An Explanation of the Sayings of The Biased-Partisans [Spubs.com]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Indeed, we did emphasise the need to visit this website [www.salafipublications.com]; because there are many reoccurring affairs of fitan, which were previously dealt with by the students at Maktabah Salafiyyah from the works of the scholars.

[الحمد لله]….there are many Maraakiz of Salafiyyah in the West—free from the falsehood of the followers of hajoori and halabi—but it is also important that we are well aware of evil plots, devilish insinuations and false accusations of those carrying the views of the Qutubis, Sorooris and Ikhwaanis.

Recently we have seen some of the ignorant liars, slanderers and allies of the innovators–such as the likes of Abu Eesa Niamatullaah—attempting to slander the Salafiyyoon in order to justify his deviated and destructive methodology.  Therefore, it is important that the young Salafi brothers and sisters are well aware of some of those affairs through which the likes of Abu Eesa and others seek to confound truth with falsehood, and in order to promote their deviated views as alternatives to the sound Manhaj positions of the Ulama of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa-ah.  The following article is very important indeed and may Allaah grant us Tawfeeq to understand the issues….Aameen…

An Explanation of the Sayings of The Biased-Partisans

Muji’ah with the rulers, khawaarij with the Du’aat, Raafidah with the Islamic Groups, Qadariyyah with the Infidels

And What it contains of [Wicked] Falsehoods [And Fanciful Hallucinations]

We ask Allaah to reward and preserve the Ulamaa of Ahlus Sunnah.  We ask Allaah to preserve and grant our brothers at Maktabah Salafiyyah the Tawfeeq to carry on defending this blessed Manhajus Salafi in the West.   Aameen.

Sayyid Qutb is no doubt a reviver; rather a reviver of the Major innovations

Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

Indeed the fitna of this man and those with him is the fitna of this era. It is the severest fitna in this era because it confounds (truth with falsehood through the true) Salafi methodology.  Beware of them O brothers! They have affairs of deception, adulteration, plotting and trickery, which are not known except to Allaah. They preoccupy themselves mostly with (setting up) traps for the Salafi youth.  They neither give concern to inviting the Christians and Jews nor the rawaafid (shiites) and the soofees to the true methodology. And why is this (the case)? Because the one who is deprived of (something) cannot give it (to others).

So (what) they mostly preoccupy themselves with is to corrupt the righteous people and those whom Allaah has guided to the way of the Lord of the Worlds.  Most of (what) they preoccupy themselves with at present in the world is to set traps for the Salafi youth and they wear a counterfeit Salafi gown so that they are able to tear it (i.e. the true guidance) apart and distance it from this (true) methodology.

They utilize various ways to defame the scholars of this (true) methodology and this methodology itself, and Allaah’s Protection is sought! They brandish the methodology of Sayyid Qutb even though within it there is insult against the prophets; even though within it there is Takfeer against some of the Sahaabah and even though within it there is Takfeer against the ummah….; creeds of misguidance—the creed of hulool, wahdatul wujood, nullification of Allaah’s Attributes and the (innovated speech that the) Qur’aan is created.  All these affairs (of misguidance committed by Sayyid Qutb)- in their view-does not negate revival, for according to them he is a Mujaddid (reviver)!!

We say: Yes, he is a Mujaddid, but a Mujaddid of every major bidah, (such as) the school of thought of the khawaarij, the rawaafid, the murjia, the jabariyyah and the soofiyyah. He revived all of them, and between us (Salafis) and them (i.e. the followers of Sayyid Qutb) are the books of Sayyid Qutb and his writings (as a witness).

According to them this is the Mujaddid and an Imaam for whose sake they (establish) alliances (with those who agree with them) and enmity (towards those who oppose them). So what calamity upon Islaam can be more severe than this calamity?

A characteristic of the khawaarij of old and the khawaarij of our era

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

The khawaarij used to oppose Ali and the Sahaabah- (claiming) that they were the ones in compliance (with the teachings) of Islaam and that the Sahaabah were misguided and had become disbelievers.  It is the same at present as the saying goes, ”history repeats itself’.’ At present-according to the these khawaarij-the scholars of the Sunnah are misguided, worshippers of the rulers, spies, employees, people of feasts and ambiguity…and ….and… other distorted (or defamatory statements of these khawaarij) by way of which they hinder the youth of the Ummah from the truth and from the path of Allaah (تبارك وتعالى).

Abu Eesa’s Niamtullah’s Croissant Episode, leads him to mock Ahlus Sunnah

We have seen time and again, those who harbor hatred for Ahlus Sunnah, jumping aboard anything they believe they can use to gain some plus points with their followers, in their attempt to garner fame and belittle the Salafis.

