A short reminder to those who accuse others of blameworthy Taqleed, whilst arguing on behalf of Hajoori

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Ibn Abdul-Barr (rahimahullaah) said: ”According to the scholars, Taqleed (i.e. blind adherence) is other than Ittibaa [i.e. adherence to an authentic affair narrated from the Messenger-sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and obviously with the correct understanding of the Salaf]; because ittibaa is to follow a person based on what is apparent to you of the superiority of his statement and soundness of his school of thought. And Taqleed is that you speak with his statement, whilst you neither know the angle of his speech nor its meaning and you reject speech besides it; Or his mistake is made manifest to you, but you follow him and venerate his opposition, whilst the corruptness of his speech is clear to you. This is what is forbidden to speak with in the religion of Allaah (The Most High)”

[End of Quote: Jaami Bayaan Al-Ilm Wa-Fadlihee: 2/787]

This accusation of blameworthy Taqleed was the same one utilized by the followers of Maribi, Halabi, Maghraawi etc to waterdown and conceal the destructive innovations of their beloved ones and figureheads. So how can those people fishing in the murky waters on behalf of Al-Hajoori prove that those who have taken the correct stances against Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi are guilty of blameworthy Taqleed?! Who in his right mind can say that people are blind following Shaikh Rabee, Shaikh Ubaid, Shaikh Wassaabi, Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari and the rest of the Mashaayikh of Yemen in this affair of Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi?! Are his dangerous mistakes, innovations and haddaadiyyah not manifest?! Has he recanted from all his affairs of misguidance?!

Our Salaf: Abul Abbaas As-Deenooree (rahimahullaah)– There is nothing in the Dunyaa…..

Abul Abbaas Ad-Deenooree (rahimahullaah) said:

”There is nothing in the worldly life more precious and elegant than the heart and time, whilst you waste away time and the heart?!” (i.e. wasted in other than what is good and beneficial)

[Az-Zuhd Al-Kabeer 294]

Abu Hakeem (Bilaal Davis) said: Now that Shaikh Rabee has publicly made his position clear…

“Oh Yahyaa! Hold onto the book with firm strength (i.e. Hold fast to it)” (Suratul Maryam Vs 13)

Bismillahi Wal Hamdullillah Was salaatu Was Salaamu ‘Alaa Rasoolillahi

‘Ammaa Ba’d:

There is no doubt that success lies in following the book and the sunnah, clinging to the two of them and holding fast to them both. And this was Allah’s command to the prophets and the Messengers.

[C] Our Salaf and their fear of the consequences of death–Ibraaheem An-Nakha’ee

Zakariyyah Al-Abdee (rahimahullaah) said: Ibraaheem An-Nakhaee (rahimahullaah) wept during his illness, so it was said to him: ‘’O father of Imraan what makes you weep?! He said: ”Why should I not weep whilst I am waiting for a messenger from Allaah (i.e. the Angel of death) to give me glad tidings of either this (i.e. Paradise) or (sorrowful news) of that (i.e. hell fire).”

[Hilyatul Awliyaa 4/224]

[a] Our Salaf and their fear of the consequences of death–Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu-anhu)

When death approached Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu-anhu) he cried; so he was asked: ”What makes you cry?” He said: ”After isolation, the scarcity of provisions (for the hereafter by way of good deeds) and a major obstacle (i.e. the questioning in the grave and the standing on the day of judgment), then the place of descent will either be paradise or hell.” [Source: Sifatus Safwa 1/694]

[2] Fataawaa related to Women

Question:

How can a person become strong in Eemaan–fulfilling the commandments of Allaah and fearful of His Punishment?

Answer:

This can be (attained) by way of recitation of Allaah’s Book–studying it, pondering upon its meanings and rulings.  And by studying the Sunnah of the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) — having knowledge and awareness of the affairs of the Islamic legislation by way of it, acting upon what that necessitates and adhering to it in creed, actions and speech.  And to be extremely mindful of (Allaah’s absolute knowledge of whatever you do and wherever you may be), to (nurture) the heart upon awareness of His Greatness, remembrance of the hereafter and what is found in it of recompense, reward, punishment and the severity of its affairs.  And to keep the company of those whom (you) know amongst the righteous people and keep away from the people of evil and corruption.

[1] Fataawa Related to women

Question:

What are the obligations a woman is to fulfil in order to become a female Muslim who adheres to her Religion?

Answer:

It is obligatory upon a person– be it a man or woman– to enter into the fold of Islaam and testify that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allaah; (he/she should) establish the five daily prayers, pay the zakat, fast the month of Ramadaan and perform the hajj if the means to that is made possible.  And (he/she) should believe and adhere to the pillars of Eemaan and they are: Belief in Allaah, belief in His Angels, belief in His Books, belief in His Messengers, belief in the last day and belief in the pre-decree—its good and evil.  (And he/she) should fulfil all the remaining obligations and keep away from the forbidden things.  So by way of this (a person) becomes a true Muslim.

Part 7.2: The False Principles of Ali Halabi (The Innovator)

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Halabi Defended Those Who Were Refuted For Their deviations

Observations were made concerning the state of affairs of Usaamah Qoosee, Abu Ishaaq Al-Huwaynee, Muhammad Hassaan and Muhammad Husain Yaqoob; but even before a group of people rallied behind them and listened to them, they did utter statements indicating their deviation from the Salafi Manhaj.  Therefore, the Salafis demanded from them a recantation from these deviations, but they did not; rather they launched a war against those Salafi Scholars who refuted them.

Then Ali Halabi and his companions at Markaz Imaam Albaanee did nothing but join the ranks of these people in opposing Shaikh Rabee and his brothers amongst the Salafi scholars.  He did this under the false pretence of pursuing the middle path and that they were waging war against Extremism in the affair of Criticism and declaring people innovators without a justified reason.  So Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi stopped him and Mash-hoor Hasan in their tracks by refuting and warning against them.  Likewise, Shaikh Ubaid did the same.   As for Shaikh Rabee, he exercised a lot of patience towards Halabi and his companions and advised them repeatedly.  He advised them repeatedly despite the fact that they did utter unbefitting statements against him.  However, he still gave them a final advice in his house but it did not benefit them.

Then a hidden affair became manifested and that was the connection between Markaz Imaam Albaanee and the organisation Ihyaa Turaath—that organization well known for hizbiyyah, politics, its Qutbi orientation and affiliation with one of the heads of innovation of this era known as Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq.
