The foundation of Ahlus Sunnah’s Madhab

An-Nasr Abaadiy (rahimahullaah) said:

”The foundation of this Madhab (i.e. the Madhab of Ahlus Sunnah) is adherence to the Book and the Sunnah; abandonment of desires and innovations; to take the Salaf as an example and abandon what the late comers have invented (in the religion), and to be established upon what those who came earlier (i.e. the Salaf) followed.”

[Madaarij As-Saalikeen of Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) 3/149]

[3] Reminder: Rebellion

Harb Al-Kirmaani (rahimahullaah) stated regarding the creed transmitted from all the Salaf that: ”If the ruler commands you an affair in which there is disobedience to Allaah, then you do not obey him at all; but you are not allowed to rebel against him nor deny him his rights.” [حادي الأرواح of Imaam Ibnul Qayyim: page: 104]

[2] Reminders: Rebellion

Imaam Nawawi (rahimahullaah) said:

”As for rebelling against them (i.e. the rulers) and fighting them, it is forbidden by way of consensus of the Muslims (i.e. scholars of Islam) even if they (i.e. rulers) are sinful and oppressive.  And indeed the ahaadeeth are manifestly clear regarding what we have mentioned and Ahlus Sunnah (i.e. the Ulama of Ahlus Sunnah) have consensus that the ruler is not removed due to (him being) sinful.” [Sharh An-Nawawi 12/229]

[1] Reminders: Rebellion!

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

”The leaders of the people of Bidah are more harmful upon the Ummah than the sinful people; so  because of this the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) commanded that the khawaarij are killed (i.e. fought and killed by the Muslim ruler) and he prohibited (us) from fighting the oppressive rulers.” [Majoo Al-Fataawaa 7/284]

[4] Greenlane’s Admin [Deceitful Hizbiyyoon] Principles that can never be abandoned

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Ibn Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri (may Allaah preserve him) said:

A scholar from Ahlus Sunnah is only a human; he can be distracted and forgetful; he can be deceived by evil people; or he used to consider that man to be trustworthy–who has now been declared untrustworthy–and he deceives him. The witnesses to this affair are many, because many of those whose status has been dropped– due to been declared unreliable based on evidence–are in reality people who wage war against the Sunnah and its people.  So they come along with copies of their books and read it to the distinguished scholars–those whom virtue and leadership is witnessed for them in the religion–and the affair of this trickster and plotter is hidden from that noble scholar, which had he known about it the status of this person would have dropped in his eyes.

So this scholar gives praise based on what he heard. And if the book (of this trickster) is printed, it is disseminated and transmitted by his supporters and they spread a good reputation about him. Thus there are those who argue saying, “such and such praised him–Al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah), or Ibn Baaz (rahimahullaah), or Ibn Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) praised this book. However these scholars are excused; rather this trickster was hidden from that scholar.

So, what remains? We establish the evidence against this [deceiver, trickster, intrigant and plotter] from his books.  We establish the manifest clarifications against him from his books, and we say to the one who argues with us, “Take it, this is his speech.’’ Therefore, it is obligatory on you to be fair, and to be free from that wild and zealous attachment; and to be free from desires that blind a person. It is obligatory upon you that your search should be for the truth.

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Ibn Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri (may Allaah preserve him) also stated:

If the affair of a person is hidden from you–the one whose books and cassettes are famous and his fame is widespread–then ask those who are well acquainted with him and those who know about his state of affairs.  That is because neither is the Sunnah hidden nor are its people. A man’s Tazkiyah (i.e. the clear witness that he is upright upon the Sunnah) are his own actions. His Tazkiyah are his own actions that he is upon the Sunnah. It is the witness and the people mention him with it during his life and after his death.