This has been the case time and again over the years with Abu Eesa Niamtullah of al Maghrib institute, who attempts to pull the wool over the eyes of his followers by taking the supposed “higher ground” in terms of understanding. This was in reference to Abu Hakeem Bilaal Davies merely explaining the origins of the croissant, to which Abu Eesa wrote:

niamatullah

Watch: http://safeshare.tv/w/NqVaiKHizb

However maybe if he had indeed listened to the recording properly and thoroughly first, without attempting to mock that which wasn’t present, then it would have spared us from having to clarify his silliness. Alas it seems some people lack intellect and so to make it as easy and as simple as possible, so that he can “understand” what was meant by the video, Ustaadh Abu Hakeem Bilal Davis (hafidahullah), responding regarding the issue of the “Croissant.”

The reader will see how Abu Eesa Niamatullah and other than him have purposely blown the issue out of proportion just to attack the Salafis, and blur the truth for the common people. This blurring the lines between truth and falsehood is well known from him and his past here in which he attempted to take people to his beloved Shaykh Kehlan, as well as harbor those who attack the scholars of Sunnah – more details here.

Allah says in His Quran:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن جَآءَكُمۡ فَاسِقُۢ بِنَبَإٍ۬ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓاْ أَن تُصِيبُواْ قَوۡمَۢا بِجَهَـٰلَةٍ۬ فَتُصۡبِحُواْ عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلۡتُمۡ نَـٰدِمِينَ

O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done. [Qur’an 49:6]

Abu Hakeem, may Allah protect him, has never claimed that eating a Crossaint is ‘haram’. Listen to the audio again carefully!

Secondly, this lecture was given under the context of the lecture entitled: “The Origins of Christmas.” and hence was given as an example to show some the origins of things that we are familiar with today and then to go on and show the origin of the rituals practiced by Christians in Christmas. He was merely making the point that knowing the origin of something can makes ones perception change.

Only a shameful liar would claim otherwise.

“You only need to prod him once and the “pathological hatred” he harbours (whilst accusing others of it) pours out like water out of a jug, and that which he accuses the Salafis of (of unjust rulings on people), pours out freely, without hindrance from his heart and soul with the ferociousness of a lion, yet the thought and intelligence of a domestic turkey” www.salafis.com

They say: ”We are not obliged to take the speech of the Shaikh.” So how many trustworthy scholars do they need in order to abandon the Innovators?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

You find a scholar quoting and refuting the affairs of misguidance found in the Book of such and such a person, in such and such page; yet you find these people saying: ‘’I am not obliged to (take/accept) the speech of such and such a Shaikh?!’’

Question to Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him)

Are the issues of Jarh Wat-Tadeel based on Ijtihaad? And how do we refute the one who says, ‘’I am not obliged to (take/accept) the speech of such and such a Shaikh?!

Answer:

A group from the schemers against the Salafi Methodology and those who wear a false garment of the Salafiyyah Methodology seek to place in the affair of Jarh Wat-Tadeel, (the false principle): ”We rectify, but we do not disparage;” (and the false principle): ”We want a broad and extensive methodology that will accommodate all the ummah”; (and the false principle): ‘’We rectify but we do not destroy;” Meaning: Neither evil nor bidah is repelled; rather all the Ummah are accommodated in a board and extensive methodology to the extent that even the Raafidah (shia) are accommodated.  So these people begin to make false accusations against the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel and against those (i.e. the scholars) who establish it.  Some of these false accusers have gone as far as saying that there is no proof in the Qur’aan and the Sunnah to establish the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel!

Indeed, the Qur’aan is filled with the proofs of Jarh Wat Tadeel. The people of pharaoh have been refuted and disparaged; the people of Prophet Nooh have been refuted and disparaged; the people of Prophet Hud have been refuted and disparaged; the people of Prophet Saaleh have been refuted and disparaged; the Quraish have been refuted and disparaged and Abu Lahab has been refuted and disparaged.  The Sunnah and the methodology of the Salaf are filled with Jarh Wat Tadeel and it is a weapon against the people of innovation.  These people promoting such false principles want to break this ‘Jarh Wat-Tadeel Weapon’ into pieces, and they want to deprive the Salafis of this ‘Jarh Wat-Tadeel Weapon’ which is traced back to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam).

So a person comes along and wages war against the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel; then a second person comes along and wages war against the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel; then a third person comes along and wages war against the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel; then a fourth one comes along and wages war against the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel……..then a tenth person comes along and wages war against the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel and they are all followed by crowds!! Therefore be warned against these people, for they wear a false gown of Salafiyyah in order to split the Salafis through these false principles and precepts.

A person commits murder and was seen by two trustworthy witnesses; then these two witnesses are summoned in the presence of the ruler who applies the Islamic rulings; so what will he judge by?  He should judge by the law of Islam; and if not then he has opposed the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah Allaah’s Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam).    Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَأَشۡہِدُواْ ذَوَىۡ عَدۡلٍ۬ مِّنكُمۡ

”And take for witness two just persons from among you (Muslims).” [65:2]

