to the masjid allegedly inviting a takfeeri to make Ruqya in the masjid and charge for it!

So let us be clear: No such thing ever happened! Yet, maybe through subliminal messages and self-suggestion, he has in fact managed to convince himself that it actually did happen!?!… And we seek refuge in Allah from such delusion! As Abdullah bin Mas’ud reported that Muhammad (may peace be upon him) said: “Should I inform you that slandering, that is in fact a tale-carrying which creates dissension amongst people, (and) he (further) said: The person tells the truth until he is recorded as truthful, and tells lies until he is recorded as a liar.”4

It is as though he has repeated the same lie enough times (to himself and others) and has ended up believing it! This slander began a while ago with “I recently came across an event which is going to take place in the vicinity of the Mosque;” but then spiralled and grew to finally becoming one of the masjid’s alleged “crimes against Salafiyah… bringing a Takfiri to do ruqyah in their centre…and charge £50.” This fictitious event (which is reality in his mind) is just one of those many things generated due to rage at his teacher being refuted by the scholars; verdicts that were posted on this and many of the websites of the Salafi Centres and Masaajid around the country.

So instead of accepting the knowledge based refutations of the scholars and the students against Hajoori, this leading email sheikh [Hajoori fanatic] clings onto a fictitious affairs which he believes are real crimes committed by Al-Markaz As-Salafi.

What makes this fanatism towards Hajoori even clearer, is the written statement of his “what is this to do with shaikh Yahya.” This absurd rhetorical question may seem a bid to protest the innocence of his shaykh, but in reality it is the employment of an evil method, to fault find, attempt to drag others down and accuse others of having grave errors with them; sowing the seeds of shubha (an evil doubt which is a half-truth used to intend falsehood thereby fooling the people) in the hearts of the people against their brothers and sisters. In this case he attempts to place the entire masjid in the same category as hizbees and people of bidah(!!?!) writing “ they have the same way as the hizbi of sunnah (i.e. hizbiyyoon of Masjid As-Sunnah- followers of Maribi, Halabi) and elsewhere.”

This manhaj of blanket tabdee’ is the same evil and destructive methodology employed by al-Hajoori! Shaykh Rabee’ put this method of theirs in one clear and concise statement, “My brother, we have schools… many thousands, all of them are upon the Salafi manhaj, they call to Salafiyyah and they defend it, (yet) they are all under the feet (according to al-Hajuri and followers). (Such schools are in) the Kingdom, in Yemen, in Algeria, in all of the countries, (but) everything is under the feet.”

So we advise this leading Hajoori Fanatic of Manchester to fear Allaah and restrain his tongue from falsehood. We sincerely urge him to be mindful of excessiveness, as the Messenger (May Allah’s Peace be upon him) said: “The over-stringent ones are destroyed.’’5  Imaam Nawawi (rahimahullaah) said: “The over-stringent ones are those who look too deeply (into affairs) and are excessive- those who exceed the Hudood (prescribed legislated sharia boundaries) in their statements and actions.’’6

We seek Allaah’s protection from exaggeration, bigotry, fanaticism, slander and recklessness.