The Shaikh (may Allaah preserve him) also said:

The one who knows of a mistake and it is clear to him, then it is not permissible for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom an affair is hidden. And indeed you already heard yesterday that the scholars are not infallible in their Ijtihaadaat (i.e. in their efforts and striving to reach the correct verdicts). Therefore, it is not permissible to adopt them (i.e. the mistakes of the scholars) as a methodology (to follow).  [End of quote: Paraphrased and Abridged, See Link: www.sahab.net/home/?p=329]

Reader: The evidence is with the Salafiyyoon of SalafiPublications and the rest of the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah.  The presence of personalities at Greenlane can never change the reality, as Shaikh Ubaid said: ‘’The one who knows of a mistake and it is clear to him, then it is not permissible for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom an affair is hidden.’’

By Allaah! We will warn against Greenlane and we will speak the haqq abaout them.  We will refute the arguments of anyone who defends Greenlane, regardless who they are!  The only noble option left for Greenlane is that they stop defiling the name of salafiyyah through their  repugnant hizbiyyah and alliance with ahlul bidah.   These above principles mentioned by Shaikh Ubaid can never be abandoned, regardless of what others say about Greenlane’s Admin, whilst they persist in their hizbiyyah and alliance with ahlul bidah.  And Allaah knows best.

The Month of Al-Muharram and Fasting on the day of Ashoorah

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

O people! Fear Allaah (The Most High) and thank Him for the apparent and unapparent blessings He has bestowed upon you.  He has not ceased granting you occasions of good and virtue.  The month of hajj has elapsed and now you have reached the month of Al-Muharram, which Allaah has specially chosen.

Firstly: Muharram is amongst those months in which Allaah made fighting forbidden.  Allaah (The Most High) said:

(إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْراً فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ)

‘’ Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve months (in a year), so was it ordained by Allah on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are Sacred.’’ [9:36]

These four months are: Dhul Qida, Dhul Hijja, the Month of Muharram and Rajab—Allaah made fighting forbidden during these months in order that those who performed the Hajj and Umrah are safe in their journey to Hajj and Umrah.  However, when Islaam came—all praise is due to Allaah—safety became widespread and the disbelievers were driven away and Jihaad in the path of Allaah (The Might and Majestic) was established whenever that was possible.

Indeed this month of Muharram has virtue; the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ‘’The best fasting after the month of Ramadhaan is the fasting in the month of Muharram.’’  So it is desired to increase in fasting during this month.  It is the month that the companions—during Umar’s time (radiyallaahu-anhu)—chose to be the beginning of the Hijri calendar.

Virtues of the Month of Muharram

Amongst its greatest virtues is that the Day of Ashoorah is found within it.  It is a Day in which the Prophet (sallal-laahua-alayhi-wasallam) selected for the performance of fasting.  Likewise, Moosaa (alayhis-sallam) fasted on this day in order to thank Allaah for drowning pharaoh and his people.  And after the death of Moosa (alayhis-salaam), the Jews also used to fast on this day of Ashoorah.

When the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) arrived in Madeenah, he found the Jews fasting on this day of Ashoorah, so he said to them: ‘’What is this fasting of yours?’’  They said: ‘’It was the day Allaah gave victory to Moosa and his people and humiliated pharaoh and his people.  Indeed, Moosaa fasted on this Day, so we also fast. So the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: We have more right to (follow) Moosaa than you.’’

The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) continuously fasted this day and commanded the companions to fast as well.  However, the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) want us to oppose the Jews, so he commanded us to fast a day before Ashoorah (i.e. the 9th of Muharram) before fasting on the 10th (i.e. Day of Ashoorah); and it is stated in another narration: ‘’A day after it (i.e. a day after Ashoorah); but fasting on the 9th day of Muharram before fasting the 10th of Al-Muharram (i.e. the day of Ashoorah) is more established.

So we fast on the day of Ashoorah (i.e. the 10th of Muharram) in order to follow the example of Allaah’s Prophet Moosaa (alayhis-salaam), and it was the day in which Allaah gave victory to the Muslims (of Bani Israaeel).   It is victory for the Muslims until the Day of Judgement and a blessing from Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic) for which He is thanked through the act of fasting.

Fasting on the Day of Ashoorah is a Sunnah Mu-akkadah [i.e. a practice the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) performed continuously).  Therefore, the Muslim fasts on the 9th of Muharram and the 10th of Muharram, and this is a Sunnah that has continued—all praise is due to Allaah—and fasting on this day is emphasized, whilst seeking Allaah’s reward and in order to thank Him.

