Every Mubtadi is debased; but Brixton defends Ali Halabi Al-Mubtadi

Sufyaan Bin Uyaynah (rahimahullaah) said: ”Every person of bidah is debased.” He stated (concerning the statement of Allaah): [وَكَذَٲلِكَ نَجۡزِى ٱلۡمُفۡتَرِينَ] ”Thus do We recompense those who invent lies”; that: ”It (applies) to every inventor of lies and innovator (in the religion) until the day of judgement.” [Hilyatul Awliyaa 7/28]

This short statement of Imaam Sufyaan Bin Uyaynah (rahimahullaah) was sent to us by our Salafi brother Yasir (KSA).  May Allaah reward him and grant all of us firmness upon the Sunnah..Aameem.

We decided to post it as a reminder, so that the sensible person can clearly see Brixton’s reality, because they are allied with Ali Al-Halabi –a persistent-obstinate innovator; rather a liar who has been caught cutting and pasting the statements of the scholars in order  to promote his deviations and escape rebuke for his crimes committed against the pure Salafi Manhaj. The Scholars Warn the Muslims Against Yusuf Estes

Shaykh ’Ubayd al-Jaabiree, retired professor from the University of  al-Madeenah, warned the Muslims against Yusuf Estes, describing him very accurately as:

”He is either astray, leading others astray, or he has lost his mind.”

Another scholar, Shaykh ’Abdur-Rahmaan Muhyiud-Deen, former Mufti at the Prophet’s Masjid, said:

”Astray, leading others astray… he does not know about Islam… Satan has spoken upon his tongue…

The foundation of Ahlus Sunnah’s Madhab

An-Nasr Abaadiy (rahimahullaah) said:

”The foundation of this Madhab (i.e. the Madhab of Ahlus Sunnah) is adherence to the Book and the Sunnah; abandonment of desires and innovations; to take the Salaf as an example and abandon what the late comers have invented (in the religion), and to be established upon what those who came earlier (i.e. the Salaf) followed.”

[Madaarij As-Saalikeen of Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) 3/149]

[3] Reminder: Rebellion

Harb Al-Kirmaani (rahimahullaah) stated regarding the creed transmitted from all the Salaf that: ”If the ruler commands you an affair in which there is disobedience to Allaah, then you do not obey him at all; but you are not allowed to rebel against him nor deny him his rights.” [حادي الأرواح of Imaam Ibnul Qayyim: page: 104]

[2] Reminders: Rebellion

Imaam Nawawi (rahimahullaah) said:

”As for rebelling against them (i.e. the rulers) and fighting them, it is forbidden by way of consensus of the Muslims (i.e. scholars of Islam) even if they (i.e. rulers) are sinful and oppressive.  And indeed the ahaadeeth are manifestly clear regarding what we have mentioned and Ahlus Sunnah (i.e. the Ulama of Ahlus Sunnah) have consensus that the ruler is not removed due to (him being) sinful.” [Sharh An-Nawawi 12/229]

[1] Reminders: Rebellion!

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

”The leaders of the people of Bidah are more harmful upon the Ummah than the sinful people; so  because of this the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) commanded that the khawaarij are killed (i.e. fought and killed by the Muslim ruler) and he prohibited (us) from fighting the oppressive rulers.” [Majoo Al-Fataawaa 7/284]

[4] Greenlane’s Admin [Deceitful Hizbiyyoon] Principles that can never be abandoned

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Ibn Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri (may Allaah preserve him) said:

A scholar from Ahlus Sunnah is only a human; he can be distracted and forgetful; he can be deceived by evil people; or he used to consider that man to be trustworthy–who has now been declared untrustworthy–and he deceives him. The witnesses to this affair are many, because many of those whose status has been dropped– due to been declared unreliable based on evidence–are in reality people who wage war against the Sunnah and its people.  So they come along with copies of their books and read it to the distinguished scholars–those whom virtue and leadership is witnessed for them in the religion–and the affair of this trickster and plotter is hidden from that noble scholar, which had he known about it the status of this person would have dropped in his eyes.

So this scholar gives praise based on what he heard. And if the book (of this trickster) is printed, it is disseminated and transmitted by his supporters and they spread a good reputation about him. Thus there are those who argue saying, “such and such praised him–Al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah), or Ibn Baaz (rahimahullaah), or Ibn Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) praised this book. However these scholars are excused; rather this trickster was hidden from that scholar.

So, what remains? We establish the evidence against this [deceiver, trickster, intrigant and plotter] from his books.  We establish the manifest clarifications against him from his books, and we say to the one who argues with us, “Take it, this is his speech.’’ Therefore, it is obligatory on you to be fair, and to be free from that wild and zealous attachment; and to be free from desires that blind a person. It is obligatory upon you that your search should be for the truth.

Al-Allaamah Ubaid Ibn Abdillaah Al-Jaabiri (may Allaah preserve him) also stated:

If the affair of a person is hidden from you–the one whose books and cassettes are famous and his fame is widespread–then ask those who are well acquainted with him and those who know about his state of affairs.  That is because neither is the Sunnah hidden nor are its people. A man’s Tazkiyah (i.e. the clear witness that he is upright upon the Sunnah) are his own actions. His Tazkiyah are his own actions that he is upon the Sunnah. It is the witness and the people mention him with it during his life and after his death.

The Shaikh (may Allaah preserve him) also said:

The one who knows of a mistake and it is clear to him, then it is not permissible for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom an affair is hidden. And indeed you already heard yesterday that the scholars are not infallible in their Ijtihaadaat (i.e. in their efforts and striving to reach the correct verdicts). Therefore, it is not permissible to adopt them (i.e. the mistakes of the scholars) as a methodology (to follow).  [End of quote: Paraphrased and Abridged, See Link: www.sahab.net/home/?p=329]

Reader: The evidence is with the Salafiyyoon of SalafiPublications and the rest of the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah.  The presence of personalities at Greenlane can never change the reality, as Shaikh Ubaid said: ‘’The one who knows of a mistake and it is clear to him, then it is not permissible for him to blindly follow a scholar to whom an affair is hidden.’’

By Allaah! We will warn against Greenlane and we will speak the haqq abaout them.  We will refute the arguments of anyone who defends Greenlane, regardless who they are!  The only noble option left for Greenlane is that they stop defiling the name of salafiyyah through their  repugnant hizbiyyah and alliance with ahlul bidah.   These above principles mentioned by Shaikh Ubaid can never be abandoned, regardless of what others say about Greenlane’s Admin, whilst they persist in their hizbiyyah and alliance with ahlul bidah.  And Allaah knows best.
