Warning Against Hizb at-Tahrir

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In recent days the group called Hizb at-Tahrir have stepped up there corrupt efforts at misguiding the Muslim youth; Hizb at-Tahrir disbelieve in many affairs of our Religion of Islaam; affairs which our Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) informed us about in authentic narrations many of which are reported in the most authentic books after the Noble Quraan: Sahih al Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.

From some of the affairs which they reject:

1. Questioning in the Grave by Munkar and Nakeer
2. Punishment of the grave
3. The bridge over the Hellfire
and many more affairs as well in addition to this.

These misguided deviant individuals
make general takfir and (declare Muslims to be disbelievers)across the whole of the Muslim nation.

Their founder (whose works they fanatically cling to, in clear opposition to the Quraan and Sunnah) to is an individual called Taqi udDeen an Nabahaani see link at bottom for more information regarding this individual, his corrupt beliefs and his calling to deviation away from the guidance which Allah legislated for us.

Their main call and focus is in opposition to the methodology of Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم), which when we look at his biography, life and events we can see this is quite clearly the case.

Please watch the video in the link to hear our brother Abu Khadeejah clarify their affair to us.

BaarakAllaah feekum

I make dua tht Allah subhaanahu wa t’ala protects us from deviant beliefs and the callers to misguidance.

Reality of Hizb at-Tahrir

Misguidance of Taqi udDeen Nabahani

What did the Jinn tell the man who informed Al-A’mash…..

Al-A’mash (rahimahullaah) said:

”A man who used to speak to the Jinn informed us that they (i.e. the Jinn) said: ”There is none more severe upon us than the one who follows the Sunnah.  As for the people of desires (i.e. the innovators), we play about with them.”

“A Choice between Poverty and Misguidance: Story of the Sufi” – Sh.ibn ul-Uthaymeen

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The following article is regarding an event that occurred relating to an individual upon Sufism who was charitable to the people, Shaikh ibn ul-Uthaymeen رحمه الله was asked:

Questioner: “There is a man upon one of the paths of Sufism and he carries out some innovations, [the issue however is] that this man aids in the establishment of charitable work, so if someone like him is refuted for his innovation and it [the refutation of him] becomes widespread between the people, he will cease to aid the people of righteousness and goodness [in charity], so what is your opinion oh Shaikh?”

Shaikh: “Is this man influential in his da’wa?”

Questioner: “Yes Shaikh, he calls to his innovation.”

Shaikh: “In that case, which is more severe; poverty or misguidance?”

Questioner: “Misguidance.”

Shaikh: “Misguidance is more severe, so it is obligatory if this man is a caller and influential [in his innovation] that he is warned against, even if he stops his charitable work – for indeed that is depriving himself of reward if he does – as for leaving him to misguide the servants of Allah in order to obtain via that [i.e. silence upon him] a dirham or two…this is not possible.”

[Translator’s note: “Dirham” a form of currency.]

We do not have time to defend ourselves–Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee

Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee (rahimahullaah) said:

”We do not have time to defend ourselves; but we (defend) the Sunnah.  And even if we are tormented with fierce battle we will not leave anyone who speaks against the Sunnah of the Messenger (Sallal-laahu-alayhi- wa-alaa-aalihi-wasallam) — be he a Shia, or a Soofee or from Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen (i.e. the deviated and destructive innovated Muslim brotherhood of Egypt and else- where); because we are to sacrifice (ourselves) for the Sunnah and our objective is the Sunnah.”

If you hear a person saying, ”that is a Wahhaabee”–Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee

Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee Al-Waadi’ee (rahimahullaah) said:

”If you hear a man saying: ”That is a Wahhaabee’’, then know that he is one of two men: Either he is a vicious scum or an ignoramus who does not know his knee from his elbow (i.e. he is either a stupid person or one carrying ill-informed views)”

The Sunnah Will Remain–Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee (rahimahullaah)

Imaam Muqbil Bin Haadee (rahimahullaah) said:

Indeed Nad’dhaam, Abu Hudhayl and other than them amongst the enemies of the Sunnah have passed and the Sunnah of the Messenger (sallal-laahu alayhi-wasallam) has remained white and pure, and their mockery of it has not harmed it (i.e. the Sunnah).  And the contemporary enemies of the Sunnah will die and the Sunnah of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi- wa-alaa aalihee wasallam,) will remain; because Allaah has guaranteed its preservation. So He (The Most High) said:إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ— Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur’an) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption)’’ [15:9]

Climbing Mount Rahma on the Day of ‘Arafah – Shaikh Mohammad Amaan al-Jaamy

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The following is paraphrased from the speech of Shaikh Mohammad Amaan al-Jaamy رحمه الله تعالى regarding the issue of Mount Rahma and the common belief that the mountain must be climbed on the day of ‘Arafah.