The way of the Prophets and their true followers is that they thank Allaah for giving them victory through performance of acts of obedience and remembrance of Allaah.  However, they do not innovate anything in this affair because that was the way of the people of the Pre-Islamic period of ignorance.  It is not permissible for a Muslim to exceed the limits in this affair.

As for the shia, they make the Day of Ashoorah a Day of sadness, weeping and wailing—may Allaah disfigure them—because it was the day Husain (radiyallaahu-anhu) who was murdered.  Indeed calamity is not to be faced with wailing, sins and evil deeds; rather it should be faced with obedience to Allaah and hoping for Allaah’s reward.  There is no doubt that the killing of Husain (radiyallaahu-anhu) was a calamity, but Allaah commanded us to exercise patience and hope for His reward during calamities.  What is legislated on this Day of Ashoorah is that we fast and there should be no newly invented matters in the religion.

Likewise, there are those ignorant ones amongst the Sunnis who consider this Day as a day of happiness and some of them call it the New Year; so they behave generously towards their children, serving them food and bestowing gifts to one another.  Indeed, these affairs are innovations and newly invented matters in the religion, and they are not permissible.  This action of those ignorant Sunnis is the other side of falsehood compared to the actions of the shia! The shia grieve and the ignorant Sunnis display happiness.  Do they (i.e. these ignorant Sunni) show happiness for murder of Husain (radiyallaahu-anhu), because this ignorant act will be considered as a manifestation of happiness due to the murder of Husain (radiyallaahu-anhu) on this Day.   Therefore, it is obligated upon the Muslim to follow the Sunnah and abandon innovations in the religion.  Innovations in the religion are not opposed with other innovations worse than them; rather innovations are opposed by abandoning them and reviving the Sunnah. Partners in False and Excessive Speech –Yahyah Al-Haddaadi and His Deviant Friend, Mourad Al-Jazaa’iri

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:”The over-stringent ones are destroyed.”

Imaam Nawawi (rahimahullaah) said: ”The over-stringent ones are those who look too deeply (into affairs) and are excessive- those who exceed the Hudood (prescribed legislated sharia boundaries) in their statements and actions.” [Saheeh Muslim Number:2670 and Sharh Saheeh Muslim: Vol 16. Page:180 or page:220]

There is no doubt that Yahyah Al-Hajoori and his followers are well-known for their vile attacks and false-excessive judgements against the Mashaayikh of Ahlus Sunnah.  Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri and Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari are amongst those who received the severest, the most evil judgements and attacks from Al-Hajoori and his followers-all in the name of defending Al-Hajoori upon falsehood.

Al-Hajoori (may Allaah guide him) said about Al-Allaamah Ubaid Al-Jaabiri (may Allaah preserve him):

“By Allaah! It is feared for him (i.e. Shaikh Ubaid) heresy (zandaqa), it is feared for him that he may exit the Religion if he opposes the Religion and he remains upon this lying – it is not far fetched the statement of Allaah: “So when they turned away, Allaah turned their hearts away, and Allaah guides not the rebellious!”  Yahyah also said: “Allaah has disgraced Ubaid just as He disgraced the Shaitaan” [source: http://www.salafitalk.com/threads/472-Shaikh-Yahyah-al-Hajoori-His-Ghuloo-and-Going-Beyond-Bounds]

Likewise Yahyah Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi (may Allaah guide him) said about Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari: [listen to audio here] Trans: ”May you perish O Bukhaari just as the two hands of Abu Lahab perished, and perish he!” Reader: The remaining speech in the audio is too shameless and vulgar to be transmitted and one becomes amazed that such shameless speech can be uttered by a person who attributes himself to knowledge.