The evidence for giving witnesses and the evidences for Jarh Wat-Tadeel are one and the same thing.  As for the untrustworthy person, then his narration is not accepted. Likewise, the liar- the deceiver whose speech cannot be determined for its correctness, then his testimony is not accepted. Neither his criticism nor commendation of a person is accepted.  However, if he is a scholar who is precise and skilful, and he says about a person: ”Such and such a person is a liar”; then it is obligatory upon the people to accept his speech.  The Salaf followed this methodology, (such as their saying): ”such and such is a liar”; ”such and such has a bad memory”; ”such and such is an innovator”; ”such and such is a murji”; ”such and such is a khaariji”; ”such and such is a mutazili” etc   These statements have been made by Imaam Ahmad, Imaam Ibn Ma’een, Imaam Ibn Al-Madeenee, Imaam Bukhaaree etc.  This the path followed by the Salaf; and why is that the case? That is because Allaah commanded us to accept the narration of the trustworthy narrators.  Allaah (The Most High) said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن جَآءَكُمۡ فَاسِقُۢ بِنَبَإٍ۬ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓاْ

O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it’’ [49:6]

Clarification and verification is to be sought when a rebellious evil person narrates. The narration of a rebellious evil person is not declared a lie straight away because it may be correct; but it is not accepted until it is verified.

As for the narration of a trustworthy person–as long as he is trustworthy and precise in what he narrates from the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam), then it is obligatory to accept his narration.  The Books of the Sunnah are filled with the narrations of those truthful narrators—a truthful person who reports from another truthful person with a chain of transmission going back to the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam). However, these people who are seeking to attack the science of Jarh Wat-Tadeel with their false principles want to abolish the sound principles upon which our Religion is established.

Many of the Ahaadeeth of the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam), the transmissions from the companions (radiyallaahu-anhum) and the transmissions from the Imaams of the Sunnah were transmitted from one trustworthy person to another trustworthy person… and it obligatory to accept them, due to the saying of Allaah (The Most High):

[وَأَشۡہِدُواْ ذَوَىۡ عَدۡلٍ۬ مِّنكُمۡ ]

And take for witness two just persons from among you (Muslims).

And with regards to transmission of information, then the information transmitted by one person is sufficient because the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) used to send one person to Chosroes (i.e. the Emperor of Persia) to call him to Islaam and establish the proofs against him.

And he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-sallam) sent one person to Caesar the King of Rome to call him to Islaam and establish the proofs against him.  The people used to enter Islaam through the message of this one trustworthy-truthful person sent by the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam).  And if they rejected Islaam and refused to follow the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) based on the information transmitted by this one trustworthy-truthful person, he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) prepared an army against them. The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) prepared an army for the battle of Tabuk against the Romans based on the fact that they rejected the call to Islaam which was communicated to them by one person.

He (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) sent individuals to Bahrain, Oman and Yemen and their narrations were accepted; so how about in this present time of ours when there are ten or fifty Salafi (scholars) who are in agreement regarding a particular affair, but their narrations are rejected. And those who reject them, say: ‘’There has to be a consensus of all the scholars.’’  And from the false principles of these people is that they say: ‘’we neither accept criticism against a person nor a praise for him even if many of the contemporary scholars say that such a person is an innovator.’’

Therefore be warned against these people, because they make a claim to Salafiyyah, whilst seeking to destroy the Salafi Methodology, its principles and foundations.  How many false precepts do they have, such as their saying: ‘’I am not obliged to (take/accept) the speech of such and such a Shaikh?!’’  You find a scholar quoting and refuting the affairs of misguidance found in the Book of such and such a person, in such and such page, yet you find these people saying: ‘’I am not obliged to (take/accept) the speech of such and such a Shaikh?!’’

This statement of theirs is a principle by way of which they seek to shun and reject truth.  It is a false principle by way of which they seek to reject the sound principles of Jarh Wat-Tadeel.  Therefore, learn the sound principles of Jarh Wat-Tadeel and look to the methodology of the Salaf; and leave alone these who misguide. They bring turmoil upon the true religion of Allaah and upon the Methodology of the Salaf and its followers.

[3] Reminder: Rebellion

Harb Al-Kirmaani (rahimahullaah) stated regarding the creed transmitted from all the Salaf that: ”If the ruler commands you an affair in which there is disobedience to Allaah, then you do not obey him at all; but you are not allowed to rebel against him nor deny him his rights.” [حادي الأرواح of Imaam Ibnul Qayyim: page: 104]

[2] Reminders: Rebellion

Imaam Nawawi (rahimahullaah) said:

”As for rebelling against them (i.e. the rulers) and fighting them, it is forbidden by way of consensus of the Muslims (i.e. scholars of Islam) even if they (i.e. rulers) are sinful and oppressive.  And indeed the ahaadeeth are manifestly clear regarding what we have mentioned and Ahlus Sunnah (i.e. the Ulama of Ahlus Sunnah) have consensus that the ruler is not removed due to (him being) sinful.” [Sharh An-Nawawi 12/229]

[1] Reminders: Rebellion!

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

”The leaders of the people of Bidah are more harmful upon the Ummah than the sinful people; so  because of this the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) commanded that the khawaarij are killed (i.e. fought and killed by the Muslim ruler) and he prohibited (us) from fighting the oppressive rulers.” [Majoo Al-Fataawaa 7/284]