“So it is upon the Pilgrims to avoid climbing the mountain and crowding around it so their precious time is not wasted in that which does not benefit them, rather in it is harm [i.e. wasted time in attempting to get to it and climb it as well as the crowding etc when that time should be used in supplication], instead it is correct for the Pilgrims to spread out across ‘Arafah as they please without specifying a particular location”.

The Shaikh then goes on to mention the names of Mount Rahma:

“They have mentioned several names for this mountain:

1- “Mount Rahma” [Mount Mercy] and this is the most famous of the names and possibly the most recent one.

2- “Mount Supplication” [Mount Du’a]

3- “Al-Qurain” as some of the commoners refer to it as.

4- “Ilaal” and that is from one of the oldest names of it.

I have attempted to discover the reasoning behind it being called “Mount Rahma” and I checked various resources and asked various People of Knowledge, however I did not find a sufficiently satisfying answer, and so I leave the issue as a matter of research. However, I do feel some discomfort with this name, since mercy is not restricted to the mountain and the one who claims that must bring forth his evidence. Similarly, supplication on that day is not specific to the mountain, rather Mount Rahma is like any other part of ‘Arafah in that regard. The mercy of Allah and His freeing of slaves from the Fire is general to all individuals wherever they stand within  ‘Arafah on that day.

The reason why I researched this issue is because of what we have witnessed ourselves from some Pilgrims in terms of actions that are resembling the acts of Jaahiliyyah [ignorance]…in fact for many Pilgrims the idea amongst them has become that the point of ‘Arafah is actually to have to climb the mountain. That is since many have mistakenly understood that the name “Mount Rahma” must indicate that the mercy of Allah only descends upon the Mount on that day.”

Translator’s note: A fine example of why success lies within the Sunnah and not in opposing it, consider how many hours of the blessed day of ‘Arafah are put to waste pushing through crowds and making an attempt to climb the mountain, as well as the fatigue that arises from such activity possibly impacting upon the remainder of the Hajj rites, all of which diverts the servant from supplication and indeed vastly reduces the available time on that Day before sunset, Allahul Musta’an.

Clarification of the Affair of Nelson, UK

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Allah سبحانه و تعالى created the creation in order that they may worship Him upon tawhid, He then sent the prophets and messengers with revelations as a guidance to them, to remove them from shirk into tawhid and from darkness into light. Therafter, Allah decreed the lifespans of His servants to be limited and restricted portions of time, so may Allah have mercy upon the one who benefits from his time, and rectify the one who utilises it in wasteful speech and actions that neither benefits his world or Hereafter. We ask Allah to bless us in our time and be from those who strive for a connected heart to Allah and His remembrance, and to protect us from the foolishness of the foolish.

With great regret certain unfortunate individuals have engaged in a lengthy disgraceful affair regarding the Muslim Primary School in Nelson, Lancashire. In recent times, certain individuals from opposing factions in this disgraceful affair have both “alluded” to my support against the other faction – although at the same time some of those individuals also attempt to refute me[!]:

I will now make clear certain affairs explicitly before further false speech is spread and fitnah is caused:

1 – I have no association, upon this date, to the Primary School in Nelson in any capacity, be it as a shoorah member, or on the teaching staff, or financially or otherwise.

2 – Similarly, I have absolutely and utterly no association to the one in dispute with the School against the shoorah. I do not support or endorse that individual in any capacity.

I will therefore advise all those who become aware of this disgraceful affair to abstain from any involvement whatsoever, and to completely distance themselves from the degrading ongoing affair between the School shoorah AND the one who opposes them; indeed the foolishness demonstrated by some during the affair has been beyond comprehension. Protect yourselves and your time and do not lend an ear to the nonsense that eminates from any individual speaking regarding the issue, even if attempts are made to disguise the affair as a manhaj issue.

As for both parties – or rather supporters of the school, and the actual individual who is opposing them – alluding to my support of them[!], then I categorically state my innocence of them all, I do not endorse either party whatsoever. My stance or criticism of certain individual/s involved with the school – and we sincerely make du’a Allah rectifies all our affairs – does not dictate in any way a defence of others [as it is alluded to – intentionally or otherwise – by the one who is in dispute with the School shoora], since he himself may well be equally criticised for his own disgraceful affairs.

We make du’a Allah rectifies the affairs, otherwise by the blessing of Allah we – i.e. a group of brothers not involved in the disgraceful fitnah, along with initial support from our brothers in Manchester to set up – have lessons ongoing in Nelson. These lessons currently discuss the issue of grave worship and other false ideologies promoted by those upon the Sufi methodology and that which branches from it in the town of Nelson and elsewhere. By the permission of Allah the pure religion of tawhid is established.

I request no further time is spent upon this affair, rather everyone is requested to strive for that which will benefit them in this world and the Hereafter.

May Allah protect us from the speech and actions of those who have a share of intellect and understanding that is limited.

Abu Muadh Taqweem bin Aslam Nelson