However, this du’aa of Al-Hajoori is enough a calamity-wishing that a Muslim ends up like Abu Lahab.  Look at the extremism of this person! When one looks at the tafseer of this ayah and what the Ulama have mentioned about Abu lahab, he/she realizes the severity and excess thoughts and ideas in Al-Hajoori’s brain.  Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) stated in his Tafseer of Juz Amma that [Allaah began with (mention) of Abu Lahab’s two hands: ”Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab” because they are the instruments of work and movement, giving and taking]. Likewise, we find the scholars mentioning that Allaah censured Abu Lahab with this great censure, which is ignominy for him in this life and the next–a complete loss and wretchedness, and he will achieve no success. He died a disbeliever and was not benefited by his worldly possessions.

We seek Allaah’s protection from falsehood, insanity and fanaticism. This is what the haddaadi Yahyah Al-Hajoori invokes on Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari: ”May you perish O Bukhaari, just as the two hands of Abu Lahab perished, and perish he.”  This is how Al-Hajoori deals with the Mashaayikh of Ahlus Sunnah—a typical trait of the Haddaadiyyah.

Likewise, Mourad Al-Jazaa’iri’s behaviour is very similar to that of Al-Hajoori, so examine what he said on 23/08/2013 against those who reject Al-Hajoori’s misguidance and Guluww!!! Misguided Murad said: ”May Allaah Almighty curse the liars and expose the hypocrite double standard.’’ This madness was uttered on behalf of defending a haddaadi.

On the other hand, Mourad’s also slanders Shaikh Rabee saying that the Shaikh is blindly followed and has produced no evidence against Hajoori. Then Murad further manifested his misguidance and madness saying that Shaikh Rabee should listen to the advice of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi and that Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi has produced no evidence etc. Likewise, Mourad uttered other disgraceful speech against Shaikh Ubaid and Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari.  This is what has afflicted Mourad al-Jazaa’iri–sheltering an innovator and attacking the Mashaayikh of Ahlus Sunnah.  Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah (may Allaah preserve him) reminded us recently, saying:

Ibn Battah: One of the Salaf was asked, “Who is the Sunni?” He answered: “The one who does not get angry when bid’ah (or its people) are spoken about.”  By Allaah, this is a defining and distinctive trait of the Salafis past and present. They are the most knowledgeable of the people in the arena of aqeedah and they are the sternest against the opposers (mukhaalifeen).  They are the gentlest between each other; they are the most obedient to Allaah and the most God-fearing; they hold to the Rope of Allaah, which is the Book and the Sunnah and the Jamaa’ah. They hate division and splitting and partisanship. They are like one body in their mutual love, mercy and compassion – when any part of this body is in pain, the rest of the body feels restless and feels the pain.  The Salafi upon the path of istiqaamah does not let down his ‘ulamaa when they are attacked and reviled nor the students of knowledge who call to Allaah. He doesn’t forsake the people of truth, or turn his back on them, or backbite them, or revile them. If he is not able to aid the truth, or aid the people of truth, he should at least remain quiet and not oppose them – rather he should make du’aa for them, for indeed the Salafi is upon clarity, always, till his death.  Cultivate these traits in yourself and your families. [end of quote]

So where is Mourad’s jealousy in defending the people of truth in this regard; rather he defends an excessive haddaadi innovtor, curses the opponents of this haddaadi and speaks against the Mashaayikh.  Indeed, Mourad (may Allaah guide him) is upon falsehood and evil in his affair.  It is enough that he attacks the Mashaayikh based on his fanatical love and defense of Al-Hajoori…what an evil state of affairs! Ibn Asaakir (rahimahullaah) said:

”Know O my brother! May Allaah grant us and you His pleasure and make us from those who have awe of Him and fear of Him as He should be feared. Indeed, the flesh of the scholars is poisonous and Allaah’s way of disclosing the hidden affairs of those who diminish their worth is well known. [Tabyeen Kadhib Al-Muftaree Fee Maa Nusiba Ilal-Imaam Abil hasan Al-Ash’aree: page 29]

Therefore, Mourad should take heed and repent to Allaah (The Most Merciful).  We ask Allaah to return Mourad, Hajoori and the Hajaawira to correctness or protect us from their acts of misguidance, falsehood and excesses….Aameen
